What Is The Best Shampoo And Conditioner For Alopecia

I didn't really like the background in that one. So that's why we're trying it out here so we'll see how it goes. It sounds like my voice is a little echoey, so I'm hoping that you guys can hear me, but let's get into this video, you guys are going to be so happy that I find recorded this video, I'm so sorry took so long. This one is all about the best shampoos and conditioners for alopecia or hair loss. Probably one of the most common questions that I get on my Instagram is what shampoo I used when I was going through my alopecia. I just figured I'd just do some research and compiled a list for you guys, so you had a resource to go to when you guys are thinking about what shampoo conditioner to invest in and yes, it is super super important. What you're, using to wash and nourish your hair, because a lot of these shampoos contain a lot of really great ingredients for your scalp, but before we get into this video, don't forget to subscribe to my channel and hit that notification bell. So you can find out exactly when I post my next video, which I'm hoping is going to be on a more regular basis. Now I really hope you guys are staying safe in your families. My thoughts are with you all. We just have to try to be as positive as we possibly can in the meantime. What I want you guys to keep in mind when you are going to invest in a shampoo and conditioner for your hair loss, like I've mentioned in the hair growth cycle, video takes about 3 to 6 months. For you to be able to see what the results are, with the way that the hair grows, I can work, so you have to consistently use something or do a new sort of plan for three to six months before you'll be able to actually see whether it's Being effective or not so so, a lot of the shampoos and conditioners that I'm going to be mentioning are a little bit more on the natural side. I do have a couple that aren't as natural and then it's really up to you whether you want to go that route or not the main ingredients that you want to look for when you're looking into buying a shampoo padishah when it comes to promoting hair growth. Is something that contains a DHT, blocker and DHT is commonly known as dihydrotestosterone, and testosterone is one of the hormones that really can be the culprit of a lot of hair loss for many many people, so DHT blocker is in a lot of the shampoos and conditioners Out there that are marketed towards hair loss or promoting hair growth, as well as caffeine, caffeine. I know in the AIP diet we're not supposed to have caffeine but caffeine on your scalp. What it actually does is it promotes the anagen growth phase of the hair growth cycle, which is really really important. Another one is biotin and biotin, as you guys know from all. The supplements that I was taking is a really important nutrient when it comes to strengthening your hair and your nails. Another common ingredient that you see is saw palmetto, which actually stabilizes testosterone levels and the last one would be aloe vera aloe vera. I haven't really noticed too too many of the shampoos and conditioners, but it's known to nourish your scalp and to keep your hair really nice and moisturized and increases blood circulation in your scalp as well all right, okay, let's get into the top shampoos and conditioners for Hair growth now the first one that we're going to start off with is Shea Moisture. It'S the one that I actually used when I was losing my hair. I was using the super fruit, complex ten-in-one, renewal system, this one I'm not so sure if they discontinued this. I can't seem to find a lot of information on their website, but I know that you can find it online and I really liked this shampoo. I actually had gotten it at one of those beauty conventions that I had gone to, where they give you a goody bag to take home, and it was in there and it was a full sized bottle when everything, and so when I was going through the LP Shots going through my stuff just to see did I have any products that would help me and I stumbled across that one. I really liked it because it had a lot of beneficial ingredients in it and it didn't have harmful ingredients in it, which is so so key. And I really like this company, because I believe that their grandmother is the one that made all these soaps and shampoos. And conditioners by hand, and then it just grew from there. So it's a really nice company. So I'm going to be referring to my notes. Oh don't mind me because there's a lot of information in this video, so okay we'll get into the beneficial ingredients, so marula oil. It supports here elasticity biotin, which we all know, makes your hair thicker and stronger the superfruit complex. So this one has a blend of raspberry ketones, goji, acai and guava extract rich in anti-aging antioxidants. What the ten-in-one is is it's sulfate, free, anti-aging, color, protecting hydrating, nourishing rejuvenating anti stress, and it gives your hair manageability and softness and, like I said Shea Moisture, prides itself by taking out a lot of the harmful ingredients that you'll find in common shampoos and conditioners. So there's like no sulfates parabens phthalates, all sorts of things and the price for this is pretty low. It'S a little bit more on the affordable side, I'm going to have links for all the products that I'm mentioning in this video down in the description box. So you can know exactly where to purchase it from and the next one is by the company, advanced ecology, and this company was actually established by a certified technologist. I hope I'm saying that right who actually has an institute in Arizona or something like that and has worked on thousands and thousands of patients, so he developed this line of shampoo conditioner to help people with their hair loss. The name of the actual shampoo is the hair stem shampoo and, like I said, he tested this product on thousands of his clients, and a lot of them have seen success with it. So you might too so. The beneficial ingredients in this are biotin saw palmetto, which we said was really important. One of the king look out for tea tree oil aloe and then some vitamins, herbs and DHT blocker, which we've said, is really one of the main ingredients and a lot of these shampoos and conditioners. One thing that I really like about this product. I haven't tried this one personally myself, but they actually have a certified 120 day. Money-Back guarantee so they're giving you three months to try this product and if you don't see growth within three months and you don't want to keep continuing to use it, you can get your money back and it's not terribly expensive. It'S probably in the low to mid level range all right, we're moving onto the next brand and the next one is Larry. Tell Larry tell is a line that was developed by certified aroma therapist that collaborated with certified hair loss experts, and they came up with this. Really nice line of shampoos and conditioners: it's organic, not tested on animals. It comes in bpa-free containers, so we're talking about their organic shampoo and their organic shampoo. They have several different types, so you can just kind of go through the different ones and see which one you like the most. What they say is that the oils that they use in their products have a life force in them that are alive with the vibration of the plant, connecting with an enhancing emotional and physical well-being, which sounds really cool. So they really put a lot of thought and care into crafting these um shampoos and conditioners, and the other amazing thing is that they use all clean ingredients in their products. So if it's not certified organic by the USDA they'll go on the website. Um ewg, which I don't know if you guys have seen that website before it's a really great resource to use, because it will tell you you can put any product in there and it will tell you the rating whether it is safe and free of. Like all these nasty chemicals or like what range it falls into and they'll go through, the ewg database and they'll make sure it has a green rating which is like the best it's cruelty. Free vegan has no GMOs gluten alcohol, parabens, phthalates and SLS, and the price isn't too bad I'd, say it's about a mid level range pricing. Alright, the next one is by art, Naturals and their products are really based on plants. Their shampoo conditioner that really help with hair growth is the argan oil rejuvenation, shampoo conditioner. So it contains argan oil, aloe, vera, rosemary and other key ingredients that help stimulate cell renewal and revitalize hair follicles and support a healthy scalp, which is awesome, so you'll get thicker, shinier, hair and return. It also contains DHT blockers, natural botanical oils that are going to smooth and condition your hair. It'S non-gmo, hypoallergenic, sulfate, free and paraben free, so it's free of a lot of fairly nasty stuff as well, and the price isn't too bad. It'S about like a low to mid level range and now we're moving on to pure biology and pure biology really like, because they are considered more of like a premium line. They'Re not priced too high. But they put a lot of thought into the quality of the ingredients that they put into their product from the vitamins to the oils to the extracts. Everything is like hand selected, so it's pretty impressive. We are going to be talking about the revive by hair, shampoo and conditioner. This one contains biotin keratin, castor and argan oil vitamins B and E saw palmetto and a keratin complex that actually strengthens your damaged hair. So if you have damaged hair while you're going through alopecia, it will actually strengthen your hair, this ingredient and I'm not sure if I'm going to be pronouncing this correctly or not. But it's pro cap hill and it fortifies your hair follicles, which is awesome and then 3hc which stimulate cells responsible for hair growth, so really really great stuff. In this shampoo conditioner, I mean it's also GMO paraben and cruelty-free, so the purpose of most of these products is to keep your hair in the antigen or growth phase of the hair growth cycle. That'S what most of these shampoos in Commission designed to do. The next brand that we talked about is pura d'Or and pura. D'Or is really really super. Organic natural plant-based and even the water that they use in their products is filtered a bunch of times and then distilled in, like reverse osmosis and all these crazy things just to make sure the waters of as pure as possible. So the product we're talking about is they're anti hair loss. Shampoo everything is based with organic aloe vera and it contains argan oil, which is gon na boy, stur eyes your hair and stimulate hair growth at the root biotin aloe vera, rosemary tea tree oil, which is all going to work to detoxify the scalp and encourage healthy Hair and it's made without a lot of really bad harmful chemicals like sls, parabens, phthalates, artificial colorings, mineral oil. The list goes on and on and on. You can check out their website if you want to find out more and their pricing isn't as bad as well. It'S about a low to mid-level pricing and the next company we're talking about is revita, which was formerly known as dias laughs. So a lot of you that are especially if you are in the care industry you'll have heard of Dee's labs. We'Re gon na be talking about their high performance here, stimulating shampoo, so it contains DHT blockers as well as biotin antioxidants and this company's really known for the technology that they've put into their product, so they're very innovative and they put a lot of science into their Products and this champ, who is meant to strengthen your hair, reduce shedding, promote scalp stimulation and counteract stress induced hair loss, which is one of the biggest causes for alopecia, and this one doesn't contain SLS. And if you're wondering what SLS is it's sodium, laureth sulfate, and one of the reasons why it's bad is because it can really irritate your scalp and it can strip your hair of its natural oils, which is important to have so stay away from SLS, especially if You'Re going through a hair loss and the cost of it is about a mid-level pricing all right, the next one we're going to talk is ultra X. Now you guys have probably seen this in a lot of lists for hair growth shampoos, the one we're going to talk about our hair search shampoo and their hair. Soleil conditioner and caffeine is one of the main ingredients in these products which we know is really important to have in your shampoo conditioner to promote hair growth as well as DHT blockers in saw palmetto. It also has an ingredient found in coconut oil, which is used to strengthen the follicles at the root. So that's pretty cool and the pricing is going up a little bit. It'S on the higher end of mid - let's, let's just say that, and the next one we're going to talk about is Shapiro MD. Now Shapiro MD was founded by board-certified dermatologist and the products sound, really cool. They have their triple action, hair therapy formula. The only thing that I didn't like about this was their website. Their website is not very user friendly. If you guys are going to be looking into purchasing. It just know that before you're going into it, it contains three super-powerful DHT blockers, which would be each ECG, which is a component in green. Tea, leaves happy and saw palmetto. So one of the things that this product is known for is that it really helps to clear excess sebum on your scalp. Now, if you don't see them is it's basically the oil on your scalp, and we just mentioned that it's super important to have your natural oils in your hair. You don't want to use anything. That'S gon na stripping your scalp of that because it's small, very important for your scalp, but some people can produce a little too much of it and what that can do is end up blocking your actual hair follicle. So this product actually helps to clear that out and return everything back to a natural state, and it also helps to boost circulation in your hair. Follicles is paraben, free, sulfate, free and cruelty, free and the way the pricing works is based on how many months of supplies that you want to buy. So you can go from one month to a lot longer. You can find all that information on the website and it's about, I would say it's more on the mid to high level pricing range. Okay, we only have a few more to go so the next one we're going to talk about is Ithaca and Ithaca is a really great company. They put a lot of science and technology behind their products and I actually personally know people that have used their shampoo and conditioner for hair loss and it's actually work. I really like this company a lot. The one we're going to be talking about is their época anti aging, shampoo and conditioner. They also have really nice treatment sprays as well, but we'll focus on the shampoo conditioner, so the beneficial ingredients that is anti-inflammatory. It'S got DHT blockers. It'S got antioxidants, growth, stimulators, antifungal, antibacterial, all this amazing stuff. It also helps to promote the growth or antigen phase of the hair growth cycle increases absorption for the skin in hair follicles. It prevents and even reverses hardening of collagen around your follicle accelerates speed of growth. It'S anti stress, I know a lot of you have talked to me about your scalp itchiness. It helps to soothe that in increases collagen production and it increases blood flow to the hair follicle, which is awesome so that kind of mimics the way minoxidil works. But minoxidil is not on this list because it's actually not very good for your hair. If you guys want me to record a video on why I didn't use minoxidil or Rogaine. Let me know in the comments below - and I will share my thoughts with you guys on that it increases character, production, cellular turnover, hair, shaft, thickness and help the hardness and speed of growth of your fingernails, which I don't know why that's helpful. But I guess it is: it is made without sulfate paraben in it is gluten free as well, and the price range is really good in this product too. It'S about a level pricing alright, now we're moving on to a more commonly found product. This is the alterna haircare line this one you can find at Sephora, don't believe any of the other shampoos and conditioners I mentioned in this. Video are found at Sephora, so they're known for combining natural plant and botanicals with science and the product. We'Re going to be talking about today is their caviar, anti-aging clinical densifying shampoo, so it doesn't have a conditioner in this line. They do have conditioners in their other line, so they say you can use this shampoo with their other conditioners, but they don't have a specific one for hair loss. Caviar extract is basically the main component in most of their products and they use it because they claim that it is one of nature's richest sources of omega-3 fatty acids, so it restores moisture left to city and shine to your hair. It also has their red clover dense, pine complex, which combats thinning hair, as well as their age control complex, which prevents damage and encourages micro circulation. So it can undo a lot of the effects of that. Your environment, chemicals that you've used and then your just the natural aging process, and then they have a hydrolyzed vegetable protein which is designed to strengthen fortify and revitalize your hair, and this one is made without a lot of really nasty chemicals as well like sulfates, parabens Dyes and 40 other additives that you really don't need to have, and then their pricing is about a mid-level price range. So when I'm saying price ranges from low, I'm talking about like the $ 10 range mid would be anywhere between 35 to 50 dollars and then high. I think the highest one on this list goes above $ 100. So, just to give you kind of perspective, because I know I keep saying low mid high and you're probably like what does that mean, but, like I said, all the products will be linked in the description box, so you can check those out for yourself as well. Alright, now we're down to the last two and this next one we're going to be talking about is by cell, so cels name of the company and the name of their product is the stem cell, shampoo and conditioner. So this company actually uses nature science and technology originating from South Korea and their products, which is really cool. As we all know, Korean beauty products are huge right now and I think one of the reasons. Why is because they put a lot of technology into their products, so the stem cell shampoo conditioner, contains ginseng biotin glycerin saw palmetto and it all works in combination to prepare the scalp for new hair growth by removing dead skin cells and stimulating hair follicles, which is Pretty cool they have a bunch of other products on their website as well, so you can check them out and these ones are made without paraben sulfate, they're, hypoallergenic and cruelty. Free and the pricing is about a mid-level price range. All right, if you still with me here, we are on our last shampoo conditioner that we're going to be talking about today and this one is by the brand called color proof. So if you have color treated, hair, you're, really gon na love this one in particular, because they put a color protector into all of their shampoos and conditioners, and the one we're going to be talking about in their line is the buyer will repair eight. Now they sell it as a kit because it contains their shampoo conditioner, a serum as well as a scalp brush. So you can use that to really help to promote um circulation in your hair, and this was founded by a celebrity hairstylist who worked on people way back like Paul, Newman and Frank Sinatra, which is really cool. And he was one of the first people to develop a line of shampoos and conditioners that were sulfate free and used cleaner ingredients to preserve hair color, so it contains the usual saw palmetto green tea, caffeine. It also contains alpha hydroxy acids to exfoliate your scalp, an apple and grape stem cell, complex to combat aging, biotin and copper peptides to strengthen repair tissue responsible for anchoring new hair growth, fiber nutrients and vitamins to thicken and nourish your follicles as well as, like. I said protection in all of our products and it's made without a bunch of nasty stuff like sulfate salt, phthalic, parabens mineral oil list goes on and on and on so this is probably the most expensive. Well, it is the most expensive one that I'm mentioning in this video. It'S a hundred and thirty-two dollars for the kit, or you can also try the try me kit. It'S much smaller it'll give you about a month's worth, but, like I said at the very beginning of this video, if you want to see if something's really working for you or not, you have to give it at least three months. So one hundred thirty two dollars. It'S not so bad because you're getting all four things in this kit, but, like I said, if you don't have color treated here, then you probably would want to use one of the other products instead, oh right.
