Why I Stopped Using Apple Cider Vinegar On My Natural Hair How I Did Before

Hi guys so i'm getting ready to wash my hair, and i was going through my comment area and someone. One of you all asked me why that do. I still use apple cider, vinegar in my hair, and the answer is no. I no longer use apple cider in my hair. The way i used to use it before. So if you don't know, this is apple cider, vinegar, apple, cider, vinegar is very good in terms of for your scalp in terms of clarifying it does some form of clarifying it doesn't do a full blown clarify. So if you have some issues you can use it actually also to balance the ph and all that stuff, so apple cider as a good place in hair care, and if you use it and it works for you using it diluting with some water, maybe adding a Little bit of oil, that is fine, keep doing you right now. How and why? Don'T i use apple, cider, vinegar. The way i used to use it before okay, so i don't use apple cider, vinegar directly. That way, number one, because i have a shampoo that i use and the shampoo that i use when it comes to clarifying my hair. Please excuse it has gone through so many people. This shampoo is the shea moisture, jamaican, castor oil, strengthening and restore shampoo. This is our only gross shampoo we bought. We, you know i. What i do is that on amazon, you can actually do this subscribe thing where you get it for cheap, very, very low price, so i always stock up on it and i always buy there. I'M gon na drop the link in the comment area if you're looking for a clarifying shampoo, this shampoo is one of the best that i have used. I it works for low prostate here. It works for high protein for normal, prostate hair, my daughters, it works well for them, it keeps our hair. If your hair looks dull, this gets out everything without stripping your hair. Another thing i love is that it contains apple cider, vinegar. It also contains peppermint, which also helps with your scalp. So in the past i would have taken my apple cider, vinegar, mixed it with some peppermint oil mixed it with some oil. Some water sprayed it on my hair, waited 20 to 30 minutes. Then shampoo, then deep condition and all that stuff now i'm able to cut out the time. So the second reason why i stopped doing it. That way is because it's my life. My alarm just told me to tell you guys why i no longer use apple cider to get my hair anyway, so it also saves me time so number two. It saves me time so i'm gaining that 20 minutes that i would have used in pre-treating with apple cider, vinegar. Now, let's say, for example, i don't have this shampoo in hand, and i have issues going on with my scalp that calls for use of apple cider, vinegar. I will use the apple cider vinegar, so that is the only time i will use the apple cider vinegar. Now, the third reason why i don't use the apple cider vinegar is because sometimes the smell can be kind of overwhelming and lean green, and i find that when i use this, which already adds apple cider, vinegar in it, i don't have that issue now. There is one instance where i still use apple cider, vinegar. I still use apple cider vinegar when i'm doing my bentonite clay mask um when i'm doing any detox kind of mask like for my face and also for consumption in terms of maintaining weight, loss and stuff.
