V-Part Wig Install + Curls Tutorial || Unice Hair Bodywave Wig!!

This video is in partnership with eunice hair. They sent this really sweet christmas card and all of these hair utensils that i can use, which is really really sweet. So inside the box, you've got a wig cap, some hair clips, a scarf and so on to help you do your install and for the wig that i'm going to be installing today they sent me their body wave wig in a v part style. This is the very first time i'm trying a v-part wig. I tried a u-pop wig in my last video, so i'm really excited to try it. This wig is in 24 inches and 150 density, and if we take a closer look, there is no track showing which is supposed to make this wig a lot more natural. So inside the wig you will have five hair clips. This is supposed to make for a quicker install and then you will have the standard free, hair combs. The wig also has an elastic strap. If you need to tighten it so now for the install, i didn't want to guess how much hair to leave out. So i popped the wig on and i'm just parting, my hair for my last video i cornrowed all of my hair, but for this one i just want to do a quick install, so i'm just popping on a wiggle cap. So one thing i was impressed with straight away is that i didn't have that much leave out out which is impressive compared to a u-part wig. So i was excited to see how this would look. In the end, i found installing this wig super quick as the clips snap open and closed, so you just slide them on where you want to, and then snap them closed again and just for a side note, my wig cap kept on sliding back. So if you want your wig to lay more flat, then please feel free to corner your hair underneath. But, as i said, i just want to install it nice and quickly and in terms of securing the rest of the hair. I'M just going to take the two combs and slide them in either side. So i've already straightened my leave out and now i'm just parting, my hair and seeing how everything blends when i first saw the v part wigs, i didn't think there was going to be any difference compared to you part wig, but i was wrong. My hair is short as well, but i just found that it blended in so much better one, because i had less leave out and two because it wasn't a huge track that i needed to try and hide the start of the wig kind of looked like roots. So it was a lot more easier to blend, but right now i'm just taking a wax stick and putting it on my leave out. So there isn't any flyaways and that's it. The wig is installed, but now i just want to style it a bit more. So first i am taking my cream of nature mousse and my got to be gel and i'm going to do my baby hair. I think i say this in all of my videos, but they are the best combination when it comes to molding your baby, hair and keeping it in place. I just love them since it's my real hair. I wanted to play around with my baby hair a little bit more, so i'm just going to swoop it around and see what i can come up with so because the wig was so quick to put on. I decided to curl the hair, or this video would be super short, so first, i'm just taking my curling wand and just flattening my middle parting and then i'm going to take small sections and curl my hair. I usually go for loose curls, but i wanted to show you what i do when i want big voluminous hair and since it's christmas time, i thought why not, let's do it big and beautiful. So, as i said, you're going to take small sections and after the curl is formed, you're going to take a hair, pin and place it right on the curl. I do pin curls so that the curls will hold their shape and i'm going to do this around the whole hair, i'm not going to lie. This does take some time. You want to go layer by layer and through your hair, just have patience with it. It will be worth it in the end and this is optional, but i did spray the curls with a bit of hairspray just to hold their shape and when you reach the top you're going to do the same thing. Take it section by section. Take your time and then pin it in place, and i was halfway through and i was like i got so much more to do, but i did it so now, i'm just taking out the hairpins and i'm slowly going to start separating the hair. Try and take your time with this, so that the curls don't go frizzy and just make it as big as you want. So the next part is all down to your personal taste. I always tuck my hair behind my ear is what i always do. It'S just my look and i'm just going to go through and fix the curls, how i like them, and there we have it big, bouncy, curly hair. I was so happy with how this wig turned out. In the end, these curls are so cute to have around the holiday season. The hair held the curls so well, and it was so full and shiny, and i really liked how natural it looked. So i just pulled the hair forward to see how it would look. All at the front - and it's still very, very beautiful, but you guys know me - i ended up tucking it straight behind again, but that's just my style. I can't help it, but this is the finished. Look.
