Heavy wood, its tippy, welcome back to yet another cosmic confetti photoshoot, for this particular photo shoot. The theme was alien goddess, and for this look I decided to create some crystal hair accessories. For my goddess look, so I'm going to show you guys how I made these for this project you're going to need various crystals. You can use raw or polished you're, also going to need some sort of comb or hair pick. You will be needing some wire, some wire cutters and some pliers um with some chain and optional, our beads and jump rings. So the first thing I'm going to do is lay out my crystals, how I would like them to look on the hair comb. I decided to alternate raw crystals with polished crystals. It created a really nice texture. So now I'm going to grab some wire and I'm going to attach the crystals to the hair piece. So what I'm doing first is wrapping one of my crystals and I'm going to leave some wire on both ends. Sticking out, then, I'm just going to wrap this around the hair comb and what I'm doing is kind of going in between the teeth here of the comb and creating an X shape on top of the crystal so continue wrapping around your crystal. And what do you have something that looks like this? It will whittle a little bit, but just as long as it's a little solid, you can move on to the next crystal. So I'm going to add a rough quartz crystal here and just try to wrap this around with the wire as tightly as I possibly can. So I'm wrapping this with the wire that I had left over on the right hand, side and then continuing wrapping it with the wire that's still connected to the actual little wire spindle. So again, the strategy I use for this was just creating an X and then continue adding your crystals. You may want to check to see you know, make sure that your crystals are nice and snug and before I add my last crystal I'm just attaching this chain with the jump ring in between one of the Ericom teeth. Then I'm going to attach my last crystal and I just decided to do another lap over with the wire to make sure it's nice and snug and I'm paying off the excess wire here and just kind of blending this downwards with the comb. So it doesn't poke. My head next, I'm grabbing some glue, I'm using e6000. This is my favorite glue and I'm just going to apply some glue on to the bottom portion. Where the crystal and the wire meet. This is going to add just as extra support. Then I went ahead and wrapped these two crystals in wire and left a little eye at the top and now for the chain. That'S hanging. This is optional. You can attach tiny little crystals in between the chain links, so I just went ahead and attached. Some jump rings to this cut off a portion of the chain and just go ahead and attach your jump rings right in there and continue the chain down and at the bottom add your crystal. That is wrapped in the wire and that's all I did for this project. It was fairly simple. I hope you guys enjoyed this. I really like the way they turned out.
