Hello, everyone and welcome to my channel my name's jess, and today's video is all about this product right here. So it's the jordan woods collection with easy locks, and i have picked up the u-part wig. I do believe she had a couple of other products, including including some bangs, which honestly i was like. Do i get them, but i was like. Let me try this first and then we'll see about the rest of the collection. If you are the type of person who cannot be bothered to do your hair, this is freaking perfect, because you do not have to spend a lot of time getting ready. Now i've been using this for about a week or two, and i want about seven of these, because i want to have backups of my backups on my backups. You know i am in love with this product. We'Re gon na talk about the product. We'Re gon na. Have a look at how i installed this styling and then any advice that i have for you guys, so, let's jump into it to get started, let's go through the basics. What is this? This product is described as the body wave lace? Up? U part: hd hair high definition, heat resistant, fiber, 200 grams to 24 inches you pop wig. In this description it says easy locks have teamed up with the stunning jewelry to create the jordan x, easy box range of products. The jordan x, easy locks. Collection has been designed for all hair types using superior quality, hd fiber hair, the beauty of jordan x, easy locks, exclusive hd fiber range is that the hair looks and performs just like human hair. Jordan, easy locks, hd hair, can be shampooed blow dried and straightened with heat up to 150 degrees. Now, based on that description, i cannot say that any of this is bs, because, honestly, the quality of this hair is great. It blends in with my hair perfectly like: can you even see what part is mine? What part is no, you can't well, i hope not at least i'm telling myself you can't now. I know as soon as i say, synthetic some people might be. Like honestly. I am the type of girl that always goes for human hair extensions, just because i, like the longevity of it, i like the quality of it as well as numerous other beneficial factors. However, this is probably the best synthetic hair that i've ever tried out, which honestly am i that surprised about? No because the ambassador is jordan woods when you do get it in the box, it is actually curly, but since receiving it, i have styled it in my own way. You can use heat on this up to 150 degrees. If you want to straighten it blow dry, it curl it, you name it. You can do it to this hack. In terms of where you can buy this, you can buy this directly from the easy locks website or surprisingly, you can even buy it off asos this product does retail for 69.99. If you are thinking about buying this, i would highly recommend using the easy locks website. Just because you can pay with planner now, if you're like me and you like spreading costs out so then it kind of evens out monthly. I would recommend that, because you end up paying something like 23 pounds a month which you know 23 pounds, that's like a chinese as soon as i got my parcel. This is the beautiful box that it comes in which, honestly i have kept hold of this to store this hair. This is how the outside of the box looks like so we've got the lovely jordan right here and on the back, we have the description as well as all the information of the product. When you open it up, it does have some more photos inside and we get this little note from jordan saying thank you for purchasing this product, as well as some care and maintenance tips. So yeah, that is the box. Now we've got the informative bits out of the way. Let'S talk about install the easiest in-store, i would recommend washing and straightening your hair the day before now. You don't actually have to do this. However, it will make things so much easier. The first thing that i do before installing the? U part wig, is brushing all my hair thoroughly just to make sure that i've got all the kinks out and that my hair's kind of ready for whatever i am about to do to it. There are two ways of sectioning your hair. The first way i would recommend, if you do have medium to longer hair - and i would recommend this if you are curling your hair, because it will add layers which is sectioning the front part of your hair. So then you can leave that out and then tying the rest back now. If you do have short hair, i wouldn't recommend this. The reason that i recommend leaving so much out, if you do have medium to longer hair is because, if you are going to curl it with that much hair out, it will create layers. My natural hair is this length, and the wig is quite long and having this part out and curling, it just means that it will look like it will have more definition and more layers. However, i am aware that this isn't going to work for everyone, because if you do have short hair, it is a lot harder to blend shorter hair. The second way is the most popular way and will actually protect your hair more because you have less of your hair out. The second way to section your hair is by using your parting and only taking an inch of your hair on each side of that, as well as on your sides. This way of sectioning, your hair, obviously is going to save you a lot more time, because you don't have to worry about blending more hair in with the u-part wig you're. Also, protecting your hair because you don't have to use heat on your own hair as much as the first method, and i would say this works with most hair lengths compared to the first way of sectioning. Once you have your sections now, it's time to get rid of of all the rest of the hair, so i just kind of put mine in a really awkward, bun and bobby pinned it down. If you want to, you can braid it, you can put it in a bun whatever's easiest for you. What you don't want to do is have something really bulky kind of up towards the crown of your head, because when you put the u-part wig, it will be noticeable in the back. So you want to keep it as low to your neck as you possibly can, or as flat to your head as you possibly can with that section. Out of the way you can go ahead and get your wig now. This wig has three clips on the top and two on the side, so all together, it has five clips that you can secure down to your head as well as three on the nape of your neck and a elastic. So this wig is going to be secure. There is no way that this is gon na blow off. If someone pulls at it. Good luck, because even if they pull it, it is going to be hard to get this off. I don't know who's going to be pulling on your wig, but there are circumstances. I have worn this out on a windy day and honestly, my hair was in place like once you clip this down. It is not moving because there are so many clips. You don't have to backcomb your hair at all. It will just grip onto your hair and stay there. I have not once since, using this had to back comb, my hair, which i love. You need a technique when it comes to back combing and i don't have any sort of technique, so i try to avoid it because i don't want to damage my hair at all with installing the wig. I always kind of like flip my head down place. The wig over and then clip down the sides accordingly trying to get it as close to my hairline as humanly possible, but also trying to get it as close to the front as i possibly can now. This is entirely up to you in terms of preference. I like clipping it at the bottom first and then clipping it all the way up. Just because that way, i feel like it's secured down to my head. You know when you put a half and you kind of like press it down. I want mine, like you know, like a hat one interesting way of explaining that as soon as you've got the? U part we clip down it's time to let your hair free, the next part of this install is blending and styling. So i just got some heat protectant spray, put that on my hair before straightening my own hair, to blend with the u-part wig. I also ran the straighteners through the u-part wig, because i wanted to kind of clean everything up this up. Wig is heat resistant, so you have free range to style it in any way that you want. You want to curl it. You can do that. You want heat waves. You can do that. You want to straighten it. You can do that. Also, you don't have to have 24 inches of hair. If you don't want to, you can cut it down once my hair was straightened. I just went in with some got to be hairspray and made sure to spray the top sections as well as the sides. I clearly did not take time to do my baby house today and it's just out of sheer laziness. I'M not gon na lie that is literally how easy it is. I would say the whole installation process probably took me about 10 15 minutes. The longest part of this process will be styling it. However, i would say styling. This is so much faster than styling my own hair, just because i do have naturally very thick curly hair. So straightening this versus my own hair actually works out a lot better for me, if you are a lazy girl like me, and you can never be bothered to do your hair, but at the same time you want to look good um. I would recommend, like my go-to hairstyle, when i can't be bothered, is scraping my hair back into a low vinyl ponytail. However, now i have the option of this because it's actually less work. That is everything from me. Thank you so much for watching this video. If you have enjoyed it, please press the like button and subscribe button. Mary Gothins: My hair is kinda like a "long mullet" and I've got long shaved sides. Do you think it would still work?
