It is such a vibe, hey, y'all, welcome or welcome back to my channel. My name is shanika e and in today's video i'm going to be showing you guys, my new hair shout out to eunice hair for sponsoring this week's video. So if you're interested in this look just keep on watching, so i decided to go with a little bit of color and a little bit of length for my birthday season shout out to all of the leos out there. I also wanted a little bit of color for pre-fall, so i am really feeling this hair. It is such a vibe. So without further ado, let's jump right into this video. I always like to show you guys exactly what you'll receive once you get your unit. They give you this cute satin bag to store your unit in when you are not wearing it. You also receive a complimentary wig cap clips lashes, your unit of course - and i also got this cute pink bonnet. This is something that you can use to kind of adjust and tailor the unit to your head. If you choose to for the star of the show, look at how beautiful this unit is, i am obsessed with the color. This is a traditional v part unit, so you'll have clips to either side of the parting a clip towards the back of your part, two clips on the side, a clip at the base of your neck and then more adjustable straps. So this wig is not going anywhere now i always like to wash my hair before i put it on my head. I am just that type. So i'm going to be using this garnier fructis to not only wash my unit but my brush as well. So we don't want to put a nasty brush in clean hair, so i always start with washing my brushes, even when i am doing my natural hair, we're going to begin by completely saturating the unit with water after the unit is completely saturated. We'Re then going to go in with that garnier fructis shampoo, using a liberal amount and begin to work it in now. There is a no need to ball this hair up. Please make sure to just run it down from the root to the end, and then i also like to go ahead and take the brush and kind of brush it in as well. Take note at this yellowish tint that is coming out of the unit. Now, i'm not sure if that is from the die, or that is some type of chemical that is placed on the hair. But this is the exact reason why i go ahead and wash all of my units before applying them. Please make sure to completely rinse out all of the shampoo before moving on any left over products that you will have in your hair. You will see that once you start styling, the hair it'll either be a little bit stiff or you'll, see a lot of smoke. Coming from your flat irons, because it is working with some of the shampoo that is left in the hair, so please make sure to go ahead and shampoo your hair thoroughly. This silicone mix is going to serve as my conditioner. Now i normally don't use this until my unit has had a lot of wear and tear, but because this is a colored unit, i wanted to go ahead and treat the hair up front. So that's what you see me doing here. A little bit of this product goes a long way. I am also going to go ahead and use the brush to work the product in as well notice just how easily the brush is gliding through the hair, with no shedding. No breakage also note that by the time i am conditioning this hair, none of that yellow tint is going out of the hair, so we know that we have it nice and clean. I let the unit air dry overnight, and this is what it is looking like again, i am completely obsessed with the color. It'S nice bouncy light and ready for a good flat iron. Now i did go ahead and just kind of plop this on, so that i could flat iron the hair, but we will work with the leave out a little bit later. Some of the items that you're going to need is going to be a brush and or comb to perform the chasing method. Some oil of your choice scissors, so that we can do a little trim later on clips to clip your hair away and then, of course, a flat iron. I am using the con air flat iron that i picked up from target, also you're going to need something to drink now. What do you guys drink when you are doing your hair? For me, it kind of depends on where i'm going after my hair is finished. So today, i'm just drinking a little bit of peach mango tea, because i wanted to have a little bit of energy to get through my day. If i am going out, of course, we make us a nice little cocktail and then, if i'm preparing to go to work, of course, a good cup of coffee will do now, as previously mentioned. I do use the chasing method today i am using a brush, but i may or may not use that the next time. It'S just what felt right to me on this day. I do like to go ahead and make several passes at the roots of my hair and then only one pass to go down the length of the hair. The reason that i do this is, i want my unit to lay extremely flat, so i do go over it several times at the root, and then i go in with one pass down the rest of the hair so that i make sure to keep the integrity Of the hair intact, i am going to perform the chasing method throughout straightening this unit, and now this hair was extremely easy to straighten. I always like to attribute that to the very well construction and just it being good hair overall. So again, i think this took me about 15 minutes to straighten the entire unit. I mean. Can we take a moment to look at just how beautifully colored this hair is? I mean i am obsessed with the nice brownish tint to it. It has a little bit of blonde. I also like that they are chunks of color throughout the unit, so the chunks of color are more of highlights towards the bottom, but as you move up the unit, it becomes a little bit more chunky, giving it a lot of depth again. I am obsessed with this unit so now pro tip here, please make sure to always detangle your hair from the bottom up. This will ensure that you are not creating any unnecessary stress on the hair. I always get so excited when i come up on that. Very last piece - and we are nearing the end at the top here again it is so pretty so manageable. I mean i have not put any oil in this hair thus far and look at the shine and body that it has so so cute all right. So i'm gon na go ahead and take the unit off, so you guys can see what it looks like underneath. I do not know how to braid, but i did do about eight flat twists in my hair and then put it in a ponytail in the back. I'M going to apply a little bit of oil to my natural hair and then straighten it out now. You do not need a lot of leave out here. Very, very minimal leave out. That is the purpose of a v part wig, and i'm gon na go ahead and show you guys. You just have to simply line up the clips with your part, open them up and then snap them close. Putting the clips in on the sides and again this unit is not going anywhere. I have applied a little bit of oil to my leave out and then running the rest of it down the length of the hair, and i think it turned out so so nice. Let me know in the comments down below what you guys think of this unit, so for the very last step, we're going to go ahead and give this unit an overall trim well more of a little bit of dusting, because we want to see every bit of Those 24 inches, so i'm going to trim it on either side and then do a few face framing layers and we are good to go all right. Ladies. That is it for me this week. Hopefully, you guys enjoyed this week's video and, if you did, please don't forget to give your girl a big thumbs up. It really does help me out again. I will put all of the information for this unit in the description bar down below alright. Ladies, i will see you all next week, bye y'all

NDia Stay Motivated Murray: This is definitely a vibe love the color length and density you rock this so well TFS

Johanna C: I love it!

the roblox gamer: Loved it

Samuel Yeboah: Very sumptuous video Absolutely impeccable video You did so well well done

Princessdi1933: This looks so pretty on you! I was just looking at your other video because I was searching a v part or u part wig for wear every so often. Which one do you like best? The Nadela Kinky straight hair or this one? I want something that can look like natural hair straightened. Did the Naduela hair hold up?

R.E: This unit looks goodt ✨

Denise Oates: Love that you included something to drink, that was funny. Can't answer that question because I don't spend much time with my hair. I need to make me a pitcher of peach tea or mint, I have not had any in years. Just watching video to support your channel. Where do you put your hair in back or is it loose and mix in the back with the rest of the hair? Well nevermind, you answered the question. LOL! You have grown a gorgeous mane of your own, do you ever just wear your natural hair styled? It will be interesting to see your black hair work into the color piece. How you handled those scissors during the trim, you looked trained in styling hair. I enjoyed video and the hair looks really great on you. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.

Rose Tulip: I would highlight my leave out
