Organization: Hair Accessories Drawer | Watch Me Organize | Organization On A Budget | Organization

Everyone is sherry thanks so much for checking out another one of my videos, so this one is going to be organization. I just walked into my bathroom today at my master bedroom and pulled this drawer open and was like I'm gon na organize this. So this was completely like spur the moment. I didn't put any sort of thought into it, so I actually started recording without my lights, so it doesn't prove in the next couple of Clips. But here is just a view of how messy this drawer is. The overflow of my hair products is all stuff for my hair and I'm gon na go ahead and get started reorganizing. This drawer first thing, I'm gon na, do, is take everything out and clean it with the vacuum and also with just some Windex cleaner, just too gon na get all that makeup out of the drawer and here's the two acrylic dividers that I had in the drawer. I got these from Hobby Lobby on clearance for four dollars and eight cents, and I really wanted to continue to use them. I just needed to figure out a better way how to organize this stuff in them. So literally, I had not even thought that I was gon na do this, so I had no idea how I wanted to organize anything. So I just kept everything in as far as me, just kind of winging it and trying to figure out where everything was gon na go how it was gon na fit and getting everything organized. So at first I was going to try to keep the bobby pins and the elastics that you see that are still in the packaging they're, basically brand new. I was gon na try to keep them like that, and then I thought no. This is how it was before, and it just wasn't working for me, so I just took all the bobby pins off all the little barrettes, all the elastics. I took them all out of the packaging and just put everything in these organizers that little white square box is actually just something I repurposed. So this organization didn't cost me anything. The little box was just something from my Apple and when I was doing this, I thought okay, I don't want all those little bows and the barrettes and the bobby pins to just be sliding all around in one of those organizers. So I thought what do I have that I can use, and I remembered I had that little box top, so I used it and it fit perfectly, and then I was thinking what in the world am I gon na put these little clear, elastics in and I Thought about the travel set that I had just recently purchased from TJ Maxx for four dollars. It came with a bunch of little travel-size containers and there was one of them in there that I remember was a little bit larger and I didn't know what I was gon na put in there, and so I thought I would just put those elastics in there And they fit perfectly so that really worked out and there's a little bit of my OCD shining through, I decided to close all those barrettes. They were bugging me that they were all open. Okay, so here's the finished product it looks way better. I had tried to organize this before, but it just was getting kind of unruly and out of hand, and it wasn't really working the way that I had it so here it is all finished so basically over here I have all like my bandana, like head, wrap Things - this is just my little spa face, mask thing that keeps my hair back, and I really want to keep it with the other ones, even though this isn't something I would wear in my hair out. I just wanted to try to fit it in here and then over here. I have all my little bows, my bobby pins. I wear bobby pins just about every single day and I was tired of having some on the Container some. Not so I just doing all in this little box and then here's all my little separate. So I wear these on us every day as well, some clips for my hair and then this as you side, just stuck all those little clear, tiny, rubber bands which I use for if I braid my hair. I also use these to make a little knot in my shirt and then I have all my rubber band elastic type, hair ties and then these new spiral cord things that I've done from Sephora and then these ones are from Old Navy. I really like the is sorry there's a hair on that one and then my sock, buns, which I wear these in my hair, for work every day so yeah this is the drawer. I think it looks so much better and hopefully it will stay like this, but if not, if it doesn't work, then I'll just reorganize it again in the future.
