Iillest Finds First Biz Review- Krown Wigs Transparent, Pre-Plucked, And Bleached Review

What'S going on guys, it's faizalum, founder and ceo of illuspines today, i'm doing the very first illustrious review i partner with crown wigs. This is not a sponsored video. I am a legitimate customer and i decided to show some love and support to crown wigs. What i'll be doing is going over five different categories, including customer service, product or service quality, in a situation to be a product community, good deeds, community impact or good deeds. You know how you engage with the community, whether or not your business has a positive footprint. The website there will be a separate section for that and the overall presentation i thought it just overall - is phenomenal. In my opinion, you're able to earn one lei per section. Ili is two eyes um, just fun fact, so, i'm from ill town or east orange new jersey, i did a fun little spin on that. So if you earn an iliad, that means you've earned two eyes two eyes for a section and ten total, which means that you got a perfect score in this situation. I would definitely say she got a full ten out of ten just to give an idea of what the items look like out of the packaging. I did open this before recording, but i decided to um because i had to wear one of the units, but i decided to package it um pretty much like how i got it um just to assimilate what it was like or what my experience was like. So oops, when you open it you're able to see photos of the business, you do get a really really cute flyer. Every time you make a purchase, it comes with a free gift, so one separate purchase i got was the glue and with this you're able to get a pair of bank roll lashes by boss bay by tai and they're called let's here we go bankroll. I thought that this was a really cute touch, the fact that you get like a nokia phone - and it says i can't talk right now, too busy being a ball. I thought that was adorable and then in this order i got a free candle. The order for the two wigs - and this is coconut and mango flavored by i believe it's pronounced cara, feli and clark. I do apologize in a um, an event if i mispronounce that i'll correct it in the comments and make sure that i tag links to their sites as well. I'Ll. Do a separate video on my thoughts on this overall immediately like without even opening up you can smell. It smells amazing. It kind of reminds me of like some of the hair products scents that we've had um like uh, i wouldn't say: maybe you can too cantu - would be like a good idea or what's a few others. I can't think of any off hand, but either way this this scent is very, very nice. It'S a very milky sweet smell that i absolutely will be using on my self-care sundays and then the packaging. So one of my units, i have sitting in the back right now again, i'm prepping it because that's the one that i'll be showcasing, but this is pretty much how they look. They come packaged in the bag. She includes a label for which one you're working with this one happens to be the babiana again. I wore this one already, but i want to simulate what the experience was like taking it out of the package. The lace is completely on and i have a separate clip. I have a completely separate clip in which i'll show where i was using it. It comes with multiple clips throughout the front and the back. It comes with an expandable band and it also comes with a headband i chose to clip mine. You don't have to do that. I prefer not to have the the headband on just it feels better in my opinion, and she comes with a she comes, i'm referring to babiana. She comes pre-plugged and bleached already, so it's minimal work for someone like me who doesn't really know how to style, hair that well, not a beauty guru didn't study how to do hair it. It makes it very convenient for me when it's already plucked and and bleached. If i do have to go back and do any additional touch-ups, it's minimal compared to me having to start from scratch, given that i'm still learning overall, the presentation is phenomenal. In my opinion, i'm completely blown away with her her customer service in the presentation, and what i'll do is i'm going to go in the back, go ahead and put the karisha on and give you an idea of what the creation looks like hey guys, i'm back So i was able to go ahead and get the unit installed. What i would like to do is go over the hair i chose i contemplated it. I kind of played whether i was going to put on makeup. I chose not to um just so that you can truly see the quality and the value of the unit and how it looks fresh out the box with minimal customizing. Some of the customizing is already done for you i'll go through those different details, as i cover the different topics for analyst finds rating, starting with customer service. So the customer service is superior. It'S phenomenal typically, when you're communicating with different companies as a customer and looking to get an update. You expect maybe up to two business days for a response. Her response time is very, very quick, um, it's typically same day and even within the same day, it's usually within the next few hours, or so that you hear back from her, which i appreciate a lot. She makes it very easy to reach out to her. I can reach her on instagram direct message. I can reach her by phone and i can reach her by email. I believe that how she communicates how she expresses herself how she responds to different potential challenges is very, very professional at all times, she's very sweet, very understanding and very accommodating um, sometimes that that additional factor of being able to communicate effectively with the customer makes the Biggest difference, even when there are hiccups, even i didn't have any hiccups or hersh no issues with her but um. If there were, it, wouldn't be something i'd be too concerned about simply because her customer service is just that good. The packaging, the packaging was amazing. I'M again i'll go ahead and show that again showcase that she gives me a a flyer, so i know exactly where to go to to get the product again. She gives me a phenomenal presentation. I was extremely excited to see my box arrive in the mail. Of course she includes the gift, i truly feel valued having the gift and again inside even inside the box. It'S packaged neatly everything that i need is in here. You do have the ability to purchase add-ons um like such as the glue, which is what i invested in. I purchased the glue at this very moment. I'M not wearing the glue right now and that's simply because i i will need to change my hairstyle within the next two to three days or so so i figured it'd be best for me to just stick with your typical got to be glue. Gel it'll make it easy for me to just apply some water and that's it even when i purchase the glue again. I showed this earlier in the video, but i'll show it again. I got a pair of bankroll lashes and the packaging was amazing, so they're called. I believe boss bay by tai, so this is another free gift, and this is by boss, bae by tai, and i thought this is amazing. Again, these lashes are called are called bankroll. Look at how cute the i believe this is called. Is it iridescent or chrome metallic? What is the term? Is it crowns, chrome, metallic evidence, holographic, hologram, hello, okay, either way, you know what i'm talking about the color on this. It'S adorable we're gon na go ahead and act like i didn't have that blank moment uh but yeah. I thought this was really cute. I really did so now going back to the the hair. What i'll do is i'm going to pause the video and take some time to zoom in so that you can really see what the lace looks like on my skin okay, so i have the unit on some of the lace i chose not to clip off, because I will be customizing this unit more and i'm putting it back on. This was simply so that you could see what the lace looks like. So in this section here. That'S where the cap is typically, what i would do is i would clip more of the lace blend it in with some makeup and call it a day in this situation. I didn't do any of that, because i want you to see what the wick truly looks. Like so, this is what the transparent lace looks like against my skin. As you can see, the the knots for the most part are very well bleached. I might go back in and do some touch-ups in certain sections, but it saves me a ton of time knowing that majority of the bleaching and the plucking is already done for me, especially for someone i'm a beginner. So there are some things that someone who's a a professional, might choose to do over what i would choose to do simply because i'm not a beauty guru. I didn't go to school for hair and i'm recently learning how to do my own hair out of demand, because a lot of the different salons are closed and even with me being a bit intimidated with that process. She made it really easy. She made it really easy, so i'm going to bring it back in so that you can see this side again. She helped distinguish the the edges and the the areas that i'll need to go ahead and clips a little bit more, but at least that that part is taken care of for me, okay, this is what the front section looks like looks it's a very, very natural Hairline that she's created this is the part that came with it already and then what i'll do is i'll go ahead and section a different area of hair and with it being with it being sectioned, you can see again, you can part the hair just about any Section of the wig that you choose. I have other videos in which you get to see what it looks like completely customized to my liking and style differently. I will have to curl it all over again, of course, because i'll be tinting, washing and drying. However, at least you get to see what it looks like fresh out, the box - i was pretty impressed next after product quality, is good deeds and community impact that i would like to go over. So she created programs that you're able to partner with her and make money with her, which i thought was phenomenal. You have the product placement program where you're able to have again your product. These are two different companies: you're able to have your product featured in one of her her packages or orders that a customer makes and you'll be surprised with a cute gift. Then you have kwe model, so you're able to become a model for her. You have the wholesale program, i mean you get to apply and you get a free consultation. So i took a look at that with my mom. My mom will be looking at selling here at some point and it makes it very easy. Knowing that now she'll have a vendor um that she can purchase virgin hair from within the states, typically people when they order their hair they'll order over the states and there's a couple of challenges that come with that one shipping. The shipping time, for instance, is coming from overseas, then being able to test here. I think it's much easier to test here when it's domestic, considering the time frame, um you're waiting, maybe like a couple weeks versus sometimes a month or two depending on what vendor you're working with overseas next is the brand ambassador program. So the brand ambassador program allows you to represent crown wigs, be a part of that and i believe from understanding you get a promotion code or something along those lines. Um. I don't want to give any misinformation on how that part that that program works. I i did get some information prior to um, but i'm not going to go into that too much, because that's not really the point of the video. The point of the video is, more so just to give an overall review of the product that she sells, which is the wigs and then the side products such as the glue. I'M overall, i'm very impressed, i'm very satisfied and i absolutely will be purchasing again. This will not be my last business review for her simply because she has had a total makeover, a different color scheme which i'll go ahead and feature there's a. That'S more effective or a cloth mask for a lot of people wearing cloth, masks right now, which aren't that effective. You can wear the disposable medical mask underneath that, and you also get an alcohol pass. The alcohol pad allows you to go ahead and wipe the mask out or a couple of items down if you're feeling a little leery of that either way.
