Five stars all around y'all like it looks like a lot of hair, but it's not a lot of hair. It'S like a really really light. She glowing she glowing to be honest with you. I don't think this particular unit is on the market. Yet so you guys are getting first look and first dibs at this, but I do have a way that you can get your hands on one today because we're hosting a giveaway. So I'm super excited to show you this hair. If you've been with me for a while. You know that I have done a wig review here and there, but I don't do them very often, and that's really because I really struggle with them. I really really love the look of all of these beautiful lace, wigs that I see people getting laid and slayed, but every time I try to do them on my own, I fail miserably and it's not usually because I laid it wrong. It'S usually because I can't get into the look or like my head is on fire, like my scalp got, ta breathe, somehow or maybe there's too much hair on the unit. So I can't sleep in it like there's so many things that go into wearing a wig. That I just cannot get on board with, and I don't know if it's because I'm an elder Millennial, I I saw somebody on Tick. Tock say that the older generation or Elder Millennials can't get with the bus down middle parts where team side part and I've always been teamside Park. Every time I did a middle part. I hated it to see me pulling it off today, I'm proud of myself and before anyone says anything. Yes, I dyed my hair. I went back to a natural black color simply because I am going on another hair growth journey. I kind of fried it and dyed it with all the blonde DIY coloring I was doing throughout the year, so I'm gon na give my hair a break. Do a whole lot of moisture routines and get back into my protective styling, and you guys also know that every time I try to do a protective style and go to another color, it was so difficult for me to conceal the color underneath it. So I figured going back to black would be easier on my life and give me the opportunity to try out some things that I didn't get to try out when I was blonde, but anyways let's get into this unit. So what I'm wearing today is. Actually a? U part wig. This unit was sent to me by shake and go and it's from their new organic collection. To be honest with you, I don't think this particular unit is on the market. Yet so you guys are getting first look and first dibs at this. This unit is very similar to the wet and wavy unit that I showed you guys in a previous video. I will link that video in the cards above the only difference between that wig, and this one is that one was 100 human hair which could be dyed. Straightened X, Y and Z, this hair is actually synthetic, but it has the look and feel of like real Yaki textured hair. The camera can't show you what I feel, but it is pretty much the exact same texture as my hair. So I am super impressed by this for it to be a synthetic wig. It'S a hundred percent hand tied throughout the. U part, so it has seamless, lay um at the top and around the side sides. So that means there's no track or anything showing. The cap is really comfortable and flexible, so the u-part area is very flexible. It should fit with most head shapes. It also has a silicone band around the perimeter of it, so it doesn't slip and slide around your head. It does come with the standard comb. So there's two combs at the top one in the back of the u-part opening and one in the very back of the cat. I'M also going to do a braidless install. You guys know me for doing braidless protective styles, because not only am I a little lazy, but there are a lot of you guys out there who just can't braid or don't know how to braid, and we need a braidless option. So I installed this using the braidless method by simply just sectioning off the area where I want my leave out around the perimeter of that leave out. I rubber band those sections so that the Combs would have something to Anchor onto so essentially doing this. The braidless way, if I need to just slap this on in a hurry, it only takes me and I time myself, it only takes me 20 minutes from beginning to end to install this wig. So me being me, I did try to finesse this and do a side part with it, but I kind of failed miserably after multiple tries of trying to do a side part and getting this unit to lay comfortably. I ended up having to switch to a middle part, essentially the unit as of now works best as a middle part to wear comfortably. I couldn't wait to wear her out and when I tell you I got so many compliments on this hair. It matches so well with the texture, not just the color, it's the texture. Now the card does say that it is curling iron, safe up to 400 Degrees. I did attempt to curl it, but I would not recommend that I would really uh only use a flat iron if you needed to like get like some Kinks out or something like that. But what I found more useful is using my blow dryer brush just to like freshen it up if it did get matted anywhere, but I didn't really have a lot of matting. It still looks really good on the ends. It doesn't even really tangle the only tangling I'd get throughout the day is right here at the nape of the neck and most people, that's the main culprit. So the unit does come in two different lengths as of now 14 inches and 28 inches. I am wearing the 28 inches and I am I used to be five two y'all, but my last visit they said I was five one, so I don't know if that comes with age or what but anyways I'm 5'1 and here's where it lands on me kind Of like right at the top of the butt and to brush her out, I just use just a regular paddle brush, and this is the extent of the shedding that I've gotten. That'S that's really about it. It doesn't really shed at all. I haven't even had to like flat iron, my leave out a whole lot, usually to refreshing it I'll just grab my blow dryer brush and then just brush it out, and it just Blends right back in so yeah back in the day I used to make you Part wigs and I used to wear them all the time because they were always the most comfortable for me to wear. So this is right up my alley. Um. I do still want to attempt a lace front unit, but I am going to leave that to the professionals and I'm going to find me a professional who can lay me a unit and slay it the way it needs to be slayed so yeah. That'S really all I've got today for this unit.
