Hi guys and welcome back to my channel today, I'm going to be showing you a little DIY for some hair accessories. I was actually looking online at this one store and they had these little hair bows and really cute hair accessories for 260 dollars, and I'm looking at this - and I'm like - I couldn't be God for probably a lot less money. So I went to Michael's craft store. I picked up a bunch of stuff. I picked up pearls, beads ribbon, headbands, just a lot of really cool stuff, and so I wanted to show you guys some really trendy hairpiece ideas that you can make super easy at home for weight cheaper, because I thought $ 250 for a hair. Bow was ridiculous and I could make that so. Obviously, I'm going to make it myself if I can do that for a lot cheaper, and this way I get a lot more for my dollars. I hope you guys enjoyed - and here is my DIY hair accessory video number one - we're just going to grab one of the black velvet headbands and we're also going to grab these stick on pearls. The thing that I love about this is that they have a little sticky adhesive, so you can kind of plan out where you want to put all the pearls before you actually glue them in place. So right now I'm just sticking the pearls kind of where I want them to go. Mapping them out a little bit just to see kind of what sizes I want where and then. Once I'm finished, I'm just going to take a hot glue, gun and glue them all in place. You don't mind all the little string pieces of glue. We will be removing that after and also if you're younger. Please ask a parent to do this for you. I don't want anybody burning their fingers on a hot glue gun, just remember, to take off all the excess glue to clean up the look and that's how you make this really cute pearl headband I've been seeing these all over Instagram and they're so trendy right now. I just had to try to recreate this look. This is a piece that'll honestly look good with any outfit, and especially now that the spring is coming up. I really wanted a chic and girly sort of accessory to pair with everything. So that's why I made this amazing beautiful headband number two we're gon na grab this black ribbon and we're gon na cut a piece off. That'S big enough to make a bow, then we're going to grab these metallic clips as a base for our boat and set it aside until we're ready to use it. Now I'm going to tie the ribbon into a big bow and make sure you're tying the knot at the center of the ribbon and then once that's done, I'm just going to keep adjusting the sides of the bow until I've created the shape. I want I'm going to take the silver clip and just measure out where I want it to go on the bow and then using the hot glue gun, I'm going to glue the back of the bow onto the clip. I'M also going to use the hot glue gun to glue the sides of the bow just to get some more security, then just to make this bow even more cute, I'm going to cut off triangular pieces from the bottom of the ribbon and that's how you get This really cute trendy bow so for number three, I'm just going to repeat the steps I said before to make another really chic bow this time, I'm going to take these beautiful, Swarovski pearls and sew them on to the top of the ribbon. I'M going to take black thread and sew each pearl onto the top in a random pattern, and once I feel like the Pearl is in a good place, I'm going to turn the bow inside out and tie a regular knot and that's how you get this super Trendy high-fashion looking bow number four using the grey velvet headband I'm going to take these beads out and create a shiny, beaded headband. First, I'm going to use these long silver beads to outline the headband remember to use white thread so that the silver stands out. I know this thread also looks super long, but the more thread you use the better it will look because you won't have to hide awkward knots in the headband. This is what the headband should look like once you make the outline taking these small and large silver pearls, I'm gon na sew them into the headband in a random pattern. I will warn you guys, though this has been probably took me the longest to make just because you have to sew each bead in, but it was definitely worth it in the end I got the most beautiful, beaded headband and I'm so happy with the way it Turned out, but I can't understand why people charge extra for a hand, beaded items, because it was honestly a lot of work again make sure to get a lot of thread when you're doing this, because you won't have to try to hide the ending knot. You can just keep going with the thread, and this is the final look, even though this took me hours to complete. This is probably one of the most beautiful head pieces I've made and is by far one of my favorites look at the way it just stands out against the hair. I love this so much.
