Honest Product Review On Emerge Hair Care... Yeah This Aint It Sis

Hey y'all welcome back to my channel. So i know that you're a part of that gang and if you are returning, hey girl, hey gang, what's up ost anywho, yes, so in today's video i'm gon na be trying out some new products. I'Ve never really seen anyone try these products out unless, like i just haven't, been looking or i've been living under a rock, but i saw these products in walmart, i believe and crazy story. The reason why i picked them up is because i was going to try to film a video while i was stuck in texas, but there was no power, so i was like how was y'all gon na see me but yeah. So i'm like okay, but i'm just i'm home now so i was like i will still um. You know, try the products out and show y'all how they work and what i think about them. So, yes, let's just go ahead and get into the video all right. Y'All, so i know i've been gone for a little minute. We'Re not really gon na talk about that in this video. I'M gon na be making like a life update tomorrow, so be on the lookout for that, but anywho. The products that i'm going to be using today is by this brand called emerge, and i really haven't seen nobody talk about these products and i just randomly saw them and i was like: let's try it out, so i got there leaving their curl definition and softness. Oh, it's a it's a buttercream, i got their buttercream and then i got a styling gel. So this is what the leave-in looks like. I do already have this in my hair um because i did put it in while in the shower, so i'm gon na go ahead and, like you know, get out of t on this. It like it's like a like a milk texture. I would say it's not thick at all. It looks like it would be thick just by looking at it in the bottle, but it's nice, it's kind of thin um. I don't like it. You know it was cool. You know i don't. I just really don't have much to say about it. It'S just a leave-in, i feel like it was soft the smell. I don't know what kind of smell this is like it has like a clean smell. I don't know like it. Just really really wasn't like getting me there, so i was like okay, let's see what the other problem is talking about, but it was moisturizing. It did what it was supposed to do. I'M gon na take this out to see like how my hair look, because i really washed my hair like a while ago. So it's kind of dry but we're gon na see if it still feel like a little moisturized from the leave-in okay yeah. So it's still pretty wet. Well, it's like damp and okay. My hair feels pretty soft. I mean i did deep condition which my hair needed a deep conditioner, so bad it was so freaking dry. I was like lower. Please help it, but it feels pretty good for the most part. So i guess i guess it did its job. So i'm about to go ahead and go in and re-wet this and go in with the next product. Let me go ahead and tell y'all what that is, so this is their the worx buttercream um. It says for curly and coily textures. It comes in a nice sized jar and these products were not expensive at all um. I think they were like five and six dollars, maybe seven eight at the most. I don't know i really can't remember, but this is how it looks on the inside. I hope you all can see that. Let'S see what this texture is talking about. Okay, yeah! This is kind of thick, so that might be good. I just hope these products mix well. They should because they're from the same brand, but you know you never know but um. Let me go ahead and wet this, so i can get it going to put the buttercream in all right, so i'm gon na start off with like about this much just to see how it's gon na work. Okay, it's not super thick. It'S not super thick. It'S kind of like normal now that i rubbed it in my hands, it's kind of normal, so we're going to go in with this see what it's giving i'm going to take some more. It has the same smell as the leave-in. I don't know what to describe the smell as it's not like super strong, but it don't stink. So that's good, okay, starting to clump the curls a little bit, not much, but we're getting a little clumpage all right! So now i'm about to just brush this out! Y'All already know that you're real, even though my hair is detangled, but i like to make sure it's super detangle and i like using this brush because it really you know, gives my curls some definition. Okay, we got a little clump, but this by itself, no man - it's not enough - it's not gon na. Do it for me all right, so the last product is this style goals gel and it looks like this - is for curly and coily textures as well. So, hopefully, just give me some definition: let's see what this is talking about. Now we can see what this is giving. Okay, it's not a thick gel, it's kind of thin, i'm a little nervous, but we're gon na see what it do. Okay, it's giving up! More definition than the cream for sure, but it ain't like super defined. Let me add a little bit more. Oh, so i'm gon na add a lot because y'all know me. I need to hold in the definition i need both. So let's try to get something going. I will say my hair does feel moisturized, it's very smooth going through it's like really gliding on my hair. So that is a good thing, but the definition is just not there. For me, it's just not the one for me shawty i need more, but i mean it defines the curls. It'S just it's not going to be super fun. I know that so but hey, we might get more moisture than definition, which is still good because you know as long as your hair is moisturized man you in there like swimwear but yeah. I feel like this is kind of all i can get from this. I don't want to put too much gel so yeah we're just going to keep going and see how it turns out, but this is how that first section is looking okay y'all. So i'm done putting all the products in my hair, then my edges and, as you all can see it's getting very much frizzy, but i mean it's still defined for the most part um. So i'm gon na go ahead and diffuse this and see what it do and see if we can make it shake cuz we're here now, but my hair still looks good, though at least it ain't, like you know, not doing anything so yeah imma go ahead and Diffuse it okay, you guys i'm done diffusing and, as you can see, it's giving very much lion. King very much freeze, very much poof, okay, um yeah. I don't really have much to say: i mean the volume is there, you know it's not stiff, but it's just very big and you know. Usually this is like day three four, but it's day one okay, shawty like this day, one i barely. I ain't have to pick this. I was thinking about, like you know, putting my bobby pins like i usually do to get my hair in my face. I feel, like you know, that'll make it cute, of course, but you know sometimes i like doing that. All the time, but you know because i'll just usually put the bobby pins right here so then the hair will, like you know, light like that, but i don't feel like doing that. So i mean i might i might do it. But if y'all been following me, you kind of know like what that looks like so that'll make it cute. But i just want to show y'all like really how it came out before i like did anything else to it. But it's giving very much frizz and poof and it's probably not gon na last long. It'S probably going to be in a ponytail tomorrow, but you know we not everything works. You know a lot of you guys say on my channel like girl. It seems like all everything your hair always come out. I mean it's not ugly, it's just you know it's not giving what my hair uses the gifts on day, one so um, i feel like these products definitely are geared towards like not as like kinky hair. I mean they say curly and cooly, but it's a kinky and i don't know if y'all would describe my hair as kinky. But clearly, like you know some products. They don't work for me and even though it defined it some um, the moisture just wasn't all the way there. For me, it wasn't enough and i didn't want to put too much gel, but i mean at least i got some. You know definition. So, if i was to you know, put it in like a little ponytail or something it'll be cute, but um yeah - and this is my good side over here - the curls kind of looking a little better on this side. But this side is struggling. I got to put a lot of oil on my hair for it to not look like a sahara desert. Okay, like i don't know why my hair always be looking dry, but it was for sure for sure looking dry, it don't be looking dry on camera, but in person yeah, it looks dry like i don't understand how how's my hair dropped when it's stuff in it, But yeah that's pretty much my review um. If you want to give them a try, go ahead, they are cheap, they aren't um expensive, and if your hair is a little more finer than mine, then i felt like these products would definitely work for you. So you know i'm not going to just totally say they're trash because they're not trash they just it's not it for me, but yeah. That'S pretty much it for this video. Let me know if y'all want me to try out some more products that y'all ain't heard of, because i never heard them until i literally just saw them, and so i probably haven't seen them before, but just never like. I was like. Oh don't pick them up. You know so um yeah.
