Review: Obia Natural Hair Care Products

Hey guys, it's joy and today I'm doing a product review on a few products that I recently tried from the obeah natural haircare line. I got these products from an event that I went to last month featuring ophea. He was the founder and creator of this line and after hearing how passionate she was about her products, I couldn't wait to give it a try. Obeah is a formulating chemist and produces products that work best with your body chemistry. All products are pH balanced, non-toxic and herbal based using the highest quality of ingredients and essential oils. This sounds like heaven for your hair and I can't wait to tell you guys about it. So, let's get started. I started with the coconut Shea shampoo bar, and this is my first time that I was using a bar to wash my hair. So before I went into the shower, I was coming up with a plan like do i blathered in my hands first, or do i do circular motions to get a good lather out of it? I went with the direct to scalp approach and smoothed it along my hair in sections from the roots all the way down to the tips and the lather was perfect after I worked the bar through my hair, I put it aside and continued massaging to continue creating A lather and to remove any build-up, I noticed that it really moisturized my hair, usually during the shampoo process. My hair is either really frizzy or incredibly limp and using the coconut Shea shampoo bar my curls, were coming to life, which was miraculous after I rinsed it out. I noticed that my hair was incredibly shiny and the bar itself looked like it was untouched. So I know that it's something that would last a really long time for a first experience using a shampoo bar. I was a little confused at first, but I love the results and it's definitely something that I would continue to incorporate in my wash day process. I loved it, so let me tell you about the leave-in conditioner now next I use the curl moisture cream, which is a lightweight leave-in conditioner that softens and moisturizes your hair. It'S infused with argan oil, grapeseed oil and burdock root penetrates your hair and locks in moisture, which is what an excellent leave-in conditioner should do, but what I loved about it is that it did all of this without leaving that greasy residue. That makes you want to jump back into the shower. Lastly, I use the curl enhancing custard for my styler for my twist out and it's enriched with argan oil, grapeseed oil and olive oil. What I loved most is the consistency it's smooth without being sticky and moisturizing. Without being heavy, it provides a lightweight, hold and elongates your hair. Without weighing it down, the directions do advise to use a generous amount. However, the end results will be deeply moisturized hair with excellent definition, and this 12 ounce jar goes a long way and I couldn't be happier with that bottom line.
