Okay, so what you're going to do is you're going to take an apple, cider, vinegar and you want to get the one that has with the mother and that's like all like the good unfiltered stuff at the bottom. But i do one part: apple, cider, vinegar and then three parts water a little bit more than that. If you can see in the bottle it's like right here and then lots of water, but up until like about there. Will you use that all in your hair yeah any extra that i have i'll like just dump in my hair? If i don't use it all, so my hair is like dry and it's already like been lived in and sturdy right now. Sometimes i'll do it like. If i want a really really deep squeaky clean, you can shampoo your hair and then do the apple, cider, vinegar, rinse, but nine times out of ten i'll, just do the apple, cider, vinegar, rinse and then i'll, shampoo and conditioner after because it's just easier that way. It'S just like less steps to like shampoo, your hair and then hop out and and then do it. So what you do is you can section your hair, you spray it in your scalp. Then i like to take my brush and i'll. Just like you can obviously massage your scalp, but i really like to like bring up any product, buildup and i'll do this on both sides, so just like really lightly you're, not trying to like break skin or anything like that. But i feel like this really helps to get anything pulled up like you can even see it like on the brush. That'S so gross okay, so you're, like exfoliating your scalp yeah. I look like george washington and it really like saturates, all the strands by sectioning it like this. I tend to always have more product develop like on the top of my head and then like down here. It'S not as bad, but especially like on the top of your hair. It really helps to do this. Do okay, once you're done with the whole top of your hair, then start from the back i'll just flip over and then i'll start right here and then i'll keep flipping. Okay! Now, i'm just doing it the crown of my head! So i just so i'm just gon na spray, it and then i'll. Take my brush and i'll just kind of make sure that i'm getting all the places. Now i'm just spraying my ends of my hair, just all over nothing like adoptable. Now that the hair has been like soaking for a little bit, you can even see that the water running out is like kind of creamy looking and that's because of the product like it's not like clear and like brown anymore. It'S like kind of like milky. Looking and that's like all the products running off but you're gon na, let this sit for like 15 minutes and then i'm gon na go in and shampoo and conditioner now all right. So i just shampooed once and then i went in a second time and now it's like super super sudsy, which is good like that means that you have a really clean, scalp and there's not a lot of oils, because the oil on your hair will stop. Your shampoo from setting so now it's like super sudsy, i'm gon na rinse this out, i just styled my hair and i feel like the curls - are looking very nice so far, but i'm gon na let this dry and then i'll be back okay. This is what my scalp looks like in the lighting of day. It looks so pretty, but i feel like my curls look. Super shiny, so curly like is so freaking defined.
