Hey guys welcome back to my channel today's video is just going to be real low key. It'S a demo on this hair that i purchased from beauty forever. This is the box that it came in. This is a v part kinky curly unit, and these are the instructions on the back. You can see. The box is a little beat up, but as long as the hair was good girl, i was okay with that. This is what came in the box outside of the hair, as you can see, and i'll go through each of these items. It came in a cute little purple bag and it gave you a neutral, toned wig cap, some hair clips that i'll definitely be using later, and this scarf bandana that i guess you can use to tie down your edges and these obnoxiously long lashes. Well, they're not obnoxiously long. Now that i look at them, but i won't wear them. This is what the v part looks like. It is similar to a: u part: only in the shape of a v, as you can see um. This is what the inside is. Looking like, you have two combs on each side, along with the combs that are attached at the top of the v and then one the very back for the crown, and then you have a comb at the nape. They also come with adjustable straps so that you can tighten it up, and i have to tell you. I definitely was concerned about this wig, possibly being too small, but it has a lot of room, so there is hope out there for us big, head girls. This is what my hair is looking like in the pattern. I have excuse how messy it is, but it is what it is. I'M showing you that i made myself two anchor braids to clip the the combs to, and then i twisted my leave out on the sides and the top. I braided up the rest of my hair, which is kind of messy, but just pinned it up so right now, i'm just basically popping the combs out so that i can insert them into my anchor braids now. This was my first time trying out this unit. I think now that i've worn it a couple of times i insert the side and the back combs first and i used the clips in the anchor braids at the top last. That'S what i clipped down last. That'S just a little tip that i learned in working with this unit foreign and excuse the faces that i'm making in this video. I don't know why i'm going through all of that i'm making those faces and my second chin is flourishing, but it is what it is. So now we're just going to work on the leave out, and i twisted my hair up with probably some twisting cream and let that dry or set, and those two twists that you see at the top are actually three strand twist and not two strand twists. Do okay so now i'm just adding water in this texture foam, which is by the do it's called most def, and this is just to define and get some definition which i'm not sure why i decided to do that, because it was already really really defined. But great footage for the video. Most often i do the most and not the lesser. So it's not surprising that i would go back and redefine the wig that i've already defined, but i think i mainly wanted to do it, because i wanted to make sure that my hair blended in with the unit now this unit is made and i've seen a Lot of videos where they feel like you cannot have any leave out and just clip it to your anchor braids and tease the roots, but i'm very particular - and i wanted some leave out because i wanted to make sure that it wasn't visible. So here i am blending the hair and you can still see that track right there in the back, but i will get to that. If you don't like baby hairs, like i say in all my videos, then you don't do the baby hairs or the slicken of the edges, but that's what we do around these parts so - and this is the technique that i mentioned, where you can tease at the Root to kind of cover the track now here i'm going in and just kind of trimming some ends trying to frame my face, but making sure that i'm not cutting my real hair and just the wig. These are the final results and i am definitely loving this v part. It looks very natural, and so many people believe that this is my hair and although i have uh quite a bit of hair, my hair, my natural hair, never really stays this defined. So loving. The versatility of this v part and definitely looking forward to trying more styles, as you can see here, i'm just playing with pulling it back to see what it would look like or how i would finesse that, hopefully, you guys enjoyed this quick little demo. If you have any questions, definitely ask me in the comments and i will try to answer what i can. Of course, i will try to leave all the information for this unit in the description bar along with the mousse that i used and definitely check me out for more videos like share and subscribe. See you next time.
