#besthaircare, #haircare

Hi my beauties welcome back to my channel. I hope you guys are doing well in today's video. I'M gon na be sharing with you, my favorite haircare products, products that i just can't stop using now, if you've been following me around, you would know that i had very severe post bottom hair fall. It'S been about two months that the hair fall has stopped. It'S much under control, but overall, the health of my hair was affected quite a lot, because my hair were feeling very dry, frizzy and just lifeless all together. So the products that i'm going to show you in this video are the products that actually came to rescue and they've just made my hair bounce back to health, and they look a lot like how my hair used to look before pregnancy. They feel a lot softer as well in the frizz, and just the overall dryness has calmed down a lot. Now i am going to share with you some different products that i have been trying out for the past two months. Of course, there are some products that i continue to use because i don't want the hair fall to come back, but some of the products that i've tried, which are specifically catering, the dryness and the frizziness of your hair. So if you fall in the same category, then you would love this video, let's dive right into it before you do that, please make sure you're subscribed to the channel and you've also hit the notification bell. Do also follow me on my instagram and now, let's dive right into it. First, let's talk about shampoos. If you've seen my hair fall video, you would know that i stuck to sulfate free options, because i wanted a very gentle cleanser for my scalp i'd use. Those up - and i wanted to move on to something which was a little bit more hydrating on the length of my hair. Now, i'm not someone who's very hung up on sulfate-free when it comes to shampoos. However, if i find a good one, i love picking up one. The first option is actually a sulfate free option. This is from vella elements, renewing shampoo - and this has a very gentle surfactant, coconut propyl betaine, which is just going to gently uh. You know clean up your scalp. I really liked this formula. It doesn't dry up your hair, it just leaves your hair, nice and soft, and you know your hair doesn't feel dry or frizzy or stripped out after using this shampoo. So if you're looking for a good sulfate free option, this is the one. This is definitely expensive. It is around thousand eleven hundred for this bottle, but uh honestly, my hair were at a state that i did not mind spending and i tried this. I really enjoy using this, i'm still using this. The second shampoo option that i have for you has sles in it, and this is the aveda botanical repair, strengthening shampoo plant power damage repair. This is such an incredible formula. This makes my hair so soft. Every time i wash my hair with this, this just leaves my hair, so soft and frizz free absolutely love this shampoo and honestly, i did not expect this product to perform like this. I received this in pr and i also received another version of the aveda shampoo and it was lying around for a while, but then i thought, okay, why not? Let'S try it. This definitely is a very expensive product, but, to be honest with you, it is worth every single penny. I'M going to talk about conditioner soon after because this comes with a duo which is their botanical repair, strengthening conditioner this duo, you guys it is so good like it has made my hair, so soft um, currently i'm using this, and if you see i've almost used Up half of both of these i like to go in and condition my hair really nicely, and this is a conditioner which is very lightweight. It doesn't weigh down my hair, and it just leaves my hair soft, so both of these together are amazing, but if you're looking for something which is sulfate free, i highly recommend the wella one another conditioner that i want to talk about very, very affordable, something that I'Ve talked about in the past as well. This is such an amazing product. This is from prequel. It'S the murumuru damage repair conditioner such an incredible product. Like i said it has a very soft creamy like texture. I finished this off. I'Ve used two tubes of this. This is about 300 350 rupees such an affordable product, and definitely something that leaves your hair, nice and soft. Now this one, i feel detangles your hair as well, so i can run my fingers through while i'm in the shower, so that i just get rid of the major tangles and then, of course, when my hair are completely air dry. I just comb my hair nicely. This one, i feel, does the job really well incredible product for the price you're paying here so for the conditioner. I think i'm going to repeat this one and i'm definitely going in with the aveda shampoo, because the shampoo on its own has done such an amazing job. On my hair, the conditioner is amazing as well but very expensive, and if i have something which is affordable, i definitely would want to go with this. Then i'm going to talk about a leave-in conditioner, so you have your wash off conditioners and then you have a conditioner that you can leave in your hair and this is from aveda. This is the nutri replenish leave-in conditioner. It'S an entire range. This pink bottle pink packaging as well. I have been using this consistently for the past, almost one and a half two months, and this is also an amazing product now for me, because my hair was so brittle and so frizzy and so dry, the entire winters. I had to go in with the shampoo, the wash off conditioner and then also apply the leave-in conditioner in order to make them soft and just make them detangle easily, because otherwise i would land up breaking a lot of my hair. So this came for rescue as well. If so, if you have dry frizzy hair, you can try this product. The other product that i want to talk about is a hair serum i've spoken about this many many times. This is amazing, works beautifully. On my hair, i've been using this for almost an year year and a half. I have this in the travel size and i carry this around with me. I keep this at my workplace if my hair at any point feel very dry or frizzy. I use this. This is the l'oreal extraordinary oil serum, definitely extraordinary in every way and fashion possible, lightweight formula. It doesn't make your hair feel greasy or lumpy, and if you are someone who faces issues with detangling your hair, definitely this is something i can recommend. I apply this on. My wet hair - and i also apply this before styling my hair, so i don't style my hair that often, but whenever i do, i use this and then i style my hair, so that this acts as a heat protectant on my hair as well, then two oils That i want to talk about that. I'Ve spoken about many times, so i'm going to keep this very quick are oils for the general health of your hair. I would say these are so i use oils on my scalp now, but when my hair were very dry, i did use a little bit on the length of my hair, but i have seen that if you apply a lot of oil at the length of your Hair, you have to use a more shampoo to kind of rinse that out, so i have basically stopped putting any oil on the length of my hair now that my hair is back to normal. What i would suggest, if you are someone who has very dry frizzy hair, you can either use coconut oil. A mix of coconut, castor, vitamin e and argan oil, make a concussion and then apply at the length of your hair. Definitely make sure you're not going in with a lot of shampoo next day in order to rinse that off. Even if you have a little bit of oil left in the length of your hair, it's fine! It'S only going to nourish your hair anyway. The best way to wash your hair is to take down the shampoo. That'S on your scalp, so don't take extra shampoo for the length of your hair. I used to do that back in the days and i did it for the longest time, but i feel that really damages the length of your hair strips off the hair completely. The oils that i'm talking about the first one is from karma ayurveda, bringadi intensive treatment. This is great for dandruff. This is great for just generally oiling your scalp, so overall, a hair oil and a treatment i feel which has worked very well for me, so i will just continue using this, even though i don't have hair fall now, but i still uh feel that you know This will keep the health of my scalp intact, so great product, and then, if you are someone who has hair fall like hormonal hair fall, you can't really do much about right, like in my case, my doctor told me that you will have this hair fall. This is something which is out of your control, so the only thing i could think about or concentrate on was regrowth of hair, and if you see i do have a lot of baby hair on top of my hair, my length is not all that heavy, but I'M pretty sure these will grow out to make the length of my hair heavier and back to normal. The way it was before pregnancy, so one oil that i continuously used for almost about four or five months is the indulica bringer oil. Now this is an oil which is an ayurvedic oil, and this, in my opinion, doesn't do anything for your hair fall, but it definitely definitely gives you hair growth. The third oil that i was using and i've tried, that is, the tribe concepts, hair oil. That is amazing as well, so you can either try the tribe concepts 90 day miracle. I finished that out completely so i have this. This also is an empty i'm going to stop using the indulika one as well. To be honest, because now i feel i have more than enough hair in my scalp. I don't need any more for now at least fingers crossed. We don't have any hair fall going further, but karma ayurveda is the one that i feel it just keeps the health of my hair and the health of my scalp intact. So i will continue to use that last two hair products that i want to talk about are two hair masks now in winters. In specific i like using hair mask anyway and this winter, my hair were very dry and frizzy, so i went out looking for a few. I did try a few experimented with a few, and these are the two that i absolutely loved. I have been trying out. Two or three more - and i will tell you the ones that i'll end up loving um, so i have this one from l'oreal. This is their gold kinuan protein absolute repair mask this comes in a new packaging now, but i still have the old one, definitely something which is very, very nourishing on the length of your hair, there's one more that i'm using, but i'm still testing that out. So once i'm satisfied enough, i will talk about that as well, and then i have the plum hair mask. This is their avocado, not a shop, very affordable product and something that i highly recommend if you have dry frizzy hair. This is something that i use so hair mask is something that i use once in every 10-15 days, depending on how my hair are feeling. Conditioner is something that i use after every wash and hair mask after every 10 to 15 days, so guys with that, it's a wrap. Let me know in the comment section if you want me to do more, such videos on products that i just can't stop using on different categories like makeup and body care, or if you want me to do a part, two of hair care and skin care. I'D be more than happy to film it for you until i see you next guys take good care of yourselves lots of love, bye,

Pratiba Bhat: To be honest I've learnt so much from you. Tried and tested your skin care routine and hair care routine suggestions, checked on suitable sunscreens for myself for a month and now I see my skin improving post delivery. I had terrible acne during pregnancy. Terrible in the sense, I had acne all over my face, neck, hands and back. Thank for all that you do. The effort of research you put in is tremendous. Also, I so much enjoy your videos for your excellent oration. I keep casually checking out your videos just to listen to you talk so beautifully. :)
