Installing Alipearl Kinky Straight U Part Wig On Short Hair!!!

Hey youtube: it's your girl, keith long time no see. Now. Today i am doing a u-part install wig and this wig was sent to me by ali pearl. They sent me a kinky straight wig, so if you want to watch me install and give us the specs of the wig keep on watching so pretty standard ally, pearl box. This is where the wig came in and, of course it was wrapped up very securely and they gave a lot of swag with this. So two things of eyelashes, a silk scarf for your edges, another headband scarf as well as a edge control brush - and you know, wig cap everything like so much swag, really great things and a bag to put my wig back in. But let's get into the wig. The wig, of course, is a 20 inch kinky straight wig with 180 density. It came with a lot of clips inside of the wig just so it could be super secure. So of course you got the three top part wig clips. Then the two on the sides and then one in the back along with adjustable bands, the wig texture is so so so so pretty, but i definitely need to straighten it out because it's so fast seeing this wig so beautiful so cute. Now i did wash it blow dry, it straight and straighten it, and that's why the texture looks a little bit more um, not as poofy, because without straightening it it's very poofy. It took me an hour and a half almost two hours to straighten this wig because i went weft by weft. I didn't just take it in big clumps. I went west by west to straighten the wig and i straightened it on 350.. So now i'm going to do something so my hair, my natural hair, is back in cornrows. I'Ve been wearing these cornrows for a few days now and i have breakage a lot of breakage on the sides of my hair, as you guys can see a lot of breakage and the top of my hair. Isn'T that straight and i have my cornrows kind of sewn back, so i am going to unclip the clips on the wig and i'm gon na see if i can work this out. So since my hair has like a lot of breakage in the front, as you guys can see, you have to really bring the - u part more so forward to the front of the hair so that it can cover as much as possible because those little pieces in The front is what kind of kills the hairstyle, so you really have to bring the? U part as close to the front of your hair, without showing the clips and the wefts as possible. You definitely have to do that when your hair has a lot of breakage in the front like mine, i wear a lot of half wigs. I wear a lot of leave out styles, to where i leave my front out, so you you kind of have to do those steps when you have breakage like myself, i'm going to just kind of flat iron one pass, because you don't want it straight at like Really super straight, and then after i do that, i'm going to add some products which you'll see in the next clip and pretty much put a scarf on to get it to lay as much as possible, hey so, okay, this is the final product, as you guys Can see, it looks really good. Of course, i tucked this behind after i added the edge control because of how much breakage i have on my natural hair, but even when you have like breakage in your edges and breakage breakage breakage, you can still do a u-part wig and make it look cute. I definitely feel like this kinky straight texture after i blow dried it straight and flat ironed it like really mimics my actual hair, because i did not have to do too much to my leave out to get it to blend. Of course, i just did this back. If my hair was a bit longer around my perimeter, i could really really get some blending going on, but since my hair is short around my perimeter because of how i've been treating my hair, this is the style that i got and it still looks really really Good, i feel like for kinky straight hair. You have to blow dry straight and flat iron it and go through that whole thing, so it can kind of get that movement going to where, like when you're moving your head, it's moving kind of like a blowout, because if you just get it straight out, the Pack and put it on, i don't feel like you'll get the movement as much as you would get it once you blow dry, it straight and flat iron it so i feel like this is kind of like a in between high maintenance, low maintenance, hair style because Of how you have to do the kinky straight hair, but once you do it honey, like you see that once you do it it's done. It looks amazing and i love how it looks. It definitely mimics. I feel girls that have a thicker hair texture when you straighten it, it definitely mimics that, and even if your hair is short, of course, you can still do a u part and make it look cute. I really love this style. This is a 20 inch, kinky straight wig, of course, 180 density, and this is how it looks like on me. It goes to my almost to the top of my butt uh hair lengthwise, and it still looks really really good. I love the texture. I love how it looks so definitely check out. It has movement, you definitely need to put the time into it by straightening the hair out, and even though i only added air oil to the top part of my hair, you do not need to add any product or oil to get it to get some movement In it because it definitely definitely mimics, of course, straight hair texture to where once we get our hair straightened. Oh she moves. She has body, okay, so i'm really loving this hair texture. I love what it looks like it's so cute like i definitely love it. Ali pearl definitely has a banger on their hands with this.
