If you guys are new here, then hey what's up, my name is ashley hope you guys join the fun journey cruising squad and hit that subscribe button down below and if you're one of my og subscribers, then welcome back to my channel all right, you guys so For today's video for today's video i'm going to be doing this installation of this u-part wig, i know y'all are like girl, you're wearing a u-part wig. Yes, i am okay, not that little piece of hair sticking out. Let me yes, this is a u-part wig. You guys, i am getting back into the no lace, wig game. Okay, i'm getting back into the u-part wigs, the headband, wigs all of that stuff, because a girl like me cannot manage the lace. Okay, we it doesn't really work for us anymore, and you guys this. You part wig is everything. First of all, it is so flat. She looks so natural and you guys my hair isn't even relaxed. Okay, i need to relax my hair. I need to relax my leave out because she be acting crazy, as you guys can see like some of the pieces are kind of sticking out, but yeah my hair needs to be relaxed, but even though my hair isn't relaxed she's, blended, okay, it just the hair. It'S so light and airy. It is so pretty it's. This 18 inch u-part wig. These are the natural curls of the hair, as you can see, and it's just so pretty like this hair is everything so in the video you guys are going to see me unbox. I'M not gon na look crazy for much longer. Okay, y'all just got ta. Take y'all just got ta watch me a little bit longer looking crazy, but we we're gon na get together real soon. Okay. So today, i'm gon na be doing an installation for a u-part wig. Yes, you part way. I have not worn a u-part wig in years, okay, like years and to be honest with you guys, i'm really over the lace right now, i'm over the lace i'm over trying to make it melt, i'm over trying to make it like for a non-pro. Like me, the lace is a little bit too much, so i've really been into non-lace wigs, whether that's like a u-part wig or a headband wig or whatever. The case is you part, wig that i have today is from eunice hair and the hair comes in this red box and the front says dream hair for you and then, when you open up the box, you have the wig itself. The way comes in a plastic bag and then you also get a little bag of goodies. So here's what the little goodie bag is looking like, i'm gon na go through what's inside, so first things. First, we have this a cute little white brush, which is perfect. It is a zebra print and this is going to be good because then you can just pop this in your bag, and then you can, just you know, brush your hair whenever your hair needs to be brushed, so we're going to keep that close by, because we Don'T need it, then. We also got a pair of lashes. These lashes are cute, so it's nice that they send some lashes for you and then we have a wig cap and then we have what looks to be a silk scarf, which i'm actually in the market. For a new silk scarf because i'm going on vacation soon and i need a new head tie, so i'm hoping this is like a silk scarf to tie my hair down. Let'S see ah yeah, this is actually so pretty. It is so cute. It'S like pink with cheetah pen and a gold chain print. This is actually so nice. Thank you eunice. We love that for me. We love that for me, not me trying to try it on all right, so anyways you guys back to the hair. So this is a 18 inch body wave. You part wig. I did go ahead and co-wash her already, so she is a freshly washed. I co-washed her with conditioner and i also put her in a fabric softener bath. So you pretty much just get a big plastic tube. Okay, i get mine from the dollar, store the big plastic bowls, and then i put one cup of fabric softener, cold, water and conditioner, and i let it soak and she smelled good okay. She smells so good. Oh, this is what the wig looks like. It comes with the: u part at the top, with two little bands that will go ahead and cut off. This is what the natural texture of the hair looks like. This is the hair with absolutely no product like i said i did co-wash it and put it in a fabric softener bath and put it to air dry, and this is what she's looking like. So it's very pretty and then the construction on the inside. We have three combs right around the: u part itself, so two at the side here, one in the back. We have two combs at the side. We have a comb in the back and we also have adjustable straps and there's a little piece of lace in the back as well. So i'm just gon na go ahead and cut off that little piece of lace in the back because you don't need it. Okay, so let me just go ahead and cut this off okay, so i cut off that little piece of lace that was in the back and i'm gon na go ahead and adjust the straps, because i want this to fit nice and snug. So it don't move because we don't want her to move, we don't want to fall off so yeah. I just adjusted the straps and we can go ahead and actually cut off the little bands at the top too. I guess this is just to keep the shape of the. U part intact, for shipping and stuff like that, listen, i'm assuming! So i'm just going to go ahead and cut these off because we don't need it, no more okay. So this is what the? U part is looking like, so my hair is braided in a versatile braid up, so i have my edges out on the side on the sides. Well, you can't really see it because i kind of y'all. Ever since i had my baby, i lost all my edges. So i have like no edges, as you guys can see, that postpartum shedding be real, okay, so anyways, i just kind of have it pushed back, because we don't need that type of negativity in my life. But i do have some leave up here at the top and, to be quite honest, i need to relax my hair. My hair needs a relaxer. I do want to relax just my levo um, but we're still going to try to install this. We can see how it looks so yeah so um, i'm gon na go ahead and just fix my parting because, as you can see it kind of goes into. As you can see, it goes into my leave out. So i'm just going to part it off and let my level lay back because we don't need all that hair up like. I don't need all of this hair to be out and what i'm going to do is i'm going to take a bobby, pin and just pin it back because we don't need it oops like so, and then the same thing for this side too. Okay, so now we're just working with this section right here about the top, so i'm gon na take the wig and i'm gon na just slide the combs in and hope for the best. So let me just go ahead. Maybe i'll do the one in the back here first, so let me just slide that in okay slide this in here at the front slide this one here, oh wait! No, she needs to come up a little bit more okay, then i'm gon na do the ones at the side. So first things first from with coming from a girl who has a big head, this wig is so big head friendly. It even feels loose and i have a big head. Okay. So if you have a smaller head girl, it's going to feel a little bit big on your head because it feels even loose on mine and i did adjust the straps. So i would actually want her to fit a little bit snugger, but it's okay, we're gon na we're gon na make it work. So here she is she's on all the combs are tucked in, and this is what she's looking like so far like i said before it is 18 inches, so she comes right to my tatas, pretty much so yeah. So let's go ahead and figure out this leave out and, like i said before, i really do need to get a relaxer done, but i didn't do it yet. I'M probably gon na do it next week um. So let me see if i can actually bring this closer to the top like that. You probably it would probably be a good idea to make like an anchor braid right around the perimeter of your leave out just so. The combs have something to to um slide into so you can have, like the smallest part possible, but i don't have time to do an anchor braid right now, so we ain't gon na do it. So let me turn on back the smoking straightener. I turned her back on and i'm just gon na start to part my hair right down the middle or at least attempt to get it in the middle. Is this the middle yo sometime it'd be so hard to make a middle part like damn it'd be hard? Sometimes this is the middle yeah. I think that's the middle, so i'm gon na take some of my wax stick. I got this wax. Stick from my local beauty supply store. This is by tammy doll. Hair wax styling stick. So this is what it looks like and, like i said, i got this on my local beauty, supply store and i'm just gon na wax down my hair to try to make it lay as flat as possible, and then i'm going to run my hair in the Straightener, i should probably put my hair in smaller sections, but we're trying to do a quick install here. So i'm just going to go in with the straightener and just do one big section. So you hear that sizzle, oh i'm just gon na run through it twice. Just run through the back a little bit again, i'm just going to comb it to blend with the hair she blending y'all. She blended, i'm excited okay. Let'S do the other side, y'all see how she's smoking up she's gon na start a fire dang. Okay same thing again on this, i side should have went in with the heat protected first, but i didn't so y'all use a heat protector before you do this to protect your hair, okay and then i'm just gon na fix the back to cover the wig. Oh she's sitting flat y'all, oh my god, it's sitting so fly yo. I can still see some residue from the um. The wax stick, so i'm gon na take smaller sections. So i can try to get right up to the root of my hair, because i'm not right at the root. I'M just gon na run it a few times just to try to get right to the root of my hair. Now be careful not to burn yourself. Oh wow yo, she is blending, my hair is blending so well with it. Oh my goodness! Oh i'm so excited. Let me try this side too. Oh my gosh. She is laying so flat. Oh, my goodness, this you part wig is everything. Oh my gosh. Now i notice that the ends of my hair aren't blending as well, and that's because i actually do need a trim like i need to trim my hair. So when i wash it well, when i relax my hair, i'm going to trim it the ends because, as you can see like, i feel like the ends are kind of showing. I don't know if it's coming through on camera, but i see so here's what the hair is. Looking like you guys it looks so good. I haven't worn a u-part wig in years, like i said before, like it's been such a long time since i had a u-part wig, but this it fits, and it's so lightweight like it's so lightweight it's just. Oh my god. It'S perfect! Okay! Let me try to do a little something some of my edges, so i can make it look cute where's my little edge brush, okay! Well, i can't find the edge brush, so i'm just gon na use my comb or attempt to use my comb and my finger to kind of just fix my edges. Okay, so what i think i'm gon na do, as you can see, i have some straight pieces of hair in the front. I'M gon na slightly flip those back just so it kind of blends in with the wave pattern of the hair, and then i'm gon na come right back and show you guys. The final look all right you guys. So here is the final look of the hair. She is sitting so flat. It'S looking so natural like this is giving says you just got a nice relaxer done like. Is that all your hair? Yes, it is because i bought it. This is so nice. I'M definitely gon na be getting back into the upart week. Game, because this is everything and the oh, not my phone going off the application was so quick and easy, like that really didn't take much time and once my hair is relaxed, i won't have to do as much work to my level because it's already going to Be straight, so i love that, so let me just show you guys what it looks like completely. Here'S what these sides look like, and i'm gon na show you guys what the back looks like as well. It is just so pretty like i love it. It just looks so natural like it looks so natural it is so pretty like. I feel, even speechless right now, because i was not expecting it to look so good and so flat, like so yeah you guys, that is pretty much it for today's a video. I am loving this hair, it is so cute she's giving application was easy and we're loving this no lace, life, okay, we can still have the cute looks with the hair without the lace, and that is what i'm trying to do right now.
