Wig Transformation | Kinky Curly Headband Wig | Julia Hair Amazon

Hey guys, what's up and welcome back today, i'm here with the hair review. I in case you didn't notice, am wearing a wig, so this is going to be my second headband wig video, but this one is definitely not the same as the first and not just because of the texture, but we'll get into that a little bit later before. I get started. I do want to give a shout out to julia hair on amazon for sponsoring today's video. They sent me over their 16 inch, kinky, curly, headband, wig and, as most companies do, they send a couple of gifts. Over with the wig, i was given a wig cap and two of their headbands, one of which that i am wearing today, and i just think it is the cutest thing now full disclaimer. I was very unsure about how i was gon na feel about this wig. When i first got it took it out and kind of was looking at it. The texture is beautiful. The way that the hair feels is wonderful, but the construction of the wig is just a little bit different. If you saw my last headband wig video you'd notice that that wig had kind of like this silky built-in headband, whereas this headband wig kind of just stops, and then you cover that up with the headband, it definitely works. But because my first experience was different. I was a little bit shocked when i took it out of the box. Another thing when i was styling this wig. I noticed that, with this being 16 inches um, i'm not sure if it's 16 inches all over, because when i put the wig on the bottom of the hair was extremely long. But the top of the hair was extremely short and the shape and just the way that the hair was sitting was strange to me. If i'm being completely honest, i did not like it, but i flipped and chopped and screwed and cut and trimmed and shaped and did some work to this wig. But i think that it paid off, because this looks really cute and i want to certainly say believable. But if you didn't know you wouldn't know, okay, so i'm going to show you how i transformed this wig from what it was straight out, the box to what it is now for anybody interested in just the details before i get into all the extra stuff. I do really really like the hair and the texture of the hair. The wig is just going to require a little bit of work in order for it to fit you and to look the way that maybe you would want it to look. I would not say that this is a pull it out of the box and wear it kind of wig, all right friends, so time to style this girl up. So obviously i need to do my baby hairs. I'M not gon na do anything too, too crazy um. I just have these plaits in my head: they've been in my head for several days, but easy protective style, i'm gon na cross them in the back and then put the weight cap on okay, i'm gon na be taking the kiss sweet peach max hold um. I believe this was their collaboration with sweetie, i'm not sure if i'm making that up or not, but i think it is i really like it. It smells amazing what's wrong, i really wish that you guys could smell this. It smells so good. Okay. So yesterday, when you saw me re-wetting the wig, the only thing i didn't show me do was i took just whatever mousse i had on hand, and i put it on the front of the wig. This just shows you how small my head is anyway. So i put mousse on the front of the wig and i made it go this way because if you remember this, wig is technically upside down right now, um, so the tracks are laying in the opposite direction. So to help me with that, i just put mousse on the hair while it was wet and let it dry backwards now i will be using the clips in the back of the wig. I will not be using the clips in the front. My hairline is way too sensitive for that and i've already lost some edges in 2021 and i don't want to lose anymore. So i'm gon na take the comb and stick it under the wig cap, but i'm not sticking it in my actual hair, which is not the easiest to do, but it is possible here she is my headband of choice. I really like the one that looks like flowers and palm trees. I think that's what it is. That'S what it looks like to me. So that's the one that i'm gon na use. I think if i didn't have those braids in my hair, i would definitely pull this back. Some more and this to me just looks a little bit more realistic, being able to see some more hair versus where i had it, the first time and my head's so small that um these little headbands never fit. It doesn't matter where i buy them. I always have to take a rubber band or a hair tie and tie it in the back of the headband to make it fit to my head. I don't think this is too bad. You guys, i will say the actual hair quality and texture is beautiful. It feels really nice. It doesn't feel like it's gon na tangle up on me too much as long as i don't neglect it granted. I know i've only had it on my head for a couple of minutes, but the quality of the hair feels amazing. It'S just the styling of the wig that was a little bit different and took some getting used to, but i would suggest it if you wanted something different and something that doesn't require having to lay lace or sew bundles down to your head. If they have bundles of this just bundles, i would love to purchase some and make it make the wig myself because, as you know, i make my own wigs. Maybe you don't know that, but i would very much purchase this hair just as bundles and sew it into my head. I would love to make a wig with a closure, but for the sake of it being a headband wig. I think this is pretty good and overall, my favorite thing about it is the texture itself. It'S very soft. It has a lot of body and it's just a lot of fun. So
