"Virgin" hair: means that the hair has not been processed for color or texture. It is human hair in its raw, unprocessed state.

"Remy" hair: Human hair collected directly from a hair donor is Remy hair. It is also known as: cuticle hair, virgin Hair or cut Hair. most hair sold in the hair industry is not Remy hair, but rather bleaching or acid-baths have been used to strip the cuticles. *Remy hair also goes through a additional special processes comparable to those of processing cashmere, which ultimately allow better preservation of the hair cuticles. This creates stronger, fuller-bodied, durable Remy hair pieces. It is also spelled: Remi hair (in other words, remy hair is a higher quality of carefully or minimally processed hair.)

I'M gon na give y'all a hot second to get your life on this hair. Honey boom boom boom boom. Get your life, get your life life life death. This video is about the hair that i'm rocking. First of all, thank you guys. Look. Thank you guys for complimenting me on these luscious curls. This is wild crazy, diana ross, donna summers, creation that i am rocking on my head. This video is going to give you all the tea on my experience with this hair, you guys. So if you are interested, if i have captured your attention, keep watching what's up guys, it's your girl chris boom, first of all, makeup on my second channel. That'S beauty mcsquare go ahead and go over there, i'll link it below get your life on that too. This is my official review on bestslacewigs.com a couple of weeks ago, probably a month ago, i actually did a show and tell video i showed you guys. You know the packaging and gave you a little bit of information about best lacewicks.com, not that i had to feed you with information, because there's tons of videos here on youtube with lots and lots of reviews. It was my first experience, so i said hey. Let me go ahead and share with you guys what i'm learning as i learn just to kind of fast forward everything the package was nice. It came in a speedy amount of time. Their prices are amazing for, like all the products that they offer, they have lace. Wigs lace front wigs, they also have extensions, wefted extensions. I believe clip-in extensions, all kinds of extensions. They have it's like a online hair, weave superstore. When i received the the first hair that you guys saw, which was the deep wave, hair and wefted, i believe they were 20 inch 18 inch 16 inch. I also received a 14 inch lace closure. It is four by four as far as a length in the width of the closure, the hair was lovely, as you guys saw in the preview video. There was some issues with the hair like the ends were kind of sparse, not not too beautiful, but the the feel of the hair and the texture of the hair was quite lovely. The hair was remy, um, roomy, hair extensions, meaning that you know it's supposed to be a certain quality. This is what remy means, and it was actually processed here, though, so it was processed to get that kind of deep wave, texture and um, possibly even process to get the color that i had, which was 1b first issue that i had with the hair. The deep wave here was the fact that the closure that was supposed to be deep wave as well had a far more relaxed texture than the extension hair. I had an issue with that. The hair was lovely on the closure um. In my opinion, the hair felt better on the closure it felt like it was a better quality. A higher quality hair on the closure than the extensions just didn't feel comfortable rocking the closure with the extensions because the textures were so different. So i decided to go ahead and make a u-part wig. I have a video on that as well, so go ahead and click on the link to see that the wig you know just it was a standard. You part wig, first of all, shout out to the island, beauty xx, the island beauty xx. She was the first person at least that i saw here on youtube that really introduced me to the game of like a partial, that a partial wig that you can make out of extensions at that time. She called it the quick weave system and from there it started to turn into u-parts three four, three. Fourth wig parts - and it was just this massive explosion. Now a lot of companies that actually sell, sell, hair, weaves and wigs actually sell and make like you part, wig units like i. I wish that she can just get a check because i'm pretty sure she was like, probably the first person i saw at least on youtube that got me hit to that game. Side. Note sorry shout out to you mommy. I rock the hair for not even a whole week now. Here'S the horror story about that hair. That hair was a tragedy. It really was i'm not gon na lie, i'm not gon na front. That'S not my my tea. I i don't front um, not gon na bash either. My experience was not good at all. With that hair um, i didn't co-wash the hair and i didn't seal the wefts. So i'm going to take that and hold it in my heart and say you know. That was probably my bad. I wore the hair for about a week and the hair, really, you know, all of a sudden, like, i literally didn't put any products in the hair itself. I put my products in my leave out, but the hair, like all of a sudden, grew up like started to be very brittle. It felt very brittle. It started matting up something awful. It started shedding like crazy, okay, and so what i decided to do was take off the wig and i actually clipped it in my hair, so it was easy to take it off. I take it out. I took it off every night, but take off the wig and like co-wash it deep condition it like literally you guys hot oil treatment detangle it you guys clip them in try to salvage and see. If i could, you know just mitigate my damages so far, because i already had the wig and i already had the hair for about a week, and you know i just want to give it a chance. I didn't want to say that this is a hopeless case and give it a chance in the interim of doing all that, i did inform the company of my experience so far out of like all of the issues. Honestly, it was this the shedding that really kind of pissed me off about it, because it was just so much um. Here'S a little information, though i want you guys to just know this in case you don't i'm not i'm just going to assume you don't just in case you don't um when it comes to textured hair like this, it's a very, very high maintenance type of hair. The texture alone is going to give you a higher probability of some tangling going on, so you have to be familiar with the type of hair you you're rocking in and just try to do some trial and error and get some information on the best products to Use and the best way to maintain it, but even if you do everything perfectly there's still going to be some possibility of their. You know some some snacks, some tangles, because it's just a textured, hair, um and anybody with natural hair. That'S this texture knows what i'm talking about like it doesn't matter how beautiful your hair is, if it's like a kinky kind of texture, a really like wavy, like defined curls kind of thing, when it dries when it's all said and done, and when the pro, when The hair is all set. You run your fingers through it. You might get your fingers caught up in there. So with that being said, that's not what threw me off about my experience with that deep wave hair. It was literally that the shedding was like putting me over the top um. Although i didn't seal my wefts, i want to tell you guys that all those sealing your wefts is now highly recommended amongst several um hair companies. I didn't always seal my wefts and, to be honest, when i bought certain quality of hair, i didn't always have to steal my wefts that wasn't like a necessity. That was like an addition to you know. That was just something that you can add on to the longevity of your hair and i've worn so many different types of hair, different price ranges, and i'm telling you i've had some really really cheap hair. Before that didn't give me the shedding that that that hair gave me um, and i had some really really gorgeous girl, gorgeous hair uh, expensive hair, that i didn't steal the wefts and it i didn't have that problem. So it's not necessary it's just when you invest in a certain type of hair to increase the longevity of it. You know you just want to prepare it in a certain kind of way. So with that being said, i'm going to only take so much of the blame for the shedding, because i didn't seal the wefts. One reason why i didn't seal the wefts is because, from the visual standpoint the wefts looked so tight and well constructed that i just didn't think that i had to and at first i thought that the shedding came from the fact that i split the tracks at The top the crown part of the u-part wig, like maybe that's where the shedding is coming from, but no baby the shedding was coming from everywhere. This is just some of the hair that i collected from that and again i'm not trying to bash the company, but i'm keeping it real. That was just some of the hair kept it because it was amazing. So after all that was said and done, um and i contacted the company in the interim um, the company did apologize and you know they were very accommodating. You know they didn't have like an accusatory tone or anything like that. They were just very apologetic about my experience so far and they offered to send me some more hair and replacement of that hair um. I you know at first i was like you know, i'm not. I don't really need some more hair. I just wanted to inform you got. I wanted to inform you guys that this is my experience and no matter what happens from here, because i made a show and tell video i'm obligated to follow up on that video anyway. So i want to follow up with my experience one way or another, whether i don't get any more hair from you guys or i do get some more hair from you, guys, um. I don't think that it. It really. You know bashes, you guys or puts you in a different light, because you are very quick with your response time and they were, you know, very diligent into finding the problem and finding a solution. I just basically asked them. You know if a paying customer had the same experience. What would be your you know, resolution to it? That'S all. I was concerned about um. You know i already put in my my time and - and you know i felt like my time for doing what i did for them. Thus far was just like me being a paying customer. In my opinion, you know some people might think. Oh well, you got it for free. You know it's come out now, like i said before in my show and tell video you know my time is my payment. It'S like me, paying like people really value put value on certain things. I put a high value on my time so um i did pay for this hair in that respect. So um yeah, i asked them, you know what do you do for paying customers and um? They basically offered very very adequate um resolutions, which is basically in the form of a refund or an exchange. As long as you offer somebody's money back and an apology and an exchange or an and or an exchange, that's all good. Most companies want you to like. I want to have forensic proof microscopic proof that it was an error on our part, and you know you would be surprised you got like to people actually having a complaint about the quality of their products. They will like call you damn near a liar um. You just trying to get some free hair out of it. I'Ve been through it and i've seen it happen a time or two um. I don't know if best lacewicks.com was putting on the front for me, i'm going to take them at their word and say they they're. Not they will accommodate a customer. No questions asked um, i think in most or all cases they will. You know ask for you to send the hair back uh before they. You know either offer a refund or an exchange, but i mean that's just standard i mean unless, unless it was just such trash um - and you say you threw it away. Of course you know as a company, i would probably want some proof at that point, but nine times out of ten, if you have an issue with the hair um - and you want some kind of you want the company to recoup you in some kind of way, You'Ll make it as easy as possible and just send them back the product, no problem, so i like that about best lacewings.com. I like that um that they took accountability for my experience they apologize. This is something that's not the norm. Um. You know there are like tons of girls that that wore hair from best sex wigs.com. It'S at a certain price point. So i'm not going to say that that cheapens, the quality of hair. But you know i'm not going to even say all that um for the most part, there's a lot of satisfied customers out there. You can't please everybody and as long as those people who you are not pleasing, are still accommodating in some kind of way. That'S all that a consumer can really ask for in a a company uh moving on to this hair okay. So that was a lot of information about that hair and that's just a recap: this hair is something different. This is actually the hair that they sent me um. This is the new hair and um. I'Ve had some trials and tribulations with this hair, but nothing on the font of best lacewigs.com at all. This is their remy, indian virgin hair, so they do offer virgin hair on their website the little side. I i did a little side eye on their virgin hair selection because uh, i think most, if not all, were like indian virgin hair, but they offered so many different textures of indian virgin hair. And if anybody is, you know knowledgeable about what it means to have virgin hair. That means it's unprocessed hair. It just means pure unprocessed hair. There'S no coloring, there's no processing to make a certain texture um and it's basically raw it's in its natural state. So it's going to have like a really like natural hair, color um. You know if it's if it's lightening some kind of way, it's like sun, it's sun lighting and sun dyed. You know what i'm saying: um just pure raw hair uh. I just found it strange that you know they can have you know a deep wave, a water wave and like a loose wave virgin hair, and that can be just my own ignorance kind of blaring through in that comment, but nevertheless i chose their water wave hair. I chose 18 to 18 inches 120 inch and a 16 inch closure and the hair just the hair, actually looks like the deep wave hair out of the package at first. But after i ran my fingers through it, it was a completely different feel it felt so much softer the ends were so much well so much more intact and just beautiful the luster was very, very natural. The texture of the closure here was an exact match to the texture of the wefted hair um, the the actual wefts were constructed the same way. You know nice and tight nice and taut and um damn near seamless. As far as like all the stitching together, i sealed the wefts though, and i went ahead and did a deep conditioner treatment, co washed it hot oil treatment, i put it in a bag. I let it just like marinate overnight, like i was marinating some. You know some steak, you guys it ain't. No joke. I was like. I am not gon na have no problems with this hair after it dried and i rinsed out all the products um, i let it you know i i then uh created my u-part wig, which is exactly the way that i made my first up way except. I sew the closure actually onto the cap and um. I have the clips on. I have it clipped in, and everything like that. I took a little piece of remaining hair that i use almost every stitch of the wefted hair, but i took off one little piece and i actually performed a strand test on it just to see if the color has been processed. Just you know just to ease my my side-eyedness. You know i had a little side. I have to be honest. I had a little side eye going on, so i went ahead and did a strand test. I actually used like eyebrow bleach eyebrow bleach, not like 40 volume developer and straight up. You know uh, vibrant bleach, for the hair. I use eyebrow bleach, which is like a lower concentration of it and let it process for like five minutes or less and it actually lightened. I did i don't know what i did with the piece. I thought i saved it in a little baggie that i saved the um other hair fall out from, but um. No, i'm sorry you guys. I did. I just didn't film it and at that point i was like i was going through some things. There was something going on the lens on my camera. I had to like get a whole new camera. You guys, like i sent my cam my lens off to best buy. They had it for 14 days. When i went to pick it up, they said you know what go ahead and pick up a whole nother camera girl, because that lance is dead for the gods. So i mean i had a lot of things kind of messing me up in those weeks that i received the second batch of hair um. Now i've had this hair for about three weeks now, two three weeks, i think yeah about two and a half to three weeks, and i love it. You guys, um. I said that i was going through like some some love and hate stuff going on with this hair and the only problem that i have with this hair and it's no fault at all to this hair at all um. But i went to miami september 1st yep. I went to miami actually august 31st through september, 2nd and um. I could you know. I went on the plane and i couldn't pack the hair, the hair formulation, products that i kind of customized to really work with this hair and i was like feeling satisfied, but i couldn't really carry it on the plane. I didn't feel really confident packing it or condensing it um also because i was bringing so much of my my makeup, because i was going to do makeup while i was down there but turned out a different way. That'S fine! I got to relax, but i didn't have like my actual my products to really help with the hair. So when i was out there that miami humidity just like made my hair like it, was soft, but it was so so so big and normally that wouldn't be a bad thing, but it was like uncontrollable kind of bigness. I couldn't really control it. I literally went to like walmart or target and got some l'oreal uh leave-in conditioner and um, some like organics milk, conditioner kind of stuff washed, my hair in the shower doused it with that product. So that at least can it can have that kind of wet look. But as soon as it dried fully you guys it didn't matter how many times i resprayed it that hair was out like boom. So i'm here, i'm at the boutique opening out in miami and my hair is like hey how y'all doing i was like. Ah lee um - i cut some bangs into it because i wanted to like i cut bangs into it, because i was kind of frazzled about how my hair was looking out. Miami i was like. Oh my god like. I need to shake this down a little bit. Um so i kind of did that impulsively, but i kind of like it now um, but that was the only problem i have with this hair you guys, honestly. That was the only problem. I have this hair. Now, let's get to the end of this, the moral of this story, this very, very large review. The moral of the story is, i still like best lace wigs.com. I am not a promoter for bestlacewigs.com, i'm not a cheerleader for best lace, wigs.com, i'm just a simple girl that likes simple curls and i had a little hiccup. There was a little hiccup along the way and um they corrected it expeditiously and very professionally um. Also, i think it needs to be said that i've had companies that i've done reviews for way in the past, like they're, not even on my youtube channel anymore, but i've had companies that i've done a review or two for reviews for before and literally had like A bad experience and me reviewing their products. They actually will tell me well you're doing something wrong like that. Can'T be right, you know, so i'm not saying like. Oh you know, they said it to me. So that must be um. You know they must be terrible, but i figure, if you are bold enough to like come at the person that you want to kind of, hopefully sideline promote for your company in some kind of way kind of make a free commercial of some sort for your company And they're having a bad experience and they tell you about it before they even broadcast it like there's a certain way that you should handle a complaint like that, and i was like completely turned off. So i said to myself: if a company who really reached out to someone for the purpose of review, trying to help out their business, can can come with the sideline kind of attitude like that, then certainly they can come to paying customers like that because they anticipate On making several sales off of any good review that they send their products, any good review that they get so if they actually send products out to reviewers to review they're, counting on making several different sales. If i'm an individual customer, giving you guys one sale for one block price, and i say that i have a problem, if you cop an attitude with somebody, you have that has the potential giving you several sales, certainly you're, going to cop an attitude with the person That has you know that just made you one sale and that is honestly having an issue. So that's why i, i really do whole weight with the way that best lacewigs.com really handled my issue so um, you know, hope, yeah. So, hopefully guys you, like my review. My update, i kept it real, i kept it 100. I kept it real, real gutter with it. I still kept it cute um, but you guys were asking me so much questions about it and you really really thought that this was the same hair that i actually did a show and tell - and i wanted to let you guys know that this is different. Hair um again, my experience is quite lovely. I love this hair. It'S actually wash day for this hair. This is how it looks when it's dirty. It looks fantastic when it's dirty and it needs to be revitalized, so this is fantastic. I love love. Love love, love, love, this hair. I think that their remy hair extensions are, you know they have. They can be really really great but um. I just had a bad experience with the deep wave, hair and uh. I don't know if you i don't know. That'S just me girl, that's just me uh anyway. I hope you guys enjoyed all of this detail. This full throttle review and i thank you guys so much for sticking around this long to hear about it and yeah i'll see you guys in the next video bye

peakmill: this was a very good and informational video. And yes I watched the whole thing and loved it! that hair on your head is fabulous! :)

MissChriss82: AWW Thank you! Tell that beautiful woman I said thank you so much! I will tell her myself too. She's awesome

MissChriss82: OOH THAT'S MESSED UP!! I am soo sorry you went through that. That's definitely unacceptable if they didn't offer any type of resolution to your issue.

MissChriss82: Thank you. Yes the first batch of hair did shed a WHOLE LOT but the hair I'm wearing in this video I had no problems with shedding at all

MissChriss82: LOL! I appreciate you watching! YES! She deserves so much credit!

inikinok: I ain't neeeeeeeeva heard no review like this! Yaaas ma'am. I got my life, my death, and your truth! But now, I love your makeup and your personality and the stripes behind you! Lol.

Sadi Cece: About time somebody kept it real with they reviews

GotsToBe Steph: I've ordered from bestlace wigs before in the past. I loved there chinese virgin yaki wig so i thought maybe i would order chinese virgin yaki wefted hair along with a chinese virgin yaki closure.Bestlacewigs sent me the right closure the texture of the closure was the same as when i purchased the wig.But the wefted hair was a different texture. The wefted hair was silky straight and not the yaki the i ordered. On the package they even wrote that the texture is straight not YAKI.Not happy at all

MakeupByDawnC: I wish I could wear hair that big, you rock it best girl =)

MissChriss82: Although I used the word quickweave, I wasn't referring to the actual quickweave. I was talking about the u part wig that (before it was called a u part or 3/4 wig) a youtuber named xXTheIslandBeautyXx made wigs from wefted hair "sewn" onto swimming cap that she just called "The Quick Weave System". She wasn't talking about the hair glue/ bond method that was out for years at that point. Trust me, my parents are cosmetologist from Chicago so I know just about almost every weave method out there

GotsToBe Steph: Spoke with them and they accused me of lying. I would not be ordering from them again. Customer service sucked.

Amber Freeman: About virgin hair: When people give their hair to the temples they have different hair types. Hair does encounter some chemicals to be deloused, etc. The people who donate have different hair types that are identified as body wave, etc so that is is identifiable by consumers such as us kind of like how we use MAC's ID system to dupe foundations. Tisall...bye!

Tu Bailey: Girl, you rocked it.

philicia pierre: Thank you for the moment to Get my life. Girl i needed it
