Hi guys so today, we're gon na be talking about rice, water, right, rice, water, if you're using rice, water for hair growth or thinking about using the for hair growth or you use it for hair growth. But you don't necessarily like the smell of it. Today. I'M gon na show you guys how you can make your rice water go from think, okay, so wonderful! So this first one right here I have had it formatted for three days: okay, and when I open it and you don't have to go close, it just gives you a nice kick in the face. You know so, if you wan na turn that into this right here, this is a fermented restaurant. I did also cook three days and I have it smelling divine. Okay, this rice one is tomorrow, so good it just smells wonderful. So if you wanna know how I got it from kick in the face to smelling like ah, I just want to use it every day and stay tuned, alright guys. So let me quickly go over how you can make rice water now. I have other videos about this, but just in case you have never seen that, so you can learn how to make it, and then we can quickly move on to how you can make it smell fantastic. So in case you have never heard about rice, water for hair growth. Rice water contains a lot of vitamins and amino acids that help increase your hair growth and also strengthens the hair. So we're gon na be pouring about 1 cup of rice into a strainer and we're gon na go ahead and wash it. You don't want to skip this step because you really want to get rid of any of the impurities that comes with the rice. So just go ahead and rinse your rice thoroughly. We are going to be making fermented rice, water. That is said to be the best option, because it has better pH level for your hair and it's the most nutrition rich method and also contains Patera, which promotes cell regeneration after you wash your rice, you're gon na, pour it into a jar or bow, and then You'Re gon na fill it up with water, maybe about one cup or a little bit more than that, so you're gon na fill it up with water and then you're going to cover it. So, in order to format your rice, water, you just have to leave it for 24 hours. 24 hours is more than enough for xp for men set, so they can use it on your hair. So let me show you guys what the difference in color looks like the rice, water that looks very deep and milky. That'S the one that has been fermented, it's very rich in color and the one that is on the other side. That is more like more transparent. That is the rice water that I just created. The one that has been fermented for three days has a very strong smell, very stinky, funky smell now, usually when I format my rest, water for one day 24 hours. It doesn't really have that strong funky smell, but whenever I leave it for two days or three days, that's when you start to get the very potent smell. So if I don't necessarily like the smell of your rice, water, you can add some essential oils to it. The essential oils are excellent in fragrance in your rice, water, because you drop off any of these essential oils would just change the entire on fragrance of your rice, water and you're gon na be in love with it. Now you don't have to use, of course, like a whole lot of oils in it, you can just buy one essential oil or two essential oils that you really like that fragrance up, and you can just use that only so over here I have sweet orange tea Tree oil, rosemary oil, lavender lemongrass, government, eclipses and frankincense, so some of the small combination - that's most fantastic. Is I mixed lavender and peppermint together, so I messed about six drops of lavender and about couple of drops of peppermint and together smells really really wonderful. Another combination that I've really been loving is also mixing tea tree oil and rosemary oil. This more so on the foot together and the third option is sweet, orange and pyramid. I put I'm a little bit more sweet orange than I do per mint, so it gives the more of like a citrusy minty smell. It smells fantastic, alright guys. So this is the fermented rice water, like I said I fermenter that's good three days. This smells so good, lavender and peppermint, and I just love this. I'M just gon na show you guys a quick application process of how I apply it right now. I have my hair shampooed and conditioned, but I did not wash the conditioner out. The conditioner is still in my hair: I'm gon na go ahead and apply the rice water on top of the conditioner, so I'm gon na put it to the scalp, rub it in and then worried the rest me here and I let it sit for about one Hour now you can last it from anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and then after you let it sit for a little bit. You can go ahead and rinse your hair with water, not like I mentioned before, even after you rinse your hair with water. The benefits of the rice, water still remain in your hair, and it helps nourish and strengthen your hair. I hope that you guys enjoy this. Video, hopefully was helpful, useful and try some of these mixtures of oils, tea, rice, water - if you like this video, go ahead and give me a thumbs up, subscribe like comment and share, and after you guys next time, bye,

Hasan Frasan: I don’t even care about the smellI just want the hair growth

Qetsia Mukenge: This quarantine has got me caring bout my hair again...

Shon9tilR: This grew the back of my hair tremendously. I can finally get it in a ponytail.

Someday Soon: I use rice water in benzonite clay mic with some olive oil and apple cider vinegar and my hair has been flourishing

Mims E: Who came here because of the long hair in the thumbnail?

Erie B: I have been using rice water for about a month and its impressive. My hair grows really well , but I seem to have a lot of hair loss after washing and my hair tabgles. My hair grade is fine so this concerned me. The rice water has drastically reduced my hair loss to what I consider an acceptable amount.

dehydrated spongebob: you can also drop some lemon peels in it before fermenting it, then you ferment it (and don't forget to strain out the peels as well as the rice) and it smells like lemonade (the smell won't stay in your hair tho)

Ken’Neisha Clay: Ive been natural for 2 years and all I’ve use was wild growth oil and it grew past my shoulders so now I just made some rice water and I put tea tree oil in it I’m excited to see my growth!

We Are Legion: I add essential oils like rosemary, peppermint, lavender, and tea tree when it’s fermenting. They’re also beneficial for hair & scalp.

Broken Nation: @sharon Mauricio yes you work it through your hair in sections, covering each strand. Also massage your scalp .Let it sit for @ least 30 min to an hour or more. The bentonite clay draws all the toxins from your scalp. You can also use bentonite clay to do facials with. Anyway I've been doing this for years now and my hair has grown soo much. My curl pattern is popping and my 4c hair looks silky like 4a. Also if you do this you don't need to wash it with shampoo. After you wash the clay mixture out then you condition it. But make sure you always add moisturizing ingredients to your clay mixture like coconut milk, aloe vera powder, avocado oil, hibiscus powder, things like that .. as bentonite clay can be drying if you don't. Hope this helps!!

Kyna Kyna BoBeana: Great video! I've tried rice water rinse but only once. I'll be adding this to my regular wash day routine. I'm curious to see how my hair will benefit.

Adele: I just use a peppermint tea bag and it works really well.

S S: You have the best rice water channel by far and your demonstration is excellent. No confusion and nice to address how to avoid the dreadful smell that is due to fermenting. Thanks.

NaturallyMe: I have these same oils and I was going to use it in my rice water to make the smell better. Glad came across this video. Tfs

MJ Burgess: One of the best YouTube personalities I ever watched. Love this video! And thank you for the clear explanation on how to use rice water. I will definitely start using it from now on.

Brandi Cohen: This definitely works! I've used rice water for a couple of years on my skin, but found a little trick and did one thing differently that helped with hair growth. I made a video on my channel. :-)

Jaye Demby: It works. It detangles, grew my edges. Stopped hair shedding.

Chaos of the Divine Feminine LLC: Putting it in the refrigerator does not stop fermenting it only slows it down

B Love: Thank you Boo. You are the REAL DEAL with all that long thick hair.

MrBoomKack: Thank you so much for your wonderful advice! I can’t wait to start my treatments!

yes beautyizhername: The shrinkage is real sis...

Erica Tyler: Awesome! Thank you for sharing your technique on the rice water treatment! I use it too for myself, daughters and granddaughter. I was definitely helpful about putting the scented oils in the rice water, because it REALL DOES KICK YOU IN THE FACE! LOL! Thanks again!

Kiki K Darling: Love the idea of adding essential oils to the mix. I will try this. Thanks!!!

G Mas: How long have you been using rice water? Has it rectified any problems you had with your hair and how much growth have you gained?

Sarah Masamba: Great video! Does the rice water have to be washed out or can it even be applied on braided hair?

Desi Snow: Just be careful with how much peppermint oil you add. Peppermint oil can have a drying effect. Great video and thanks for the tip!

Rhea Glover: Thank you for all your information on the benefits as well as the strength for growth. Appreciate it. Can’t wait to try it

Duchess 91: Finally !! I’ve been waiting for someone to make a video on this ! I love how rice water makes me hair looks and feel but i can’t keep walking around smelling like baby sh** ! Lol

Nthabiseng Mokoena: Hi. Do you have an idea of the porosity of your hair? I’ve read that rice water is not so good for low porosity hair.

Mims E: We'll always believe long and healthy hair ❤

JUICYDAPIMPCESS: *I LOVE seeing black women with long natural healthy hair*

Sadae Sashington: Do you still use rice water in your hair and have you seen a significant difference in your hair growth?

RaySoAmazing: How long have you been using this? Your hair looks so thick and healthy!

Chrissy Miles: I just did my fermented rice water rinse today, and it smelled like bleu cheese inside a dirty belly button. But I had it fermenting for 4-5 days because I ended up working over time. Luckily I had some lavender on hand, and put 4-6 drops in, and it smelled so nice. I wasn't certain if I'm protein sensitive, so I only let the rice water stay in my hair for 5-to 10 minutes just to see how my hair would react to it. So far, it still feels nice, and soft. However, I'm definitely going to buy more essential oils to add to my rice water. Have you tried the onion juice, and garlic yet. I heard that mixing that with the rice water enhances it. Your hair looks so healthy, and bouncy!

Giifti Pardisa: Wow ! Your natural hair is beautiful ‍♀️ I’m a fan after this video! Amazing job

Beautifulheart82: I've been wanting to try rice water for some time now. Thank you for this tutorial!!!

GENESSI: I use castor oil, but I’ll definitely start doing this 3x a month. ‍♀️

khee naa: Ive been doing this 4 almost 2weeks and it works

mano: I ferment my rice water for hair for 2 days and it still working very nicely my hair are growing healthy and shiny i use it for twice a week

Serenity M: Can you just pour it in your hair or does it have to be sprayed? Btw I loveeeee your hair❤️

I love noodles: Can you use peppermint extract instead of peppermint oil? I couldn't find any research on it, but I can't afford peppermint oil right now, but I do have peppermint extract the extract does contain alcohol though, and the question I have is if the alcohol property creates a poison because it's mixed with fermented rice water or if it just will cause bad side effects?

Karen fnealy cox: Wonderful video, I have tried rice water but not consistently. Your video encourages me to use it more and I like that you had your conditioner left in after shampooing. Very useful and helpful. Thank you for sharing.

GRAÇA MANHAES-CLIFFORD: Ops! Hi there! Thank u very much for share this recipe with us! I just socked the rice. Looking forward to try it. I really believe in it. My mother and grandmother, use to wash the rice before cooking it. They would save the water and later on, they used it on their face. I used to think they were crazy. It worked , they had a very nice, clean skin. They never tried in their hair, now, I will. ♥️ .

Xoxo: You're supposed to use carrier oils with EO...i.e coconut, castor, etc.

Lola Mosa: You have such beautiful hair! How long can you store fermented rice water? And where do you store? In fridge or out.

Lakesha Harris: Thanks for sharing for rice water enhancement. That's a great idea to add the essential oils they all smell great and simulates hair growth as well.

Free2Be: adding essential oils + applying ON TOP of conditioner are what I was missing. Great video and thanks for the useful tips!

GIGI NATURAL BEAUTY: *I love rice water for my hair , it did miracles *

Afroblu Atlanta: Thanks so much! I KNOW I came to work today with my head smelling like a straighter SEWER!!! I was like, is it worth it?? But that WAS a 3 day fermentation batch. The things we do! :-)

Miss Lopina: Can I use coconut oil instead???

i3abikay: I love Rosemary and tea tree together when I do my scalp treatment. Very soothing

C: "About six drops of lavender oil..." *adds about twenty drops* I counted lol. But that seems a bit much for essential oils, they can be irritating after all, so maybe use less next time to be safe :)

dale underdue: Hi Curly. Just subbed to your channel! Question: can I leave the rice water in my hair to use as a daily spritzer, or must it be rinsed out? Thank you for this groovy video and your hair is amazing! Blessing to you and your channel.

K TheOriginal: What happens if you leave the rice water in your hair and do a twist out?

Jay P: I plan on using this hair treatment once a month. Will the rice water still be good as long as it is refrigerated?

KiKi JahDore: I used jasmine rice and I let it sit out for 3 days because I thought I was tripping, like I thought it was supposed to smell bad. It didn’t even smell that bad. I was half tempted to let it sit longer. I’m on day 4 (so that’s 7 days total) and I haven’t even put it in the fridge. Maybe I’ll let my next batch ferment longer.

King Chameleon’s Eye: Simple and easy

Miss Gill: I think this is a great video the only thing I would like to suggest to you is to get a glass bottle if you're going to put essential oils in your rice water because the essential oils breaks down the plastic and you don't want that in your hair or in your body.

The learner: My rice water is over 2 weeks and smells heavenly too ..have it on my head right now as I am typing this lol..awesome video..subscribed.

BiTcH iM sCrEaMiNg: Omg her skin is glowing

DIY All things: I use fenugreek to make my rice water smell nice (smells nice to me!)

stevanna` Riggs: Just now found your channel I wish I would have found it sooner, but I’m sooo glade I found your channel though I’m most defiantly going to try this in my hair thanks girl ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Tiffany Tech: Are you keeping the rice in the water for the 24 hours? I saw a video that said you take the rice out after 30 min and just let the water sit by itself.

ALYA *: Hello ! Do you proceed to a hydrating/moisturizing mask after ? Or you don't and proceed to the LCO/LOC method ? Thank you for this video !!

bobbyvh786: With that is a great video very well presented thank you I have just one question can I leave the rice water overnight and maybe for a full day will it harm me or benefit me please let me know

Shadecka Hanna: How long it takes for the rice water to grow your hair

AJ Easmon: Can you leave it in and spray slightly less everyday or few days, (cos oil will moisturize anyway) then just wash your hair on your planned day?

Zuzu Ncube: I add mixed berry teabags it smells amazing.

P Macloud: FERmented rice water has loads of protein so be aware if you are protein sensitive

Erato Pavlidi: Ok now I'm confused! Do you ferment the rice for 24 hours or 3 days?

Alaaeddin Kamel: Weird to ask but is the rice usable after fermentation process?

Kimberly Holmes: could you leave it in overnight and rinse out in the morning?

Naa Adoley Bannerman-Thompson: for how long should you use it on your hair

Agatha Ngenzirabona: What do you do with rice after draining the water?

Jade Flores: Wow!! I always thought you needed to boil the rice to get the rice water.. this is easy. Thanx. I will be trying this today. How often can i use it in my hair and how long after i make rice water is it good for before it goes bad??

shanda justice: I have a question please, Do you recommend using rice water every three days or every 10 days and is it OK to leave in your hair or do you have to rent it out?

Joy Pettaway: Most of the videos I’ve seen have fermented the rice water for a max of two days... does three days really make a difference?

neury Cee: Add some ''Maca'' and ''Flaxseed'' powder to the rice water for better results.

Anonymously Honesty: How often do you utilize this mixture in a month time?

Ms.Moreno94: How long can I have the fermemted rice water? Like the leftovers? Thank you for the video! I just washed my organic rice and will wait for it To ferment.
