Best Kinky Straight Human Hair - My First U-Part Wig (Lace, Glue) - Sunber Hair

So today is monday, where i'm bringing you another human hair sleigh, or something like that. So i'm going to be reviewing my very first ever u-part wig. But first let me give a shout out to sumber wigs for sending me this hair. Thank you so much and thank you for sponsoring this video. They were counting us to send me this yaki brazilian straight human hair. You part wig. So, of course, that is this lovely kinky straight: she comes in 20 inches and she has 150 density. So because this is my very first u-part wig, i definitely experienced a lot of trial and error, so i just want to make sure i share all of that. With you, you know i love to be as transparent as i possibly can. So, let's get into this video all right. So, with the unboxing of this hair, they were counting up to include an elastic band and a wig cap here is the hair straight out of the package. Look at this beautiful kinky, goodness this is the u-part area and it also comes with the three like clips at the top, as well as the clip in the back and the adjustable straps and a very, very stretchy cap. So i did decide to wash and deep condition this hair off camera. This is what it looks like as a result, and now i'm just going through to blow dry it pretty much to get some of those crinkles out and get it as straight as possible. Now i'm just going to go through with my hot comb a little bit and i have mine set at 15.. My hot comb actually goes up to 20, so i didn't want to put it on the very highest setting. Now i'm going to go through and flat iron, the hair and i'm spraying it with some of this garnier fructis flat iron, perfector, straightening mist and it's pretty much a heat protectant and i'm just going to go through with the flat iron through all of the hair. Just to get it again as straight as possible, and this is my base - i just have two braids on the sides, and then i left my leave out at the top. So now that i have all of the clips open, i'm beginning with that middle clip and then clipping the two sides down intentionally trying not to put it too close to the for my front, there's a reason why i'm healing yeah all right. So i'm going to be trying two different methods on each side. On this first side, i'm going to use this flyaway tamer, which is a wax, stick pretty much and i'm using that to try to get the hair as straight as possible, and it does get the hair very straight. However, it kind of changes the texture of my hair, so it doesn't look as kinky like that method will work perfectly with more silkier textured hair. So then, on the other side i did not use the wax thick and i feel like it leaves my hair. Looking a little more natural that way or more in its natural state which, in my opinion, works a lot better with this kinky straight hair. So these are just some tips to consider. If you ever attempt this, you part with kinky straight hair, all right, y'all, so whoo we got a lot to talk about. First and foremost, this hair is absolutely amazing. I mean look at this. This kinky straight hair right here. This 150 density is everything it is so perfect, of course, there's no tangling. I have not experienced a whole lot of shedding with this hair like it is great, perfect quality hair. So all the challenges i experienced were all human error. They were all from me because this was my first time so y'all know, or maybe you don't so let me just tell you i'm the kind of chick that loves a challenge. I just love a challenge and that's in my personal and professional life i just like to take a chance, i'm a risk taker. So i say all of that to say i was like well, let me just try. I can't you know not do or try a u-part wig forever. So let me hey summer, hair reached out yeah. Let me try this. You part wig. I haven't done it before honey, oh, so, a little truth serum this is my third attempt recording this video, but in a nutshell, the hardest part of this was getting my hair to blend with this hair. First, the tip - i cannot get my hair straight enough now. I wasn't working with the best quality of my hair. It wasn't i hadn't washed it. It was like time for a wash so me trying that on imperfect hair, it was just like i ain't in the mood i ain't in the mood to get straight. That'S my bubbles. That was my hair talking to me uh i ain't in the mood. I need to be cleaned. I need i need some work put into me before i get straight so so the second time i tried it again still, and this was like just like a day or two later i just tried it again. I still hadn't washed my hair, but i was like i'm gon na try this again. So that's when i decided to use the wax stick that helped tremendously. That actually did get my hair straight. However, i think because it was just like over me putting heat on it. It was tired. My hair was like no i'm done. I'M tired, nope, i'm not doing anything for you today. That'S exactly what my hair was telling me. What my leave out was telling me - and i've said this before on my channel - i don't wear my natural hair out, because my natural hair is so disrespectful towards me like it does not listen to anything. I say when i tell it to do one thing: it does a completely different thing, like that's just my hair. That'S why i'm a true wig wearer! I love my wigs. So today is the third attempt i was like. You know what we're gon na do this again, i'm gon na wash my hair get her nice and clean, and i'm gon na try this again now. It is not perfect. I'M gon na start off by saying that i don't think it's perfect i feel like i could have gotten it better, but i was like bump that i'm not gon na keep frying my hair to get my hair to blend to this wig. I'M just gon na get it as best as i can, without causing any heat damage to my own hair, i feel like not using the wax. Stick was a lot better, just flat ironing my hair, although that didn't work the very first time, and that's just probably because my hair wasn't clean. Shame on me. I should have knew better, but my rebellious part of my hair is the ends like i can get the roots and everything goes straight, but i have really bushy ends, so it's really really hard to get. My ends super straight um. So that's what i experienced the first time of it not getting straightened and um. You know it actually got straight both ways this time, so i got it straight. However, i feel like it becomes a little spiky and it doesn't blend as well still. So, that's why i did the tuck behind the ear thing. That'S why she's stuck right now, just so you don't see the non-blending or the lack of blending as much so look. This is how it is, if it's not behind my ear. Okay, so here's the wig, i'm just gon na place that right back, but you see this it's just here and like you can see my hair right here and it's just not blended. So that's why i was like well. Let me tuck it to hide that same with this side, pull my hair back out. I was like at least if i tuck it and just lay my baby hairs down or something you know it would still look decent. So this is with it not being tucked behind my ear, and you can see you see the liftage and the separation of my hair and the wig. That'S what i kept getting or that's what i keep getting, no matter what i do now, if i put that wax, stick on it to get it more straight, like the other side, to get it to blend, it's going to change the texture. So if this is something you've successfully done, i would love to know what your tips and tricks are um, so that you know everything's a learning experience. This is all about learning, learning and growing and see that's something i'm not afraid of. So i that's why i take risks, i'm not afraid of you, know, failing and then improving and getting better and getting better and getting better. That'S what i'm about. So i was like that's okay, it wasn't the best the first time um, but i will continue to try it and improve and get better. That'S that's like life. That'S just what you do in life right! You know! So that's what i practice, but again god dawg. This hair is beautiful, so i'm probably going to try some different styles. I don't know if they'll be included in this video i'll see um, i don't know, i won't promise it, but i do want to try some other styles just so that you can see. You know what else this hair this hair is capable of, because it's so beautiful all right. So some other things about this hair, like the the cap, is, i think, extremely large. I have a small to medium sized head measuring at 21.5 inches and i feel, like my head is swimming in this thing like i have so much cap, just oh, my goodness, it is like really big. It'S definitely big head friendly. It does have the comb in the back as well as the adjustable straps that you can. You know kind of crisscross together and it'll, make it tighter. I didn't do that. I probably should have um, but i wasn't about to take it back off now for the price of this wig, the starting price is actually 77 and that's starting at 12 inches. I have 20 inches, so the specific cost of my wig is 144.20. If you can get it sitting comfortably and get it to actually mesh and blend with your hair, it really can come off super natural. I think, because i mean it's like a weave: it's like a sew and weave where you have your leave out and that helps it make it look a lot more natural, so it does have a benefit um.
