Let me just highlight y'all right: quick boom boom shout out to all of the inner circle, members, the new ones and the ones who've been a part of the inner circle for a little bit. Listen, if you don't know what the inner circle is. You are missing out: okay, the inner circle just launched last week, and if you want to know more about it, while i'm talking, you can always just go to my quarterbacks.com slash, join but real, quick. I'M going to go through and tell you what it is and what you get all right once you join the member once you join the inner circle right here from youtube, you'll be able to get green as well. All right, you'll have custom loyalty, badges to tell people how long you've been an inner circle member, along with a custom emojis that are specific for inner circle members. I have some new emojis that are coming as well, you're, also going to get 15 off of all. All online classes live and virtual events for as long as you're an inner circle, member as well as um a members only live once a month. That'S going to be at least 90 minutes all right. We have one coming up this month. It'S going to be on the 31st and it's going to be back on what i talked about last night, which was hiring a virtual assistant. This is going to go in depth on my own process for hiring a virtual assistant. All right, it's going to be amazing. Listen: i've perfected this process over the past i'll, say eight to ten years and have changed things move things around and whenever i have a job offer that hits the online jobs that ph website. I get at least 50 applicants every single time and that's the minimum. Sometimes i get a whole lot more. So if you're in need of a virtual assistant - and you want to go a little bit deeper than what we went last night - then you need to go to marquardtbreslin.com, join and join in the fun you're. Also going to and listen, i just knew onboarded a brand new hire from the philippines just this week, all right! So i'm not teaching you old stuff that used to work. I'M teaching you stuff, that's actually working in my business right now, all right, so we're gon na go a lot deeper in that and one of my favorite things that we also do in the inner circle is the book of the month. I am a reader all right, i'm a reader, and i want to be able to share the things that i'm reading to enrich my mind and also to help my business. I want to share that with you, so we have a book of the month every month and i will discuss that book during our live mentorship meeting i'll share my takeaways. It'S going to be absolutely amazing. The reason why i created the inner circle is because i was tired of people walking it alone. That'S just the bottom line. I wanted to be able to help, hold your hand and walk you through this business thing together in a community of people that are like-minded, that have the same goals that are positive people all right and listen. It'S a crazy price. It'S under 20, it's only 19.99 per month and you go to marketable.com join to join right from youtube. And, yes, you can do it from your phone, all right, whoo man. I wanted to make sure that anybody would be able to do this. Just like. I said last night: here's the link right here just like i said last night. I priced this thing as if i was pricing it for my mom. My mom was a single mom for a lot of my life and there were things that she couldn't do because of costs, and i didn't want that to be anybody's. Excuse all right. It'S inexpensive, i would love to. Have you be a part of the community? We already got some conversations and some chit chat going on in the members. Only tab and it's just gon na be a whole lot of fun and i'm really really really excited about it all right. It takes about 10 seconds to join and i would love to see you in there all right. Let'S move on okay, i want to jump over in the comments and say hey to a couple of people. Rhonda rhonda, you don't miss a god bless you! Thank you. So much for being here, dashell cassandra, hey cuz, esther jacqueline uh. Let'S see michelle lexus samantha cherry k, valerie vivica, elstina, sheri anderson, uh uh. If i'm wrong miss mika, i was about to say hello to myself: hey marquetta, hello, hello, hello, uh, aj, hello, um aj. I saw your comment about emails. I don't see those emails. My team handles those emails, so um you should be getting a response back very very soon. All right, i see no emails at all. Unless i go in the box, i have to keep my mind clear, to be able to devote my time to the inner circle. To get ready for this lace week, university mentorship meeting we have coming up to plan lives like this and for my wig business. You can't see this right now, which i think i'm going to do a video in the inner circle all about this, but i'm surrounded by sewing machines. There'S an industrial machine over here there's a whole table right here, filled with probably about 10 different, wigs and wig blocks. Then there's a machine over here and there's a serger over there and there's another machine there, i'm surrounded by wigs and i have to stay focused. But if you need customer service just go to my quarterback.com slash support. My team is absolutely amazing. There'S the link right there boom. They will make sure to get you all taken care of and listen. If you don't hear back immediately, just know that we're human and it might take 24 - maybe 48 hours if it's on the weekend, all right whoo, i feel like i talked so fast um. Let me go back to saying hello to a couple. People then we'll get into the topic for tonight: hello, hello, hello, salia. I think i'm saying your name right. Can you tell me how to properly pronounce your name in the comments? I am. I want to make sure that i get this right. I remember seeing you in um, and i want to honor your name. That'S for anybody um! That'S why i always stumble over names, because i don't want to mess up anybody's name. People always apologize to me for calling me marketa margarito whatever, but i'm used to it by this point, but i just want to make sure i pronounce your name correctly: keena mercer, um uh, miss mills, hello, elle, herring uh. When marny marty you're back, i haven't seen you. Oh hey marty, i'm glad to see you on here key uh. Let'S see vicky german, how are you angela james tbk lives? I believe that is cassandra. I so appreciate you salia everybody who's, a member. We have uh a big members. Only video coming up at the end of this month. That'S going to be truly amazing. Listen before i get into tonight go to my quarterback.com join to become an inner circle. Member all right, let's get into this topic for tonight, so last i don't know if it was last year or the end of 2020.. I believe it was. Last year i was invited on uh to sam via's um, one of his videos that he does during the week. I was invited there to talk about wigs and in being invited there to talk about wigs. I thank you. I broke down different types of wigs so tonight after you like, and share this video, i'm gon na i'm gon na tell you about seven different types of wigs and how they're used now, i'm not saying there's only seven wigs, and this is exactly how they're used. I'M just breaking down choosing seven different types of hair pieces: aka pastiche hair pieces, whatever you want to call them, i'm breaking down just seven different types of wigs and telling you how they are used because believe it or not. There are a lot of people who are not that knowledgeable when it comes to wigs and they think when they think wig. They think the type of wigs that you buy out of the beauty supply store, and they can't see anything past that um. I was in barnes and noble today i had to go to barnes noble, to pick up a book for my son for school and i had on this t-shirt. Oh sorry, not barney, noble, barnes and noble did i say barnes and nobody said barnes and noble, but some people say barnes and nobles. It'S no end. It'S no s at the end. It'S just barnes and noble like happy new year. It'S just happy new year, not happy new years or like valentine's day. It'S just happy valentine's day, not valentine's day. I have this conversation with my best friend every year, every single year, all right, i'm just being funny tonight, y'all all right, so the first type of wig, which is the one that everybody oh good, good good. I pronounced your name right. The first type of wig is the type of wig that we all are familiar with. If you're on my channel you're, probably extremely familiar with the first type of wig, and i have examples for each one - all right - the first type of wig is going to be your full lace wig, which is what i have right here. Your full lace, wig is going to be the wig that is made from lace from the top to the bottom from the nape. I'M trying to part this thing from the nape of the neck, all the way up to the frontal area, all right. Now your full lace, wigs - these are the ones that most of everybody is familiar with. Now these are used for so many different purposes for um cancer patients, people they're using television and film and for the everyday woman um full lace. Wigs have evolved so much all right. I am getting ready to finally release lace, wig revolution and y'all know if you're inside lace, wig university, you know i love history and talking about the history of wigs and there's an entire section devoted to the history of lace. Wigs inside lace, wig revolution and you can just sit reading. It is just so fascinating because i talk about how wigs have evolved from all the way back back back back in the day like during the roman empire days. Even before, then they have evolved. So much even from the first lace wig that was ever made to i mean there is one section in a very old book that i read several years ago that talked about now. This is going to sound disgusting, but just hear me out, there was a um at one point: they were trying to mimic a scalp and so what they did to try to mimic the scalp. Is they somehow tied hair into the skin of the belly of a pig? How disgusting does that sound? There'S the book right there. It'S coming really really soon: lace, wig revolution. I was about to say university lace, wig revolution. I am so so excited about it all right, so lace, wigs have - and i forgot to do this - boom full lace, wigs. They have many many many different uses now also when it comes to full lace, wigs you can buy stock wigs or you can have your full lace. Wig custom made from scratch all right custom made from scratch, meaning a lot of you already know what this means, but for those of you who are watching this, video that are not familiar with wigs made from scratch means your measurements are taken um. Those measurements are transferred over to something like this called a wig block, and then your wig is built from the nape to the front, with different types of lace, material that are used for hair. I mean that are used for wigs and then the hair is tied onto the cap to create a wig from scratch all right. So that is the first one, all right, moving right along to wig number two, which is the lace front wig. So for so many years, let me just move these as i go for so many years. My mom would always refer to no matter what type of wig it was. She would just say. Let me get my lace front where's. What did you do with my lace front? Did you wash my lace front, where's my lace front at it didn't matter what type of wig it was. It could have been a stocking cap wig that i made with a width and glue and she was like where's. My lace front, but the correct type of wig that that term describes is this right here all right. This right here is going to be your lace, front, wig, meaning the back of this wig has wefts okay. These are wefts that you can barely see that are sewn. Let me see if i can get a better, because it's super dark and this is super dense. I can barely even see where the wefts are in this wig. Here we go i'll just part. This section open, so you can see this okay boom, there's a weft right there. The wefts in this particular wig are sewn up to almost only two inches for the front. Okay and then the front is all a frontal. Now this w this wig right here was not a custom frontal that was made by uh, like by somebody custom. It came from the manufacturer all right, so this is a lace front wig. So when you hear the term lace front wig, it refers to only the the front part from ear to ear and extending back two to four, maybe even five inches all right. That'S the front part. It means you take a lace frontal. You marry that with wefts onto the back with a traditional, ventilated cap or some might even use a dome cap, and that is your lace front. Wig these lace front. Wigs are typically they can be used for anybody. If you're suffering from hair loss around the edges, then of course this is going to be perfect for you, if you don't have hair loss at all and you just need a protective style. These are great um. Some cancer patients may want to use these as well. My mom used lace front wigs for a while. She didn't like she just liked the look of it, which was totally fine with me, so these are used for multiple purposes, all right and then going back to the full lace, wigs those can be used for cosplay. I mean all of these. Wigs can be interchangeable, but i'm just naming the common things that these types of wigs are used for all right. Everybody following me, so far, all right! So so far we have your full lace, wig, all right, that's boom number one, and then you have your lace front. Wig! All right! Let me hop over here to the chat drop, a one in the chat right now. If you are with me all right, let me see drop a one in the chat if you're with me right now boom, i see it. Let me take a look at some of these. I have three youtube channels that don't ever know which one i'm chatting at. That'S funny uh, okay, all right everybody's with me, amazing, okay! So that's two! All right! You have your lace front! Wig! You have your full lace wig and the next one that i want to highlight is going to be your lace, closure. Wig. Now your lace, closure wig, is exactly as it says it is a lace closure. Let me turn this inside out. That has been married with a traditional cap. This is not a ventilated cap. Okay, this is just a traditional wig cap that you would get from either a manufacturer or that you would find in a beauty supply store. The center has been cut out and a closure piece has been put in. These are my favorite wigs. This wig is heavy. It'S pretty dense um, it's pretty pretty dense, but this is a lace, closure wig all right now. All of these wigs obviously can be made from scratch. You do not uh the only one and even the one, the hard front, wigs that i'm going to get to later, and i don't have examples for all of them all right for most of them. I do but not for all of them, but even your hard front, wigs can be you got to. Let me i'm going ahead of myself. All of these can be made by hand by you. All you got to do is um. All you have to do is ventilate in the areas that you want the hair to ventilate. I cannot. We wait to use a ventilated cap. It seems more hey, faith, faith. How are you i'm giving you a virtual hug? How are you? Yes? Yes, yes, yes, it does seem so much more natural, so much more natural all right. So also these lace closure wigs now listen! This is what what a lot of people when you think about lace, closure, wigs and you think about lace, uh, i'm sorry! Yeah lace, closure, wigs and lace front. Wigs people think that you have to have a 12x4 closure. That'S got to extend back a certain amount and go and do all these things you don't have to do that. You really do not have to. You can just have a certain like you can just have a small section from ear to ear. That extends back what two two and a half inches. If you want, it all depends on what the end result is going to be for your client all right now for your lace closure, wigs all you, people who have trained with me before with lace, wigs, listen, your closure piece! What is that? How do the memes go? I don't need to hear this, but i don't know who needs to hear this, but your closure piece does not need to be this big. If you know you have a client like me right who i only wear my well when i wear wigs, i wear a part in the middle. I don't put the part on the side. I don't do anything like that. Just put the part in the middle, so all i have to do is reduce the size of the area that i'm ventilating down to one. I could do one inch across or one and a half inches across and let the rest be wept. Do you know how much time you will save yourself and then you also save your clients money if you decide to charge less because you're ventilating less, don't think that, because it's a lace, closure wig, it has to be a standard size because you can make whatever Size you want, if you want two inches across by four to five inches back. Do it all right you do not have to, and it doesn't have to go just straight down like this. It can be curved all right. The possibilities are endless. The possibilities are endless. What are common closure sizes? Oh man, three by five, four 4x4 uh, the biggest closure. I'Ve ever done was a 5x5. It was so so large. It felt like it took me forever, but a three by four three by five four by four and four by five, are your pretty common numbers. But of course you don't have to be stuck at those numbers you can uh create whatever it is. You want to create alright, so this is a lace, closure wig, all right number, four number: four: is your u-part wig all right? So i don't have my you. Oh, you part wig in front of me, but i'm going to explain for those of you who do not know i'm going to explain what a u-part wig is a u-part wig is a wig where, where this closure goes, was actually a section, that's smaller than that. It'S basically an area, that's left open. There are wefts that are sewn all the way up to the top. There are clips that are sewn into that top area, so you can just clip the wig into your hair at the top and on the sides and in the back and your hair is left out to blend at the top. Do i, like you, part wigs? Absolutely i love you part wigs, because if you're like me, i used to be a listen. I used to be able to sit in a salon chair for hours and it would not bother me. I would just sit there and get my hair done. Get my hair braided or whatever it was, but now i just don't, have the patience, oh, my goodness, i'd like to get up and go all right. So a u-part wig is great, for somebody like me, because i can just clip it in my leave out is what it is. It blends and boom i'm done, and then you can even sew those in as well so far. What would you charge for different wig types? So listen. It always goes into always say this. It'S up to your discretion, however, when it comes to what you charge for whatever it is that you're doing, whether it's a full lace, wig, a lace, front, wig or a lace closure wig. You have to determine i'm gon na. I'M gon na give you my formula for how you determine this is a baseline formula. This is not uh anything set in stone, but it just gives you an idea of where to start from all right. So the first thing you have to determine is how much, if you take on a project - let's say you take on a project like i'm pointing over here like y'all, can see it like this full lace, wig right here, all right. Let'S say you take this project on and you got a client and she's like well. I want you to make me a full lace. Wig you've been through the entire process. She agrees. She hasn't agreed to your pricing yet, but you go through the whole process and she's like okay, how much okay! So this is the math that you do before you get to the point where you're having the consultation, so that there are no questions asked. The first thing you have to determine is: okay, if i take on this full lace wig for this client. What am i going to miss out on behind the chair, if you're still behind the chair? How much time am i going to miss from my clients and how much money am i going to be missing from my clients? So, let's just say, and these are ballpark numbers - i got to write this down, so i don't forget. Let'S just say you make two thousand dollars a week behind the chair, all right, two thousand dollars per week behind the chair and you're like all right. It'S gon na take me 40 hours, total from start to finish, to do everything. Let'S say 50 hours all right. It'S going to take me 50 hours from start to finish, to do everything, and i know that all right well, if you're spending the same amount of time behind the chair, you just got to do the math to find your baseline. So you take 2 000. I didn't plan to do this so bear with me. Math is not my favorite subject. All right, 2000 divided by 50 is 40.. That'S approximately your baseline. Now this is base base base base. Baseline is forty dollars an hour that does not include listen. That does not include the hair, it doesn't include any of the up charges. It doesn't include um sizing preferences, texture, anything like that, so your baseline price would be two thousand dollars. This is. These are just numbers that i'm throwing out there guys. It would be two thousand dollars and then you build from there according to what it is they're asking for all right. Ultimately, what the market will pay is what you can get, but this is very baseline. I'M just giving you an idea of how to come up with a formula, so you can price your stuff. Accordingly, all right, some people charge uh two thousand dollars. Some people charge ten thousand dollars. Some people charge uh 500, depending on the amount of work that is done, but i will tell you that uh yeah it also depends on where you're located in the world too. So all of these things factor in to cost, but you have to at the end of the day you have to sit down and determine what you're going to charge for whatever it is you're making for that client if you're, not behind the chair. That'S a great question, so, if you're not behind the chair, what is the baseline price that you won't be like? What is that number? My um i used to have a friend that um was in business for herself and she said i don't move and get out of my bed for less than five grand she wasn't a wig maker. She said i don't get out of my bed for less than five grand if the price, if they're not willing to pay me at least my baseline price, i'm not moving. So you have to determine and thank you so much elsina for being an inner circle. Member really really really means a lot to me, but you have to determine what is that price that you're not willing to compromise and then build from there all right? What is that price that you're, like you, know what i'm not even picking up a piece of hair for less than it's going to start at? I don't know a thousand dollars or 900 or whatever. That number is all right. Now, everybody, here's! What, if y'all, are in a position right now, where you can write, i want you to write down whatever your baseline number is. What is that number that you know for a fact, you're not going to move and do anything without all right, and sometimes you might move if there is an opportunity, but i want you to write down that number. All right write down that number and say: okay, i'm not taking on a client to do a full lace wig for less than this, and i'm not doing a lace front wig for less than this, and i'm not doing a lace closure wig from for less than This and then build from there. Listen if katy perry or michelle obama wants some work done. You might budge or adjust. I'M just saying never get so locked in, because opportunities come across, especially when you're in a profession like this with wigs and if you're good you're always going to get opportunities that come across your plate and there may be times where you're like well dang all right. Well, i'll reduce my price by a little bit or i'll, reduce my price by this much all right, so they send many clients and you can make relationships that way. So but i what i do want you to do, because a lot of people who are making leagues and doing repairs are afraid to price their stuff. Accordingly, listen this stuff takes. This is a handmade, even though it's frizzy right now. This is the wig from inside lace, wig university handmade each hair single singularly put into this wig all right. It took a long time to make this wig all right. You want to make sure you price accordingly, so that you're not mad and burnt out i'll. Never forget, listen, what's great about this. This skill, don't ever get me wrong. What'S great about the skill is that it opens so many doors, but what i don't want you to do - hey, listen not only that rig making in and of itself. This skill is a whole ministry. Imagine the lives that can change for what you do from what you do with a ventilating needle all right. I even do free work if i'm led to yep free work. If i'm led to this is a life-changing skill for people. Thank you. Yes, i need to below my nose all right so uh. Where did i leave off at oh? I wanted to share a story with you. So there was a young lady. I will never ever ever ever ever forget this story. I was still doing seminars. I was still living in south carolina and i had this young lady attend my i used to have a two-day um lace, wig class, so she came hold on guys, i'm to mute myself, so i can blow my nose. I'M going to mute myself right here. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Allergies are something serious over here in the breslin household um, so i had a young lady. She attended my two day, lace week event. She walks in the door and when they get ready to get to the point where they're ventilating, she pulls out some work that she's already done and i'm completely blown away because her work was absolutely gorgeous and we got to talking - and i i was asking her - You know how long have you been at this? She learned from the lace wig training system. She said i've been doing it for a while. I said how much do you charge for this? Her lowest price was about 200 or to 250 for a full lace. Wig, don't ever do it, don't ever do that and price yourself so low that exactly sherry still don't forget, the full lace wig is fitted to your head. Do not price yourself so low that you get burned out. So i said you need. I told her. You need to add a zero to the end of that, because her work was absolutely stunning. It was beautiful all right. So that's what i i don't want you to do. You'Ve invested in yourself look at where you're in right now, if you're one of my lace, wig university students or if you attended any of my classes or any classes that have to do with wigs you've invested in this thing, you have invested in your expertise. So it's very important to charge your worth, and let me say this before i move on to the next wig: do not haggle your pricing when you set a price for a customer, don't be afraid, don't be scared, you say it and then just be quiet. This is very, very, very important, don't stutter when you say it: don't um well, uh, because uh and then don't don't, say the price and then start talking because you'll talk your own self out of the price that you set for somebody else, selling is 80 confidence. Never forget that it's 80 confidence excuse me stand in full confidence, knowing that you have a service that you offer that is going to change their life, it's going to change their perception about how they feel about themselves. All right, don't you ever forget that and fyi at some point i'll be doing another nationwide tour uh. My last tour was before all of the covet stuff and i'm gon na go on another one. Once everything comes back down, but that goes for every word. That comes out of your mouth. Listen! It'S 80 confidence! All right! Don'T do not talk yourself out of your own pricing. I don't care if it's not wigs, if you're a stylist, that's behind the chair and somebody is coming in and they want a whole bunch of services. Don'T try to discount everybody that sits in your chair all right. Your doctor doesn't discount the services that they perform for you they don't discount. I mean they might knock the price off of surgery a little bit right, but all in all, they're not they're, pretty firm in their pricing and even if they do knock the price down. The price that they knock down, they've already budgeted for all right. That'S for people all right! You fit in this category. If you're self-pay, then this is this - is your discounted rate? Don'T ever get it twisted all right that doctor puts on a white coat and people conform period, walk in there with a white coat and it's oh. This is a doctor. I'M gon na pay what you say. I got ta pay and do what you say. I need to do don't let a doctor or somebody in another profession, have more confidence than you, because you are not just a hair stylist you're, not just a wig maker you're, an amazing individual who is talented at what you do with wigs. You change people's perception about how they feel about themselves through a wig you're, a trusted advisor you're, a skilled creator as the kids say period, so all right, yeah and that's with hair color, uh: silk blowouts, whatever it is anything anything you are the expert you got This okay, let me go back to these wigs. You are so welcome sybil you are so welcome. Don'T let that don't let that thank you, uh vicky, don't let that get you caught up all right stand firm and say it with your chest out: you're, welcome symbol! You'Re, so welcome all right, so number four, so the ones that we've been over have been the ones that most people are familiar with: full lace, wigs, lace, front, wig, the lace closure, wig, the? U part, wig and now the half wig. Now the half wig is not to me as popular as it used to be because my mom used to wear the mess out and she had this half wig. I wanted to sneak in her room and throw that thing in the trash you wore it for so long. But half wigs are it's basically a half of a let's say, a lace front wig. So the wefts are sewn up into a certain point and then they either have, which is also dubbing for a headband wig but they're sewn up to a certain point wow i did my doctor's hair tonight hold on. Let me pause what i was saying. I did my i did my doctor's hair tonight. No discount, i pay in full in her office. Hello, you've got the right mindset, you're, providing a service full price, not in full full price. You pay full price. I said it wrong. You charge your full price because you pay full price in her office. That'S only fair! That'S an exchange of services! Okay, going back to the half wig, so with half wigs aka with half wigs aka headband, wigs, sometimes where those wefts stop. There is an elastic headband. That'S sewn onto um that wig to cover that area, so it appears that the individual that's wearing the wig just has on a headband with their hair coming out of the back. But if you snatch that thing off - oh my goodness, all right! So that's what i have wig is um for some people. Some people can make those half wigs, look amazing, but other people don't make them look so good. All right, rochelle says i stopped doing hair because i was scared. Oh rochelle! No, let me pray for you. I feel this deep in my spirit because rochelle you said it here, but somebody else, probably more than one person was feeling the same thing all right, so heavenly father. I lift up rochelle to you right now, lord, in the mighty name of jesus and anybody else that is listening tonight. That is afraid to charge their worth. I pray heavenly father that you remove every ounce of fear that is preventing them from charging their worth and that you give them a supernatural boldness. May that boldness come upon them right now, lord, in the mighty name of jesus, to be able to stand firm and say with total and complete confidence, they're pricing and not think or blink twice. I pray right now, father for a supernatural shift in the atmosphere of how they're feeling in this moment may this be the moment that their fear broke off of them, that they will always come back to and remember for the rest of their lives in jesus name. Amen, amen, listen, we got to speak life, we have to speak things, one of the one of the most profound revelations and i'm sure somebody else has had this revelation before and that's wonderful. But when i'm in my bible study time and i'm reading - and i get a revelation that hits and just like wow god didn't think the world into existence, he spoke out of his mouth the world into existence, so words are incredibly powerful, very, very powerful. This world is already designed to take you out to take you down hollywood everything that you see on tv, what you're seeing on social media. It'S all meant to totally consume you and sometimes instill fear in you. But you got to fight to keep your peace. You got to fight to and and manage the words that you say out of your mouth and that you speak over your business. Be careful with that! That'S not just for rochelle! That'S for everybody! Be careful, saying uh! I'M never gon na figure this out! Really! No! Let'S not say that you got ta and listen. That'S for me too. I preach this message to my children all the time. Man, i'm just. I ain't, never gon na get this. I don't understand this. No, no! No! No! No! No! No go back! Re-Say! That say that over again and say it right, because that's not right, words are so powerful life and death is in the power of the tongue. All right, i preach it to myself constantly i'm always checking myself. What does the word say and we hold captive every thought that exalts itself against the knowledge of god? I think, is second corinthians two and ten or something like that. But it says, but we hold captive every thought that exalts itself against the knowledge of god and probably saying that backwards, but basically check yourself, because you can be speaking something out of your mouth. That is not in line with what god has for you and then you're speaking against what god has for you, so be careful with that. We got to be very careful with what we say out of our mouths. Gloria armstrong says thanks for the prayer, because wow amazing, because i needed it to - i - was about to leave the salon, but i got promoted wow. This is your season. This is it right here. This is your season for everything to shift for everything to shift for you. This is it right now right here. This is your season wow all right. I forgot what oh, the half wig okay, even with the half wig, what you all are are learning inside um lace, wig university, and even if you know how to use a sewing machine with wigs or you hand, sew your wigs. Anybody can make a half wig. You just stop sewing up to a certain point and make sure that you, in that the end of that cap has some sort of edging to it, so it doesn't fray. I think you just take your headband and sew it underneath to disguise it, but you have to position those wefts in such a way that they don't show all right. So in most cases you sew the wefts coming forward and then you can flip them back. There'S a lot of different or you can do the um flip over method for a headband wig, there's a bunch of different things that you can do to make a bomb headband wig to get you through some of the rough spots with those rough hair days or For a protective style, all right, whoo next one, i only have two more left the next one is your hard front. Wigs now a hard front. Wig is just like you see right here in this image, see those colorful, wigs and the ones down below those are considered hard front wigs. What a hard front wig is is simply a wig that has no lace all right. The front part of the wig has wet sewn onto it, and it's the wefts are disguised in such a way that you can't see them. The reason why i don't like those hard front wigs is because they look wiggy. They look like a wig. In most cases. Now i've seen some some girls on tick tock create some insanely beautiful, looks with hard front wigs, so you can do it. You just have to be creative. You just got to have the skills to cut and style all right, but that's what a hard front wig is and last but not least, is going to be your wig all right. So what i have right here is, i have a 360 frontal all right. Another history tip from back in the day, there were two things that they made a lot back in the day and there were called transformations. One was a transformation and one was a semi transformation. A transformation was this actually was a 360., that's what they called a transformation back in the day and a semi-transformation was a frontal all right. They were made a little bit different than what we see here, but what a 360 wig is. It'S a 360 unit. I'Ll call it and where the opening is, is typically wefts sewn into the opening. The reason why people use these is to be able to not have to pay full price for a full lace wig, but to also be able to save money in that area. But to pull the hair up into a nice ponytail all right. This can also be used. If you don't want to put the wefts in the middle, you can also attach a 360 to the client's natural hair, depending on their hair texture and integrate the 360 with their hair all right. So all of these wigs are amazing and can be used for so many different things, but you just have to be creative. All right, i don't ever want you to feel limited to what you're uh to what you can make when it comes to wigs and there are other types of wigs that one day i'll do a show on and explain later. But i did want to break down these types of wigs because i do get a lot of questions or i get questions about wigs, but people are not using correct terminology, and these are not from wig makers. Questions are from people who are wanting a wig made. Then i'm usually referring out to one of my students all right, so i'm going to hop over here into the comments answer some of your questions and see what y'all are talking about over here in the comments and then we'll be done for the night. I feel like tonight flew by uh ostina said i was so in one while watching you boom there, you have it pedita. How are you, how are you perdita said, i'm so glad i was able to catch you tonight. We had the discussion at the shop and they were trying to to make me second guess my prices. I came home second guest, yet i turn on youtube and i hear you well. There is your confirmation you're welcome sybil, you are so very welcome. Uh l herring says thank you for talking about half wigs in such detail, because i plan to launch my wig line with half wigs first, i love it. I love it, love it love it uh, while i'm building enough inventory to make wigs and closure pieces, i need, i love it, love it love it uh. Let'S see, i saw another one up here that i wanted to make sure i highlighted yes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you receive that in jesus name, they're great on roller coasters. As long as they're secure right, listen! Oh my gosh. I can't imagine having my wig fly off on a roller coaster, but i probably would just laugh at it um. Yes, i used to look. I used to love my half wigs back in the day. I'Ve never owned a half wig. I don't know why, but i might make me one because my hair is growing out and it's starting to look funny in that awkward grow out phase and i'm trying to talk myself out of getting it braided yeah it's i could do a whole show on just My hair alone that i'm sure my husband would love to watch who else's husband gets so tired of hearing them talk about their hair i'll raise my hand first um. Okay, let's see uh, what's up hey, how are you uh okay period with a t period? Yes, oh, i saw another one up here that i missed uh, i'm sure i'll find it uh at some point. Oh there we go faith says: do you prefer prefer a custom raw unit, or would you prefer to tweak a stock raw unit love? This question: are you able to save and finesse in a sense, i love this question. Faith um. If i have the choice, i'm going to always want to make it myself. However, i do understand that for a lot of people that may not be an um an option that they have available because of the sake of time. So in cases like that, you can finesse the mess out of a manufactured wig, there's so many business models to do this. Toria, who faith was in your the first class of mine that toria ever attended was the one that you were at faith. That'S so crazy. I just thought about that, but even toria toria, that's what she did. That was part of her business model when she was making wigs part of that model was to take manufactured wigs, narrow out that hair and customize and the wigs were gorgeous. They were beautiful when she shares inside one of the bonuses in lakewood university how she grows well. She she met. She made uh two thousand dollars in a day because she tweaked four wigs in one day, so there's no right way, but my business model for for ezra is that we'll be building them from scratch. That'S gon na be my business model, but i know uh people who order from overseas and customize and the wigs look absolutely amazing, so my personal preference, i lean more towards building from scratch. However, i am not at all against customizing. I think all the models are good models. You will not hear me um talking negative about either of them. Love that question all right. Here'S another one right here from brenda, jamison marquette! Thank you for sharing this and teaching blessings to you and the lace. Wig university family having oh. Thank you so much. Thank you. Authenticity Is Key: I loved this, simple and concise explanations a usual! I'm curious how you feel about the latest types of wigs, the thin part and the v part wigs (the ones that require no to low amount of leave-out) and the T-part wigs. I see them being promoted a lot but the construction is never really highlighted. So it's really unclear to me whether it's a durable type of wig that can be worn everyday, or more of a delicate, "wear-occasionally", type wig.

ny921😇: Amazing content I'm definitely joining,I'm blown away nothing but God brought me here,God bless you Mrs Breslin
