I basically want to come on here and say that i'm doing a natural hair journey video, that's what i feel like doing. I feel like lying to y'all and y'all would believe it because look at this wig like look at it. Look at these, oh before i start showing out in front of your face. Much can y'all tell us to wig because i'm giving you scalpiana this is my scalp. You don't have to leave any edges out girl, that's just my baby hair, that's just my baby hair. So many things that i love about this week and we're just gon na go ahead and get into the details. If there's some scissors in my hand, i'm gon na use, let's go ahead and pop the hood y'all know i like to pop the hood on my caps. This wig has six combs, so there are three combs around the perimeter of the. U part - and there are three combs around the perimeter of the head, so there's one two and then three one at the back and also when i received this wig came in this beautiful units, hair box. But when we finally get a christmas tree, i'm putting a unit's hair box under my tree, i don't care what nobody's saying i'm putting it on there and inside of that box. They do provide you with gifts. You receive a satin like scarf square scarf and some big lashes girl's lashes are huge. When i received the wig, i pulled her right out of the box. I did not wash her. She came in this texture. I pulled her out of the box, shook her out. Okay and we applied her and styled her - i didn't have to do much to this wig. I only did a couple things to style this hair. I have to do too much. This is a no muss, no fuss, beginner friendly protective style sort of wig, but if you want to see everything that i did to apply, this wig create the base for this wig and style. The hair please keep on watching and i'll, be back. Let'S go ahead and get started with this wig. I'M excited about this one, because i get to have my natural hair out. I'M also a little bit scared because i have to have my natural hair out, and you know me and my natural hair we be going through it girl this my ride or die, though now, let's go ahead and put some on top of her. So we're going to be trying a u-part, kinky straight look at this texture. So pretty it's the same exact color of my natural hair, same texture, we're excited! I had a chance to wash my hair, so you may see a little snow, okay, but it's winter time. So you shouldn't be surprised. We need to try it on, because i want to see where i need to part. The? U part? Oh, the? U, the? U and the? U part goes back far. I wish i could like mark my head, but it goes back to right here. Let me see if i can just put a little there. You go. Let'S look at the hair. Yes, god pulled the comb back to right here. So let's go ahead and prep our hair, so in order for me to wear you part wig, i've got to be careful because my hair is sensitive, there's a lot of gel and dandruff. So you can really tell that i wear wigs. My scalp is a whole nother person cannot seem to part right now. All right this will do girl. It'S not gon na, be straight, i'm not playing games with my own hair. I'M not doing that. So i'm just gon na braid this section away - i literally, have been doing this for like five minutes so for the rest of this hair. Oh my god that part back. There is so bad. I'M combing out my hair, we're gon na comb out the hair and i'm just gon na do three braids, so two on the side and one in the back, so i'm just gon na cornrow it down. I wish i didn't have nails, because that makes this way more difficult, but it is what it is. If your hair is thick enough, you can um just pull your hair back in a ponytail, but my hair ain't thick ain't never been thick. So if i put it in a ponytail, it's not gon na stay girl. That thing is transparent: yes, go through transparent, hair, i'm gon na start in this corner and then i'm just gon na braid back, because those combs need something to anchor to so i'm just gon na start in the corner and braid backwards. I need to be careful because these nails will rip out my hair, so i'm going to be very, very careful. We braided down our hair. I have three braids. Don'T talk about me. This is what it looks like in the back. All we need to do is attach the wing. I want to show y'all what the wig looks like just plopped on the head: no styling, no, nothing! I didn't even wash this wig, i'm just going to go ahead and cut off these anchor pieces. So the wig comes with these two little anchor mesh threads that we need to just chop off before we put on the wig, so just gon na cut them up, oh okay, so those are cut off. Like i said in the beginning, this wig comes with three combs around the: u part and three combs around the perimeter of the head, which gives it six cones so you're able to attach the wig and it's going to be secure. These are not clipping cones. These are sliding combs, let's go ahead and let's see we can put these sliding combs on we're going to take the combs and i'm going to slide it slide them into place. Then we're gon na slide the combs around the perimeter slide it in on this side and then slide it in the back. Oh, yes, oh my god. This is so pretty. I want to pull our hair out too. Let'S see i say our hair. I want to pull the hair out too to see if it gives like natural vibes girl. This can be a throw on wig, where i don't have to do anything to my hair. So this is my natural hair. It'S pretty short, i would say it's like what five six inches long get out of town brenda. Yes, uh! These strands are really fine, but look at it. I'M done y'all done you good, i'm good! So we, okay. Let me show you what it looks like in the back. This is no styling, no nothing. This is just what the wig looks like. It really does. Look like my hair. What we don't have any edges out, because y'all know i like to preserve the edges, so we don't have any edges out, but you can't even tell we put a little baby hair down girl. We are ready. As for the hair, we need to do some styling. I think we're just going to curl the hair from this state. I want it to be like poofy, so we're going to curl it and we're going to curl it using y'all know. This thing is my favorite. This thing this thing y'all know i get obsessed with tools. This is one of the tools i'm obsessed with this is a cheese, spinning curl one inch. It is a basically it curls your hair without you having to do any sort of wrist action. Nothing like that. It does it for you, so what i'm going to do is plug her up and we're going to get her prepped up. Let'S go ahead and get her heated up and then we're going to like trim the ends because i feel like i need to trim the ends over here. While the chi spinning curl is heating up, i'm going to go ahead and trim this hair, i'm just going to cut like the thin ends off so we're going to take the ends. You see those little snippy ends. We need to just snip these on off the ends like this, and just there we go. Oh y'all know i love a blunt moment. So let's move my hair because i would not be able to tell between the two i'll end up chopping off my hair y'all know i love a good bang, so i'm just gon na add a little bit of a bang up front. So i'm just going to cut downwards, like so light it and we're going to do the same thing on the other side. I think that's good, i'm i don't want to do too much. Y'All know how i do this is good enough. Next see, i'm going to tuck my hair away a little bit. Well, i'm just going to pull her back and clip her away and i'm going to separate the hair in half and i'm going to take this hair here and separate it away on this side and we're going to separate this up. If y'all see me on the streets with this week, don't say none to me. Don'T ask me where i got my wig because it's my hair, don't ask me: it's mine, the chi spin, n curl is heated up and all we need to do is curl her. So i did pull out a pretty big section. This is way too large we're going to do smaller sections and we're just going to curl. Let'S go ahead and try it. This is like the funnest thing to me. I just love it and i'm just going to. Okay and i'm just going to hold it, i probably should have added heat protectant huh, let's see what it gives. Oh, i haven't been this excited in a minute, something about kinky straight hair. Just really does it for me: i'm going to be curling the whole entire head when you're using the chi spin n curl. If you have one, you can curl in two directions, so we're just going to do this throughout the head until we're fully curled and then i'll do the big reveal, because this is real, quick, it's going to be quick and easy, so so, okay, all so, for Our hair, at the top, you can see that i allowed the hair to stay like naturalista puffy like my actual hair, because i don't feel like putting more heat on my hair. I need to add my hair to the curls. So what i'm going to do is curl the hair into this hair. I think that's going to work instead of using a a spray heat protectant spray, i'm gon na use a heat, protectant serum, so the hair can like melt and to grow. I feel like it's science, i'm gon na use this heat protectant serum from interstellar, fantasia, interstellar, hair polisher, but we're just going to take a teeny tiny bit and i'm going to rub it into the hair. So we're going to part the hair down the middle ugh. I can't part down the middle to save my life. They look like a middle to me, so we're going to take a little section of my natural hair in the wig, the unice, hair wig and i'm just going to curl it together. So i'm going to go all the way to the roots and see if i can pray for my natural hair, please i hair cooking. Oh god bless it. What type of curl is that it's like a different sort of curl, but it's curled into it. I'M hoping this is going to work, so let's try it again and i'm curling away from the face: okay y'all. So these are the final curls. This is what i'm gon na. Do i'm gon na let my curls cool, put a little extra bead on here. Just to give myself a little finished, look probably change my outfit and we're gon na come back, and i'm gon na see show you what the curls look like. Hopefully i don't have to re-curl this hair because then i'll be mad i'll be mad, so girl. I have to do a little bit extra to straighten out the top of my hair. I thought i could just fluff it out girl. No, you know how natural hair works. Like my natural hair was just levitating off the top of this wig. It was not working, but i was able to straighten it just a little bit. I straighten it with my little rocket ship. This is a t3i t3i, smart iron, so i was able to just lightly flat iron, my hair, and then i went in again with my chi iron just to get that curl to come back. I'M gon na tell you something. This hair will not hold a curl, though this hair would not hold the curl girl that is common for yaki hair or for um kinky straight hair. What i want to do now is add a few little baby hairs, i'm taking the eco styler gel in a really rough hard baby, hair brush and we're gon na brush down some baby ears, real quick, then we're gon na fluff out the hair. Then i think we will be then then done we don't have any hair left out, but i do want to give this give my edges a little something something you know what i'm saying now, i'm gon na go down here. I'M gon na put my baby hairs in the same place as i always do. I'M doing light baby hairs. I'M not doing anything super extra, just something a little light and then we can just go ahead and fluff up and just go ahead and fluff up the curls. So hopefully these don't fall out. I think i need a little bit of a wax stick or something. This is our wax. Stick. Y'All know i'll be using wax sticks. Now, i'm a wax stick girly. So i like to use a wax stick to lay down my hair, but you would not know that this wasn't my hair, yes, texture! Oh, i feel like this gives holidays very much christmas hair, but this is so pretty. It gives holiday party holiday season. I am in love, the hair is so pretty so fluffy. I really do love this texture and how realistic it get realistic. It is, i don't know how to describe it, but it's more like fluffy, it's poofy, it's more like if i were to walk outside this hair is probably going to poof up. I do love that i did not have to leave out any hairs in the front and you wouldn't know i'm in love with this hair. It is beautiful. Let me show you the back. Okay.
