How make a homemade rosemary oil.

This oil helps to grow your hair because it helps with hair loss and hair fall. It boosts blood circulation to the scalp, which lets more nutrients reach the hair follicles.

Over the years I have tried and tested so many oils and ingredients with reasonable success in growing my hair faster than its usual rate. I made up my own version of this rosemary infused oil and I thought I would share it with you. If you are looking for fast hair growth, whether your natural or relaxed this is the video for you. This is also suitable for men... so go and share it with the man in your life.

Rosemary hair treatments have many benefits for your hair and different and health. The rosemary oil have been used traditionally for multiple purposes to combat the aging and the halitosis, for the relief of headaches and muscle, to cure wounds and to raise the mood. Rosemary oil can be made at home to relieve muscles or areas where there have been strains or sprains and is used to massage the muscles and the aching areas in cases of pain or muscle spasms.

Rosemary works as a cognitive stimulant, helpful for boosting memory and mental focus. It is even good at raising brain- wave activities and guarding against neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s disease.

Don’t use rosemary essential oil during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy, hypertension, or bleeding disorders.

Before using rosemary oil on the skin, test it on a little part of the skin to make sure you’re not allergic to it.

Do not eat a lot of rosemary.

Hi, my name is Debbie and welcome back to my channel. If you haven't subscribed, don't forget to do it. You can be notified every time I post a video today, I'm going to show you how to make a rosemary oil rosemary has so many benefits, and one of the ways that I like to use the rosemary oil is for my hair. I like it because it helps you with hair growth, but also rosemary has all their health benefits like. It helps with your memory, and I heard that if you take a little bit of rosemary and you put it on your head, you're going to remember better if you're going to be taking a test that day so who knows give it a try. I also like it because it helps you with digestive problem and it helps relieve any muscle, tension and pain that you might have. I got this rosemary plant from the grocery store, because I got tired of buying those small little pieces that they sell. You, the grocery store, the rosemary plant, is very easy to take care of place. It a Sony, location, water and integral for this oil you're going to need a cup of rosemary and remove the lead you're going to need two cups of a carrier oil. It could be olive oil, great, the oil almond oil or an oil of your preference, I'm using a crab pot and I'm using it on low in this will cook for about 6 hour. Add the oil and rosemary to the pot stir well with a wooden spoon and cook for the 6 hours. I got a bottle to place. The oil in you can use the microwave, but it doesn't remove the label, which is something I want to do so. I placed in the bottle in hot water. The label comes off right off so easy. Even I was impressed. There'S your paper glue, remove it with baking soda, apply a tablespoon to a wet paper towel and rub it off. It comes off very easy use, a strainer to drain the oil place it in the bottle concern the fridge for longer shelf-life. I hope you like my video and don't forget to give me a thumbs up if you liked the video - and I will see you next time - bye, bye,

Rafal Pietrzyk: Birmabb you should not put any herb medical plant or anything in a microwave. You've killed its potential. Also to make a proper oil loaded with good properties you shouldn't heat it so much, max up to 40 C. Best is to let the time make it naturally, so leave it in a jar for some time ( a month) in a warm place. Some people suggest dark place and dark glass, not sure. Warmth will just speed up the process. Putting it right on the sun in summer and shaking the jar few times a day would be way, way better than your method. Try and you'll have magnificent oil with all the good stuff from the plant.

Corinne Matheson: Thank you have a blessed day keep safe
