Are you battling with oily hair, if you're new to my channel and if you're not welcome back, i'm mike i'm, who i'm a hairdresser, a l'oreal, color specialist, a makeup fan and a skincare lover in today's film we're going to be talking about treating oily hair or Greasy hair, what products you should use, what causes greasy hair and how can you stop it or if you can so, if you want to sit with me on this one, then you better keep on watching. What is the story? Everyone, first of all, can we talk about something right in today's film we're going to be talking about oily hair? Now me myself, i have very greasy hair. I have really oily skin and my scalp is quite oily and i struggle with oiliness in my hair and i find there's a lot of misconceptions when it comes to greasy and oily hair and how you should treat it. But before we get into treating oily hair, we need to talk about why our hair gets greasy greasiness or oily hair happens due to overactive sebaceous gland. This sebaceous gland produces too much sebum, which causes your scalp to be greasy voila. It'S basic scientific explanation why you have greasy hair, it's nothing to do with washing your hair every day or being a dirty person. It'S basically, your sebaceous gland is overactive and it just produces too much sebum. Now we need to determine whether our hair is greasy or we have a buildup of product on our hair, because those two can be mistaken very very easily. If you wash your hair and straight away, you feel like your hair is slimy and there's something on it. You'Re, probably suffering with product build up and what is product build up product buildup happens when you're using cheap shampoos and conditioner and styling products in your hair. I know i'm sorry, but that is the true if you're using pantene, tresemme or aussie you're, probably suffering with product buildup. Those shampoos contain a lot of a lot of bad silicones that end up building up on your hair and they give you that moisturizing shiny. Looking finish to your hair, but basically it's silicone coat in your hair and coat in your hair and your hair just looks greasy straight away. So if that's your issue, then you're suffering with product build up now. Let'S talk about greasy hair greasy hair is hair that doesn't last so, for example, if i wash my hair, let's say the next day, it's going to be nearly greasy and it's not really greasy roots to end it's just your scalp gets greasy and then the oil Travels onto your ends, so your hair is not greasy, it's your scalp, that's greasy and the oil starts to travel down, so most people mainly have oily roots and normal ends. First of all, clarifying shampoo does not help oily hair. Clarifying shampoo removes build up from your hair, so i've often seen it people coming into the hair salon. They'Re like oh, i need a clarifying shampoo, i'm like hey. This is why she's like oh just cause, my hair is oily. No, no! No! No. We need to treat your scalp when it comes to oiliness. Clarifying shampoo is gon na clear the product build up on your hair and impurities from your hair, but it's not gon na. Do anything to your scalp to help your hair last longer and to control the production of sebum now a few tips when it comes to washing your hair when your hair is oily? First of all, we need to start with lukewarm water. Now i know it may sound crazy, but first of all cold water will not cleanse your hair correctly and that's given cold water would not cleanse your hair correctly and hot water is not going to do too much to your scalp either. So if you're suffering from oily scalp or oily hair, i would recommend using lukewarm water also when you're massaging your scalp. None of this none of scratching and scrubbing and everything you want to be a lot more gentler when it comes to shampooing your hair, when your hair is a lot oilier now. My skin is also very oily and i suffer with the same issue with my hair, but i found a few products that really helped me to battle this, but first of all, before we get to the good stuff, i want to mention one product dry, shampoo, dry, Shampoo is not magic in a bottle, especially like batiste and all those cheaper ones. They contain a lot of talc in them and basically, how that works is the talc absorbs the oil and the dirt from your hair. So, what's basically happening is the tag is absorbing it, but then the tag builds up on your scalp and on your hair, which causes product buildup. So i would really be weary when it comes to using dry shampoo. Now you guys, let me present you with two shampoos and today we're just doing two, because there isn't a million shampoos out there that really help to control oiliness in the scalp. Most of shampoos are clarifying and if you're suffering from product buildup and you've been using cheaper shampoos like pantene, tresemme and aussie, those are the tree devils. You need a clarifying shampoo, but if your hair is quite oily, let me present you with the first shampoo and that shampoo is pure resource by siri expert. Now, as you can see, this shampoo is quite used and i love it and i love it and i love it so this shampoo is especially all controlling purifying shampoo. This shampoo contains purified water, so it's going to purify the hair as well. It'S going to cleanse out any product buildup on your hair, so it's really two in one: it's not only going to control the oiliness, but it's also going to get away all that product build up as well. This buildup of hard water and if you live in certain parts of ireland, hard water, is a very, very big issue. This shampoo is also going to nourish the hair, so it's not only going to control the sebum and the oiliness, but it's also going to give us nice nourishment now not too much nourishment but enough, because sometimes i find, if you use a clarifying shampoo, your hair Is nearly like straw afterwards, because the clarifying shampoo really clarifies everything and your hair is just like a big wall. You don't get that after this. It'S very gentle on the hair and i love love love. The shampoo, like i've, been using this shampoo for about three weeks now, and i mean, like my hair, is perfect, like i definitely notice a huge difference when it comes to even blow drying. My hair most balancing shampoos like this one will also help the body. So it's going to make your blow joint a lot easier if your hair is quite flat. I noticed this shampoo done wonders for my hair, because it's not heavy and it's going to give enough nourishment to your hair. Why? Because if your hair is oily, they're not going to use anything too heavy to weigh your hair down now before we gon na get on to another shampoo, i want to talk about the misconception that product makes your hair greasy right if you're using cheap product like We spoke about before it will cause your hair to look dirty or will cause it look like it's greasy also if you use an incorrect hair care on your hair. Let'S put it this way. My skin is oily right. Imagine if i used something really really hydrated. What is it gon na do to my skin? It'S gon na make you shinier and oilier it's not that the cream is bad and it's just making my skin look bad. No, i just used the wrong product. It'S same with hair care. If your hair is really healthy and you're using something really really heavy, it's gon na weigh you down so make sure you use the correct product for your hair type to avoid land looking hair, because i mean just because your hair is looking greasy doesn't mean it Is greasy if that makes sense right you guys the next shampoo? I love, and i swear i'm sick talking about it on this channel, but for some of my viewers, it's going to be no surprise that this shampoo is mandible and by kerystus. This is probably the holy grail when it comes to oily hair. I absolutely love the shampoo first of all, it balances the sebum on your scalp. This shampoo contains gleason, which is amino acids and that helps to regulate the sebum. So it's gon na slow down the process of sebum coming to it and it's gon na control the oil. If that makes sense, also it contains vitamin b6, which is gon na nourish the hair and just give it a nice shiny. Look, and this shampoo is brilliant. When it comes to body now, if you're looking for your blow dry to last forever, i'm not even messing. If i have a client coming in, and they tell me why my hair is really fine, it doesn't last, it usually falls out and i'm not joking. You get the best body and blow dry in your hair ever so when it comes to carousels like we said, kerastase is very prescriptive. Now it is on the pricier side comparing to your siri expert, but if you're a kerastase fan band divalent is just a good all-arounder. I mentioned this shampoo in my top five carrot stuff also. I mentioned it in top daily shampoos, and i think this shampoo is absolutely brilliant and if you're suffering with oily hair, this is definitely going to slow it down, and it's going to help your hair last longer and not get as greasy as up right. You guys, when it comes to oily hair and greasy hair and how to manage it, we have to remember how to wash it so remember, lukewarm water and gentle massage, not in too hot. Nothing too hard on your scalp, nothing too cold. The right hair care make sure your hair care is correct. Now, if you're using too much dry, shampoo, that's gon na add to the problem. If you use something that contains a lot a lot of cheap silicone, that's gon na add to the problem. So if there's build up on your hair, you need to cleanse it first before going in with something like mandible and then also your correct hair care. If oily hair is really an issue for you, i would probably recommend those to shampoos either or i think both of them are brilliant. I mean siri expert, i think it's nearly as good as carousel, both of them do the same thing, and i've noticed with this shampoo since i've been using it for the last three weeks like even if i wake up the next day, and i mean i put A lot of product in my hair. Now when i wash my hair, i wash my hair, i condition i put plea. I put mousse, i blow dry it then i put dust into it and i put hairspray like my hair - should have so much buildup that i should be crying and they should be greasy the next day with all the product, but it's not anyways guys. Thank you for watching today's film. I hope you found this film rather interesting, helpful and useful. Please, like share comment and subscribe to my channel, also check out my other social media and, of course, you guys. Please please, please take care bye,

Sofia Robben: You are such an amazing professional. Thanks to your advice I have gone from washing every 2 days to twice a week. I have stopped using shampoo with silicone in it. I was worried because all this years I had been using “oily scalp oriented” shampoo and it contained siloxane and dimethicone. Such a game changer. Thank you so much.

Gabriela G.: Hi Mike! I know this is an old video but I’ve just found your channel and I wanted to recommend you the Faith in Nature shampoos for oily hair (the lemon + tea tree one or the orange one). These are very natural shampoos without sulfate and nasty stuff and they are super popular here in the UK! You should try them and review them

MissVirtualEyes: I have been looking for answers as to why I developed greasy hair and haven't found any clear answers but you have explained greasy hair so well and with so much sense, thank you , Mike! I am subscribing to your channel , also because I like your personality and how you think and how you present your YouTube channel.I can't wait to start binging on your videos!

Z HD: That was very helpful! Thank you What conditioner would you recommend for fine hair, please? Also what styling product would you recommend for greasy fine hair and that is anti frizz too? I used to used different sorts of natural oils and lately Pantene oil replacement, and both are making my hair look worse.. It just looks good for one day then the next day it feels like I need to wach it again! ‍♀️

Merita Hrustanovic: I really appreciate your video for 2 reasons: 1. you are one of the few youtubers that points out that the scalp is the issue. most people just assume hair in general just gets greasy out of nowhere. so scalp health becomes very important when it comes to general hair care. 2. your video was short and concise, very on point! I'd also maybe like to leave one remark for others watching this video. research I did on hair showed me that straight hair, but fine hair in general tend to get greasy/oily much faster than really wavy or curly hair (which tend to be on the dry side in general, given the hair structure). Your scalp is very sensitive to product, and its easy to go overboard with everything. Keep in mind that if you use dry shampoo or try to have only two hair wash days a week with scalp that is naturally on the oily side, it can clog up your hair follicles and you will experience hair loss. Scalp is skin, similar to the skin on your face, which you actually wash every day with adequate products. scalp needs to be cleaned as well. fine and straight hair usually require more washes a week to keep it healthy (of course a gentle shampoo is needed). @Mike you can correct me if that is wrong! thanks for the vid!

Miss_Marie: Yay! Thank you! I've been trying to get past day two hair with my curls being dry and roots being oily! This is so helpful. Plus, I really don't like dry shampoo it just feels bad on my roots so this was nice.

Anna K: Thank you for all of the info! Especially about the hard water. I have had a greasy scalp all my life and one of the most important things that helped me with this is buying a water softner (NOT water filter). Living in apartments with hard water has wreaked havoc on my fine hair, but after finding a shower-attached water softner has helped it 100%! It was a bit $$$ (about $200), but now when I move, I just take it with me. I have used mine for about 10 years now and I cannot say enought good things!!!!

Tarika Chadha: Hi Mike, that’s quite an informative video. Recently I got my first French balayage done with L’Oreal Majirel. My scalp is greasy and ends are dry. I have acne too, this might be the reason of over active sebaceous glands. I bought L’Oréal metal dx shampoo and mask and I still get greasy scalp in two days. This pure essence shampoo works for balayaged hair as well and how do I incorporate both metal dx and pure essence in my routine. Kindly help

Bidisha Barua: Wow! The way you cleared out the misconceptions about oily hair! Very informative.. Truly enjoyed this video

Kathleen York: Oh my gosh, thank you so much for this video!! I am suffering from oily hair and all that you said was true. I am dishing out for that shampoo. Thank you so much!

Marley Partain: Im so glad I found this video! It was so nice to see that I’m not alone in the oily hair struggle My hair is so thin and fine, so it looks really bad when it gets oily. I wash my hair with silicone free products only once a week to try and control how much sebum my scalp produces. What else should I do? I just ordered the pure resource, but what conditioner should I pair this with? Much love

Samyuktaa Dhandapani: I literally searched for scalp clarifying shampoo and this video popped up! I did suspect my scalp was the issue, but now I have better ways to address it. Thank you

Gweno Jones: Ive been washing my hair every day for at least 2 years ( i couldn’t go without washing my hair.) Since after cutting my hair short in march of 2019 it instantly became greasy and even through lockdown which was 7 months where i live i washed it everyday. I’m currently on week one and a half of washing my hair every other day. Even that is better than nothing for me at the moment. The reason why im doing the training now is because im on a 3 week lockdown. But after this i need to go back to school and im not sure if im going to be able to continue to do the training since i feel people will judge me. What i might do is put my hair up or even braid it on days where i dont wahs my hair. My hair is very healthy compared to my friends since theirs is damaged and dry so they get confused why i used to wash my hair every day where they can go a week without washing. lol! I would love to see a hairstyles for greasy hair vid from you. I will be subscribing and watching your hair videos from now on. Thanks for the tips

tuttifruitybella: My scalp has been painful and I’ve tried lots of different products and your video was very informative so I’ve tried other products and bought these too. Do you have any suggestions for the best conditioner to use as I’ve noticed it’s making the lengths of my hair extremely dry and I’ve got bleached blond hair so I don’t want it to break either. Any advice would be really appreciated please xx

Sofia Gouveia: Thank you for that explanation! I have been suffering with oily scalp for years and I’ve tried so many different shampoos. What conditioner do you recommend to go with the Kerastase? I can’t seem to find the conditioner for it.

sakumas: I’m really excited to buy these 2 shampoos. I don’t have a lot of hair strands, it’s thin, it has no volume at all and I have to wash it everyday. However it’s very healthy (i have no split ends and it doesn’t break easily) and the only hair products I ever use are my shampoo and conditioner. So i’m going to switch my shampoo to one of the ones in the video and maybe use a leave in conditioner instead of a wash-off conditioner (my hair lady told me to do this, not sure if shes right)

Sierra: Hi! May I ask what conditioners you'd use in combination with these products? If any at all? Thanks so much!

Michelle Escalante: Mike: “Let me present you with the first shampoo” YouTube: Now is a perfect time to hit you with them double unskippable ads

maddie_6265: The new Pantene line has an awesome shampoo for oily hair it’s called the pure clean and clarify shampoo it’s silicone, fragrance, paraben, dye and mineral oil free! I’ve struggled for years with oily hair and the only thing I used to use was the suave daily clarifying shampoo which is terrible for you hair and it’s very drying. Since I have found this Pantene shampoo my hair stays clean for a few days which was never the case before. I highly recommend trying it if anyone is dealing with an oily scalp

Zoe Needham: Mike what conditioner would you recommend to use with these shampoos? I have oily roots and dry, tat probe ends xx

Olya_S: I'm so happy I found you I suffer from oily scalp and sebum problems, and I used to wash my hair with Aussie I thought it helped me to cleanse my scalp, but I think I ruined my hair after a long time of use... Just 2 days ago I ordered L'Oréal Professionnel SERIE EXPERT Pure Resource Shampoo. I can't wait to try it out. Hopefully it will happen tomorrow and I will start taking good care of my hair. So excited

Sandra Palace: Saw your new look on Instagram the other day. You always look great and love the nails! And another well explained topic.

Tania Walsh: I soo feel you when it comes to dry shampoo.. hairdressers always tell me to wash my hair less and use dry shampoo but it makes my scalp so itchy!!

Bre of the Sea: I loved this video. I do wonder what conditioner you would recommend for oily and fine hair?

Diane S: I'm going to give both a try. I am going to be 56 on the 1st of June and have been suffering all my life with oily hair and skin. I adore your look! My son would love you! I'll let you know how it goes!

georgia kogka: Hello! First of all, thank you for all the information! Since I cut my hair It has been very oily! Can I use Bain Divalent to my hair if they are colored? (not from the roots, I had a balayage)! Also what conditioner or mask do you suggest me to get? I don’t know if I am wrong but I didn’t find a conditioner by divalent on lookfantastic x Also I read somewhere that I shouldn’t be using shampoos And conditioner everytime I shower. Should I only rinse them with water sometimes?

SANYA JALOTA: L’Oréal shampoo which you mentioned is it same as piroctone Olamine +citric acid instant clear shampoo? As this is the only shampoo for oily hair by serie expert available in my country

Jennifer Gallares: Glad I found your channel very informative & I am learning a lot plus you do reply to you subscribers. I have few questions..I am planning to use Kerastase Genesis Bain Shampoo & Conditioner but I saw this video. Now, I got confused which of the 2 Kerastase should I use then? I have oily/greasy but suffering of a bit of hair fall. What can you suggest? Thanks in advance!

S M: I purchased the Kerastate shampoo after reading good reviews and seeing it being recommended in your videos , I’ve used it once the other day and my hair got so greasy, so quickly! I’m definitely going to keep trying it though so I can form a better opinion on it

Toulouse: Could you also say something about conditioners for every day use with an oily scalp :)? I have a very oily scalp but very dry and brittle ends due to bleaching. Thanks for the video again ❤️

Diane Schmidt: I know that you are affiliated with L’Oréal, but do you have any other recommendations by other companies? It kind of makes it hard for me to believe that these are actually good when those are the only recommendations.

Valerie Kehrhahn: Hello Mike, how are you? I have a little question, I am interesting in trying the Kerastase Bain Divalent Shampoo but I was wondering what type of conditioner do you recommend to mix with that shampoo?

Kassandra: hi! I watched your video and i am amazed how u explain things. i've been suffering from hair loss and oily hair for months. is it okay to use aloe vera for hair loss while using the loreal pure resource shampoo?

Jovana Prisagjanec: So happy i found this youtube channel! You explain everything soooo good !

sabbie: i have very oily scalp and dry/frizzy ends, you have saved me once again!

Devina Ananthan: Hi Mike, thanks for your explanation on this. Actually i have both kerastase bain divalent & kerastase Bain hydra - fortifiant. Can i use bain divalent for first wash and fortifiant for second wash?

Dinesh Kamath: Hello, could you please review serie expert sensi balance shampoo? Having your take on it will help a lot. ✌️

Aymara F: I used the one from L’Oréal and it made me too much dandruff, I only used it about 4 times now I bought the one from kerastase I hope it works

Becy: Thank you for making a video like this. I can finally buy the right type of shampoo now

Kayla Masaro: FINALLY A VIDEO THAT HELPED MY OILY ASS SCALP THANK YOU

Jay Rule: Thanks for this informative review. This is coming from another Youtube product tester. I'm going with the L'Oreal Serieexpert for my oily hair.

Sandeep Ranote: I never never never comment but your video is just WOW. No one ever provided such great info about oily hair. I was like nodding the whole time when you were referring to the issues I face with oily hair lol. Thank you so much one again, made my day. Will definitely Kerastase shampoo you suggested. You are going to be super famous soon. All the very best ❤️

pookieluvie: Love your videos! Super informative Any help with finding shampoo/conditioner for greasy scalps with dry ends? I feel like oil control products dry out my hair but smoothing products make my roots oily. My hair is totally imbalanced - help!

Grainne DIRWAN: Hi Mike. Your video is perfect timing for my greasy mop problem. I will buy Kérastase divalent. Will I rotate it with my kerastase chromatique? Also, what conditioner? I have chez moi the chromatique conditioner and the absolu blond one. Many thanks x

Jessica Xx: Aww thank you for this! Very helpful and very excited to try something new

Michelle van niekerk: Excellent advise thank you!!!❤ it makes so much more sense now

irene sanchez: Hi! I’ve been battling this problem with my hair since it’s a combination of two. My roots are oily but from the mid part of my hair down is totally dry. I couldn’t figure why kind of shampoo and conditioner should I use and also, I wanna control the oil without drying my hair too much. I hope you can give me some advice :)

Andreea Ilie: I learned so much from your videos. Thank you so much for taking your time to explaining to us all these problems

Nabil Nabil: First thanks for your explication , I have two questions : 1) Can I use these two shampoos even if I suffer from dandruff? 2) Do these shampoos make the hair dry after use? If yes, should I use the conditionner ?

Tereza Hlavačková: What clarifying shampoo would you recommend? I have been using aussie shampoos for so long and i think i suffer from the product build up but i dont know how to treat it :(

Annie Chang: Thank you for the shampoo recommendation and going to get the divalent shampoo!! Can you recommend any kerastase hair serum or ampoules for oily scalp? And is double shampooing necessary for daily washing?

Jenette Erlandson: Love be your videos!! What conditioner do you recommend to use with the Kerastase shampoo?

Daniella: I’ve been binge watching your videos all night! I have oily roots but I also have a keratin treatment so I can’t use either of these shampoos as they have sls in them. I only have masks and treatments from Kerastase, no shampoos yet. Any recommendations for a sulphate free shampoo for oily hair?

Jealous: I’ve been on and off accutane for years. My hair never gets oily and I forget that i have oily hair, within 2 months of not using accutane, my scalp goes greasy again and it stressed me out so much cause i’m not used to it anymore. I will buy a clarifying shampoo cause we have hard water (aka a lot of minerals) which is why i’m sure i do have some build up. But i will definitely try the shampoo’s. Glad you cleared up the misconceptions. The amount of times ppl have told me to just train my hair is unbelievable. I always had oily hair/skin which is why i was on accutane. Some ppl just produce more oil. I’ve trained my hair for half a year and nothing changed so ty again :)

Esther W: I really loved this video. I’m gonna purchase the L’Oréal one. Do you have recommendations on what conditioner to use with it? I’ve always very dry ends and kind of thin hair

S Miah: I’ve just purchased pure resource and I’m hoping it works. I tried a lot of drugstore shampoos for oily hair and none of them were truly cleaning my scalp without leaving my hair feeling stripped and horrible. The only one I liked was ouai detox shampoo but it’s so expensive, I’m hoping the pure resource is good as it’s a good mid range price point for me x

Kristin Flores: I am so happy I stumbled upon this channel!! Thank you for the tips!

Deepanwita Roy: Hi Mike! I have flaky and oily scalp, but the salon anti dandruff shampoos dry up my hair, what shampoo may you recommend to me?

Kate Taylor: I’ve been using the L’Oréal pure resource shampoo and found it has helped with my oily hair but I struggle to find a heat protector that doesn’t feel heavy on my hair. Can you recommend a heat protector for oily hair?

hoya heya: IM SO GLAD I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL! I am so digging your accent. If my scalp is greasy but hair extremely dry due to shampoos, do I still need Bain Divalent or are clarifying shampoos enough? I feel most shampoos tend to do this to me, even when it doesn’t on other people. Also what can I do to treat my hair which has developed this.. “diversity” in thickness and texture over the years? Some strands are fine and normal, while some have thickened and curled (kind of like pubic hair texture — sorry!)

Pooja Shivaswamy: Hello, I just recently discovered your channel.. in the first view only i kind liked this video and got so trust to try the shampoo you told for oily hair.. i have tried the loreal one for two weeks but still doesn’t work- means my hair gets oily next day’s itself

K JM: I just got Bain Divalent and it's amazing!!!! Thanks so much for this advice

Sahar Koreshi: Does the Kerastase shampoo also help with dandruff? If not, what are some shampoos you would recommend for oily and dry scalp?

nourhane tarek: I really struggle with oily hair and this helped im going to try the l’oreal one cuz the other is too expensive where i live i mean the l’oreal one is the price of the other one here but i just wanna know what kind of conditioner should i use?(preferably drugstore)

Shubhangi jha: The loreal one isn't available in india

Ma B: You give great tips! Keep up the good work

Zane Loke: Hi Mike, Thanks for your amazing video. Can I use pure resource shampoo daily, am have thining hair and very oily hairs/roots? Thanks you in advance.

Neveetha Teena: Hi, could you please suggest s suitable conditioner for the loreal expert series shampoo that you mentioned in the video.

jsygrl: My virgin long hair gets greasy the same day of cleaning and the top part of my scalp is flaky I don’t get it

Hithesh Ashok: Hey Mike Im facing lot of itchy dandruff scalp after using L’Oréal pure resource Can you please tell me why is that causing or can you recommend any other shampoo Thank you

Dreamville: Hey! First of all, your kerastase videos were very informative :) I'm trying to make myself a routine can you help me with that? I have thick, wavy to curly, slightly long length hair (i'm a man). My scalp is itching and small white things falling after 3 days of shower. It's not a big problem but I want to completely get rid of it. I don't think my hair is really oily and some parts are even dry. My main goal is to have soft, smooth, hydrated curly hair but also solving my issue that I explained. I use Moroccanoil Curl Defining Cream now but other than that can you create me a routine? Sorry if my English is bad, thank you...

The Flawless: Is kérastase shampoo safe for colored hair? My hair is extremely greasy these days, and it became like this after dying my hair.

Jennifer Giard: So glad I found this video and your channel, excellent advice which I cannot wait to try

Shn BM: You are so helpful!, I hope you can talk about low porosity hair type.

Natalie Samson: Hey Mike I have greasy roots but generally dry ends... is the pure resource ok for clearing up those roots and scalp? My current routine is Kerastase satin 1 shampoo and mask with cimente thermique for heat styling.

Danielle Alessi: I really enjoyed this but was just wondering if you could also recommend a conditioner. Your shampoo advice was great but not sure about conditioner. You are adorbs and so knowledgeable by the way xxx

LoZeldaGamerxo: Does scrubbing to hard when your shampoo your scalp make your oils come out faster? I noticed when I use a silicone rubber scalp brush to shampoo my hair, my scalp gets oily so much faster then if I gently shampoo with my fingers.

sidra ghani: Which conditioner should I use with the second shampoo??

Lynda H: Would you say these shampoos are more so clarifying shampoos or could I use them for every wash? I’m looking an everyday shampoo for oily hair!

Serra Tan: Hi, my scalp is oily but I’m getting my hair bleached soon. Is this loreal shampoo suitable for bleached hair? Thanks!

Hafsa Shoukat: Which shampoo will you recommend for me I have very thin hair and oily scalp...and for oily scalp oiling is dangerous?

Stephanie Bernadeth: thankyou for sharing, but can i use this loreal pure resources everyday ? I’ve read a lot of reviews about this shampoo and it says that you can only use it in between your regular shampoo days :( I just bought this shampoo because I’ve been suffering from oily hair (just in the roots not in the ends)

AkonBurg: Shampoo recommendations start at 5:07

ProfessorAdams: Idk how I feel about Keratase it has a lot of sulphates and parabens, and a few alcohols that we should stray away from? I only saw a few good ingredients from what I skimmed through. Most are either useless, not good, or can cause future skin damage or irritation.

Ashi Atre: What kind of a conditioner should one use with these shampoos?

Tasha Paige: Amazing! Is the Kerastase Bain Divalent shampoo safe for coloured dyed hair?

૮ ; ́ ᴗˋ、 ა: I like how you explained that scalp gets oily not hair, I was about to lose my mind because I didn't understand why it got oily so quick. I always touch my hair that's probably why ends of my hair got oily so quick. Thank you so much.

Christidzen Julie: Hey! I really want to buy the Kerastase shampoo, because I have a pretty oily scalp, and very dry ends. I just don´t know which conditioner would be great too use, without it weighing down my hair, since I have very fine and flat hair. Can you please come up with some recommendations to conditioner?

memento mori: The L’Oréal pure resource changed my hair. My hair is longer than my waist, dry ends and oily scalp with crazy flaking during the winter. Let me tell you, I got a scalp scrubber, started shampooing twice with the pure resource and conditioning with the Moroccan oil intense hydrating mask on the ends. Wow dude. Lol I’m still in shock. It’s incredible what the correct products will do. I Also got the WOW dreamcoat stuff is pretty damn amazing too.
