Olaplex do's and don'ts with a certified trichologist do use olaplex number seven if you want to add shine to your hair. This is a great product, don't use the shampoo and conditioner number four and five unless you have damaged hair. If your hair is healthy, these products will just make your hair feel heavier and oilier do use olaplex number three. If you have damaged hair, this one is strong and great, but don't leave olaplex number three on longer than 90 minutes or you could experience an irritated scalp. Don'T waste your money on olaplex number, zero! Stick with old Plex number three, which does everything you need to repair damaged, hair do use olaplex number six, but use it sparingly too. Much will weigh your hair down and don't use olaplex number nine number six is better tag. Someone who uses olaplex and needs to hear this
