Protective Style / How To Apply A U Part Wig W/ Twa / No Heat/ No Sew / No Added Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel shalina monet, aka, lena monet, so today's video is going to be fun for me at least, and i hope you enjoyed as well. So if you watch one of my last videos, i created a u-part wig. Okay, i used hair from the hair store and i just used quick weave glue and on that video i show you how i created it and also how i ended up styling that unit. So, as you know, i cut my hair. Let'S get into this fresh and go for this, you definitely want to make sure you have your baby hairs down and laid. I will be coming with a video later on about how i do my wash and gos all right, so you just want to get into that real quick, but i still love wearing you know straight hair, i'm not gon na be flat under my hair, i'm not Gon na be adding any hair to this style. This is all about just have your unit and just have your accessories. All the accessories are like hats scarves, so yeah, let's get into it, alright guys. So this video is, i mean for this hair. I would say it reminds me of like a headband wig, just quick. You know quick up and go hair, just quick and go hair because you know i still want to wear this wig unit that i made, but i'm not going to be straightening my hair. But again you want to make sure like, if you're a baby hair person, i'm i'm a baby hair person, and so i make sure, like my baby, hairs are tacked down and then, like my fake, like sideburn situation is taken care of. But here is the unit again, i will post the original video up above. If you want to catch it, i just used the blonde. It was like a 1b 613, i believe and then like a 2b color and then, as you can see, you see like like. I said just use the quick weave blue and i sewed in three wig clips into it now for this style like so i'm gon na show you all these things, i'm not gon na tack it down to my hair, but you can, if you want to because You'Re using these accessories you're not really going to need to have to tack it down, but if you want to be so much secure, the wind is blowing outside girl, honeyboo ciao. I understand if you want to tack it down. Okay, but we in the house. We ain't doing this. Video no wind is blowing all right. So again, here is the hair. I cut it into a bob and i'm just gon na pull it up just gon na pull it up and then the first one is one of my favorite hats. Now i know you guys are gon na be tired of seeing this hat here. She go, but i'm gon na tell you now. Like i'm sorry, no i'm not. I love this hat so freaking much. I got this from forever 21, but this is giving me you know brunch mimosa, coffee date. You know, i feel like that's that's what this hat is. So i feel like one of the first style you could do if you want to, you can wear it. You know straight like that. I know some people like to wear it like this i've seen in like um, pinterest photos and stuff like that people like to wear it like this me, like i said, the purpose of wearing the baby hairs is so i can pull it back like so, and If you want to tuck it behind your ear, you can so yeah. Just have you know your hair just tack down a little bit and i feel, like you know, when you make your own unit, it's a lot more personalized. You know yeah, you can go buy. You a synthetic wig and uh synthetic wig or yeah. You can do this with the wig full wigs too, if you do know, you're not good with the whole like um, laying a wig down or anything just push the wig back just so your natural hairline shows - and you can wear like this or if you want To do a quick, u-part wig, you can make one. I absolutely love this. I love hair color, so this is perfect for me, so this is style number one. You know coffee date, mimosas, alright, guys so for style. Number, two um again! You can just make sure it's up. You know for my sporty girls. I know i'm a little bit sporty here. I love wearing some tennis shoes. Okay, uh is a snapback hat. This is for my l.a people and my cousins. What'S up, and you know again, you're going to the store, you know, you're, making a quick run, you're going to the mall shopping or something like that again. This is just quick and go hair. You can well, you know, i'm going to show you the first way. First, so for some people they like to wear it like this way, and i do i'm not going to do it on my hair but to pull it off. So you don't see like your hair peeking out on this area, i would say, make a straight part. Yes, clip it down, clip it down on the side that you just did and this i guess you say this is really just a really great advantage for those who have really short hair. Like me, you know and because, if you wear it like this, i mean you could possibly get away with it, but you can see your hair is like all up in through here like you can see my hair all up in through there. You know um. So the way i would suggest wearing it, if you don't want to do all that or you just you know, want to get up and go it's just weird like this and again, i'm all people. I love to tuck my hair behind my ear, i'm kind of feeling, like you know, like jenny, on the block kind of vibes, even though it's gon na say new york on the hat, but you know style number, two, okay, so for the next style. This reminds me of like you're wearing a nice sundress, one of those ones. That'S super long and flowy breeze. Just blowing, you know, and you know your girl calls you and she's like you know, hey, let's go kick you or your mirror call you, okay, girl, get together. Let'S go and you know you don't really have time to do your hair again, throw in your your wig or whatever i like to make sure it's like really up to the front to be a little exaggerated. Now i might clip it in now, because there's a certain way, i'm trying to wear this so like like i want it like really close up. Okay, really close up here goes my scarf again. I want my baby hairs to show and there you go down number three again. I just wanted it up like closer just to get that like frame or whatever and again i'm still that person that'll be like tuck it's behind the ear, but you see the look that i'm trying to go for and again style number three, all right guys. So last, but definitely not least, because you can, you know, really style us up and be really funky with it. Okay, i'm going to be using my and kyra. Now, there's a little history about this, and i'm going to just tell you about it really quickly. So this has swahili written on it. Okay, this means a lot to me because i used to take key swahili in college, can stay alumni and um. If you stick around to the end of my videos, which i hope you're sticking around to the end of videos. Okay, um, i always say, asante sana at the end, which means thank you very much in swahili, but yeah. My teacher went back home to nigeria and brought this beautiful inkara back for me for my graduation when i graduated from college. So this means near and dear to my heart. I absolutely love it, but you can use any big scarf, but this is like super duper long and i absolutely love the color all right and i'm just twisting it up now. You can rock this like the front way like i'm doing it or you can rock it the other way as well. Whichever is your preference now. Sometimes this works for me, and sometimes you don't so we just go find out together. Epic fail all right, so this is the final one again, if you want to wear it tucked behind your ear, you absolutely can all right guys.
