Hello, everybody. I hope that you and your loved ones are doing well today and they're taking care, so i'm really nervous and excited to be saying this for the first time ever, but thank you too function of beauty for sponsoring this video. So i have been trying to invest more in my hair and treat my wavy slush curly hair. The way it deserves to be treated, but i always felt a little bit overwhelmed starting on new products, not quite sure what would be best for my hair. So when a function of beauty reached out thought it was perfect for me and also for you all, since you tend to be asking a lot about my hair and how i take care of it. So, okay, i just realized. I wasn't in focus the whole time, but i ended up getting a little custom, shampoo, conditioner and then just an extra little hair mask and basically how you do that. Is you go to their? I think online quiz. It'S very easy, takes about two minutes. I think to complete, but i take a little longer because i'm indecisive, but i basically put in what kind of hair i have so your hair type lines is wavy, slash, curly, but it's mostly wavy and then how big your hair is minus more on the fine Size, your scalpel might dry because i pick at it it's a bad habit of mine, but let me see what else and then you choose about five different hair goals which for me were to hydrate, um anti-frizz and you can choose if it's silicone, free or not. So if you do like the curly girl method, i think you need a silicone free shampoo, but i wasn't ready to make that commitment. So i got silicone in my shampoo and you can choose the color as well as the scent. I got this pretty icy blue shade and i also ended up getting it with a light mild, vanilla scent, which is a perfect amount of sand. In my opinion, and then for the conditioner. I chose to have no color added to it and i think no scent as well just to see what it was like and it's still lovely and then that's it. You just wait in the comfort of your home for your hair care to arrive some of the things that i immediately loved about this. This is adorable. You can't you can't say that this isn't some of the prettiest haircare packaging you've seen it's very simple and cute little designs, so i feel extra fancy when i'm in the shower now so far when i first tried it out and continued every time i tried it. I think, for three weeks now i noticed my hair finishes with a lot more volume um. The girls, i would say, have been lasting a little longer, but i've also been like using some pillowcases and some new hair cream just trying to take as best care of my hair as possible, and also because i chose the scalp. It comes with this little like menthol tingle and for my dry scalp, which is also itchy. Like i say i pick at it out of stress it's one of my worst habits right now. It felt so good to have that little tingly sensation on my scalp. So i look forward to showering a lot more other than that. I do love that the bottles and all the materials that it arrived in like this little cardboard. All of these are recyclable. This is 100 recyclable, crafted packaging and the bottles themselves are also made from 100 recycled plastic, which i think it's wonderful to know that function of beauty is thinking about these things, thinking about their product in a sustainable way. So that's a plus for me and the formulations are vegan cruelty, free, paraben, free gmo, free, sulfate, free, no toxins. So you can be a lot more confident with what you're putting on, or at least, if you're thinking about it, which now i'm trying to think more about what i'm putting on my hair but yeah so far, i've really enjoyed using these. I almost forgot to mention this little hair mask has replaced layer mask that i did previously. I'Ve really been enjoying this one as well. You just put it in after you've, shampooed conditioned and leave it and really leave it for about five minutes or so. In my hair - and i think it just adds a little extra boost of hydration, so i'm gon na link it in my description box. How can i help you today? Okay, yeah, of course, so just a wash and trim and just a little styling okay, and were you thinking of doing maybe conditioning treatment or well? Do you mind maybe taking your hair down for me just for a second, so i can see okay, and do you mind if i touch your hair? Thank you so much well. I can totally do that for you. Thank you for putting your trust in me. I'Ll go ahead and start taking care of you. If you let me okay, so let's just go ahead and walk to our little wash station. Okay, so i just want to make sure that you're, nice and comfortable your neck doesn't hurt okay. Well, i just want to make sure you're even more comfortable it'll, be nice and soft and provide a little extra cushion for you. So i'm just gon na let your neck a little uh i'll just place that there okay, so i'm gon na go ahead and turn on the water and get it adjusted just right for you. Okay, let me know how that is: let's just start by getting your hair a little soaked, and next i picked out a couple: shampoos conditioner, as well as a hair, mask that i thought would be perfect for your hair. Do okay, this one smells so good! It'S like a soft vanilla, just getting some of the suds activated now, i'm just gon na start the top of your head. My fingertips, look at the back here, just this relaxing massage, really, okay and working that leftover sides and down your ears. I'M just gon na grab some of the water or anything so, let's apply. Some conditioner now got a lot of bumps there, and this has a nice little tinkling sensation on your scalp. Let me know how i feel: okay and, let's start just applying to working my way up so make sure it's evenly distributed and just massaging it okay and let's go ahead. So, okay, now that the conditioner is all rinsed out, i think we're gon na go in with a hair mask and this one smells lovely as well, but it's just a rich cream and we're just gon na take about that much and work it into your hair. So i'm gon na start at the end, just get them saturated and out, and one more and we're just gon na. Let that sit for about one two: five minutes: okay, okay! So we're just gon na go ahead and rinse that out and get you over to trim and style your hair, okay, okay, so, and beautiful. Okay, now before you get up, i've got this little hair towel. I thought we could wrap your hair up in so you're. Not trailing water behind you, okay, so let's go ahead and get here and just just twist it okay! Is that nice and comfy for you, okay, perfect! Then let's go ahead and walk over to my world from so i think your hair should be a little drier by now, so i'm gon na go ahead and remove a little hair towel. Okay, just start at the base and gently just like your natural hair down beautiful, so i'm gon na take this wide toothed comb and just brush your hair a little bit so i'm gon na start right just at the end, the other side back here and all The way back, okay and now, i'm just gon na beautiful, wonderful. Let me just grab a couple things i'll need to start trimming right here, which one might be best, so i'm just going to trim off the length that we discussed. I won't do any more than that and just give your hair a little bit more shape to it. Okay, okay, so i'm gon na start by using this little end to get some sections on your ear. Okay, perfect as well, okay, and i think that should be good, go ahead and get started. Okay, i think i'm gon na start right on this side: okay, beautiful and a little more on this, and just okay, wonderful and now on this side right here and i'm just gon na arrange behind you. If that's okay and the other side as well. Okay, let's go ahead and bring one of the sections down: okay and i'm just gon na try to beautiful, okay, beautiful and the other side. Okay, okay! So go ahead and take a look at this angle too. You like it okay, good, just make sure. You'Re being honest, let me know if there's any little thing you want me to change at the end of the day, it's your hair and i want to make sure you're happy with it. Okay, okay! Well, then, we're gon na go ahead and add a little bit of product to style your hair first, but gon na add some water back onto your hair. Since i see it's drying a little bit and what i'm gon na be adding is a little bit of a curl defining cream okay, perfect. So i've got my little spray, so i'm just gon na add and then comb through your hair. Okay, so long on the side that looks about right, i'm gon na go back in with this white tooth comb and just make sure that water is distributed. Okay, okay, so it looks like your hair is evenly saturated, so i'm gon na add some of this girl defining cream. So we'll start a bit more three pumps, and just it has a nice smell to it too, and i'm just gon na run it through her hair with my fingers, focusing more so on the ends on the side and right on the back. Okay and now i'm just gon na scrunch her a little bit to better activate those curls. Okay, okay, now go ahead and take a look. Okay! Great! Would you like me to apply some hate to it, or do you prefer to just let it dry, naturally, air dry, okay, me too. Actually so we'll just leave it like that truthfully is it? Is it what you hope for or okay well, that makes me happy. So feel free to take a seat and just unwind, while your hair dries. We have a couple magazines and some polishes.
