How To Pack Jewelry And Hair Accessories Tangle Free

A quick tip, just for fun! How to pack jewelry and accessories for a vacation without ending up with a huge tangled mess and lost items!
We came across this idea on Pinterest (which was linked to this video by Jessica Gottlieb: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nb8oCBu...) I thought the idea was genius! We happen to be going on vacation soon and decided to share this fun tip while packing our suitcase. ;)
This would also work great for those of you who sell jewelry.

Hey guys, we saw this fun idea on Pinterest the other day and we're actually getting ready to go on vacation and so as we're packing our bag. We'Re just going to show you what we're going to do to pack our accessories and this works well for, like necklaces earrings we're going to do some headphones if you've ever tried to pack a necklace like this, I mean, if you put it in your bag. You know it's just going to get tangled and ruined your earrings are probably going to get lost, so this is just a good solution to that problem, and what you're going to need is just some GLAAD press and fill wrap. I don't know if they have it in any other brands, but we found it in GLAAD and you're just going to want to rip off about two feet of this. I'M using two feet: it'll depend on how many accessories you're wrapping and how much you're going to want at this. You want to place this so that the sticky side is off. If you fill this, you can tell, which is the sticky side just make sure that's facing up and then decide about where the half point is and only place your accessories on one half so that you can fold the other half over them. So we're just going to stick these all on and you want to kind of space them out so that they're not touching each other and you have room to fill in between each piece of jewelry. So after you have everything in their place, then you can just fold this wrapping over the top, and then you want to seal along the edges and in between all of the pieces of jewelry so that they stay separated and intact. So after you get everything situated as you can see, when you hold this up, these aren't going to go anywhere, they're all going to stay, separate and untangle for you. If you want to fold this and put it in your bag, you can do that and then, when you get ready to use this stuff, you just pull it apart and everything is right there ready for you and then after you have used your accessories and you're Ready to go back home, this is reusable. You can just fill it back up again and take it home.

LilMissVixen100: We don't get that over here! I saw a few good tips about packing jewellery on a website called real simple. They suggested to pack necklaces in drinking straws. It works for thin jewellery!

littlemissjaded12345: I'm very sure she MUST have her reasons. Though I'd quite like to know why, if she would be willing to answer my question? I jut don't understand it. It's unusual if you ask me. At Disneyworld she will be weaving in & out of tonnes of complete strangers there every day. I know how popular it is. I've been there with my family too in the past. It's a really great place! But everyone posting on youtube are complete strangers too. I just don't see what the big difference is personally.
