A scalp massage technique to use to stimulate hair growth, or at least keep the blood flow circulating in the scalp. The wide toothed, wooden comb, will brush the scalp surface without tangling or pulling on the hair. Also, dead and dry skin is brushed away using this technique, cleaning the scalp and letting the hair breathe.

Yo how's it going so I'm gon na talk about my last technique. I like to do for head massage and stimulating hair follicles and helping you grow back. Some of your hair. I mentioned the hand massage and the Thai massage stick, and this third technique is just this wooden brush. Here it's called a boar bristle brush. This one is actually made of bamboo bristles in just a wood base. It'S very simple: it's cheap around ten dollars. You can buy it on the link below or anywhere you want really so. This is just for massaging the scalp, because it's very gentle and then just is a wide space comb and it just sort of wakes up your hair follicles and wait wakes up your scalp area, I'm just by doing simple brush patterns. So I've been doing this for a few months. My friend recommended doing it. I noticed on YouTube. There are a bunch of other people trying it out seems like some people are having success. I mean I wouldn't see why not given the fact that it's just you know helping the blood circulation and improving your scalp. So this is not my primary method of natural hair growth remedies. I just do this, maybe a total of two to three minutes a day. I do my hand scalp massage, is my primary method, but you can see in my previous video. This is just sort of like a technique. I use just to wake up my my scalp, just when I feel like you know it's it's kind of sleepy. I guess as a weird way to say it, and it just needs a little little boost, because you know if you're dealing with baldness or hair loss. You know that the environment in your in your hair, your scalp, needs a lot of maintenance. We'Re not lucky that you know we can just wake up any day and put these hair gels and toxic shampoos and never have to worry about our hairline receding. You know we are not the lucky ones, so we require a lot of maintenance. So this is the third thing I would recommend you do for just maintaining a healthy stimulated. You know circulated scalp. So all I you do. Is you just comb, your hair, you know and for me the best thing that works is making clockwise circles kind of running through my temple and running through the middle of my hair, and I go down the back and then circle around to the front, and I Just kind of do this over and over, and it feels nice and relaxing and just you know, stimulate your scalp a little bit you're also going to get rid of you know, dry skin. It might be sitting on your scalp or dead skin. You see a little bit of coming off, don't be alarmed, then go over to the other side and just sort of stimulate it just sort of brush in these circles like that, if you want to do a different method, where you're kind of going back and forth Or whatever you want, that's totally fine, but I prefer these circular method, the circles so up to you. So this is pretty much it. You can see the product below and yeah, I'm not afraid to my hairline here it is, I do you know, hide it with my long hair and and that's just what makes me comfortable. But you know it is what it is. Everyone has a different story with their hair, so hopefully this will help you out, and you know if you have good results. Let me know all right. Good luck to you.

Persiah 777: I wouldn't recommend brushing like this. I've read alot of information on the topic and while it may work for some, most of us have more fragile hair and brushing that fast and aggressive will lead to more hairloss. Personally, I use a scalp massage tool that I got at Kohl's for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night. Much more gentle way to target blood flow to the scalp

Juan Manuel Pérez: I'm currently using a wooden brush like this, but i don't do the same brushing, i place the brush in a head spot, then i press with it my scalp and do little circles, not rubbing it trough the scalp, only moving the scalp with the brush, it helps on removing the scalp tension and then helping it get the blood flow, also check out on massaging your temporalis muscle to help get rid of the tension you get in the frontal area.

Zen Q: I have been doing this for 2 yrs, 10 min every morning, and yes it can regrow ur hair

COTE Official: I got same hairline as you. Started receding at 21 and was able to maintain up to now at 34. I'm using fina (2 years now) and minoxidil. I've never used brush but will start tomorrow (just ordered on Amazon). I'm looking to get a HT in the next few months. they can fix everything nowadays even shitty hairlines or eyebrows or beards.

IM-ON-RUMBLE: This is very good to get blood flowing the the scalp but you need to provide the proper nutrients like Zinc. The very best food you can consume for hair growth are walnuts which contain Zinc, Selenium, essential oils, biotin and Omega 3's. Give it 3 months.
