Dollar Tree Haul |Yardley Soap & Lotion |Hard Candy |Goody Hair Accessories

Hey everyone welcome back to my channel, i'm gretchen, and this is gretchen's one diy at a time. I do have a uh, a dollar tree haul, for you guys it's uh, it's not a huge haul but uh it's. What i've collected over the past two trips to the dollar tree and as always, i'm always eager to show you guys what i found there: some essential items and a few goodies, and let me just dive right into it. We can continue taking this dollar tree journey together, so i'm gon na without further ado. I'M gon na dive right into it, and the first thing i'm grabbing is this essentials additional mat and uh. I think this is kind of self-explanatory. I definitely needed a new one of those in my kitchen. Okay, then i got some cotton balls, 100, pure cotton, and it doesn't say how many you get in here, but it is by the assured brand - and i i'm telling you i have just grown - to really um trust, the assured brand and, like the assured brand, you Can see i'm wearing a sweater and a scarf today because uh, it was very chilly here in new york, it's been raining all day and um the heat's just not on so so i needed to just warm up and okay. So the next thing i have is this hello sign and i've seen people uh craft with this. This you know can be taken apart and uh. The background can be changed um, although i think i'm gon na leave it just the way it is with the green and the yellow pattern in the back. It'S gon na really look nice um in my dining room. Okay, so, let's see what else i've got here. I found these a two goodie brand uh goody brand uh, the economy pack of large claw clips large claw clips, and i had bought some of the dollar tree ones, but these um seem to be just slightly less brittle. If that's how um i could describe it. Yeah they're a lot less brittle, they're, definitely less brittle. I always need these. I had run out of them and uh, so i was really happy to buy those okay. So let me just bring my goodie bag right up here and let me show you, okay. I found these sassy and chic iridescent fashion nails. They had a couple of different, no two or three different shades. These are kind of a blue iridescent color. They are a little longer than i like they're very shiny. I don't know if you can really see that uh they're definitely a little longer than i normally wear. Although the cashier reassured me that i could always file them down. Thinking, though, that i'm gon na save these for, like a flashy uh occasion when i'll wear something flashy like new year's eve or halloween, or if i by chance, go uh out clubbing or something i haven't been clubbing uh since the 80s. But you never know it's good to be prepared. Okay and then i found um these six medium claw clips and the goody brand goody brand. I just um really like having those around all right, so i did uh like this powder blush by l.a colors, and this is a very plum, a berry plum and i really liked the color. A lot of the blushers that are out right now are more like contouring, i'm not seeing lots of new colored blushes and all of the other brands i do like the highlighters and the shimmers and the contour colors uh yeah, my go-to color. It'S always kind of like a very, very color okay, and then i found these other nails and the brand is edge and you actually get 24 in a pack, and one has this purple, these purple pink and white designs on them. I think they're just really super cute and this one is uh teal and other accent, nails with purple and yellow with the teal. I think that these will just look really super cute and for the summer, especially fun summer, colors uh, the darker ones, um, are good for any season. Okay and then i found this cuticle remover by sashi, shashi, sassy and sheep. It'S a 1.0 fluid ounce tube. I hope you can see that of cuticle remover and, as you can see, it's i'm definitely due for a manny which i will do i'm having a nice long weekend. Today is saturday. I am off um for memorial day monday, and then i have my regular day off this week, falls on a tuesday, so uh tomorrow of yoga, but i'll definitely find time to do a manicure and pedicure. This weekend hope you guys are having a great week. I found this flashers now. This is my hard candy. It is the plumping serum, but this is in a dark purple. It'S a glittery dark purple. I'Ve never seen this color before so i was really excited when i found it and i tend to lean towards the more conservative colors during the week, but on the weekends and uh. When i go out, i like to wear brighter colors, uh, purples and stuff like that. Okay, i absolutely find these roasted assaulted, almonds by maddie kayes maddie to be scrumptious. I got two in the roasted salted i got one in the hickory smoked. They are yummy luscious. I just had a handful, so i think i bought four bags and i opened one. I just had a handful right before i started. Filming, okay and i found the yardley, the yardley of london body lotion and the oatmeal and almond, and the english lavender, and i got three of each i'll - probably keep one of each for myself and give the other two away. I want to make gift baskets. I uh one for my aunt and i would make one for my mom, but my mom is very very particular about uh the cream she uses and she's the kind of person that like will only use the same brand forever and ever and ever uh. So um. I'M thinking the other, the other gift set that i'm going to make and pair it with uh the soaps pair it with the soaps, the other one will be like a hostess gift or a hostess gift, probably um. I'M gon na have kind of a bin with like things like that. I'M gon na give out as like hostess gifts like when i get invited places this summer, and i can you can smell it through the box. It smells it smells so classic just a nice classic clean classic clean, and i did get that english lavender soap in here with it. Actually they didn't have the oatmeal soap. So i picked up some of these others like the rose and rhubarb which smells wonderful. I may even put these in my drawer: oh this strawberry coconut smells great, and then this one, shea butter, milk, shea butter, milk, smells amazing and so yeah did. I show you the coffee creamer. I got this hazelnut coffee creamer i like to buy the almond coffee creamer. I just ran out of it, so i just i got this to tide me over in between purchases and yeah, so i think that's all i've got for you guys today.
