Hey y'all, I'm back with a new video and I'm going to show you how I get this half-up half-down curly, hair style that I've been doing lately and you guys haven't asked me to do this. I'M going to show you how I go from ball, hence Kelly. Why ain't got no Hannah back to this hair style? So the first thing I like to do is put my horribly damaged, hair in a ponytail. Yes, it's horrible! I only want to talk about it anyways, so I'm going to get my! U part wig, and this is what we're going to work with right here. I'M going to take my, U part, and I'm going to put it on top of the ponytail that I created very close to my hairline, but not all the way. Now I'm going to take a rat tail comb and I'm only going to take out the hair on the perimeter in the front, and this is basically going to cover my huge old track that the? U part is showing right now and it's only just going to be the front by the way. This, u part, is from big drop here. I'Ll put the info in the description. Now, I'm just going to pull the? U part wig as close as possible to the part where the hair that I took out - and this is where we're going to begin clipping it down and securing it. So I'm going to take this clip right here in the center and just clip it down to secure it, make sure nobody could pull it off. You know you don't want you get into any fights and you wake fallen off. I mean it's probably gon na fall off, but you know just in case and we're going to clip the side. This wig has, I think, one two three four five six clips. So I'm going to clip it on the front to side and there's another one on the side, and then I clip the back, which the back doesn't really matter, because the hair is going to be covering the the clips. What really matters the most is the front. So now that I've brushed my hair over the - u part wig, so you do not see it anymore. I'M just partying my hair to create the ponytail on the top. I just part of my fingers. It doesn't have to be perfect. Obviously, because it's a wig, it's not a row hair. You know something you're going to see your scalp, so I just parted in half and now that I have these two pieces, I'm going to form a ponytail with them. Actually elide, I'm just going to clip it to the side, really quick, because I want to go back and take some more hair out, because the ponytail is too small. So I'm just going to take some from the center, but only from the back and I'm going to add that to the ponytail and then we are going to put everything in a ponytail. So this is what it looks like. This is how much hair I'm going to have to curl and I'm just going to take my scrunchie and put it in a ponytail. Now that I'm done, I'm going to make sure I take both parts and I'm going to squeeze it to make sure I can get the ponytail holder as close as possible to my head just to make the ponytail tighter so that it looks more natural, because if You don't do that. It'S going to just look like you, have a lump in the front and you're definitely going to tell you have like some something in your hair and it's not yours. So you want to make sure you really do that. Do not skip that step after I'm done doing that. I just like to go back with some bobby pins and secure or fix any areas where it might be lumpy or any hairs where I might think it might shift and show the track or if your track is showing. Don'T worry, you don't have to take the whole ponytail out. You could just pull some hair over it and put a bobby pin on now that I'm done doing that, I'm going to just take the ponytail hair and put it in a bun. We'Re going to put this away and come back to it later. I want to focus now on the other half of the hair, which I am going to wand. I think the one that I'm going to use is about an inch inch barrel, I'm not sure but I'll make sure I'll put it in the description box, because I really don't remember. I got it so long as though, and I'm just going to create some long curls, I'm not going to make them really tight. I just want simple, traditional wand, curls and then later on. We'Re going to you know, separate them and make them nice and fluffy. But if you want, when you're doing this, you can make them tighter. Sometimes I do the tighter the curl, obviously the bigger the hair and after every curl I like to put this clip on it, just to make sure the wand curls are very consistent and they all look the same because sometimes, if you don't do that, you'll have One that's like super long and stringy. Then you'll have one that's really perfect and it's annoying, because you'll have to keep going back in fixham. Okay! So now that I'm done with the bottom half we're going to go back to the ponytail and we're going to do the same long curls. I didn't mention before, but I like to take about like an inch to inch and a half on the bottom and for the top like a half an inch, but it's really random. I really do not try to do it perfectly, and I also don't put the clips on the curls on the top because I like them to be a little longer so that they blend in and kind of, like look like a waterfall on top of the tight Curls, because if they're too tight on the top, I don't know just for me in my face shape in my head shape. It just looks funny, so I like the curls on the bottom to be tighter than the curls on the top. So now that I'm done curling the top, I'm just going to run my fingers through all of the curls really rough, as you can see and separate them, because now I don't really want it to be perfect. I want to create some waves and since I I curled it not tight, but since I put the clips on it and made them so tight when I run my fingers to it, it's not going to completely take the curl out. It'S going to give me the exact wave I want, then I just take a wide tooth comb and kind of like tease it and fluff it up and make it big and yeah. I mean you could add hairspray if you want whatever you want to do, but I just like to backcomb it and make it look just more fuller. So especially so you don't see the back of the nape like whole, because you don't want that, because then people are probably going to see your track or see. You know where you clipped your you part. So now it's time for them ages. We'Re going to take a toothbrush for the baby hairs and some edge control, and just you know you don't have to do baby hairs. I know some people despise baby hairs and that is perfectly fine, but I am right or die for my baby hairs. I still make it without them. I feel like I don't have a pair of panties on. If I don't do, my baby is like I mean, there's nothing wrong with not wearing panties, if you don't want to, but you know what I mean, so I'm just going to do that and I'm so sorry, it's out of focus. I was trying to do like old school YouTube days in this video and not like have a backdrop and not try to like overthink things and make everything look perfect. So yes, kind of looking like 2014 2015, it's my ray-ray over here! So now I just put a scarf on top of my edges to make them flat and make them secure. You want to do this, especially if you live in a humid climate and then, after that, I'm pretty much done. I just go back and if I see any curls that are a bit too tight, I like to separate them because I like I said I don't want it to be perfect and I don't want a bunch of chunky curls all the way around. So I just like to separate them and pull them apart, and then I'm basically done. This is all I do. It'S actually super quick. It was slower because I was filming it, but usually I could do this in like 10-15 minutes, it's a really quick, easy, hairstyle and obviously you're not damaging your own hair because you're using it, you know see you part ways. So I hope you guys like this video. I love you guys so much make sure you give it a thumbs up, don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you in my next video Juicy's
