How To Style A Short Hair / Wig Like A Pro

Foreign in this video, I'm going to show you how I get to style this wig right here, I'm using the Tresemme heat protectants, the original container was damaged, so I had to transfer it to this. Can two heat protectant container. So what I'm using is the trust me Heat Protector, not the Contour, I'm starting by spraying the heat protectants all over the wig. You need to ensure you spray the heat protectant all over the beads, so to ensure that when you are trying to straighten the hair or curl the hair, it doesn't get damaged. So after I'm done spraying the heat protectant all over the hair, I'm going to reach out for my Argan Oil serum, I love using the Argan oily serum because I feel like it's the most Hill, it's one of the most healthy oils or serums for your hair Extension, so that's the reason why I use the Argan Oil serum, I'm gon na massage this on my on my palms and rub it all over the wig. Rub it all over the wig from the front part to the back side. The middle part just apply the Argan Oil all over the hair, because this hair was colored. I colored this hair to be the way it is right now and when you you put hair through that coloring process, it sort of strips the hair of some nutrients. So the essence of using a Serum is just to add some moisture that needed oil back to the hair before we start to apply heat to style, the hair all right. Now, what I'm doing is I'm cutting the hair into sections. I want to take away the part of the hair and clip it away or just use a band and hold it up by so doing, I'm able to go in and style the downside of the wig and take from the up part and style. You know it just allows me manage the process of styling, the hair more effortlessly. So if you have been styling your hair and you just go inside all together by cutting your hands section is going to help you achieve a better result. So do this clip your radio parts of the hair and walk in smaller sections, I'm going for a wavy look because this shot wig right here. If I I was to style it as a straight it wouldn't look very nice because you'd see some shorter Parts. The look I'm going for is a layered wavy. Look, that's the reason why I'm going to start first by straightening, the hair and when I'm done straightening the hair, I'm going to start adding those weaves I want and the kind of waves I want on this. Wig is the waves on the bottom part of the hair, so just watch me straighten this hair and, after I'm done straightening the entire week we're going to proceed to coiling the hair. Thank you, foreign. Thank you. Foreign has been completely straightened. Now you can see how the hair looks layered, it's not equal, so much shorter. Some are longer, especially at the back side. That'S the reason why you can't wear this hair straight so right now. What I'm doing is I'm just cleaning off the bottom part of the hair, because I don't want there to be random parts that are longer than the other side. So I'm just trimming off the ends to ensure that it's sort of leveled at the bottom parts using a Clipper to do that. Yeah use a Clipper. If you have a Clipper. If you have a very sharp scissors, you can also use a scissors to clean out the bottom part of the hair, so with this particular hair right here, you can see that the closure area is longer than the other parts of the hair, because I think I Used a 12 or 14 inch closure wow, the bundles are like 18 inch. So what I'm trying to do now is I'm trimming the hair on the sides and I'm going to go in with my scissors and really layer. The front part starts to close your area. Kids downwards yeah on both sides here what this is going to do for me, so this is going to give me that layered look, but it's not exaggerated, because I didn't really go very high. So it's a soft layer. It'S not a very. What word do I use? It'S, not a sharp layer, so it just flows with the other parts of the hair right now, I'm done with layering the hair. What I'm doing right now is coating the hair I didn't film, I missed, I missed a clip. That'S the reason why I didn't show you how I called that face pop, but you're going to watch me call the other part of the hair. So the first thing you want to do is just comb. The hair in a small comfy hair take out the small section of the hair and because the length of the hair we are working with is very short, you want to start coiling it from the ends of the hair, because you see right now. If I keep on calling this hair from the up part, it's going to stress me. So what I'm going to do is I'm just going to start from the ends of the hair and from the ends I'll roll it up and hold it and hold it up. There well so the heat can really heat up the hair because of the length of the hair. It makes it harder for me to coil from the up parts. That'S the reason why I started from the ends this same thing. I did right here for this one. I'M going to repeat it for the other part of the hair. Just watch me do it again, so I hold it to the ends. I roll it in it's going to be a bit harder for short hairs, but just watch me style. This 18 inch wig. Yes, so roll it up and hold it right. There, you see coil in one day beats to ensure that that tip of the hair is rolled in well. It doesn't just clip up there, because if it Clips up there, it's going to be rough. So after I've called it in, I leave the coiling one on the hair for at least 30 seconds to even one minute so that it hits really gets into the hair as much as I'm not showing that duration of time. In this video I mentioned it now. So that you know that I actually keep the coiling one on the hair for a long time. Styling this week took me over two hours, so I might not be showing you the full length of the video, but just note that I have to hold the hair up for at least one minute so that the hair takes in the heat bill so that the Coils can last because, for this particular hair, I'm not putting anything that is going to hold the calls, I'm not putting any hairspray, I'm not putting any styling moves, I'm just curling the hair without any products, just the Heat protectants and the Argan Oil serum. So after coiling the hair, I'm using a pin, you need to get this sort of um Clips to clip the coils in because, if you don't clip your curls up to allow it cool down before you drop the curls, it's going to make your calls not to Last long, but clipping because ensures that it calls lasts longer, so you can see I'm still going to keep on coiling the hair all over from the one side of the hair to the middle side and to the other side of the hair. It'S a repetitive process. Just keep on coiling the hair until you've gone through the entire hair and you're curling, the hair in sections and coiling. It in sections keep doing it until you finish. The entire thing keep track foreign foreign foreign foreign for at least 10 to 20 30 minutes to ensure that the hair cools off after I let it cool off. Then I'm taking off the clips from the hair. Look at the beautiful clothes just look at how beautiful it calls and even the color of the sweet is wow. This wig is available for sale. So right now I'm trying to style the V, because I made this wig with a two by four closure, but I think in the future I should be making this big in wider closures, maybe five by five four by four six by six. But right now I want to style the closure, I'm starting it, the closure area, I'm styling it as a middle part, so I'm trying to ensure that the part is clean. While I use that coiling one right there to flatten the hair on the closure area - and I went in with this bigger coating one to ensure that I straighten and flatten the hair on the up part of the wig - yes so guys um, I don't know why. I came to my mind to do a little pep talk, but let me just see this right now, so just take note of something: it's not everybody that comes to you that comes to you, because they truly want to support you. Some people will come to you to buy things from you to sort of cue, your spirits. Some people will come to put that Spirit of discouragement in you to make you feel, like you, don't know what you're doing, but never give up on whatever it is that you enjoy doing just keep on going, no matter what you will get better every time. It'S not everybody, that is your customer. The real ones will stay with you, and even if they don't stay with you, I should get better. God is going to bring you better. Customers just know that I so I applied a foundation on the pattern of the closure that street part there just put the foundation there. The reason why I put the foundation there is just to help it look more natural because I'm not sure I bleached this on this closure. I think I did like a random bleach, but it wasn't like um a specific bleach on the closure area. So right here, I'm just trying to cut out the meaning of that excess lease, and we are done with this week just after cutting off that is this list here. I don't really mean so guys um.
