Is This U Part Wig Giving What It Needs To Give? Upart Balayage Mix Brown Highlight Bodywave Review

Hey everyone: it's me maggs and i'm back with another video y'all. This is a review of this sunburr upart unit that i've been wearing for quite a minute. I wanted to give a real nice review and my experience with this wig so like i said this is a u-part wig and it does have six combs. So that's really nice to anchor with. It has two combs in the front area, one in the middle around the? U and two additional combs on the side and one comb near the nape area with adjustable straps and the density of this wig is 150 and the hair texture type is actually body weight. So i really enjoyed the color of this wig. I feel like the highlights were really placed really nicely and i really like how underneath is black, so i have really naturally dark hair, so i felt like that was a great touch um to help me blend my leave out. So this is a body wave texture. So this is actually how the hair looks when i wash and condition it and let it air dry. It has a really nice wavy texture and you could actually leave it like this, so i did flat iron, the wig first, okay and i wasn't a fan of the ends. Okay, so that's why i decide to wear this unit in a waved. Look to kind of like mask that and you see the two straight pieces that i have left over. That'S going to help me blend my leave out. So, as you can see, i did wave it and i'm going to be 100 honest. It doesn't hold curl or waves very well. The texture of this hair is very, very silky. It'S very different from many other body wave textures that i've had in the past. So let's get ready to pop this bad boy on. So i'm going to leave some hair out for my leave out again, i'm not braiding my hair right now, just because i'm going to be wearing the wig to go to dinner and i'm going to come back home and take it all. So i'm going to split my hair in half and actually do the crisscross in the back and i'm going to bobby pin both of the little you know sides down. So this is actually how i pin my hair down when i wear my wigs when i just want to pop it on look cute for a few hours and then come back, so i did wave the the wig and so i'm just taking a little comb. The end the end part of the comb and loosening up the waves, because i don't want those you know sections to show in my hair. So let's go ahead and put this on and i left these pieces straight because i'm going to use these pieces to blend with my leave out because of the color, so i figured i'll do it like this, and i will be honest also. I felt like this was a little difficult for me to put on, because this wig is actually a little bit big on me, so i did have to use the adjustable straps and put it on the fur this notch, so it could fit. So i did notice that so this wig is a little big on me. So i do have my leave out here and my hair is, you know, pretty dark, so i was like. Oh okay, let's figure out how we're going to blend this, so i did wave my leave out. I did put the waiver on a low temperature on my real hair to blend it with the hair. So you can see. I have a little thin piece of the. U part unit wig hair mixed in with my real natural leave out, so i'm just going to wave this and, of course, my hair blended, pretty well with the u part unit, but i would highly suggest if you would like to to make this look even more Natural add some layers to the front, because, since this hair doesn't hold the best curl, i feel like layers would help, give it a little extra volume and also the reason why i didn't layer. The front is because i'm growing my hair out so within the couple months. My hair is not going to be this length and i didn't want to put layers in it. You know at this time so it blends pretty well and of course, like i said, if you add some layers, i think the outcome would be a bit better, but overall i really love the color. My hair blends pretty well with the? U part at the top there, it's not bumpy, it laid pretty flat and of course you can know you can put some baby hairs like i did. I felt, like you know, being extra and i did some swoopy swoops, but overall the wig is cute. I just wish for me when i wear waved hair as you can see, it started to fall really fast, textured hair with waves and curls. I feel like just perform better as far as longevity with waves and curls. So to me, these waves look like four day old waves on other hair that i've experienced. But overall i really love the color. The color is gorgeous. I feel like it's a great color for pretty much all year round, but especially for the winter months, because i like to go darker with my units for the winter. So this is like a cute switch up with the golden browns um.
