Sup guys today we're doing a favorite products of 2015. I used a lot of products this year somewhere, ok somewhere good, and then there are ones that I thought were amazing, and so I'm only gon na share with you today, the ones that I thought were actually like amazing and that I would personally purchase again. So I'm doing this video a little bit differently, I'm going to be doing myself only 60 seconds, I'm going to be timing myself to talk about each product, but I do have a good amount of products here and I don't want to spend too much time talking About each one, because I can I can't talk a lot so yeah, so I'm going to give myself only 60 seconds and before I start for those who are asking I'm just wearing the NYX black macaron on my lips, I'm feeling a little gothic today. This is just representative of my current mood. Oh it's actually going to do the video in a hood, because that's how I feel right now, but that was like you know what stop being so emo. I put one minute on the clock, so first I want to talk about is one of my staples, which is my homemade shea butter cream. I have a video on how I make this, which I will link for you right here. You can click that to check it out. It'S really easy and fast to make. I know exactly what's inside of it, but besides that it just works really really well. My hair loves this stuff. It'S not really a moisturizer, it's more of a sealant, so I use it to seal the moisture into my hair and I use it for styling and that kind of stuff yeah. This is been a staple in my routine for probably over 4 plus years. I'M sure you've seen it in most of my videos - flax, seed gel. I don't have the actual gel with me, because it is something that I make as I need it. So I'm just showing you the flax seeds right now. You can get this from any grocery store and I do have a video on how I make this again. I will link it for you if you want to see it and click here. This stuff is just really moisturizing as it dries. It creates a nice soft hold and it's just a really convenient gel. You can make as little or as much as you want. I think I've had this bag for probably almost a year now, and it's only halfway through flax seed gel has been a staple of my routine for years now, and I love it another staple in my routine is my hair and body oil. Again, I have other video on how I make this and I'll link it for you here. If you don't have all the ingredients, you can just use a whole boil, which is really great, don't need to follow it exactly what I will say that this is just amazing. I use it in the shower after I wash my hair to seal, and then I rinse it out and my hair is just so unbelievably soft and it also helps to detangle my hair. So it's really another clutch item and staple in my routine that I have been using for years and it's not going anywhere. I love this stuff. Something else that I've been using for many years is my clay wash probably since 2010, when I used to buy it. I do make my own now using rasol clay. I have a couple of videos on how I make them, which I will link for you, so I no longer use shampoo. I just like to cleanse with clay wash it's just much more gentle. It doesn't strip the oil from your hair and when you rinse it out, your hair feels really soft and just very clean, so shampoos don't really make your hair feel like that, which is why I continue to go back to my clay wash. This is the result. Clay and I'll place a link in the description box, for where I get all of my ingredients, for you guys. Ok, this is my last DIY product. I promise you. This is my most recent recipe that I've shared using fenugreek fenugreek is just amazing. It'S such a thick in your hair. It'S really moisturizing, it helps to detangle, and so the deep conditioner that I make has just been amazing for my hair. I use it every single week before I wash my hair. I honestly don't know if it has helped to thicken my hair, it's kind of a big today, anyway yeah I give it a try if you have thin hair and you're looking to make it a little bit more thick, try adding fenugreek to your regimen, even if It doesn't make your hair thick, it's really great for detangling and it's going to help to condition your hair, and so it's really good, probably the only staple in my routine, that is a store-bought product for the Trader Joe's tea tree. Tingle conditioner is just a holy grail. For me, this stuff is amazing. It'S really inexpensive and I love that the ingredients are pretty much all natural helps to detangle my hair and moisturizes, my hair, and it just it breaks apart those tangles so well. I'Ve been using this for years. I'Ve tried other conditioners. This is still my favorite, the Trader Joe's tea tree tingle. You can find it obviously at Trader Joe's a new conditioner that I try this year was the honest conditioner. It'S actually really great. It has a ton of slip actually more slip than tea-tree tingle conditioner, it's all natural. The honest conditioner is a little bit thicker, so I like that the Trader Joe's isn't as thick because it kind of moves throughout your hair a little bit easier. I mean they both have their pluses and the minuses, but I stick with the Trader Joe's just because the price this is $ 10, and this is like four or five. But if you don't have a Trader Joe's near you and you can get to Target, they saw the honest conditioners at Target and this is a great alternative. The Aussie moist conditioner, my cousin, actually put me on to this - does the conditioner that you can find at most grocery stores. It'S very moisturizing when you put it on it, works really well to help detangle the hair and it glides throughout your hair very easily. There'S a lot of slit. The only thing that I don't like about this is that it's not natural at all, and it has a very synthetic type of feel to it. So while it is moisturizing and very detangling when it's in your hair, when you rinse it out, you definitely need something else on top of it to make it here, I feel like it's protected and moisturized, but another plus to this is that you get a lot Of it this is a 29 almost 34 ounce container and it retails for like five dollars. So I mean that's an amazing deal and you can find it at most grocery stores, Carol's Daughter, black, vanilla, conditioner. It smells so unbelievably good, but besides the scent it detangles. So well again, it's one of those conditioners that really feels like it's soaking into your hair and really working those tangles out. You don't have to do a lot of work because it actually does it for you and when you rinse your hair, your hair still feels moisturized and soft. The one bad thing about this black vanilla is the price tag it's a little expensive. But again, it feels very luxurious when you're using it as another Carol's Daughter product, it's from their monoi line. The monoi and the black vanilla line are amazing. They have so much lip. They smell amazing. Another thing with the monoi is that it has monoi oil in it, which is said to improve your hair and make it stronger. I don't know if it does that, because I haven't been using it for a long term enough, but I can tell you that it feels really good and it smells great. Another downside of this product, just like the black vanilla, is that it is expensive. But if you're looking for a splurge you're wanting to treat yourself this product is we were they? I want to talk about another product from Ostia that I tried this year. It is the Aussie instant, freeze, hairspray in the extreme level. This stuff is exactly what it says it is. It is so extreme, it's probably really bad for your hair you're going to want to probably rinse it out as soon as you use it, but I think for special events. If you're going somewhere, that's really humid. I think that this is a great option just because it does create a really great barrier and it does lock and freeze your hair in place. So I think, using this on occasion when needed, wouldn't hurt at all, and it does a really great job. The biosilk rock-hard jelly, this stuff is like the equivalent of that hairspray and that it locks your hair in place like your hair is not going to move again, probably not a good idea for a long term wear, but I believe, if you're living in a humid Climate or you just need to lock a wet style in place. This stuff is not going to revert on you. Your hair will not go anywhere again. The only downside of this is that it is not a natural product, but again there are a lot of you out there who don't really care about that. So just make sure that you wash it out soon after because your hair is so hard that it's almost like an icicle like I'm afraid that it's kind of like break the strands like one more gel product that I finally bit the bullet and try. This here - and I don't know what the heck took me so long, even though everybody raved about it, was eco styler gel. I finally used eco styler gel, so I like to use my flash gel for my washing goes. If I have a style that is on straight hair, I can't use my flash dough because it is so water-based that it reverts my hair. So I really like that the eco styler is still very smooth and it feels moisturizing when it's going on, even though it's probably not, but it's very smooth it glides on and it's inexpensive and you can find it at most Beauty Supply stores. So I have a couple more deep conditioners. I tried this. Your first one is from Shea Moisture. It'S the manuka honey, intensive, hydration hair mask you find this at Target. I think you could find at Sally's Beauty, it's just a really nice moisturizing, deep conditioner. It helps to detangle your hair, it glides really easily over the hair very thick for girls who really want that thick moisturizing weight on their hair. It also smells really really good. Also by Shea Moisture, drum they're Jamaican Jamaican a Jamaican black, castor oil, strengthen grow and restore treatment mask very similar to the manuka honey. It'S very moisturizing detangles really really well has some really great weight to it. Your hair feels moisturized after you take it out. It almost feels like something that you made at home, which is something i like that i like that, feel it feels very natural. I do think that the manuka honey has yeah. The mini bhai has like a better scent to it. This kind of smells like play-doh, so it was like sweet play-doh, but it smells like play-doh. What is that I'll understand? What is that? I don't know Gayle so the potato, so there's one product that was really really excited to show you actually my favorite product, that a store bought that I tried this year. Unfortunately, it's really hard to come by. I ordered another one, I'm not going to get it for another two weeks. It takes about four weeks total to order, and so I had save the container the container was thrown out by someone talk to you about it. It'S called the mica triple rx mask and it's just oh, my gosh, the best deep conditioner I have ever used. I am so very sad like please understand how serious I am it's moisturizing. It breaks through your tangles, faster than any deep conditioner or conditioner that I've ever used, but oh man, if you guys, can come across this stuff, it's expensive, okay, it's worth trying at least one, because I have never used anything like it. I don't understand how it does the thing it does like. How do you do that thing? You do it's just so good. You had to ration X, it's hella expensive. The next product is the as I am double buttercream. This is a styling product. I would use it for like twist outs or just for sealing in moisture. I like this product a lot. I really don't like styling butters, that I find in stores very much because I just love my shea butter cream. So much feels like it soaks into your hair. It has a nice heavy weight again for those who, like heavier creams, it's just a really good overall styling cream. Oh, it has pretty good ingredients um and it smells really good. My very last product is Papa. Wasu anti-frizz smoothing blow dry cream. Please know that I am back to my non heat ways when I had dyed my hair and I was just kind of going buck wild. My hair care did blow-dry, my hair did roller sets, and this stuff is so good. It says he protected, I don't know if it was actually protecting my hair from heat, but it definitely D phrased my hair. It was almost as if I had put it on a low heat Flatiron. The only bad thing about this is that it is a three ounce container, so it's a little bit expensive, but it works it like does exactly what it says is gon na do so I think it was a great product, but I tried I haven't used it Since I stopped blow-drying, but it was the bomb, so that's it! I only wanted to share with you guys the ones that I would actually repurchase man, I thought were worth it. Oh, this helps you guys. I hope that you get some of these products. A try and some of the DIY recipes because they all work really well again I'll, put a link to where I purchased all of my ingredients in the description box below. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and found it helpful, and I will see you in the next one if you missed my last video, it was a reflection on 2015, the good and the bad regarding natural hair and what I hope to see in 2016. Brie Moore: I recently wrote a blog on my faves of 2015. I like the mix of my homemade products and the few products I bought in stores. We gotta find what works for us. I would LOVE for you to try our jersey t-shirt hair towels. We'd be happy to send one to you. That was the biggest addition to my 2015 routine, that and tea tree oil. I fell in love with it. Who knew? Thanks for your picks.

Anita Norris: I love that you've been using store bought stuff! I'm still sticking to the homemade haircare but I've always wanted to see videos like this from you!

Aniya M: Hopefully in 2016 you can try some Camille rose products! They get lots of great reviews especially the almond jai twisting butter which I own. It smells like cake icing

Angie Nwigwe: the emojis when you went over 30 had me rollin i've restarted my natural hair journey today! took out my braids last night and just spent 2.5 hrs doing the infamous twist out i'm nervous for the results but we'll see what it looks like after i wake up!

Ci Monique: Pause! I nearly HOLLERED in my office at the emojis when you were talking about the Aussie Moist

Chelsea Lewis: im glad These are affordable products especially since im on broke college student status

Ivy Anderson: As a college student with limited amounts of appliances I have, I can't make homemade things unless I'm home. Thank you SO MUCH for doing store bought items. I've been wanting to try a few of these so the fact that my favorite natural hair youtuber puts her stamp of approval on them makes me super happy!

Latricia Whitfield: Hi @Naptural85! My mother and I made the hair oil and shea butter creme two weeks ago and we are in LOVE! My hair feels absolutely amazing and super soft when I get out of the shower. The shea butter creme is a perfect sealant and styler for my two-strand twists. It's winter time and I work out a lot- and even at the end of the week, I must admit, my twists are still super fluffy, soft, and moisturized! Thank you for the great recipes xoxo

MrsLegalDiva: Great video! I love Trader Joe's tea tree conditioner it replaced the Giovanni Smooth as Silk for me. I love the As I Am Double Buttet too--so moisturizing and smells heavenly. I'm going to make some flax seed gel tonight. Hopefully it will work for my hair too.

Ava Monroe: I'm WAAAAY too excited about this video!!!! I'm pumped! Going all natural with my products. Eager to try all of these. Thanks for the Trader Joe's conditioner mention. I love TJ's and I wanted a natural conditioner. Yay

LuClu81: My all time fave product of 2015 is the Ouidad 12 minute deep treatment...hella expensive but sooo worth it. I bought the sample size when I went to the Caribbean on vacation and my hair loved it. I bought the full size version a couple of times since then. After I finish this last bottle, well almost finish I'll try the amika one.

Kisaya Myles Jones: Oh, and the one thing I've added which I'm really liking is sealing with Sweet Almond Oil right after washing hair/before a leave-in. Just love it and also use it on a freshly washed face every day before a moisturizer. Nice!!!

Jas K: THIS was so helpful !! I also use the tea tree tingle from trader joes (thanks to you) and it does wonders! I will def be adding more to my list though, hopefully sally's store will have some. Also, how many times do you wash your hair a week? :) Thanks Whit, love your videos they are the best

OneVon: Hi, Whitney!! Great video, as usual. I use several of those products already like the Eco Styler Gel and Shea Moisture masques and love them. I gotta try the flaxseed gel.

Kimberly G.: Yayy! Some of my favs made your list! ...Ill be on the lookout for that Aussie hair spray or holding gel! It gets humid here in VA! Instagram.com/mynatural_curls

Nicktunes: I love the Aussie Moist conditioner! I do mix it with olive oil or grape seed oil. It works beautifully on my hair

IsSheGolden: Love the manuka honey deep conditioner! You should try the taliah waajid curl sealer. I love it! It has great hold and doesn't make your hair crunchy at all!

IsSheGolden: Love the manuka honey deep conditioner! You should try the taliah waajid curl sealer. I love it! It has great hold and doesn't make your hair crunchy at all!

TeeJasmine: Your hair is looking like it did during the old days again. <3

Kisaya Myles Jones: Hi Whitney! First of all, can I just say that your hair in THIS video is my ultimate goal. No longer, no shorter... THIS is IT!!! Just gorgeous. I'll never get your volume (thin hair...boo -_-) but I'll try to fake it.Thank you SO, SO much for your timely video!! It just about the coldest winter day we've had so far in NYC this year and I needed a little winter wake-up to make sure I'm not slipping from the program! I really trust your honest opinions. I'm right there with you on the first 4 on your list + the Trader Joe's... my staples, and thanks for some new things to try – Fenugreek...for hair... who knew?! I took it in water once when I had a horrible chest cold. I have a brand new As I Am Butter Cream I grabbed from the shelf impulsively, so I'll give it a go. Regarding the Amika, I'll start saving my pennies ;-) Good job with the timer – though I have no complaints of longer conversations about HAIR!! Yay Hair Talk!

Marrika Sanders: Have you ever had relaxer in your hair or have you always been natural? Also, have you always used natural hair products and how has the natural stuff benefited your hair opposed to the chemical stuff? Thank you :)

Melissa Roldan: I started using the Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle after I saw one of your videos a while back. I love it! And the Trader Joe's out here in Bklyn sells it for around 3 dollars , so that's a win, lol! Thanks, Whitney!

Inez P: I've made the following hair/body oil, shea butter and it is fantastic!!! I was sceptical about the rhassoul clay, which was fantastic and left my clay, tangle free and soft and extremely clean but did not felt dry!! Many thanks for your fantastic advice, greatly helping me in my transitioning journey. So glad I came across your YouTube tube. Love, love your advice and hair. :-)))

mandiiinyc: Yes I absolutely love the Shea Moisture JBCO Treatment masque.. Gonna stock up on it with the BOGO free at walgreens

boho_sol: If you're saying that you like the triple RX conditioner, I have to try it! I have the JBCO deep conditioner from Shea Moisture, but I feel like it conditions my hair better during the spring and fall, but not winter or summer when I need it the most. :( Also I could not stop laughing at the emojis during the Aussie explanation lol.

VersatileCurls: Love the Trader Joes Tea Tree Tingle Conditioner. So moisturizing and detangling!

BriAllMe: I literally dropped everything I was doing to watch this video!!!!

Kayla’s Koils: Thanks for sharing Whitney!! I'm always up to try new deep conditioners. I'll definitely check out that Amika dc and your Shea butter recipe bc I'm really trying to lock in the moisture this winter season

Cantetinza17: I will be making your hair oil and the night time oil soon. I was so impressed with the Aussie moist deep conditioner. I just decided to try it one day and I was like, Wow was not expecting that. I haven't used CD in a while. I love echo gel. Amica huh, I'm going to have to try it. I love Deep Conditioners. As I Am is a great product company.

BeguiledButterfly: Those Carol's Daughter products always sing to me "Reach out and touch this bottle's hand, let me make your hair world better place, if I can.....I'm like, sorry you're too expensive. Maybe one day. Thanks a bunch Nap85. I'll add these to my product list to try later.

Glamgirl2013: Hi I just want to say thank you for your video I just picked up my Denman brush and it's been working awesome. I was so frustrated with detangling my hair that I was also contemplating giving up my fight for keeping my natural hair. But with the Denman brush broke through my curls . Also the homemade flaxseed gel and the homemade avocado banana conditioners and has really really helped me conquered the goal of being a natural. thanks love.

Yurrah Al-Hadi: I completely agree with the Aussie products. I brought their 3 min mask thing, after rinsing it out my hair felt terrible. I like to use it to de-tangle or for making my hair small good. Out of all the natural hair youtubers I follow, I think I follow your tips the most. I am looking forward to the new routine you mentioned a few months back, the one where you wash your hair more often.

Gene Green: I have tried the as I am double butter cream myself! it smells great and I used the whole jar! great for twist outs!

Debra Banks Cuadro: Thanks Whit! I've been using your DIY recipes for years and you got me hooked on the clay and TJ Tea Tree Tingle! All of them have worked GREAT in my hair! People always ask me about my hair and I tell them to check out your channel. Keep the great videos coming!

NaturalDee: I love this quick and to the point. I have been using Eden bodyworks lately. There products are great. I will be 2 years natural this month! Yay!

pearlsamb82: Yay!!! Something that has been sort of my holy grail since I started made your list... That As I Am double butter cream is Bae! (can't believe I'm using that term lol) But yes, I've been using that as my C in my LOC for a while (I love that it doubles as a styler- no pun intended), and I think they changed to the 8 oz jar in most places because of that price tag shock! But I'm not happy about it. That big 16oz jar, when that was the only thing I was using lasted about 6 months for me (I have NOWHERE Near the amount of hair you have LOL), and now that I have other creams, it really will last a while. You don't need a ton if you have short / medium length hair.  While I have found my holy grail DC (Alikay Naturals Honey & Sage DC), you certainly have me curious about that Amika. Oh, and yes- you're late about that Eco Styler gel! My favorite- and the large jar will last forever! I'm still working on mine from a good 2 years ago lol. Thanks so much for sharing!

Maya Elizabeth: I can't wait to try some of these products i need to really lock down on my hair routine in 2016 because I'm trying to achieve length this year!

iAmNikkiSage: I love all of your diy hair products. They seem to work better for my hair than any store bought products. But being the product junky I am, I just can't stay away. BTW your hair is looking like the old days, YAY!!!

Melanin4U: I tried the Amika conditioner and I absolutely love it!

She Meets City: Your hair is looking amazeballs and I always love your videos! <3

inFertile soil: I thought I was the only that loved the Monoi Conditioner from Carol's Daughter. That's my go to for refreshing my curls.

Nes Tea: Hello Naptural85, I love your youtube page. i've been watching for all long time. I thought it was important for you to know, if you aren't already aware, about the olive oil scandal. Most of the olive oils we have in the US are imported from Italy. It was discovered after some testing that the olive oil wasn't really olive oil, vegetable and other random oils. Even a popular chef advised to stop purchasing the olive oil from Italy until everything is sorted out. It was said that the olive oils from California were confirmed real olive oil and good to use.

Unedited x Version: OMG thank you so much for making this video!! I definitely need to try out some of these products in my natural hair!

HellsOnlyBelle: So of course I had to buy the Amika hair mask after watching this video and NO LIES WERE TOLD. Best deep conditioner I've ever used. It makes my hair feel like butter.

Yetstill: Excellent spread of products! Always a big fan of your DIY's! So tempted to purchase the Deep conditioner you raved over but I am not purchasing anymore products until I am done with what I have! Yet when I am....that loveliness I will search for! Much love lady.

lph2177: The Trader Joe's conditioner is one of my favorites products when I can keep it around long enough my daughters go throw my products also they luv the way it smells, I just started using the Shea Moisture Manuka Honey masque I like , the AS I Am double butter gives me defined twist outs and I have eco styler but rarely use it...I like your list.

HulaMami10: The oil mix is the truth! I converted over from lotions and use it in some of my DIYs

C.D Lewis: Thank you for taking my hair to a whole new level!!!

Lovely C: Hello Naptural85, this is the first time I have ever post a comment. I love your videos and my hair has improved by using some of the natural hair remedies you have posted previously. I have a request :) I recently started to use the brand called Du-du Osum and I think personally it's a great product.. If you get some time in 2016 lol please check it and tell us what you think about it! Again love your videos

NaturallyCe1209: Aussie moist and TG tea tree tingling conditioners are my all time favs. Aussie leaves my hair super soft even when rinsed out!! i thought i would never see you use EcoStyler!! love that gel!!! thanks soooo much for the video!!

tzoniaa: Beware of the triple rx mask! It has silicon in it, which is damaging to the hair in the long run. Still an AMAZING conditioner, but I wouldn't recommend it for weekly use

DnA Vlogs: I also use the Trader Joes conditioner and your right it is amazing and smells really good too TFS

Natmari: Great video! I like the concept of it. I got to try that deep conditioner you raved about and the Fenugreek DIY deep conditioner. You are always on point with your videos.

Kaylah: I literally loved the format of this video!! Would love to see another video like this ❤️

Precious Lafleur: thanks for the video, it was very interesting. I don't know if you're interested, or if you've heard of it but Eco Styler has a natural gel called Eco Cocktail. I saw it at Rite Aid, but I suspect that all beauty supply stores should have it. Thanks a bunch!!!

Sydnee B.: Thanks so much!!! Super helpful review!! My hair dresser used the Amika curl defining cream on my hair & I agree the product line is boss!!!! Worth the price:)

pgesq2008: Hey Whitney Have you ever tried any of the Karen's Body Beautiful line?? Would love to hear how they work for you. Particular faves for me: Luscious locks hair mask, sweet ambrosia leave in, and super duper hydrating hair cream. Great vid! Happy New Year!

Jasmine D: I love the price and how much product come in Aussie Moist. My hair very thick. And the Aussie Moist detangles my hair very good. I do agree I wish it was more natural but it is a good product.

Angie Faye: I love Aussie moist! Ive been using it for years as a detangler. its so bomb. and them emojis were gold

Kimberly Ann Parker: I just went back to Trader Joes Tea Tree conditioner and wondered why I ever stopped. I am determined this year to get back to the basics.

Northknits By Jewell: Amazing!!!! I've been watching you back when you purchased the terresentials mud wash which changed my LIFE!!! so i'm excited to take another look at your DIY mud wash and finally try to make it on my own!!

nikkicole54321: If you like that Shea Moisture JBCO masque, then I recommend the JBCO shea moisture leave-in conditioner. that smells like vanilla playdough too but best of all it works! it made my hair so soft.

DeLinda Williams: I love the diy products the best. They work for me, my hair love them, plus they go a long way in comparison to the store bought products. I just need to get diy shampoo or clarifier and conditioner then I'm set. I didn't get to use the flaxseed feel much for 2015, so that's going to be one of my aims for 2016. I want to thank you Whitney for your many tips that help me to love my natural hair and I hope not to perm it any more, but I might get it straightened sometime. God bless!

ToriSimha: You totally could've rocked the hood throughout the vid ❤. And I'm in love with the manuka honey sm dc .

samanthagl: Wow Whit! Your videos keep getting better and better! This review was professional and worth watching. I'm afraid to look into the triple RX, but you did warn about the price. Oh...you look amazing in this video!

bigbrowniii: Great video! Very useful info. I will definitely be trying some of those products. I already make the DIY. (I've been with you awhile) :-). You look amazing in this video the emoticons had me dying! Keep up the great work!

QueenBee1118: Thanks for your product favs. Please give us an update on your regimen to grow your hair back. Looks like you're making great progress.

Erica Karas: Hi Whitney. Can you give us an update on your hair care routine. The last that we heard you were experimenting with the water washing only method, alternating with co-washing. Your hair looks so healthy. Your hair texture is very similar to mines. I have learned so much from you about how to care for my natural hair. My hair is thriving and the healthiest it has ever been thanks to some your hair care tips. Thanks Whitney! You are a God send. You are awesome. Much love to you, Oya and Filipe.

jaisaige: This video reminds me. I tried your hair oil mix! I think I messed up but I loved it. It made my hair look nice and shiny.

LP Share: Wow, I love thesw reviews! I prefer the natural stuff too! I didn't fare as well with the Shea Moisture Manuka Honey, it made my scalp burn :-/... I may have to get the RX DC after that review tho! TFS <3

ymb6987: Whitney!! Excellent reviews and your DIYs are awesome.

Mitch Thompson: Thanks for sharing this video, definitely will make the flax seed gel. Love your videos

Charm Russell: Love this Video! Always interested in what products you are using on your gorgeous hair, really helps a lot!!

DivaWuan: Definitely will be making these DIYs this year. Also got look into that Amika Triple Rx.

Lizzie Liz: I love the 2 shea moisture deep conditioners. I have to try the other products u mentioned. I love your hair.

Zees Kurlz: Awesome review. I have tried most of Sheamoisture line and like it except the Manuka line. It was too rich for skin. I'm weird and sensitive like that.

Laura: You are the reason I became natural . I tried using the flaxseed gel but it doesn't give me a very strong hold like the EvoStyler Gel. I use too much gel since I like a very sleek look, but I know too much gel is bad. If I double the amount of flaxseeds in the mix to make flaxseed gel could a get a much stronger hold? Please reply or provide suggestions if possible.

Crystal Smilee: I tried out the flaxseed gel and I love it

m Fuckyousnitch hill: quick question there is a capucau butter at most herbal online stores have you thought of adding it to your butter mix?

angelfaye101: Had to stop in the middle of my Kim Possible marathon to come watch this video! Don't know why I got so excited especially when you seem so down. Hope you feel better soon!

SimplyMochaa: You mentioned some products I'd definitely try out on my natural hair

Flairelle: Thank you for sharing this video. I am on a mad hunt for the bossest deep conditioner even if it costs alot. You are the greatest!

rebecca: When I saw Aussie moist I was likee you should try the Aubrey organics honeysuckle rose conditioner

Alicia Dunbar: A quick aside: Aussie Moist is owned by Procter & Gamble, a company notorious for cruel and unnecessary testing on animals. I adore your channel!

BlancaUluwehi: Ohhhhh!!!! We sell the Amika brand at my job and now I have to order it!!! If anybody needs some, let me know! I'm going to get some and try it!!! ✨✂️

Needlelittleheart: I love Aussie Moist deep conditioner, but what could I use before it to protect my hair? The ingredients concern me a bit but my hair loves it

Lisa Jenkins: naptural85 when you colored your hair was it a protein based color? if so did you notice that your hair felt over processed when coloring and using your oils and flax seed gels? this happened to me when coloring and using sweet almond or apricot oils on my hair.

Kay Pierce: I would love it if you do another fashion video..thanks for being so inspiring!

Hanan Ismael: Thank you so much for making this video!

Kylasbibi: Good video. When buying online from Sephora, one can get a 2oz Amika hair nourishing mask if one would like to try before investing $28 for the larger size. Afterall, all products don't work the same on everyone's hair.

Crystal B: The Suave Coconut Oil conditioner. It has the best slip of any conditioner I've tried. Plus it doesn't have silicones!

Michelle E: Thank you so much for the reviews. I hate to be a hair junkie. This helps out a lot.

Safaa Mohamed: could not resist girl, you got yourself a new subscriber. love your hair

Jazmin Jordan: Great video of your favorite products of 2015! Do you apply Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla Conditioner to your hair wet or damp? I still have some left, and it disappears into my hair when wet, but I have to add even more to my 3c fine to medium stranded normal porosity hair. Please help me Whitney. I really want to try SheaMoisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Masque. I have SheaMoisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Shampoo (love it!) and SheaMoisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Conditioner (really like it!).

ReallyRaequel: You definitely gave me a ton of product suggestions, thanks!

Clay 75: Really like your video-and the last. I like that you're honest. I just went to splurge at the store though, and tried some Carol's Daughter products. I got the milk. I'm trying to grow my hair out, but I am having a difficult time. My job keeps me so busy and doesn't pay it's worth (teaching), so its hard for me to keep up with my daily routines outside of my job. I guess I keep everything in files to manage at my job, so maybe I can keep everything in files to manage my hair growth journey. Like I said before: my daughter is beginning to come on board, just hoping she will not lean on momma to organize for her too. Not at 25 right. Thanks again, Whitney, and God bless.

celuvly: The Triple RX mask is $40?? I guess I'll wait like a few years until Nap figures out how to do it herself. #DIYgenius!

Lauren Winston: Aussie moist conditioner is my fav! I had no idea it wasn't natural

Wilma F.: Thanks for all the great tips. I am new to the all natural journey. Keep it coming.

April Denice: enjoyed the video... your beautiful && so is your hair love it❤ every video inspires me to keep Going with my natural journey.
