How To Melt Transparent Lace (For Brown Skin) | Kisslove Hair

Favorite, hello, guys welcome back to my channel, as you can see we're getting straight into the tutorial today, but for those who may be new, my name is Natasha, go ahead and subscribe because you clicked this video for a reason. So I have this week from kiss love today. This is a new hair company to this channel. I'Ve never tried their hair before worked with them. Anything like that, but new new year, new hair, you feel me so they sent over this um 13x6, transparent lace, body weight 24 inch. All the information will be down below, but they sent over this really nice wig and it's actually transparent lace - and I realize transparent lace is a little tricky. So I'm going to teach you guys how to make transparent lace, melt and Mimic HD lace and the pros and the cons of transparent lace. Transparent lace is not everybody's favorite, especially my brown girls, but it does have its pros and it is finessable. So, as you can see, the transparent lace is a little bit white, so we're going to have to tint the lace, but I don't tip my lace. Like everybody else, you guys know I like to cut Corners. I like to make it easier for you and easier for me, so I'm going to show you guys my trick, so I'm just installing my wig, how I normally do with the spray. I will say, though, with transparent lace I feel like there is a better melt when you wear glue. So if you are a glue girl, this is going to be perfect. I personally just don't like glue, it does nothing for me. I change my hair too much. I like to go to bed without my wig on, so I do not use glue, so I'm gon na um start styling, my hair, while that lace is laying and I'm going to do, a middle part and some curls today, I haven't done this in a while. Like the middle part, with like the long hair, I don't know how I've been wearing my hair, I'm trying to think, but I felt like a new woman when I put this on so I'm doing a middle part, and I love that it's a 13 by six. If you ever have an option of a 13x4 13x6 get the 13 by six, it's gon na lay a lot flatter. It'S gon na look more natural and you're gon na have more parting space to do more versatile styles, the greatest so as you can see, we're cutting the lace now and it does have that little white cast to it. But we are going to fix that. If you guys have little scissors or a razor to get a closer, cleaner cut, do that I've just lost my scissors and I can't find them so I just use whatever's in front of me. I will attempt to get a new pair of scissors soon, but anyways. Now, I'm just going to create a hairline, I'm pulling out what you guys would call baby hairs, but I don't plan on using that much baby hair. But as you can see, this is going to kind of create a new hairline. So from here you could either cut the baby hairs and then push them back and do a no baby hair. Look, you can soup all the baby hairs or you can do some of the baby hairs, which is what I'm gon na do, which creates more of like an edge more of a natural look um. That'S what I'm doing and also I did pluck and bleach this wig off camera, but it did come plucked, but I just did my own thing. I will be doing an updated, um bleaching tutorial for you guys, because it's time it's necessary. So now I'm gon na go ahead and spray. My hair and kind of push those flyaways back. I really didn't have any, but it was just a habit. I really wanted my hair to be laid and slayed and then we're going to tint this lace. So I like to use the makeup forever HD foundation, I'm not saying go out and buy this, but I did not like this on my face. I love it on my lace. It melts perfectly and it's an HD foundation. So what happens it? It just looks really good on camera. Like it's perfect, you can use a powder for this. You can use a concealer but make sure you're using something your skin tone. You don't need to use anything lighter and you do not need to use anything need to use anything darker, because, typically, the foundation is going to oxidize anyways once it hits that lace and it's going to be perfect to your skin tone. And if you use something darker like a bronzer, it's going to be too dark and if you use something light, it's going to just defeat the whole purpose of you even tinting the lace. So I just like to go in with a nice fluffy brush. So it doesn't pack too much product on it. It'S literally tinting the lace and it looks like scalp. It looks a little crazy right now, but it does match my hair a lot better. So now I'm going to go in and lay the lace again with that spray, and then I'm going to put on the elastic band and let that melt some more foreign. You guys this hair, I loved the texture of this hair. I feel, like I've, been getting a lot of very silky units, so it's hard for it to like hold a curl or I've just been wearing it straight. But this had that nice like it was soft, but it had a texture where you know it would hold a curl it kind of felt like Indian hair um. I love Indian hair. I don't know if I've said that before, but I love love, indie hair. It'S my favorite texture of hair um, but it had that kind of feel to it just very full and it wasn't too shiny. I had a very natural luster and it was full from root to n. So I'm just adding some oil to my hair and then I'm gon na start curling. It you guys have seen me curl my hair, a million and one times this is not a curling tutorial. If you want that, let me know but we're focusing on the lace today, but I did want some loose curls and I went back to my T3 um. I was using my EAP curling iron, the bigger one, but I just went back to this. I like how the curls fall well, it turns into like a wave. I think I'm gon na get the bigger version of the T3 curler, because I love this curler so much, and this is actually good quality hair, because guess what the T3 will tell me if this hair has synthetic fibers if it is low grade of hair, because It will literally melt whatever these plates. Are. It'S go. It'S gon na snitch on you. Okay, there was no shedding. There was no melting on the um plates or anything like that, so the hair gets a 10 out of 10. For from me, thank you, foreign foreign. Now we are back to this hairline. I took off the elastic band and, as you can see you guys, it is melted, like the transformation that this wig just made from the first time we put it on to just now. Flawless, like I said, glue, would be a better melt for this um just because it is a thicker lace and does need a little bit more something a little bit more tacky to really like press it into the skin. But this gets the job done for me. It looks great um and I'm just cutting the edges. I don't want to call them baby hairs and I just did something y'all gon na see. I didn't really leave a lot of that in because it was just a lot of swoop and duping um, but I didn't really want a baby. Hair ended up being baby hairs at the end, but I'm gon na perfect it one day because rosh Posh be doing it she'd be doing like the edge, but it's not really a baby hair. That'S what I want to give you feel me so yeah, that's kind of what I'm doing and I'm just tweaking it. I actually had a lot of errands to do this day and I just want to be cute, so I woke up early. Did my hair? Did a nice natural beat um which will be up on my other channel? I did like a no makeup.
