Best Kinky Straight V Part Wig! No Lace! No Edges Out! | Alwaysameera

So we're gon na use this hair pencil. What am i doing? Oh hi, ladies and gentlemen, and everybody in between i'm back with somebody else's hair and guess what it is. Wine and wigs day, clink clink, clink, clink clink, big gulp for the girls can y'all tell while i'm excited look at this thing on my head. Y'All know. I love units that make your girl look like i've been taking care of my hair for the past five years. This is another wig with some leave out. Okay, look scalp realness! If i dropped a quarter in front of you, you would not be able to tell that this wasn't my hair before we get into the details on this wig. This wig on my head is the kinky straight v, part wig from the doula hair. This wig is in the length 24 inches and it is 150 density. Let'S pop the hood on this wig, let me show y'all. What'S going on on the inside, like i said this is the v-part wig, so this v-part wig does not have any lace. It does have um room for leave out for the v-part wig, there's no lace, but what we do have is the leave out section and around the leave out section. You have five combs five clipping combs and around the perimeter of the head. You have three columns. You also have adjustable straps in the back just to make sure your wig is secure, she's a little bit big on me, but i have a pea-sized head. This wig came in the nadula hair box. This was in the christmas box, so i received this around the holiday time, but when i received this wig they included gifts, there were christmas gifts as well as the regular gifts that you would get inside of your box. So of course we got our light. Skin wig cap we got a little a little baggie that contained more gifts which were big old lashes, a satin square scarf, and some clips, like some hair clips, satin headband for the edges and a doula hair like satin bag or wig storage, and i also received The christmas card, as well as a christmas stocking just to say, merry christmas to your girl. When i first received the wig it came in this beautiful kinky straight sort of texture. It was more poofy. The roots were more like a wave. It wasn't more like a kink, it was more like a wave, it was the end. It started to get a little bit more kinky. It looked more like you blow dry, your hair, that's what it looks like. It was more like that big poofy gorgeous hair. When i pulled it out the bag, i styled her from there i wash her. I do nothing. I wanted to see what the wig would look like straight out of the box, so i decided to style this wig in two ways. I straightened it and i also curled it when i applied this wig, we have very small leave out at the top, not a lot. The biggest gag is there's no leave out at the side. None i have to do too much to it. So if you want to see everything i did to make this wig look cute to give it this. Look. Today is one of those days where i drink too much tea, so i'm in a weird place. This is the hair there's so much of it. I'M so excited. Let'S go ahead and get started. We need to create a base. We need to prep our hair. Now my hair has been stretched out. It'S been in a french braid at the back of my head, so i don't have to put that much heat on it. We'Re gon na do leave out today. We'Re not gon na do a whole lot of leave out we're gon na keep them we're gon na keep the leave out minimal. I only got this much hair to leave out. You already know. Let'S comb through this hair, i use eco styler gel on my hair and an eco styler gel just be getting stuck in it on it. This is the length of my hair right now and it's about to grow 20 inches. Okay. So let's go ahead and start with the base. I'M going to be doing the middle part. Y'All know i love middle parts, so we're just going to part away the hair, i'm just going to determine how much leave out i want to have - and i told you i didn't want that much we're using a small amount of leave out. Let'S just twist this down, then the rest of it we're going to braid down okay, we're just going to go ahead and braid our side, our hair down yeah. I ain't leaving no edges out. Okay, the edges gon na be tucked away because look at this, i want y'all to see look at this, my edges. What are they gon na do so? I'M just gon na pull those back and we're just gon na do like a little swoop. There'S gon na be some baby hair waves in the front to give the illusion that the hair is out. Okay, it's all about illusions and we're just going to do two french braids on either side of the leave out. So let's go ahead and braid it on that, but how i braid it back is i kind of follow along the braid to create an anchor braid and then i braid down. So take your time: try not to break your hair off! I'M trying not to break off my press-ons, hello, braid it back and down okay, so the base is done. It'S fully done now. The braids had all types of snow. It was a snowstorm in here it's braided down. It looks good and, as y'all can see, it's like a really tight braid. Now i got a long leave out because i'm not is that a bald spot? Let me show y'all what it looks like in the back, don't judge me and now we can go ahead and put on the wig. I want to see what this wig looks like no styling, i'm just going to plop on the wig. Let my hair out and see if it's going to give me that Erykah Badu sort of look so close. The clips before you put it on because you will lose a strand or two, oh okay, so we just clipped the wig on. Oh, yes, god! Okay! Now, let's just un do the hair. I want to see what she looked like if i just toss her on. This is right out of the box. No washing, no, nothing y'all get out of town get out of georgia. Look at the size! I don't have no hair out what you kind of see a little trackiana right here. Just i could walk out the door right now and the girls wouldn't know. Oh and it's long look how long it is. Let me show you all the back. Look how long this is yes, ma'am girl, uh hold on you got ta rob peter to pay paul. Okay, let's move some of this hair. Yes, look at the length, but y'all already know we got ta. Do we got ta? Do a little snip snip! We got ta do a little cut cut. We got ta do a little styling now for this wig. You can see how long it is, but the ends. Don'T look fully blunt to me and y'all know i like a blunt where's, my i'm never prepared girl. So we're going to use a brush and just kind of comb through the hair because we're about to even her out so we need to chop it up just a little bit, not too much i'm going to take some of the ends, and you see how this Looks i don't like that, we're just going to chop it off i'm going to take my annie shears and i'm just going to cut it. Don'T be scared much better. You can definitely cut a little bit more, but i'm not doing that now, i'm going to take the leave out. I need to get this leave out out of the way because Eliana scissor hands is in the house. Edina Ester scissor hands. Take my hair and just put it up in a little bantu knot. I just think i just want to do layering in the front. This is how i layer, if you one of the girls that know how to cut y'all, give me tips in the comments down below, because i don't know i don't i don't know. I don't know. Mizjayalwayz mizjayalwayz told me if you bring those pieces from both sides of your face by your chin. You can have more of a symmetrical face frame, but you did a good job. This is what she said to do. So i'm gon na take a little piece in the front right and i'm gon na take a little piece on this side. So i'm gon na do it like these right. I'M gon na take these two sides and i'm gon na cut them just below my chin. They the same length, so we can start from here. Yes, is that what you meant to do girl tell me down below was all right girl, i probably ruined it. I don't know i like to go at an angle so like from the? U part to here is like an angle and i'm gon na take it. I take the hair in the front and i turn it outwards like that. So it'll be flat and then i am going to cut into it like starting at the chin, like so like that and just angle downwards, and i'm going to take the insides of it from here down and i'm going to angle downwards, starting at the chin like Right below the chin right, where this hair starts, i'm gon na take it from the chin. This is hard from the side. Come on. Oh, i started. Oh girl, i'm just gon na do a really long layer down here: okay, okay, um, oh uh! Oh, the one girl told me like girl, put them scissors down. I know i should, but i'm not i'm gon na do the same thing on this side. Let'S keep going okay, y'all, so y'all. This lighting is like giving me the blues. Let me close these lines behind me. I cannot, we cut the layers um, it's getting choppy, it's giving um chopped salad, and now i hope it's not as choppy as i as it looks right now, because y'all see this. I hope it don't look that choppy. But if it do, we gon na end up, we gon na fix it. I need to straighten out the roots. Y'All see right here. It has like these wavy type of roots, and i want it to be like less wavy, so i'm gon na get up in the roots. Let'S go ahead and take our hot comb, i'm going to be using the andes, hot comb and we're just going to just get some of these roots in the roots right here. Okay, now for the rest of the hair, do i want to straighten it or do i want to curl it? I want to see how this hair straightens - i really don't, straighten my kinky straight hair, because i, like the natural look of the kinky straight hair, but i do i am interested in seeing if it straightens and what it looks like. I have my what is this? This is a t3 smart iron, so this is my rocket ship iron. This is a really good iron, i'm not gon na. It works really well, and i have it turned up to the nth degree. As you can see, so i'm just going to flatten it out and see if she gets really straight. Oh, oh, oh! What'S burning girl, what's burning, oh look! How straight that guy? Oh my god that really got really straight on the ends! Look at this one pass! So i'm trying to figure out if i should straighten it or curl it. Let'S do both let's go ahead and straighten all of the hair. I'M going to take my time, so i'm going to straighten this hair really fast. I think that this straightener does a great job going through the hair, so i'm i'm do thick sections like this. Let'S see how how good it does i'm not even chasing it girl, wow wow, i'm just going to do quick passes, because i don't want it straight straight. I want it like kind of straight, so let's go through the whole entire head to get this hair straightened and then i'll be back to do a little curl um. So we've already straightened the hair y'all see how this looks. I look at this look girl. I may have to re-cut it, but what we're gon na do in the meantime is get this base back together, because when you're styling, because it's just gon na slip and slide down at least that's what mine does so we're gon na pop this off ow ow. Okay, now for the base, i told y'all, we need to get some baby hairs together, because this part right here like it, doesn't look like it's not giving. You know what i'm saying. Okay, so i don't want hard baby hairs. I want them soft, so they kind of like blend into the hair, because this hair is not like. You know it's not like it's curly hair, it's like straight hair, so i'm going to use the super whole wig grip spray. I don't know if this is going to work, but in my head it's going to work. So let's try it i'm just going to spray it and just lay it down. Oh, it is working. Yes do the same thing down here. You know. Social media is a trip because i go from not liking baby hairs to i have to have baby hairs. That'S crazy shout out to being a follower at 34.. This looks good now, let's go ahead and clip the wig back on wow wow. Okay, all we have to do now is get my hair together and that's the scariest part. Okay, i'm not trying to lose a strand trying to blend it into a wig. So let's take our hair out. This is my natural hair. Let me see if my hair is going to blend without me having to do too much, because i don't oh that's what it looks like at the top. Yes y'all know i be having problems covering tracks honey. My hair sticks up like look. How my hair is sticking up, so we need to get this together. I'M going to use we'll use the baby flat iron. For this. I need to use a baby flat iron for my little teeny, tiny baby hairs. I'M not trying to use this professional iron because it does a lot, i'm just gon na straighten at the bottom, so it just kind of lays into the hair. Now, when i do a heat protector, i have to do like a serum on my natural hair, because my natural hair don't be playing with this wet like the watery sort of heat protectant. So i'm going to use the. What is this, why am i looking like somebody grandma? This? Is the heat protector? Wait? What is this? The fantasia heat polisher been using it for years. If you know you know the girlies back in the day, that's all we used to use with serums, not these new age sprays, so i'm just gon na add some to the ends oops. I think i added too much i'm about to deep fry, my hair. It'S about to smell, like pork rinds in here, so we're gon na use this hair pencil. What am i doing? Oh? That was too much. I wonder if you can do it like this hold on. Let me try it bye. Oh, i probably should have done it like that. Okay, let me see if i can flatten it into the hair. It'S too oily. I messed up. It looked real greasy up top girl. Somebody help me okay, so this is what we're gon na do we're gon na comb it into the yes, oh girl. I did too much, but just look just a little calm, just to melt it into the hair right right. Y'All, pray for my hair i'll report. Back and let y'all know if my hair is deep, fried girl. This looks like this looks like my hair. Oh oh, no edges out, but this looks like my hair, and this is what it looks like at the roots hold on. Let me sort this part out. Okay, because she's acting oh look at her. Oh yes, ma'am and it looks like my hair - is straightened. Gorgeously y'all know i can't leave well enough alone. I kind of want to curl it just live it just lippy. I want to do something: okay, y'all. So i love how the hair looks, but i'm not a straight girl. I love the hair. I love how it looks straight, but i'm bored i need a wave. I need a fluff, something like it's. Just not. It looks gorgeous like look at the hair. It'S so pretty. It looks like my hair, but i kind of want a little fun thumb like this part up here is cute, but down here it's just getting flat, so i need a little shaping a little curling a little something to give it some pizzazz kinky straight hair. Typically, doesn't hold a curl. This curl up here has been holding fairly well, so we'll see how the rest of the hair curls. So i'm going to use my uh. I think this is a one and a half inch iron. Why do i use my chi iron? No, why did i think about that? What was i thinking girl? I was over about to do it old school, no ma'am, no ma'am, i'm about to use my cheat yarn. So let me quit tripping my cheese, spinning, curl y'all know this thing is my favorite: it curls hair it curls hair like a dream and it's gon na get the job done done quickly and efficiently, and i ain't got to play in my hair for too long. She heats up super quick and i have it on high and it's on a 19 second hold, i'm trying to see if this hair will curl. I hope it does we're going to do small sections and we're going to see how it works. After this i need to eager, i haven't even had lunch yet, and it is 6 46. What am i doing? Oh well, let's go ahead and get into it, so the hair has been straightened out. It flattened. It looks so good now time to re-curl. Now let me see, let's see what what she gives, i think i'm gon na curl in two directions so away from the face and then towards the face. Yes, god and then you hold it until it beeps girl sit up straight, oh yup job, let's get into it. Okay, so we're just gon na curl the hair all over and then we'll be back. So this is the finished. Look. We finally did it girl. I had to go from straight to a little bit of a curl. If y'all know me y'all know i like a little, you know what i'm saying like. I look like a little something something in my hair are y'all like that, because when i do straight hair i just feel like. I just need a little extra pizzazz. I think i think the hair is absolutely positively stunning gorgeous now y'all know. Kinky straight is my favorite type of hair kinky straight kinky curly. You give me that hair i'm done. I was surprised how well the curls hold in the front at the bottom, not so much, but in the front the curls hold very, very well, and the hair is super duper soft. Let me show you what it looks like in the back now. Y'All know. I could okay. I don't need to straighten my roots, but it looks like it's growing out of my scalp before we close out this video.
