I see a difference when i do go to the gym and i didn't go today and i told myself i wanted to go and i feel like right now, i'm really reluctant on going and it's like i need to go to my. I need to go see my trainers chris and, like you know, get him to pour into me and, like give me some good new workouts, and then that's probably, what makes me more motivated to go so i need to hit him up. I'Ve been saying that all day - and i just need to just go ahead and hit him up, but i'm gon na get off this, so i don't get in the crash.
