Hair Accessories Collection

Hello, guys it's Kate and I'm back with another quarantine with Kate video. So today's video is my hair accessories collection. Well, what what did I just say? What did I just say? I don't know. I don't think that was English. I am back with my hair accessories collection, so in today's video I'll be showing you guys, my hair accessories, I'm not gon na show you guys how I organized them, because that will be in a later video, which will be my room tour. Yes, I will be doing a room tour pretty soon. I still have a few more things. I need to do in my room because we started redoing it in December, which is why I'm still filming in the done, but whenever my room is done, that will be my new filming studio. So get excited for that. But I'm super organized with all my hair accessories. I have like a kind of a system set up where everything goes and I kind of have a lot. I feel like there are girls with more hair accessories than I have, but I just think they're so cute adds a little something to your hair and especially if your hair is kind of messy, like my hair, is today adding a little hair accessory to messy hair Kind of changes the look up and makes you look a lot better and more put together, so putting these two little butterfly clips in my hair definitely made my hair. Look a lot better, so yeah in this video. I'M going to show you guys what I have and where it's from, and you guys can definitely go get it if you would like to so that's gon na. Do it, okay, so starting off. I have this little bowl of hair accessories. So this is the bowl that is on my dresser, so this is kind of the stuff that you can see so in here I have some blonde hair ties. I have some little tiny elastics in here. You can literally get these in anywhere, so it really doesn't matter where you get them from. I have my two tortoiseshell clips cuz. These are the like clippy's, I use the most just because they're neutral, I have some pearl clips in here. These are from Amazon. I have a few different ones in here, so I have five different pearl ones in here. I have like a straight pearl that I have this kind of braided ish, one, this one which is like different sizes and which is kind of like a zig zag, and then this one, which is more dressy for sure and very cute, very big. I like that. One a lot. I also have this clip in here that broke and it's in here, because I am gon na glue it back together, cuz. I really like it. That'S like a lighter tortoiseshell pattern. I also have these little swirly guys in here, not because I wear them a lot, but just because I don't want to get them mixed in with everything else and lose them their little swirly flowers that you kind of twist into your hair. So I like to use these when I into an updo, which is rarely because I'm horrible at updos, but they also look really cute in braids. I think I got these in 2017 at any YC and I put them in my little bun that my sister did for me and I was like she keep though, but they definitely do add a nice little flair to your look, then I have a whole bunch Of bobby pins in here, just because, like I honestly don't really wear these that much anymore but, like I have this one, that kind of looks like the heart of the ocean and the Titanic. If it was black, I'm stead of blue and then I have a bunch of pearl ones so hard. This is so hard you guys to gather all these up, like my fingers are like too fat or something so much more. Do you guys I'm like? Let me get all the paralyzed, I'm actually going insane right now: okay, here's all the here's all the pearl ones, so I have some that are brass brass. What am I talking about? I have some that are copper, looking and some that are gold looking, but they all have pearls of different sizes. So these ones I like to put throughout like buns or braids once again, but they also acute if you put them like on the side of your hair, when your hair is down, I like to layer clips, I think they look very cute, but I know some People don't like that look, so it's totally up to you to choose what you want to do. Sorry, I'm being so loud down here, okay, hey! Then I have all of these diamond ones, which are obviously fake diamonds like don't even try to come. For me, the pearls are all so fake. They just look like that. I don't really wear these. That much anymore, I feel like the bobby pins, are kind of out in the clips are kind of in right. Now, not that I'm like a huge trend follower, but I just feel like the bobby pins. People aren't wearing them as much anymore, but I do wear them. If I, you know, I'm feeling spicy but yeah and I'm putting everything back where it's supposed to go, because I'm just not gon na be cleaning this up later, I want to make sure everything's clean when I put it back in my room. I also have this hair tie, I'm sure you guys have seen this. I wear it in my videos all the time. It'S literally just like a stretchy, coiled hair tie, I'm talking about it's black super handy. It holds your hair so good, so I usually keep it on my wrist and whenever I want to put my hair up, which is literally all the time like. I was with my friend Danielle a couple weeks ago, and we were hanging out for a while and towards the end. My hair was up in a little bun and we were just joking about how, like you, aren't hanging out with me. Unless my hair ends up in a messy bun by the end of the night, because I like my hair, is usually always down, so I always keep hair ties with me or scrunchies with me. Just because, like I, by the end of the night, my hair is on top of my head, or it's literally falling down off the side of my head, but, like my hair, is always up she's, like it's not hanging out with you, unless your hair ends up. Looking crazy at the end of the night and I'm like you're, not wrong, like that's just so true, so I like to keep this because I think it holds my hair better than a scrunchie. So I like it a lot okay, so moving on to the bins that are in my drawers, so these are the bins. So in this one I have two of these claw clips. I don't know what you call them. I honestly don't I have a black one and a brown one. I literally just got these because I've been seeing like a lot of models, off-duty wearing these in their hair, and I just wanted to be cool. That'S literally, the only reason like my hair is literally too long to do that style, but still about them because I'm trying to be with it you know. Okay, then I have four little smaller versions of those clips. Three brown, one black, Oh actually, four Brown and one black used to have more tail broke. I also obviously have these they're just clear, and then I have a brown one super exciting stuff. You guys this is so exciting. Oh my gosh, then I have two barrettes. This this is a brown tortoiseshell. This is a black one. I don't really use these that often, but I did in high school also this barrette just basic and brown. I got this when I was watching a Boy Meets World in like tenth grade, and I noticed Topanga always had these in her hair, so I got them to look like Topanga. Don'T we all want to look like Topanga, though, like that's the mood right there? I also have this barrette. It has pearls on it, because what else pearls were such a vibe? Oh, I have another Topanga thing. I don't know how to speak English, so I also have a 6 sectioning Clips. You guys have seen me use these before they're so handy. I used to section my hair with a hair tie, but now I use sectioning Clips. I believe I got these at Target they're so good. I guess they're what hairdressers use, so I got them in a pack of 6 they're so handy, and I have my poof balls. If you guys remember, I went through a huge poof ball phase. It'S something that I kind of hide from, because it's kind of embarrassing. I kept some of them because you know memories, so I kept these white ones, they're just little little clippies, and then I kept these super obnoxious, pink ones that are bobby pins. So I think I rid of all of them, but I got rid of the headbands. All right, I think I brought them to the church to use for kids church. I don't really know why see yeah, that's the first bin. Second bin is a little bit. Bigger, looks like this, so in here I have all of my hair ties. These are more blonde ones, but they have little like white stripes. I don't really know why I think they're a little bit more grippy. I don't know, then I have a pile of the coiled hair ties. So I have two brown ones: two clear ones and then one black one and then I obviously have the other black one in my little bowl. I honestly haven't worn any of these because I'm still using the black one. So those last super long then in the middle I just have like a big pile of bobby pins, just regular, bobby pins. Most of them are blonde, but I have some that are just like little ones and then I have some that are big ones. Don'T really use these very often just because, like like I said, I don't wear my hair up like ever unless it's like a special occasion and someone else does it for me because I'm horrible at updos, then I have my biggest compartment, which is for my clips. So I have all of these pearl clips that came with those bobby pins. I showed you earlier they're all from Amazon. You can literally find them anywhere, so I have ones that are just straight-up pearls and I have some that are like open in the middle. Some are bigger than others. I honestly don't wear these that much anymore, but I used to when they were a trend. Then I have these black ones that are diamond shine bright, like a diamond to my right, ladies, but these are clearly fake. They even tell these are fake. These are from chien super cute. I would layered them like that, love it. I have more pearl ones, also from Shion. These are smaller they're, also not clips they're more of like a barrette style. So I don't like these as much but they're alright, then I have this other diamond one from Xi and this one looks a lot more expensive. So I really like this today was literally like a dollar. So then, I have all of these, like barrette style clips, that literally everyone in their actual grandmother has I'm messing up my bins for you guys y'all, better, like this video okay. So the set is from Amazon. It came with these blue and pink cotton, candy ones. I literally think these are so cute, haven't worn them, they don't really match anything. I own these super cute light pink ones. Also haven't worn these these green ones. I have worn them twice these confetti ish, looking ones haven't worn these then the other tortoiseshell one. That is not broken, and then I a different tortoiseshell one that brie my friend gave to me and I never gave it back so I kind of wear these as a matching set right now, because my other one is broken. So obviously I wear this more than the colorful ones, okay, so onto the next bin. This one is smaller again I have the rest of my clips that are less fancy and I have bobby pins. So I have this pearl giant pearl set from Chien literally wore this once I don't know why I literally went out and bought all of these, because I feel, like I barely wear these. I have this set of tortoise shell. Like clips, I wear these a few times. I have a black one. I used to have another one, but I lost it. The black and the tortoise shell came with these light pink ones. I don't think I've ever worn these, I'm literally exposing myself right now. Okay, so next I have some clips which are kind of Valentine's Day ish, but I actually wear these quite a bit because they're very cute, so I just got a four pack of clips from forever 21 around Valentine's Day. So it came with these jelly. Looking black one, then it came with some jelly looking white ones. Then it came with some pink ones, which I don't think I've worn these yet and then also some red ones, which I do wear quite a bit. I love the red ones and if you guys haven't noticed from like what I've worn in most of my videos, I love the color red so that works out next. I have my bobby pins, so I have actually one barrette in here, but it's because it goes with the bobby pins, so this is really beautiful. Barrette that I got from Deepti jewels that I got from dainty jewels. When I worked with them on a video, then I got these pearl and, like look, it looks kind of like a brooch, these bobby pins, that are also from dainty jewels when I work with them. So this is a set that goes together, so I keep them on here. Next, I'm seeing these like funky bobby pins, that my aunt got me from Francesca's super cute they're like little plastic, beads, I've, lots of pearl ones in here, they're all just kind of like this straight pearl. Look! I kind of use these when I do this hairstyle and just kind of pull it back see. So I have like six of these. I think so. I'Ve kind of a lot of the pearl ones used to wear them a lot more, a few more little pearl ones. These are flower, shaped there's a pearl in the middle they're, all like that, they're literally all like that, but they're different sizes. Those are from forever 21, I believe most of these are from forever 21 and she - and I have a lot of diamond looking ones in here, so I have a lot of the same style as the pearl ones, but they're like diamond form. So I have a bunch of those. This is a lot of work, so it goes quick as possible, but you guys have nothing to do so. It'S fine! Then I have these star ones, so I actually really like these ones. I think they're super nail so aren't I learned southern accent is coming from, but I have these ones. I'M gon na stop talking like this now, so I have these ones that are like the literal VeggieTales star of Christmas. If you know you know - and I also have these silver stars of Christmas - which I actually wore for a Christmas service couple years ago - I've had some buddies for a long time. I have some more flowers but they're diamonds, and then I have this leaf, one that I remember getting at anyone see 2017 and there was like two or three, but I lost all of them, except for this one. I know this is all super exciting. I don't know how you guys can even stand it so next I have my bin of scrunchies, so I have tons of scrunchies honestly they're, mostly all from forever 21 there's a few from like Walmart but other than that. We'Re not really gon na go through wherever thanks from I said, I was done with this accent, and here we are okay, so I'm gon na go through these really quick. So I the lilac colored one I have a like bluey purpley color. I have light pink. I have red, I have blue. I have tan white sparkly, black, yellow checkered, the literal American flag, fourth of July, where you at this sequined burgundy one got that from Bree. I also have this anyone also from Bri. I have this cheetah one. I have this literal like African or Jamaican, or something pattern if you're from Africa. Jamaica, I'm very sorry if that offended you, I literally just don't know what pattern this is, and it kind of reminded me of something that would be born in those countries say like. Oh sorry, please do not come for me. This video is purely for comedic relief and also for entertainment, because I know you guys are all bored, so please don't come for me. I really don't know what the pattern is. Thank you. I also have this mustard colored. One and then I also have this black one that has little like tassels. Okay, I cannot get it open like it has like little tassels hanging from it. So you kind of put this on a ponytail and just kind of ride around with flaps just flapping. In the back, you know what I mean: okay and last but not least, we had headbands. So if you guys have been watching for a while, you've, probably seen most of my headbands, because I recently bought most of them and they were basically off in the same place, so they were in a giant haul that I did. But I do have a few more that I'm going to show you guys. So first category is knotted headbands. I have three of these, so I have a black pearl one from Chien super cute. I have a yellow one from forever 21 and then I have a cheetah print one also from machine next category is braided headband. So I have this silver one that kind of looks like tin, foil, it's very shimmery and sparkly. I have this velvet black one. I literally love it so cute Gossip Girl, vibes period next category is pearl. Headbands cuz. I have so many. So this is my literal Blair Waldorf headband from Shion. It'S so heavy on your head and it kind of gives you a headache, but it's so cute. So we have to stand, then I have this much lighter but looks a lot cheaper cream, one which is also pearl. Obviously that's the category that we're in right now then I have this larger machine, which I don't wear that often cuz it's kind of flimsy. Then I have this kind of like fat, very painful to wear pearl situation that I have these two little skinny flimsy ones. Once again, don't really wear these because they're very flimsy, but they're kind of more room decor and you guys will see what I mean when I do my room tour eventually, the final category is literally just miscellaneous, so I have this black one. That'S just like plain from ASOS, and this was literally like ten dollars, so was it worth it? I think so its little just a basic headband, but you know I like it. Then I have these two like cotton head and - and I mostly just wear these if I'm like working out or when I take a shower - and I don't want to wash my hair - and I don't want my front of my hair to get all wet. I can't even think of what I'm trying to say hairline. Then I have this happy birthday, headband birthday, girl, headband that I got last year on my 20th. I got for my 20th birthday, hopefully I'll be able to wear it. On my 21st birthday, when I hang off my friends but um quarantine continues, which it probably will I'll probably just be home for my 21st birthday, so that'll be really exciting, really fun. If I get to do something of course, I'll vlog it again, I think I've logged it last year and it was super fun, so birthday girl from forever 21 loved. I know this was such a long, video, I'm so sorry that it was literally so long, but you guys have been asking for it and obviously I had nothing else to do and you guys have nothing else to do I'm assuming.
