Hey guys so today I'm going to be doing my very own wig using the genero here I got this hair from the beauty supply store, so I'm just going to start off by bleaching the closure, so you are going to need bw2 and you are also going To need 40 developer and a bowl Edition called a die bowl. You can use that and also please please. Please use gloves to prevent your skin from burning, so yeah and you don't have to put a lot in just make sure it's enough to wear that. It makes and perfectly because you don't want it too watery, because you don't want to see through the lace. So so I don't know if you guys can see really, but it's not too big and not too watery like and just stir it until it's completely moved in and before putting on the closure, make sure that you just kind of tap it on to the closure. Do not just like brush it on there, because you don't want to see through the lace and dye the hair, as well as the knots and some parts. I did rub it in just to make sure that I got it on all the way. If you do that, make sure that you're not pressing down on the brush so hard so that it doesn't make the beach go through the lace. So I really don't understand this foil method thing, but I seen on the video when I was looking how to do this, because this is my first time so I'm still learning as well. So I'm not a pro, but I did this and I guess it just kind of makes it go quicker. I don't know, but now you are going to wash the bleach off of the closure, make sure that you have some type of neutralizing shampoo. Most, you will use shimmering light. Resupplies tour was not open, so I just went ahead and got this neutralizing shampoo and it was only a dollar so and you can find at your local dollar store, Kroger Walmart wherever and just make sure you scrub it all the way and the reason for using Neutralizing shampoo, it puts the stop to the bleach. Just in case there is some bleach left. You don't want to come back and they're, like your lace is like super orange or the hair is like blonde at the top or something so make sure you just clean the lace thoroughly, as well as the hair, I'm just playing around with it, and just kind Of putting it towards my skin, so now I'm just going to go ahead and pin it down. I use those he pins. You can find those at your local beauty supply store and they have some other type of pins. But I've heard those are like very painful. After a while, so I would definitely advise that you use the T pins and I didn't really show much, because this really isn't like a tutorial. It'S kind of just like me pretty much showing you guys like my first time ever, making a wig, I mean I guess you can take it as a tutorial, but yeah. This is kind of just like my first time. I just really wanted to show you guys, like the process that I had to go through in order to make this wig. I didn't put the video in of me plucking the hair, but it came out really nice and I will add the photos in so now. I'M just gon na take my needle and thread what I did. I just took one string. Sometimes you can do two depending on who you are like I mean I just feel like. I just need it only one string, so I did one string and I loop. It through the needle and ice hide the ends. So when you get ready to sew the hair, you are going to put the needle through the cap, as well as the width of the hair and you're going to bring the needle in between both pieces of thread. So that way it locks it in and then not that you have at the end will steal it at that very point so that as you're going, it's not loose its tightening every time. Honestly, I'm not gon na lie. I did have trouble with sewing the hair. Just because the simple fact like the needle started to hurt my fingers, so I did use my shirt a couple of times to help push the needle through if you have some type of cloth or something just like a glove anything to help from like you know, Your thumb hurting after a while you can use that. I advise that you use it. You'Ll probably be very helpful because, after a while, it's like, I was just pranking myself at the top of the needle trying to push it through, and some parts were easier for me. I was able to get through, but just because that was the ban part. It was harder and by the way I use dome cap and the mannequin, I got that from the hair store. That is a 22 inch head, and I also got that from the hair. Okay, so now moving forward, I'm just gon na go ahead and time-lapse. This video mmm because, like it was like a really long process, it actually took me eight hours to finish the wig and honestly, I didn't think I was gon na finish it in a day because, like the first ha I was gon na do a wig. I never finished it and I end up taking the hair out and bleaching it to my hair color and it came out really nice, but every season I was like I'm gon na make another wig and I never did so. This is like a big accomplishment for me and another thing that I can say when I was in the back of the head. I did my sewing kind of closely, but once I got towards the middle, I kind of just you know separated a little bit, but these are the final results. I never did the baby hairs. I only cut them but yeah. These are the results and they came out better than what I expected. I really thought it was gon na be terrible, the not sort of bleach I added a little bit of foundation to it. Just because my scalp will be a little bit tanner, then you know the cap because it happens. A bit lighter so just add a little bit of foundation just to be on the safe side. You don't have to. They have lace tent, but at the moment I wasn't really trying to yeah. So yes, these were the final results I loved it. I really don't know how to style the hair, so I kind of just did like this little flip, bang or whatever the hair was like wet in the meantime, is kind of air drying. So, that's probably, why looks looks like really frizzy but yeah and the hair is a mate. So the hair was me: there was no cool
