I’ve been a product maker for almost 5 years now and I’ve learned some wonderful tips and tricks along the way.

Today, I’m going to share with you what’s in my cabinet. No one else has seen my arsenal of ingredients, but because you rock with CurlMix, you’ll be the first.

What their kitchen for product making do you have the essentials? Do you want to know what they are and where you can get them from stay tuned and I'll share my top fifty five ingredients for making products at home, hi, I'm Kim, CEO and co-founder of curling. So much the first do-it-yourself dirty mops for perlier. We do not subscribe with all natural ingredients and the tools they need to make style, hair care products without breaking the bank, and we should go for our job now for the 15 minutes. Today, I'm going to be telling you what's in my captain now this is fifty five ingredients acting's, you need to kind of get started yeah. Why? But I have over a hundred, so I can narrow it down. Just my favorite, where you guys, I know you're thinking. I don't mean 55 incision since rjy. No, that's true, you don't you're, probably maybe a quarter of C, but if you want make custom massage with shea butter with coconut oil, maybe was doing it over the next week. We have something really big Dover watching and these videos are going to prepare you for. What'S coming so stay tuned, you can find out what's coming and you can get the lowdown 1. What ingredients you need to have in your cabinet. It started seoeon. So here we go, we have about 10 different categories of ingredients. First we have our butters, then we have our herbs and our cheese and then our edible things here, our food. Then we have our dry ingredients, our milk and yogurt, and we have our liquids. A variety of oils that separated two categories: color and carrier oils - then we have our multipliers and then finally, over here we have our scrub bases and our soap. Now these four ingredients are in different other words: we have our clave Russell playing a mint. I place up so Gladys conditioning like people often use it in a few conditioners on their masks and he means the face mask but make sure you do a patch test ensures your skin sucks in situation, but no, you have my big night place. This. My claim is volcanic claims because from what and extract some Furies and the things that it touches now, you don't want to mix it with metal because it will extract impurities from metals a lot of times. We use it for acne and face treatments and face masks, but it also when your hair. Here we have our flat feet. Our black beads are often boiled to make a really really gooey gooey gooey gel and its really really good to go here at the most rats. Job was great for washing bones. Then we have our steel cut. Oats and still clothes are just same as Phroso, but before they're rolled so you're still cut and then they're old. Now additions are often used and Rex Olien for skin products and body scrubs, and you can even sow seeds in water you're going to open up and people often include in their conditioners or in their path. We want to have more to do here. Then we have calendula calendula as a flower and it'll be really good. Really herbals and healthy well doesn't want to make a key for your hair. Now all of these teas have with minerals and vitamins in my gut health really of people, and then we have coffee poppy alpha we ground up and use for a face mask or a cleansing Matt. Some of that sort, which is poppy head Pacific cleansing properties at our Greek yogurt reach over, is protein, and so a lot of my using acute petitioner at our coconut cream, which is made from coconut so take the shavings you pop them out of the coconut and Then you soak them in water and fasten them. He looks bad and then, when the cream rods just have you scrape it off is net coconut cream. Then we have our goat milk powder. If you have in power for always eggs a bit of water - and we also have regular cow's milk, so a lot of people products are used to enhance the protein structure of the hair, really give it that deep condition that needs so definitely check those out mmm Go onto our liquid: this is our out of your gel, where we have aloe vera juice, both have healing properties, but people like to decide which room the veggies makes much distances of their products a lot of times if you're, creating with a whole new product, something Like that, people will often use a gel, and you just want a healthier liquid us in the next gives you a bit more punch than just water I'll ever get to the next way to go here. We have apple, cider, vinegar, apple, cider, vinegar is often use. Exertion conditioning to hit the hair so lay down the cuticle bit of hair, and that will give it that nice shiny, smooth. Look that you want when you're styling right here. It looks like we have two ordinary glass of water, but we have way more than just that and one hand AB distilled water. Still. Water is imperative with mixing product because it minimizes the growth of bacteria in your product. That'S going on preserving the minute factor is going to grow, but if you use regular, tap water, it's going to grow up even faster see what makes you use the still no roll of water is the other option here, the natural fragrance that you can add to Your product, if you don't mind anything bruising strong like that, an essential oil or whatever shockmount it's a beautiful, flowery fragrance medic, really good good. Here we have Marcus, matcha green tea. Now, when we visited Asia so in green tea, everything actual not so much a bunch of my much you don't notice much ice cream like a brick - and here is your monster. Power mantra has lots of diamonds and minerals. It can often use a face mask it. Can be added to any hair products for the same benefit, then we also have burdock root or our cooking oils. You can also find it a lot of your hair products on ever feed burdock root. That just means that they hold it out water shamed it and use the Chi in how we can do with other communions, then can be said for marshmallow root and elderflower and million liters, and then we also have our super young power. The pre-owned power is great for adding a natural slip to your hair product. We have our food and Reed's over here, avocados that are wonderful for conditioning actually on this label we have avocado oil and avocado butter, so the meat is gives you a assume. We have bananas are often using conditioning and hundreds. You met this that draws moisture from the air into your hair. So if you take one stress all day, long you'll also find a lot of conditioner with bananas or avocados of honey form line. Here assume you have some tiny is past the recipe. That'S on it. So you definitely check that out. That'S a mustache, then we have our a our hair is made of proteins and what is this project? So it's often using our deep treatments along with some of our dairy items, our goat milk powders lowers now over. Here we have an array of butter interesting with butters like this Mikado of other young mmm mmm. This is literally the creamiest butter I've ever singing. In my life I mean, if so, chemicals is almost like a lotion. I could just put it right down and not anything else to this. You should just blend so well, it's definitely my favorite. Then we have mango butter. Mango butter is a bit more juice and texture, but if you whipped it it still come gives you a nice creamy texture and it's still really really soft. It'S not nearly as hard as cocoa butter, cocoa butter man. It smells like chocolate. I actually love that about it, but it's really really crumbly, so you have to make sure you. Sometimes people melt that down. This doesn't get the little sign from whiskey's out of it when they're making product cocoa butter is not as crumbly and cocoa butter, but it's definitely more promptly and a little mortgage work with then the avocado will share the mango. However, copelan is known to have less healing properties and used for hundreds and hundreds of years. Now ancient peoples are known to use cocoa, so it will make sense aside as well as avocado butter, a lot of water and pokemon the most expensive over here. Then you go to the mango, then it goes straight butter, something the whole content is named. Thank you. The finer cream, your butter, there's probably better for your hair and the stick of butter that comes in Africa. So keep that in mind. The next cows have the lighter oils or more easily absorbed into the skin and hair, so that includes grape seed, sweet almond, apricot oil, and then we have our dark olive oils or our bit sticker. So I would recommend this book for finer, textures or maybe Y receptors. I recommend this middle here is aqua bit of coconut oil. We have Kim seed oil here, the green veg, another green color with a nutty flavor. Now on this last row. Here we have our post once this includes things like neem oil, argan, oil and pumpkin seed oil, and these things are really expensive compared to the other world in a much higher design, and you know they're more posted by having smell how they feel in June. Again. So about appliances built in so arguing pumpkin on visit that they're so hard to find here we have our glycerine glycerine, really sick, it's very similar to honey, and then here we have our tea tree oil. It'S a little bit because, whether the strong and the smelt previous model year, then we also have our and on and our blog on that our signors xanthan. You can find it in a lot of your booth. If you read the quick Camille fish, I'll prepare for you in to grocery store, you'll often find family comes now and then guar gum. I like it because it makes the product slide and glide on your hair, which i think is amazing, and then we also have our multiplier here now I will put a couple when they see. Are you the other, are three normal and multiply wax that basically lives alone, the water? It'S nothing really fancy about it. It'S just fun products together, keep it separate and ammonium is a bit scarier of a word, but it's still pretty it's very, very mild on here. You check out gwg org you'll, see that I have a three and yellow tsch, so it's really low when it comes. You have this or a 3-mile being here, but it's a conditioning agent. That'S the difficulty, multiplied and waxed amused. Ammonia and ammonium actually conditions the Strand and look your head feeling way: more, more shreds that can use to multiply West in your province. We have sure sea, salt and brown sugar now there's anyone what you want that get out of the scrub. Then, for example, you want to scrub at them see cleaning, including your skin. Again then you'll use a salt, it's also a bit more drying effect. But if you use a sugar, it's about empowering, not other guys you're, not just going to remove the skin. So keep that in mind sugar work as a salt in your scrubs men, walk, commit who doesn't like sugar, okay and then relax, and we have our soap yeah black. So we have castile soap. Both are naturally drives and last soap is actually a combination of shea butter and glycerin. It'S already ready for you to use, but a lot of times it's really drawing harsh on it feels rough on our skin, so you could actually put it in a double boiler. Won'T melt it down and Canadian favorite oils back in fragrances and then let it fit, and you create your own glass of champers, so you can customize. Well, that's a lot of increased guys thanks for watching this whole video. We know it was a little well click on the link in description for complete grocery list to be tighter. Tell us what enrages Nick we're missing in the comment section and stay tuned for our next video on the top 25 tools. You'Ll need check us out at chroma-trak console more rest. You
