How To Find A Reliable Vendor On Alibaba / Verify Vendors Business Certification / Product Quality

Hello guys welcome back to my channel, so today we're going to be talking about how to find a vendor on alibaba. So finding a good vendor is very difficult because that can make or break your business that controls your raw material cost and also your product quality. That will influence your sales and also your profit. So we want to make sure that we are getting the right products with good quality for the right amount. So, let's get into it so we're gon na be talking about three major thing you wanna look out for is the company's name. I'M gon na get into that. I'M gon na breaking break it out for you, the business type and business certification. Those three things you wanna check out for to know who this company is so in china. The name of the company is really really structured in a way whereby you will know who they are. So the name of the company is um kind of divided into four part to make up a name. So the first part is the location and the name and the main products that is selling and the partnership type. So those four in that arrangement put together mix up their name for the business type there are two of them is either a trading company or a manufacturing company, or both sometimes you'll, find manufacturing company you'll find sometimes you'll find a trading company or you'll find both. But for me i personally like both the manufacturing and the trading company. That means the manufacturers they produce the product and they have an export certification to export products to us, so their their cost is really low compared to just a manufacturers. They produce a product and they send it to the trading company, while just the trading company gets the products from the manufacturers and sell it to us, so they are just like uh a middleman. They are the one that makes sure they get the product from the people that make the product and sell it to us so because of the cost was, is gon na be high, and if you're dealing with a just a manufacturer, the product is also going to Be high because they are going to send it to the trading company, so all of that you want to put into consideration so for me, i love to deal with the manufacturing and trading coming two in one. The third thing you want to look out for is the company's certification, so there are two major certification that that you want to look out, for there are other certifications which are very important, but this to satisfy the products quality and they are iso 9000 and iso. 14. 000. iso 9000 is a certification that shows that the company's product is of high quality or it meets the standard. So when you see that a company has the nine iso 9000 that shows that their product, whatever they're selling, meets the quality standard and iso 14 000 that shows that it meets the environmental standard. Another thing you want to pay attention to is: what's uh, this company specialize in when you go to the company click on the profile. You will find all this information, i'm giving you guys so you'll find what they specialize in. You want to make sure that if you are, let's assume you want to go into, you want to go into business selling, cosmetics, makeup, and all of that you want to make sure they are specialized in makeup. Don'T go for a company that is specialized. That does sell makeup and hair make sure they are niche specific, because that way, their product quality is going to be high. Because that's what they're specializing you don't want someone that sells um makeup and sells hair or someone that sells hair and sells shoes or someone that sells shoes and sell yoga mat. You know you want someone that is niche specific, so make sure you are paying attention to everything. So the question now is: where are they located? You want to know where they are located, because in china there are five major coastal province that manufactures products. They are known for manufacturing product, so you want to make sure that the company that you're going to be dealing with the manufacturing company is located there. So remember in the business name, you want to make sure one of those names i'm gon na mention, i'm gon na put it up here, i'm gon na put it up here, make sure one of those are in their name and um. The names are, have it in mind, i may not be able to pronounce it because those names are going to be hard. It'S going to be. I cannot. I cannot pronounce these names. Y'All, fuji young, oh no, i'll, take that back. Fujian, shen dong, guang dong! Well, i'm gon na put all the names here so i mentioned five of them and some of them has cds, so i'm not gon na go into that. You may want to do your research, so you want to make sure that your manufacturers are in those five names i mentioned, because you don't want to you, don't want to be dealing with little man and you wouldn't know so make sure that in their name they Have that and when dealing with the um vendor, ask them where they're located? Where is their factory factory located? You want to make sure it's in that list and if they give you uh and ask for the address, tell them you want to visit. Ask them. You want the address to their factory another office. The office may be different from the factory, so the factory, if you, if they give you an address, make sure you mention a factory and not not another office. If their factory has like address like sweet, four or one um 15 floor, that is a red flag, because a factory cannot be on the top floor like that. If, if it's actually a factory, so make sure you know, uh make sure you get the address and question it if it doesn't sound right how you can know if a vendor is not a manufacturer manufacturing company, all you need to do is to give the vendor A surprise call and tell the vendor you love to see the factory. Oh, you call the vendor and tell them in an hour time, you'll love to see the factory and see how things are done in the factory. You want to see the quality. If you get an answer, that is not straight. If that is a red flag, you want to make sure you see the faction. You know when you see a factor, you know what a factory looks like and not an office, so you want to make sure you request to see the factory. So that's how to know if that vendor is actually a manufacturing company. There are a lot of lies. A lot of scam on ali baba, so you want to make sure you got the right people, the right company and not a scam, and you want to make sure you got to manufacture another trading company. Well, a trading company can be selling the right product, but they may up the prices because they are getting it from the manufacturers. So just just to put that out there trading companies are also good. They may have a good quality, so you want to make sure that all of this is verified before you go ahead and place an order with the vendor. I hope this is very helpful.
