American Girl Doll Pink Hair Create Your Own Cyo(Super Thin Wig + Response From Ag!)

Hey guys, so i haven't posted in forever, but um here i have like create your own box right here. Um. Actually i created her like a month ago, but then there is some delay because of the fire, because i'm in hong kong, i have to let american girls ship to a warehouse, then that warehouse shipped to hong kong, so yeah there's some delay and it's been a Month, since i like, you know, ordered her so anyway, she's here, okay, so um she's, a doll with pink hair and i'm very excited for her um. Actually, i have plans for a doll with red hair with super tight, curls and green eyes, so she can be my irish girl but um. Since the red pink hair came out. I i just can't i have to get a doll with pink hair. Okay, so let's open it, this is the box, it says um decide by jack, because my name is jacqueline and yeah whatever. I don't want to cry my whole name there: okay, oh my god, i'm so excited. There is a little rip in here and it looks so fancy like a plastic tummy box. If you guys don't know, this is my first creator also so excited. Oh, my gosh she's beautiful. So this is her. Oh my gosh she's. So pretty i just love her freckles, so um does this. This is my girl um. She should have tight, curls um about medium length. It has her ears pierced. I don't have a doll with her ears, pierced for some reason because, like i think, 16, just for a whole, like two holes in my dolls ears, is too much so yeah she's, the first girl that has her ears pierced to create her own dresses. It'S just that you know i'm not a fan of any of the greater your own outfits. I think they're a little bit too too childish. I know it's a toy, but still, i would prefer truly me dresses other than this stupid ring. Okay, she's, like pink panties. Just like her hair, this box is so fancy. Okay, let's take our accessories, so the two. So i got her some exercise accessories. I forgot the name but um. I suppose his name is like exercise. She has a scrunchie. I think i can use a scrunchie on my 80s - no, no, not 80s, 90, because i have a doll which i based her in 1990. So she can use courtney's accessories and clothes and um yeah. She kind of looks like stephanie tanner from full house, so yeah she's gon na be stephanie kenner technically, and she needs a scrunchie, i'm back in here for a few dollars, but i always lose though so, whatever there is an apple. This is kind of solid kind of heavy. I don't know what that is. These are some socks, a watch or just for her to like, like a stopper, i don't know a little back, but i really wonder if it can fit everything inside it's kind of it's kind of tiny, yeah anyway um, because i don't really play with my dough. So i don't really care about the accessories, but one of the reasons why i choose this exercise pack is because it has like 10 months i've been just sitting there, so i really need to lose some weight so yeah. I got these accessories for kind of useless design. Um. Oh my god! I just i love this crown. I love it. Oh my gosh! So um. How do you take her out of the box so here she is out of the box. She still has her hair net on and i'm gon na take it off on the camera. Oh my gosh. I love this process really. I think, like the hair in that is a little bit gross. I don't know, but i you know the hair is like yellowy. A little bit blonde, but this hair has pink hair. So we need to convert those like. I don't know they should use white instead, i think so they probably don't have that blonde hair, which makes sense. Okay, that's a little stuck. Okay, okay, i just have to title it a little bit. Okay, this show is not her crow's, not as tight as i thought it would be kind of like courtney's tights i mean her curls, and so many people said courtney's hair can be more more curly. More tight, it's kind of like portions and i got her in medium length just because um i don't like dolls to grow on here is um. Okay. I think she looks really nice. So here's my girl, she just looks like a princess. Oh my gosh. Here she got light brown, nice freckles. She has a lightest skin tone jasmol. I just love the jazz mole and the thing is um. I look exactly like jasmo um. I just love jasmine, very much. Okay. Here she is, she looked at the camera right yeah. She does okay, i feel pretty here. Okay guys so it's another day and i just changed um my creams outfit. I changed her out of that and this is a little like a uniform type of thing because um i figured forgot. She can be the little harajuku doll like um, i'm actually not a big fan of harajuku style, which is a one of the japanese fashion style where they wear some very cute stuff um something about anime. Probably i and i think that suits her pink hair. Very well so i just dress her with a little harajuku style, but not too much of it because, like first of all, i don't have the outfit and second of all they're too expensive, and it's hard to find for american girl dolls. So yeah her style would be a little bit of harajuku and if you want to see more of her, you can go to my instagram is ajog spoilerdollyfam, so um. The reason why i have another little clip of her today is because i find some defects on her, mostly because um of her weight, which is kind of disappointing, because um actually reason why i got her instead of um. Another of your own. I have, on my mind, for really long is because of the color of her wake then, but her wig just turned out to be like that. Okay, so from this side, it's okay, because i tidy that up a little bit. But when you just move it around, you can see the wig cap here, which is a very unusual like i don't have a doll with such issues. But again i don't have any dolls with such curly hair. So i don't know if this is a um. This kind of super curly hair thing or i just got a d-fat wig anyway, it's just really thin like when we zoom in here. I just take out this little hair and you can already see the whole way. This is disgusting. Just i don't know she just rely on this little hair and when you take it away, it looks like she's gon na get bold one day. It looks like it's being pulled by a three-year-old or something there are very little short hair. Or is it just because of her sparrow's hair? I don't know a little bit of short hair, but you can clearly tell that she has a really thin wig and even some bull spots. I have emailed american girl um um one day yesterday, but um they haven't got back to me yet, probably because of the corona thing, but i really hope they can do something about it. But the problem is um because i gave them the warehouse address which is in u.s address, so they assume that i'm in the u.s and the return, if you're in the u.s is free, but now apparently i'm not in the state. So that's that's, probably a problem. They may they may not send me a new one and i just have to accept her but um. I also asked for a partial refund. I just hope. They'Ll refund me a little bit because i spend like 200 on her, so i really don't expect this quality. Just very disappointing, by the way um i've decided her name to be nadia um. When she, when i first opened there, i already have the thought of calling her nadia and before she came because um i don't know how exactly she looks like she's, a creator room and she has like skin tone, paint hair all new stuff. So i i really don't have a very solid expectations on her, like um on how she looks what five show gifts so um. I waited until i opened her yesterday so um when i open her. The first thought does in my mind, is nadia. Then i asked my instagram followers because i have another name that has a little princess. Five minutes is ingrid, then um. I just put there for an hour and 12 people voted. 12 is 100 nadia. So i guess her name is nadia anyway yeah. She looks really beautiful if you just don't. You know, take your hair like that, but yeah her wig is so so thin. It'S probably just my crayon defect, but i'm not sure what people are saying. Courtney'S hair, some of the coins hairs are very thin too, like her wig is really thin, so um anyway. I just hope american girl can do something because i'm a little bit disappointed but um. So, a few days later, i received a response from an american girl, but it's a very disciplining one because they just said that, because the wig is pink, it's intended to be thin. I don't think they can actually do that, because when you take this product out, then you have to make sure they're up the same quality as your other products, while all the other dollars that i have there is not such an issue. So i think, that's totally a defect and they just sound like um. It'S intended to be like that, so they wouldn't be responsible for it. But the fact is, i'm paying 200 for this doll and there's no other alternatives like. I cannot get her as a truly me or character doll who are just 110 dollars. So i to this point i just feel a little bit conned like um yeah. It'S a sad thing that i cannot return, turn it to them, because i don't want to play pay pay like 30 40 of shipping, just to do that um, and that is on my side, like that's my problem, but they should also be responsible for the quality Of their dolls, like the new wigs, just this is like pushing responsibility so um, i'm very, not satisfied with their response, but again they're polite, but yeah still so like if you want to get a cylo with pink hair. I strongly recommend you to take this into consideration like the fact that it's gon na be thin. I haven't asked people with um dolls with pink wig yet like if they have such a problem. But i think if you choose um the doll with pink hair, but just with probably wavy or straight hair, the problem would be as base because um for this, like wig with tight curls, is um. I think you have a higher possibility of getting those thin wigs. So yeah to your own risk, but if you live in the u.s is probably not such a big problem so yeah anyway, thanks for watching
