Simon Wright: Also, when the system is off the head, spraying water from the hair side is never a good idea as it pushes the hairs through the lace to the wrong side. It is better to spray the water from the underside.
Simon Wright: Spraying the solvent from the hair side to remove tape only works if you have a full lace base. If you have skin or poly around the perimeter, the solvent will not be able to penetrate to the underside of the tape.
