Hello, my darlings, I hope, you're doing wonderfully well and, as you can tell by the title of this video, I'm about to show you how we store our hair accessories, I'm actually from this video like twice and literally made myself seasick, because clearly I don't have a City hand, so please forgive the any shakiness I'm. This is my first time I guess there's this first time vlogging. Normally I have my camera on a tripod. Probably shoulda done it this time too, but we are packing to move I'm currently in my closet. So forgive the dodgy lighting, it's a wreck it in here we are breaking things down boxes everywhere and I was about to start packing this stuff away and I figured let me do a quick video because I posted to Instagram and Facebook, if you're not with us On Facebook and Instagram, please join us at girls love your curls, and I posted that I was, you know, reorganized him for the move, just neaten enough everything, my accessories and got a few questions. So I figured I'd. Do a quick video. I had actually asked about how people store their soft hair tie hair bands. I know how to start everything else, but the soft hair bands was giving me risk. It was just I started many different ways and they would get tangled. I had initially stored them on one of these, not this particular one, the one I had prior to this, it's actually an oatmeal container, which I decorated with scrapbooking paper and I'm gon na add a few clips to the end of this video to show you how I made it for those who are interested, but I found you see how many we have a whole bunch and I found trying to drag them off. This thing was a bit of a pain in the bum, so I decided to get something else, and this works perfectly. I picked this up at Bed Bath & Beyond, but I've also seen them in the Container Store since and I believe Walmart do a pink one. My store would have loved that, but I didn't see it before. I purchased this one. So it's actually a belt and tie hanger, rack thing and one side has a kind of wider opening. So I use that for the wider headbands and the other side is my guest for belts, and I use that for the thinner headbands and it works. Amazingly, I love it. I can get fancy cutting this back so yeah. I hang that in the closet. I keep all the accessories in my closet because um, my youngest still thinks they're toys and they would be everywhere if I kept them in her room so yeah and that's a breakdown, these temporary storage and and get going. But before I do that I'll show you how we store the rest of our accessories, and I do that in my daughter's room, because I think the lighting is a little better hi guys, I'm in my daughter's bedroom, where the lighting is a little better. As you can see, box ears, we are literally in the middle of packing. Here is one of those accessory holders I made for Bibi, my oldest, and this is the one I made for Lala to go with the color scheme. There'S one nice pink one, less green, but yeah. I much prefer these for the harder headbands, the softer ones, cuz we have so many. You saw just trying to drag them on and off with a pain, but these work great for the molded headbands and so yeah. Okay, yes, that is Curious. George. You can hear in the background keeping my daughter company while she eats her lunch. Yes, as I said, we use this for hair bows, my youngest wears mostly hair bows, so I'll use hers for that and not leave the hairband and it's fantastic. Cuz you've got storage inside for other doohickeys and things that don't fit this extremely large head pump. That came with an outfit I put in there because it doesn't quote it overtakes everything else on that and the other storage we have is um kept in these containers. These are amazing. I purchased these from Walmart. They had something similar in Bed Bath. No in The Container Store they were that really lovely clear. You know glass, looking plastic, that hard glass, looking plastic and the lids came on and off just slipped on and off, but at the time when I was shopping for these, the girls were about four or five or six and they wouldn't last five minutes honestly, and I was right because these bad boys have lost about eight nine years now and I would send them up to get their hair accessories at an old lets. You drop them downstairs. You can cite me up and everything I'm stay put exactly where you put it. It snaps right, looks tight and only opens when you want it to which I love so yeah. These ended up being the better buy, they're actually sewing organizers. So I guess you put bobbins pins and thread and such in here yeah perfectly for this for hair accessories. So and yeah Tyson hair balls these balls and look how they're doing them now they're doing them without the metal clip. I posted this on Instagram actually and which reminds me if you guys are not following us on Instagram or Facebook, go ahead and add us. Girls love your curls, because I do post things, I'm not always able to get here on YouTube, but I post tips and and information and other bits and pieces on there so go ahead and doing it but yeah. I post it on there that my mother would call these hair bobbles and I thought she'd made it up. You know be first-generation British. I would come out with words that people would, let me know very quickly, we're not in the English dictionary like Crips, like em. In England we call potato chips. Crisps, my mom were quoting Crips and I used to call them Crips until someone corrects them, let's go back anyway. Yeah. We call this happier than I posted that on Instagram, Facebook and people told me that their parents - they were from the Caribbean and West Indies, and they called the bubbles to say that she had made it up at all yeah. They don't have the metal clips on anymore. I got this from my hair and beauty supply store. That'S a Korean hair and beauty supply store. So that's fantastic! That'S where we keep those and, as I said they look tightly and then I use this smaller one yep. I used to have the girls hold onto the little containers. I had one foot BB, my oldest and one for Lala. She likes the pink and my other daughter, like the blues, greens and stuff and finally ribbons. I keep these in a similarly large container. These are great, I fold these around three fingers and stick them in. I used to try and keep these in bags. My mum would keep them in bags when I was young and I tried to keep them in large ziplock bags, but they would get tangled and twisted with the bubbles. It was a nightmare, so I thought when I found these, I was so happy. Well also, what I love about these is that the size of the compartments are adjustable. So this is the smallest size it comes in, but you can also remove the slots like, for example, we had a lot of pink ribbons, so okay, baby I'll, be right down. That'S my little one she's finished her lunch yeah. We had a lot of pink ribbons, so I removed to these compartment justice to make room for all the paints we have so yeah. It'S adjustable. You can move remove these in and out to fit whatever you have and that's it um. This is not a sponsored video, as I said I bought these about eight years ago, but and I've been meaning to do this for almost as long but yep. Finally, did it, I hope you found this helpful. I'M gon na see your face. Tough, sell these or something similar, and I will put a link in the description area below I'll also put links to other containers that people post it on Facebook that they said they use to see. If they're helpful to anybody and yeah that's it, I hope you found this video helpful guys, take care, god bless and I'll see.
