#showerroutine #skincare #haircare

Hello guys welcome back to my channel. This is my fall. Pamper shower routine, so I am going to show you my skincare routine, my hair care, feminine hygiene shaving. Everything that I do in the shower. My skin and hair get really dry when it starts to get cold out, so this routine really helps me with that. The first thing that I do is, I run a warm bath, so I can soak in it for 20 minutes before using an exfoliation mitt. So I also took the mitt and I soaked it for 20 minutes in hot water before using it and by the way. These are things that are on the directions of like how to use this exfoliation mitt sitting in the bath, helps to soften my skin, which makes it easier to remove the dead skin. When I go on to use the exfoliation mitt also, I recommend, if you're, going to do this to like wash your body a little bit before you get in the bath, just to make sure that you are clean at least like semi-clean. Just to make sure that you have like your oil and like dirt that you might have on your body, sweat off of your skin before you use the mitt while I'm in the bath, I oil, my hair. So, to do this, I am using castor oil, jojoba oil Fable and Mains Holly Roots, Hair Oil and rosemary oil. Usually I like to put all of these oils on a plate and apply it to my hair that way by just dipping my fingers on the plate, but because I was just in the bath, I just put it on my fingers, so I just massage this mixture Throughout my scalp I put my hair up and wait until I get in the shower to shampoo and condition then from there. You are supposed to put your hand in the mitt and rub it in a circular motion. So I used a lot of pressure because I guess that's what you're supposed to do and, as you can see, I really did see skin peeling off, which was amazing. It really just removes any dead skin that you might have. Although my skin looks bright red here, it went away completely after I got out of the shower, and my skin was just left feeling really smooth and you know not red at all. However, I just want to make sure that I emphasize here if you have sensitive skin, I don't recommend that you use this. As a matter of fact, I recommend that you just like slowly work your way up to the pressure level, because if you go, you know as hard as I'm going here in this video with the exfoliation mitt, just like right off the bat it could. I don't know - maybe it's just like too hard for your skin and you have a bad reaction, so just work your way up periodically as you use it to see what level of pressure is both effective and safe for you to use. Also, just like a side note, I don't know how necessary this exfoliation is the skin on your body. Just sheds, like you, you don't have to peel it off it just sheds. Naturally, however, the mint definitely makes my skin feel smoother. It makes my skin more glowy and just look softer overall. So does it help? Yes, is it necessary? No after using the mitt, I rinsed off my body to get the peeled dead skin off side note, there is dead skin that you will see on the floor of your a shower or wherever you are using this so anyway. I just tried to wash all of that off and then I washed my hair, so I used one of my favorite shampoos of all time, which is the Moroccan oil hydration shampoo, you guys have seen me use this so many times I lathered the shampoo between my Hands, first, just to get it going with a nice lather so that it spreads evenly and easily on my scalp than I shampooed my roots, only I rinsed and then I shampooed again just to make sure that my hair was clean and oil free after shampooing. I tried to get as much water out of my hair as possible by gently wringing it out so that the hair mask that I'm going to use next will work or works as best as possible on my hair, so the hair mask I'm using is olaplex number. Eight, this is one of my favorite hair masks. It really helps to make my hair feel smooth and detangled which helps to prevent damage in the days after using it. Also, it has a nice scent not too like overpowering, but it's just like that. Typical all black scent that I really like I left this hair mask in for three minutes, and then I rinsed it out. You can leave it in for longer than three minutes. I just rinse it out and it seems to work just as well now I am done with hair care and I'm moving on to body skincare. The very first thing I do after washing my hair is I clean the crevices, slash folds of my body, like behind my ears, my armpits, my belly button in between my fingernails in between my fingers, um in between my toes, and this is something that I've talked About so much on my channels from my experience, it's the number one way to improve my body odor, at least because a huge contributor to body oil is when you don't clean those small easy to forget areas of your body and you just let the sweat build Up so yeah, this really helps to get rid of that. I use a washcloth and a bar of dial antibacterial soap, because I want a heavy duty clean on these areas of my body. So so then I wash my face. The Sarah V foaming facial cleanser and then I move on to the rest of my body, and this is a side note, but I actually should move on to the hydrating cream to foam cleanser. The foaming facial cleanser is really good for my skin in the summertime, because my skin gets really oily. However, when it is approaching fall and it's starting to get colder out, I always switch to the hydrating cream to foam cleanser, because it's not as drying on my skin. So next I use this silicone loofah with this Dove body. Soap that I love it has this, like light scent, a really nice lather, it's gentle, it's actually formulated for sensitive skin but onto the silicone sponge. Loofah thing. I absolutely love this because it's just so easy to rinse once you're done using it there's, never any soap. Residue left behind it helps to lather the soap really nicely. Whenever I apply body soap with my hands, I find myself using a lot of soap compared to when I use this silicone body scrubber thing. I only need to do like two pumps of soap and it covers my entire body. I think it just really helps to not waste the soap to lather it so that it spreads around nicely. It'S just amazing one of my favorite body care products right now compared to one of those like loofahs they're, not as easy to clean bacteria can build up on it, whereas the silicone body scrubber it's just easier to clean. Next, I use the dove exfoliating body polish. This is a really gentle exfoliant. It just makes my skin shiny and almost glossy looking the smell. Oh, my God. The smell is 10 out of 10. and I know I'm exfoliating after using the exfoliation mitt, it is an exfoliant because it has those like physical exfoliants. It'S not like a heavy duty exfoliant on my skin, it's safe to use after the mitt after exfoliating. I always shave because it helps to prevent ingrown hairs and razor bumps, since my skin is as smooth as possible and just dead skin free. So nothing can clog. The pores thus causing like ingrown hairs or whatever so usually I use conditioner or a hair mask to shave. But in this video I decided to try natoriums. Is that how you pronounce it? It'S Susan yara's, like body care and Skin Care, brand glow, getter multi-oil body wash mixed with a little bit of this Neutrogena Body Oil. This is not sponsored at all. The brand did send this to me, however, like not sponsored not affiliated, never worked with them. Nothing in the works like nothing, so my opinion is 100, my own. I absolutely love this. Oh, my gosh. This is like my number one favorite body care product. At the moment it is the most luxurious feeling body soap I have ever used. It is smooth. It has a lather, but it also has this like light oily feeling, it's really really lightly scented. It is amazing. It makes my skin so smooth it's like The Best of Both Worlds. It cleans your skin gently, but it also makes it extremely smooth. You guys need to try this. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for sending this to me, because this is just amazing. I think I'm just going to shave with this. From now on, I am obsessed, and then I finished up with some Neutrogena Body Oil. I love applying body oil in the shower. It just makes my skin really smooth when I get out, and I don't have to do like as intense of a moisturization routine like I usually don't even have to put on lotion when I get out of the shower. If I don't have enough time, because the oil just like locks in moisture and makes my skin feel really smooth and soft feminine hygiene, so I use the soap that I found on Amazon. It is the love Wellness pH, balancing cleanser feminine wash. It is fragrance free, completely unscented, it's just like a really gentle wash with no harsh ingredients. It'S literally just gently cleans your skin and I'm not gon na go in into like detail here, but I only use it on the outside. Read the directions. If you try this out, follow the directions carefully and you will be good. So thank you guys so much for watching this video. I'M really excited, because I am planning on filming, more pamper, routine videos more like at home, spa day, videos. Those are just the types of videos I love watching lately, so I hope that this has inspired you to practice. Some self-care take a nice long shower. Make yourself feel pampered. Thank you guys so much for watching. I love all of you and I'll talk to you. Guys next time,

Bev Vlog: I’m lazy to move, so I’m just going to watch you doing what I'm supposed to do. Imagining it was me.

NaiNai ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ: i love this shower routine its so relaxing and it makes me feel productive definitely will do a shower routine and love the content always you are such a motivation Audrey!

Andreea Ilie: Audrey, please try not to exfoliate so agresive and too often your skin. Those natural oils help protect your skin too and you can use only a scrub 1/2 per week and it is more than enough. Also, after this exfoliation I would recommend you to use a very oily cream or even butter for skin .... Btw, love your hair . Always looks so soft and smooth

Michelle Navarrette: What a fabulous shower routine. I need all these products... all.the.products!! Girl, you do the best shower routines.

Joanna Marie ♥️: I just started using some island vanilla products from Pacifica and they are so gentle but effective love a good shower routine!!

Daughter of THE King: Audrey, your oil hack saved my skin! In autumn/winter my skin gets so dry and I used to apply so much body lotion.. But still end up itchy and dry. Now I started applying oil to my skin when it's still damp, and it makes a huuuuge difference. Most of the time I can even skip the bodylotion!! Thanks

Paphosa: Every girl needs this kind of shower routine

Patrycja: I don't have any shower routines when autumn begins, because it's getting cold, and it's so cold in my bathroom I would probably turn into an iceberg if I waited for the body lotion to absorb. So the only thing I can do is a quick shower, wear warm pajamas, go to my bed, and watch shower routines on YouTube

OUMAYMA EL MELHAOUI: Great video .. As a moroccan , we re used to the mitt ,part of our culture One tip to get the best of the this type.of exfoliation.not to soap yr body before .. Just get it as warm as u can ..nd watch all the dead skin coming off

H P: How long does that Dove Exfoliator last you? It seemed like you needed to use a lot of it. Not a problem. Wondering about your true answer to this. Thanks!

nholie: I just found your channel from your butt skincare routine and I was looking for help with my body routine. Yayyyyy! I absolutely love your channel. Totally not binging them all right now.

KrithaG: Thanks for the tutorial on bathing. Came in clutch for my third decade on the planet.

Hind Ez-zahraouy: Hello sweetie I have a tip for you This is the method that you use to remove the dead skin, we call it in my country the Moroccan bath, but you must use the municipal soap before removing the dead skin with a loofah and gently so as not to irritate your skin Love you

Nicole C: I love these!

Ley: i just wanna say that the first thing you did is called " moroccan bath " and arabs/moroccans been using it for years there are other things you can do not only the scrubbing you should try it, its really good

Kelly Luzecky: I Audrey and everyone! I have a request for the next video idea. You should do putting coffee grounds into your shampoo for a week. Thanks!

M Iko: How often do you do this full routine?

Leafy: I'd probably do this on a day I don't have to wash my hair. My bathtub isn't comfortable enough to just relax in.

Aniqa Asif: Your skin is so smooth and shiny woah

Not enough Nelsons fan!!: I always watch these types of videos and think that my shower routine will look this good, but it definitely does not...

Faouzi mohammed: Just I wanted to say that this is a tradisional moroccan bath 2:46 and i love your routine

Emi Trajk: I like your hair videos, I do think that you give very good recommendations and tips, but omg the amount of different products that you use and the times that you exfoliate your skin is concerning. I don't think that the skin needs this much cleaning, on the contrary it's a bad habit. The skin on the body should be treated the same way as on the face, this is very harsh. Also, a lot of wasted water in the bath just to soak your body in my opinion. A good tip that I can give is using a dry brush, no water waste, a lot more gentle and does the job. I've been using it for years and I'm very satisfied with the results afterwards

zain zain: Have you ever tried the k18 mask or shampoos ? Would love to see your review on it

Ashleigh Arora: Hey! I love your tattoo on your rib cage! Where did you get the design from? I really want to get one like this.

Saaniya Duggal: Isn’t that too much for skin? That’ll make my skin super sensitive

Sharon: Could you share what foundation you are using?

Alotaibi A: how often do you repeat this routine?

lily Guetter: i love this type of video specially when its u

sn12: Can you please link the silicone loofah. It's not in any of the links in the description box and this is the 2nd time you've shown it, got me intrigued but no links. Please link it
