Motown Tress Rio Wig

Like i said, i am doing some live wig reviews now, so this is one of them. I want to do some live wig reviews a little bit more, i'm actually just going to pull up my youtube channel, so i can see what's going on sort of like a monitor, but today we are going to do a wig review on a motown, tress wig. I hauled this wig a little while ago and if i can, i will link the the video where i did that and so just give me one second we'll see if anyone joins us um. If not, then not you know what i mean. Okay, let me turn down this all right. Let me fix my my little thing there: okay, we're looking good, so today we're going to be doing uh motown trust is rio. Let me get her out of this. I scooped up rio from divatress for 24.99 and i'm actually going to be using rio as the wig for the aries uh zodiac, wig and makeup series that i'm doing so. I figured i'd come on here and do sort of a live, wig review and yeah. So this is what she looks like she's, so so pretty she is in the color ofh4slash blonde. It says it has ombre face framing highlights: okay and she's soft swiss hand, tied slayable, edges, pre-plucked part um, ear-to-ear lace. She is heat safe up to 400 degrees. Okay, so this is what she looks like it's so pretty. She reminds me a lot of this. This is, let me take it down a little bit. This is the iced mocha from estetica's reeves and if you can see see how that is like it's, it's similar coloring. I really like these coloring here is what she looks like. Oh that's, a beautiful parting nice hand tied her lace is still intact. She has two combs in the front. You see that ear to ear lace. She does have a comb in the back hi brenda. How are ya i'm going to be going live here and there doing these wig reviews just so i can get content out to you guys, and so what i'm going to do is normally i'll cut the lace sort of off camera. Hi alexis. Isn'T it stunning? It'S the o, f, o f h for slash blonde okeydoke, hi maxi brenda. How am i doing um i've actually had a rough couple days to be honest with you. So that's why i wanted to come, live and just be with you guys, i'm using my milano wig grip cap thing, um, hi, maeve, so yeah, i'm just adjusting my wig grip cap. I pull it back a little bit so that you know the edge of my bio hair shows. Actually, my bio hair is um growing in so i'm excited about that. I'M not going to adjust this wig, i'm going to keep it where it's at and then i can let you know um what the deal was is with the size. I didn't even cut off this tag properly. I know maeve's here, everyone say hi to me: she's our little whenever she can make it she's our little moderator. So in case someone, you know says something that you know. We want light and love here right, hi, lori, all right. So i'm gon na put this doll on she's um, her wig cap. Could you know i'm an average to petite size and i'm fine where it's where it is, but i can tell you there's a lot of room in here so um. I know there's certain people that would like that um hi, poo and rabbit all right. Am i back, let me know in the comments if i am back, it looks like i'm back. Actually, when i'm going live because i'm pretty sure avery is um live on his xbox but anywho, let's just move forward, because i can see clearly um and now that i can see it in front of me i'll make sure. But this color is so beautiful. I love the length we're gon na, be i'm five foot six and a half so we're going to put ourselves at. I mean it's pretty layered, but the very longest layer, i think, would be 18 inches, but she's going to sit more in that 16 ish range. So perfect, for sort of like an everyday situation, all right, so i got this static. Free, wig, brush from paula young, i'm going to be doing a live, haul and i'll talk more about it and how much it cost and everything. But i just wanted to let you know so what i'm actually going to do before i do anything um is, i am going to clip this back and then i'm going to cut this lace so that you guys can see real time how that works. So i just use my regular little hair clippydews and i have my sorry guys am i back it feels like i'm back. I can't turn my internet off because i can't go out of this or i'll just go off live and i don't want to do that. Um, so i definitely will know to turn my internet off in the future anyway maeve. Yes, it's still available. Divatress 24.99 right. I'Ve clipped this back now and i'm going to get a little bit close and i just use like cuticle scissors and what i do is a lot of times. I actually start in the middle. I know some people start at the end um, but i usually start where the part is, and just so you know when you put a wig on and it and it has the lace on it. It'S gon na feel tighter. So i just actually cut in up to the part like that um and then i start from the ear and work in. I need another clip so how's everybody saturday doing you're going to see me go live with these wig reviews pretty often um, because i think it's just it's going to be better for you guys it's going to be better for me. You can ask any real-time questions. So i'm actually, if you can see, i'm cutting right up to just where the hand-tied knots are starting, so i'm not cutting baby hairs off just yet. I don't know that i will in this one incident see. Then the lace is off bye lace. So what are we doing on this saturday? Obviously you know what i'm doing um my mom is coming this afternoon because my dad's out of town so she's like can i come and hang out and i'm like sure, but you're gon na have to like help me. Do wig stuff, because that's just how it works all right so now, i'm just cutting all the way to the same situation that i did over here and cutting off the rest of this lace. This is ear to ear lace, maybe cleaning the house and going out tonight. Oh, where are we going tonight? Where are we going actually you're, not super far from me, i could actually get to you um in time to go out, but all right. So now i'm just going to um work through this. Whenever i comb a wig um, you know you should start at the bottom. This is a brand new wig, so it's not like tangly, but if i feel like there's something i need to work through, i actually hold the wig uh hairs behind where i'm gon na comb and then that way you know you're not like pulling anything out. Oh, my gosh she's, so soft she's, so soft going dancing, oh sweet, sweet all right so see. I have a little thing right here that needs to be worked through. So i'm holding this tight and just working through lori, says yeah, i'm cleaning too, but no plans for tonight. Um. You can see there's like those baby hairs there. I i think i'm actually gon na work with them. I kind of like them. I think they look pretty nice and natural yeah, my partner's at our other apartment, so um - i don't he's not here today, so i'm using this time to do things for you guys and for me and for us um all right. So what i do is i'm gon na use the hot comb on this right, but i'm going to um, i like to pull it tight and i actually like to twist it a little bit just so when i'm heat training these fibers, that this is going to Sort of go away from the face like it's meant to, because if you, if you're, not careful when you heat train it, you can actually change the direction of where the hair is, which is the point of heat training like that's awesome. But i want it to to go the same direction. It'S going. So i'm just going to twist this and clip it tight right above my ear. Okay, alexis, i'm gon na shove. It wow. I know. Oh, that's, awesome, dog friendly patio. Oh man, that's cute! Do they give them like dog treats or can like you order them dog, treats same that i'm doing twist the side clip it above the ear. I'M telling is this color beautiful or what okay all right? Now i mean we're almost done getting her together. I always want to make sure these these fibers that are in the back are going back as well. I don't i'm just really weird about how the direction of the fibers are. Why did i just do that yeah? I i like the baby hairs on this one. Sometimes they can get like they're like bangs right. So what i'm going to do is i'm going to take my hot comb, i'm going to like put the little kickstand down and i'm going to use this edge to do what i'm doing right in this moment? Oh hi, bt killer is here: hi doll, hi, hi, bt killer, btk bk, whatever i want to be a bk killer, and i'm talking about burger king all right so see how i'm just using the edge of this hot comb just to sort of flatten out um Right along the part, i also feel like it melds it melds it to my head shape. You know what i'm saying um, so i just run it. I don't like sit it on anything, i'm just going to run it back and forth, and i keep pulling on this just to make sure it's flat just to make sure i got any like sort of the weirdness from the packaging um out. I love the shape of her in the in her style, so i don't want to heat train it too much, because i don't want to change what it looks like, but i'm just melding it. I also like to run this along the part uh just so wherever the hairs are meeting the part. It'S just laying up just a tiny bit flatter, not super super flat, but you know flat enough um, oh yeah, you're gon na try to make a less wavy. All right literally, that's all i'm doing in terms of heat training. I'M going to use my favorite powder, which is the bear minerals, bear pro it's a powder foundation. I, like the color cool beige 10 for my scalp um, or you know to put in the part, because this is supposed to emulate your scalp right. So the important part is, i actually like it to be slightly like a shade, slightly lighter, because your scalp naturally is a slightly lighter color. I'M going to use my tool that i like to use, which is made for eyeliner for makeup, but it's perfect for the part, and so oh i'm almost panning this. What you can use sort of any powder you want. Some people actually use even like liquid concealer, which is totally fine. I don't use liquid concealer just because i i feel like you have to wash your wig more then, but this particular powder, i like powder foundation versus loose powder, and the reason is because you know foundation is meant to stick and i just feel like it sticks In the part a little bit more, but i will take this these two in my purse, wherever i go just so, i can be like if i need to do a little touch up and then i also like to when i unclip this i'm going to go Along with the powder along uh, the hairline in the knot, so let's just take our clips out. I honestly like this didn't need, but anything and i'm just gon na set accentuate accentuate um, so i'm just gon na accentuate these sort of this has given me uh. Valentino vibes, to be honest with you um, this would be valentino as a lace front sort of like uh camila. I guess valentino would be just a hair longer, but this is a nice density. This is all the hair to the front. So this is all the hair, so i think it's a beautiful, beautiful density. Do i have plans tonight tonight. I am going to work on the surprise that i've been talking about forever and i i also am um going to put out my resume because yeah like i said, i had a rough couple of days and i have decided to leave my job my daytime job Um, it was not planned, so i need to get another job like a you know, a job that gives me like health insurance and things like that. You'Re also going to see me on youtube quite a bit more because i am really trying to go full force on youtube. If i could, i would like to just be able to do youtube full-time, i'm not sure that that's 100 feasible at this point in time, but i'm going to be doing as much as i can over the next um. I have six weeks. I have six weeks to get my life together. Oh man, so yeah, that's what i'm gon na be doing looking for a job so yeah. So what i'm going to do is just take this powder and go up and along these knots here see - and i see that's why i love this brush, look at how it just fits right in there. Thank you alexis. Thank you, um. I had planned to at some point. You know move not just this youtube, but i'm looking at this like as a whole wig coaching business. I have a bunch of pants in the fire to work through this and my hope was to go full time at some point. But i wasn't going to do that until my son graduates, which he graduates next year, so he has one more year he's a junior um, but i don't know if the universe, i think the universe forced my hand to be honest with you um, so we'll see What happens, but you can see now, like i covered those knots enough to like melt, i'm with the melding. We got a meld. Thank you brenda. Thank you um. You know sometimes it's kind of like a relationship. Sometimes you just realize there's just no moving forward and um in my situation. I think it's just a personality thing to be honest with you um, i think, and there's really no. There there's really no moving past that to be honest with you, you can't you know. Sometimes, if you just can't you don't mesh personally, it's just you just don't mesh personally, so yeah the universe. My friend does tarot, and i know if you don't believe in tarot like i get that um, but my friend does tarot and she's been doing my cars for quite a while and just random things and she's been telling me that the universe has been wanting me To focus on the wig business and i guess the universe was over it alrighty, so this is so. This is real time with me talking to you and doing all kind of stuff, so we are at 18 minutes real time to get this girl together and honestly, a lot of that was just chatting with you guys, but look at how she looks. Oh, my goodness. Let me look at her. Let me look at her. Let me show you her from the back. I need my little mirror. Wow look at that movement is beautiful, movement is pretty. What do you guys think tell me what you? Oh, no, my friend's mirror. Please don't! Oh, it's safe, yeah! Isn'T she so this is a color just to show you so you can have all the deets.
