Claw clips are so in right now and you can see them all over the major platforms such as Tic tok, Instagram, and Pinterest. Hello, everybody welcome back to my channel today, I'm filming a hair tutorial for you guys and it's how I get my three o'clock clip hairstyles and when I mean claw clip I'm talking about these little clips right here. They'Re super trendy right now and I think they were really popular in like the 90s and now they're brought back, but I'm going to show you guys. My three go-to looks with these clips, so the first one is going to be a half up, half down hairstyle and I'm gon na be using it. The gold clip right here to achieve that I'll make sure to link both these clips in the description box down below. So, if you guys want them, you can go pick them up. So first I'm gon na start by putting all my hair in the back and I'm going to take my fingers and basically part my hair from like my eye, all the way to the crown of my head and then once you've done. That make sure you brush down the excess hair and then pull out the pieces that you want. I always like pieces showing when I have hairstyles like this, like my fringe, so I'm gon na pull those down now. I just find it easier to pull a job before you clip the hair, because then you're not like tugging and pulling for everything to come out and you're, not gon na mess it up. Alright, so that'll do for now. So now I'm going to take that hair and comb. Everything back just make sure I like how everything is placed and you can spray it with some hairspray, but for the sake of me having two two more hairstyles, I'm not gon na. Do that right. This second but you're gon na take your claw, clip and you're gon na want to clip it as tight to the back of your head as possible. Just like that and then you're gon na tug and pull wherever you want the pieces to be a little bit. Looser I like to have like a little bit of bumps and volume. I know some people like it to be like super smooth, but that's just my preference. Now we're going to plot some more pieces here here and I'm going to show you guys what it looks like from the side right now. So moving on to the second hairstyle, with the claw clip this time, I'm going to be going in with the bigger one. So let's take this one down and shake everything out and then I'm going to bring everything to the back of my head again. So this look is very 90s. My mom used to wear all the time when we were growing up. So basically, it's like a French twist and you clamp your hair, like that in the back with this clip and you have little pieces hanging over I'll show, you guys, obviously how to do it right now, but this is one of my favorite ones to use with This hair clip - and it's super easy to achieve so I'm gon na - take all my hair in the back. I just turned so you guys could see it better. I'M going to take all my hair in the back and then gather it at the bottom of my neck and then once you have it in the bottom of your neck, just like this you're going to want to start twisting it once you have it all twisted And it's laying flat just like that you're going to take your clip and secure it. Then let the extra hair hang down over the clip and then you're gon na pull out pieces. You can tug, it pull it. However, you want, but that's how I do the French twist, and this is what the French twist looks like from the front. I just pulled down two pieces and then I pull down pieces here and tuck them behind my ear super simple and easy. It'S my favorite one so now for the last one, I'm gon na need some hairspray, so I'm just using the Tresemme stronghold touchable feel number four hairspray, I'm gon na use my comb and I'm gon na go back in with that gold clip. So this is basically like a top knot. This is also one of my favorite looks to do so. I gather all my hair into like a ponytail all the way up here, but I keep my middle part and I keep a few pieces down. Just like I've been doing for the rest of them now that I have a ponytail going, I'm going to start spraying the sides and I'm going to take that comb and smooth everything down. You want to make sure you're also spraying the back so nothing's hanging down your bed smooth it up, and now you have the base here. Ponytails started. You want to make sure your cluck is into reach and you're gon na start twisting I'm gon na pull it up even higher right now, you're gon na start twisting the knot and then once you have it twisted start wrapping it just like that, and I always Leave out a little piece of hair just like that, and then I go in with my clip and click the back of the button and then I just tug and pull to make it a little bit bigger. Since it is a pretty tiny little knot and then I pull these pieces brush them out and then you can also go from the sides of your ears and pull out a few pieces as well, but there you have it, you can give it one. Last spray: okay, so there you guys have it. These are my three favorite club hairstyles. Stephanie Auker: If anyone is having trouble with the French twist claw hairy style, what helped me was to put my hair in a low pony and then I just did the rest of the steps and it stayed pretty well. Also if you don’t want the scrunchie (if you use one) to show in your French twist hairstyle then use one of those mini scrunchies or just a black hair tie.
