My really mine, really, this is on money finish: it hey sister Saul back with another video and this time I'm talking about postpartum and if you watch me on Facebook live, you saw how I got this hair. I reviewed some products and I showed you my final results the next day so join us on our Facebook page for some Facebook live videos and before I get started with my postpartum shedding video right now we have a Sally Beauty giveaway for one hundred and fifty Dollars three lucky winners will win $ 150 gift cards and my natural success.com I'll go for. We get started, I'm going to be sharing my labor and delivery story on my individual channel. So after this video make sure you check that out and my other sisters channels and yeah some pretty exciting things coming for you so onto the video I lost a lot of hair, basically like I don't like, like chunks and chunks of hair, seem to be coming Out whenever I would detangle and take a shower like I wouldn't have to detangle, and sometimes I could literally just like play with my hair, and I was a sandwich friend coming out and it caught me off guard. I knew it was coming and I know it's part of the process. I just didn't know how bad is going to be for me because when I was pregnant like I really did not shed any hair like I was like home and you know detangle and I would have like one hair come out. So I was like whoa. What is gon na be like um? I have some pictures like my twist off just looks so full lush and swamp and regularly, I guess um. I don't know at first. I was just kind of like oh, my gosh forget all in his hair, but it's part of the process, but what I recorded this video already, but I decided to rerecord it because I really started to lose my edges like a week after I record the video. I had already lost some but like he wore my hair like starting, it then edges running my family too, so I think they grow back. You know my the way and just working my family, I don't know we all keep me listed in prayer, but I have been using a hair growth oil mixture. I forgot, let me grab it, I am I've been using oil on my scalp and in the area. So I'm gon na you know see how well the growth back I use this last year and it really worked great on my hair. My mom used it and it's the secret sauce, so I've definitely been using it and trying to do more. So more protective style of it in the washing go phase. I went through for a couple weeks, which one was done. You know almost ideal style for shedding, but that was towards the end of all the shedding shedding really started more so in January mid-january, and lasted pretty much kind of like to the end of February. Now, like the last two or three, is it two or three washes done with it to have been? It'S like been normal shedding when I would give before I was pregnant, so it's I think it is dying down. I think we're done. I hope so. I think we're done, but when I edit it was bad, I'm going to show you some clips. Like some of the clips like, I would have a lot of here before i detangled and then i would get more here when i detangled, but it was like a mindful of getting out, and I mean I just knew it was postpartum cause. It'S just like long strands, just it just felt really weird and I couldn't really get styles to cooperate or let or laugh, but do what I wanted to do because, like when I'm doing the takedown and I'm trying to make sure they're, you know it doesn't freeze Up, I'm like also pulling out here while I'm trying to take down my twit. So, for the most part, I can't my hair twisting and eventually I do a twist out of something but basically trying to make sure I wash my hair every week, get all of the loose hair out I mean, even though you don't want to have to keep Pulling out, you know why this hair, but it's just best to go ahead and get all of the loose hair, because or else your hair is going to get really tangled. Another thing that I know everyone was saying it really helps is to continue to take your prenatal vitamins. So let me show you how much hair I lost, because I can't I know this comes me. Okay, so I mean this is what it looks like shrunken. Okay, this is all the hair that I started to collect. Whenever I will see it, I mean this. Is this? May not? This looks like a lot to me, but just imagine this stretched. This isn't just imagine my hair stretch. This is where it is in lots of kinky kinky curly balls, just like it's tight as it can get really small. So just imagine is coming out like stretch it was just so much so I can finally go through my gon na see hair bones away. Oh so weird, my football by why keep it in big water feels like I got, ta show it in the video, don't judge me but um, but yeah there's my little bowl of hair. I can make this into life an afro like a little afro puffs ponies noise, not enough books to don't kind of like I can attached it to my head this. How much here I lost but but yeah I am I'm recovering from the pulp on shedding. I have not tried any special treatment. I just know it's a part of the process like you're, going to shed some hair after you have a baby bug the most part some women are looking and they say they don't really shed a lot of hair, but I mean I know it's coming and I've Gotten over it, but it was a little traumatic when I was just kind of like pulling and pulling and pulling and losing hair so definitely massaging the oil, and I have new baby hair brought to you by postpartum shedding and yeah. No one keeps this too long. I am finally discussing my labor and delivery story, my emergency c-section and it's going to be on my individual Channel India stages, so click the link in the description box and go check out that video. My Natural Sistas: Thanks so much for all of your feedback and advice! Now it's time to you show my edges some extra tlc and watch them return with vengeance. Also, huge thanks to all that checked out Our Birth Story @ http://bit.ly/IndiaBirthStory Sending lots of love & hugs to all of you! Your comments and stories are always inspirational!

KrystalLuvNhearts: honey! i have been there! TWICE! both my kids took my hair out like that. you just gotta keep taking care of it and use your oil. just keep me lifted up in your prayers because i am pregnant with my 3rd child. JESUS MAKE A WAY!!!

Nekysha Harrigan: I've been going through postpartum shedding for a year and three months now. The reason why is, I've had two kids since then. With my one year old I shedded hair starting when she was three months, and it didn't slow up until she turned ten months. My stylist told me the epidural was responsible. With this last pregnancy my hair started growing back and my edges grew back during the second trimester. I had my last baby naturally and my hair has started shedding at three months postpartum again! I'm also in the middle of transitioning to natural so I have two different textures on my head that I'm battling through along with postpartum shedding. Will keep my legs closed from now on . I love my hair and don't like losing it. My husband think he's getting a boy next.... Hell to the naw!!!!

L' More Beauty: Currently dealing with this RIGHT NOW. Good luck with your growth journey. My edges are an issue as well.

Aaliyah Shrieves: Stumbled across this video & it’s EXACTLY what I’m going through right now. I’m a first time mom & was NOT prepared for how much hair I’m losing. Especially since my hair was so beautiful whilst pregnant. Started at 3 months postpartum. I literally feel bald now. Not sure how to do my hair now. Thanks so much for this!!! New subscriber

Fabreezy25: I'm experiencing the same thing! I'm still breast feeding... and I noticed when I would detangle and wash... I would have ALOT of hair come out! I had to start take prenatal vitamins again... I had hair shedding late... my baby is 1 now... and my hair just started coming out... thank you for sharing... knowing that I'm not the only one!

MsStacey717: I have three kids and I only experienced post partum shedding after my last child. Of course at that time, I didn't even know such thing existed. I have fine, thin edges anyway so to experience the shedding was awful. But there was light at the tunnel and the shedding eventually stopped

Mae Toombs: Girl I'm a baldy since having my baby girl! My hair grew in so long & thick when I was pregnant & fell right out around 3 month post partum so annoying

Michelle Samuels: Thanks for sharing. The shedding is due to the hormonal imbalance. I had it with both of my children. Keep taking prenatal vitamins, lots of water, and exercise helps get you through the 6 months (time frame the shedding usually last).

kinky Crown: My edges suffered after I had my son I was so insecure about it thank you for being brave enough to share this with us

sw33tnycandy: Postpartum hair loss is rough. Going through it now for a second time after my third baby. It hit me different with all my kids. It grows back but it takes time and it can be depressing. With my 2nd it lasted about 4 to 6m. The strangling process was hell but it comes with the territory of being a new mom.

Shana Williams: The same thing happened to me!!! I had my baby in November 2016, I had my hair in braids because I didn't want to deal with it and a newborn. The braids weren't tight and I didn't leave it in a long time, but now my hair is shedding crazy and my edges look JUST LIKE YOURS! I was nervous about my hair just falling out and am happy to know that this too will come to an end. Please share with me the magic oil mixture because I'm scared mine will not grow back =( Again, THANK YOU for sharing!!

1jennifer89: Thank you for being so transparent! It can't be easy to put yourself out there for the world to see and possibly judge. You're helping so many women going through the same thing.

Salina: Yay! I am so glad to see another person with natural hair going through this. I am balding at this point! I can't wait until it grows back. My daughter is 4 months and I've been shedding for about a month. I hope it slows soon because I have a Lebron James hairline right now.

Itseby: Thank you sooo much for making this video! 4 months after my second child my doctor told me I had telogen effluvium. ( hair that is in the resting stage for an amount of time). I thought I was stressed as usual but to have a name to the problem was a relief! I started shedding hair like crazy even after detangling as you mentioned. I say all that to say thank you because you're the only other person I've come across with the same issue! Thank you!

Crussie M: "... The way edges work in my family.. *sigh* I don't know yall... Keep me lifted in prayer" I laughed too hard at this. May your edges return in full force Hun ❤️

RheaJenell: My daughter just turned 4 months old and it just started for me ! I lost a little of edges I freaked out! It was not this bad with my first child ! I will start back taking my vitamins I stopped about 2 weeks ago!

ncart137: I went through the exact same thing!! Lost a lot of hair around my face. Jbco, less manipulation and patience were my best friends!

Paris Isabella: I’m currently going through this right now at 5 months postpartum. It’s driving me crazy! I’ve never loss this much hair. It mostly around my edges

NaturallyMeLittlet: I'm going through the same thing. our babies are close in age! I took out my crochet braids and I had a handful of hair come out too. This is my second child, so I can say it does grow back but it does takes a few months. Hang in there!

treasured530: Thanks for this video!!! I'm a first time mom and my baby boy is 4 months. My edges were practically bald, it's so depressing. But I'm finally starting to see a little progress, I've been using wild growth hair oil and I think it's working.

HairCandy Kina: Same thing happened to me EVERY pregnancy! My edges were gone in the same spot but also grew back every time without me doing anything special other than trying not to mess with them lol

Betty Forde: Girl I can see that look on your face. ❤️ I had that same moment. Post partum shedding is the worst part of the post partum experience IMO.

lt swann: Thank you for making this video...this is literally my life right now and my little one is 4 months. I legit almost cried washing my hair on the last wash day. And im praying it comes back in.

Trina B: The same thing happened to me with my second child seven years ago. That was the reason I went natural. I just allowed my body to do what it does best. Hence my first big chop. The chemical change after having my son and the bad epidural reaction it just sent my body in to over drive. I'm thankful nothing more came from it. My hair grew back kind a fast. I'm thankful that around that time a natural hair explosion of products was beginning. So I had a lot to choose from. At the end of the day for me that 's the joy of motherhood. I wouldn't change it for the world.

Semi-Country SAHM: My edges looked exactly like yours once my post-partum shedding died down. Now that my hair is growing back in, it's annoying dealing with the different lengths. I have to do small flat twists in the front to make my twist outs look decent. Plus my hair all over thinned out a lot! I can't wait for my hair to go back to normal.

Adina April: I experience this with my 5th child, no one told me about it. My edges were damn near gone. I shaved my head and started over. Pregnancy hair is so beautiful, healthy, and thick. After I was so confused, then I researched and found out how common this is.

Cynthia: This happen to me as well after I had my son 10 months ago. My edges were the first to go. What help restore my hair was deep conditioning weekly, massaging my scalp with shea moisture jbco, and two strand twisting.

K.R. Watkins: Yes, this is very real. I experienced the same thing. I was devastated! It took almost a year for my hair to start growing back properly. I'm so sorry you have to go through this, but it does get better with time My Sistah!

GoddessM35: I had this same problem, I massaged Castor oil and water, my edges grew back in 2 months. Don't worry too much your hair is still gorgeous and it will grow back fast with less tension on your edges.

Kandace Clark: I went through this same thing after I had my daughter!!!! My edges were gone!!!

Dee Rose: I've literally been searching the whole of YouTube for videos like this.... To see if I was the only one going through this.... Sis I'm sorry you are going through it but count yourself lucky... Mine gets so bad I have to shave of my whole head... There was no saving it.... The beauty of motherhood sis lol

Shon Jolie: I applaud you for being in such high spirits and understanding the situation lol I'm currently pregnant with my first and it's just turned me completely off from any more kids. I can't even imagine my state of mind if this does or did happen for me. I can say though I'm glad I came across your video to kind of mentally prepare myself in case it does and I won't feel like the balding lone ranger because I am way too dramatic.

Tiffany Johnson: omg, it started happening to me too. my son is 4 months now.My edges looks exactly like your and my hair have been falling out the same way you described it. I'm still traumatized.

Rissa Lenee: Girl postpartum snatched my edges too! but they are growing back now, so no worries!

marvinandjosh1: I have three boys and only experienced PPS after my last son. I didn't even realize it until one day I was looking at my edges and they were gone. I didn't do anything, they usually grow back on their own. I just made sure that I kept the peach fuzz moisturized and I didn't put tension on my edges. I didn't stress about it because I knew that it was natural and it happens.

**Glory In Our Mercy**: 3 months postpartum my edges fell out completely also! And my hair didn't shed throughout my pregnancy either. I still have sooo much hair left, although my shedding is still more than it used to be. The baby is going on 13 months now.

Empress Renay: When I was 3 months postpartum my hair started coming out in CLUMPS! I was taking my prenatal everyday (and still am) nothing seemed to help. I shaved my head and when it grew back a bit I dyed it blonde. I’m 11 months postpartum and i’m still waiting for my edges to grow back.

Mz Breezy: i dont feel so alone. this video is right on time. im shedding in the same spots. thank u for this.. its just apart of the process ☺

Sharron's Take - Family Vlogs & More: This happened to me after. Any number 2. I just had my second and I've been trying to take really good care of my hair. So far so good!

CAPC Membership: You and your sista's videos are always hair inspirational... thank you for your honesty and your openest... you help me with my edges that have always been thin since I don't know when... and when I was pregnant with my son 17 years ago I was rocking a very low Caesar cut I could not hide the balding that was happening to my already thin spots ... but my hair as low as it was was obviously thicker... But anywho, thank you again for your story. Please stay the beautiful (inside and out) person you are. Praying for your edges gurl lol!! Stay Blessed.

Neisha Mcknight: Im experiencing this right now with my third son. it also happened to me with my teo previously sons as well. im glad im not alone thanks for this video

outlander: this is EXACTLY what happened to me 3-4 months postpartum.

KiKi Smiles: Thank you for sharing this!! I'm going through this now and I'm trying to just ride it out but this is so new to me. Ugh!

Carla Porter: Keep in mind the anesthesia will take your hair out as well, sometimes is a side affect of it. Keep taking your prenatal vitamins for the first year. Your baby is gorgeous.

All Things Ky: Wow....oh my gawsh! I never experienced this! Beautiful that you're sharing this for mommies that have/will experience this! ❤ yall!

Natural Beauty: You're not alone. I had postpartum shedding w/both of my kids. What was frustrating was when hair dressers couldn't explain or help. I was told it was the epidural. (WRONG) It's all hormonal related. I had a relaxer and ended up doing a big chop. My hair grew back. (This was 10 yrs ago) Back then I used Dr. Miracle on my edges. Now I use Jamaican Castor Oil (Rosemary).

Marsha Buchanan-Allen: Yes I experienced this with all three. I am 1yr post now and I believe I am just now seeing some improvement. I share my tips and how I dealt with it on BHI.

Heather Marie: Killed me when you said "I could attach that" because I said the same thing about my own hair. It is coming out in clumps daily so I started to collect it in a zip lock with the mindset of "if I'm gonna be bald I can at least make a wig to wear out of my own hair.

ISayToMyself: Them edges will grow back. You got good genes Sis. But I understand. Shedding is frustrating and kinda scary.

Peace, Love and Tranquility: Same thing happened to me! Your edges will grow back hun

MissLolaBunny: Thank you for this. I had 2 babies 18 months apart so I had just finished shedding with my first to go right back to shedding with my 2nd. I have been very tangled and single strand knots were everywhere. Can you tell us what's in the secret oil. I'm desperate to get my hair healthy again. Congratulations on the addition to your family!! God bless

Zha P: Honey listen, when I gave birth my son left with my edges and my booty gains!!!!! I was devastated!!!!!!!!!!! .. I was like "How dare you?!"

Ms Meka: OMG I went through the same thing after having my son, I kept the hair as well lol. But yes it's just a part of it, I'm so thankful it's over

Michelle Dunn: My son was born in May last year and this is exactly what I went through. I lost all of my edges. My hair never shedded but once he got here OMG. Now I have a little fro in the front of my head. LOL.

Nap Freedom215: This reminds me of my first jerri curl when all my hair fell out. Right there in the shop they burned it out. 9th grade crying and picking my hair up off the floor. Lol! Scars of life. That beautiful baby was worth the hair, it will grow back. Blessings!

Msttpeters23: They will grow back... I experienced the same issues when I had my last daughter 7 years ago... So no worries!

AonnaCreates: I was waiting for your video! I'm going through this now and I'm praying for the struggle to be over lol

loveedigveggies1004: I'm glad someone is talking about this. Before the birth of my beautiful daughter my locs were thick and long. Now my hair is thinner and my texture has changed.

Jamecca English: I gave birth in December and currently experiencing shedding. I find that when I flat iron my natural hair, I can better control the strands versus all that detangling on the daily. It will get better.

Cart T: I started noticing postpartum shedding last month and it freaked me out! Because I've always had full thick beautiful hair that grew sort of fast. When does the shedding stop? I'm currently using raw castor oil, argan oil, etc to try and slow it and bring my hair around my temples back but it's scaring me. I had my baby the last day of February and I'm still taking my prenatal vitamins.

BrittanyT: thank you so much for making this video . I'm a first time mom, my daughter is 6 months old nd my hair has been falling out since she was about 5, 5 nd a half months old .. I just washed my hair yesterday after a protective style nd omg so much hair !!. I cried so hard, i didnt know this was a normal thing !. i feel so much better after watching this, nd confident that I can get through this .. thanks again, you just made my day.. -BrittanyT

CMM: This exact thing happened to me, I wish you could see pictures of my hair and edges after having my baby in 2015

sh0rtie1natural: I feel your pain after the birth of both of my boys I lost all my edges even in the back!!!! They greenback of course but now when I get really stressed and not exercising that's the first place I lose hair and I've never lost hair before even when I was relaxed I guess babies change our bodies for good

Leti Bee: I definitely stopped taking my vitamins and I’ve noticed this happening! I knew it was just too much! Oh lord help my hair I’ve worked too hard to come to this! Huuuuh - Amen lol

Maria Sandez: Superhairfood shampoo definitely reduces the amount of hair I find in the sink after I wash my hair. Not only does it seem to slow the hair loss, it leaves it feeling both thicker and softer after I use it.

Melissa Brown: I know what you are through because I'm having almost the same problem. I had my son in November

spiritschild1: Happened to me, too with my first child. Please read up on taking evening primrose oil and maybe chaste tree berry/vitex, for hormone balancing. My hair grew back. Research first before taking to be safe and sure for You!

Sadie Chantal: Yes! I'm 5 months postpartum and finding ways to help grow my hair back as well. Just posted my first video on the same topic! Check out the techniques I'm using.

PebblesLeak82: Hey queen!! My hair is driving me crazy! I had my baby 2 years ago and after her my hair was fine. I went to the salon and them straighten it and it was down hill from there; she was about 3-4 months at this time. To date, my hair has been coming out anytime I'd touch it. It makes me very sad. I've scheduled an appt to see a dermatologist to see what her assessment is. I've been tea tree oil for the three bald spots ( looks like someone just took scissors and chopped that part off) and it has been helping some! My PCP mentioned it might be fungus??? Idk but I feel you sis! It's like girl don't touch my hair a clump might come out

Shantiqua Allen: i know exactly how you feel after having my son a few months ago my hair came out so much i tried to stay positive until one my hair became so tangled up and after detangling it so much came out i made a choice to cut it all off once again and start over

xclusive227: Aww I'm sorry boo. it will get better.

Cierra Brooks: The same thing happened to me omg! I had forgot all about postpartum shedding and I just had my second child. My edges are a FOOL, but jamaican black castor oil helping alot. I cried lol

Regine Cubbage: Omg after my daughter, my edges thinned out so bad!!! Mine looked just like yours

Destinie: This is how much my edges shed the past few months, except I didn't have a baby. I have no clue whats wrong with me but Im sure your edges will bounce right back

Lolo Future: Me right now! Glad to see someone with similar shedding.

c sfashion: When watching your pregnancy videos I really meant to leave a comment. Especially after watching that your hair was growing so well to not freak out if after four months especially if breast-feeding your hair starts shearing.

jennifer jones: I cried in the shower so much came out my edges definitely fell out the same as this video. I've been using an oil mix and massaging daily. This is horrible

Rachel Johnson: I'm 8 months pp and my hair is STILL shedding!!! So annoying too. My right temple is pretty thin and I always get about golf ball size shed hair on wash day too. I've read it takes 12months to really subside. Tea rinses help some

kloves 39: yes Postnatal vitamins helped me alot!!after my son, got them from Target they are pricey but worth it. I think they were 27 bucks 26.99 BIG pilss also, LOL like for a horse month supply

Meshakgirl: When I first saw you pull your hair back I cried!! I was like "Oh Jezus!! Other naturals suffered like me with the edges going!!" Everything you described with the shower and detangling isexactly how I felt. I was crying fo my hair because for me, I wasn't pregnant but was stressed out to th epoint chunks of hair wee falling out. I was so scared and traumatized that I tried not to detangle but then my hair was getting knoted up. It took so much energy to mentally admit to myself that it was my boyfriend the source of the stress and I wasnt talking to him about the problems I was having with him. Instead of speaking my mind, I kept silent to keep the peace but indirectly was causing myself to lose chunks of my hair. I finally told him about his foolishness and he does everythign he can now to lessen stess on me. So girl, thank you for sharing this because not only preganancy gets us, but stress is a huge killer!! Many prayers and love to you!!

phylicia armstrong: 15 months after my pregnancy ALL of my hair fell out. Yep. ALL of it. 5 years of beautiful natural hair growth - gone :( (mid back and bra strap length in the front). My thyroid hormones became low post-partum, and low thyroid hormones (T4 specifically) contributes to hair loss.I would wash my hair and touch my hair and it would fall out in chunks similar to yours. I ended up with a patch in the front and a patch in the back and finally just cut it all off.  Very traumatizing. But I'm a Christian and know that God will work out all things for good to those who love Him and are called according to his purpose., so I can empathize with you :).I'm more so praying that my hormone levels regulate themselves appropriately now, because my hair is still not growing  (its really short - looks like a really low "big chop", and I have to take supplements now :(.Anywho -- the struggle is real! lolHope this helps shed some light on postpartum shedding :) (pardon the pun :) ).

Sheena Sells Atl: Happened to me with my 6month old as well. Tea rinses...totally work! Naptural85 has a video on how to do it. I was pretty depressed with my hair loss but a combo of the rinses and castor oil helped a lot

laura t: After my second child "Hayden Phoenix" my edges went goodbye It shedded so much that all the hair tangled itself up and I had to chop it off because it locked up. *2016 it all grew back and I did a length check 2017 and it grew down to my back*

daydreamrose: i love how positive you are about this. i would cry lol

Eve Yitagesu: My edges look JUST like yours and I don't have any kids. Its tragic.

Eve Alex: It will grow back! It happened to me! Keep oiling and taking extremely good care of my hair

narissa79: I had this with my first child. that child snatched the shit out of these edges. I remember crying in the shower. and it didn't help that I lived in braids (etensions) so I was straight bald as an eagle. My next two children I wore a a loose bun until they were one. No shedding thank u JESUS

Christina: I'm pregnant now with my second and I'm hoping i don't have any shedding or hair loss because I did with my daughter. It does grow back and fairly quickly, scalp massages aids in the regrowth process.

Shelly Reynolds: You should also increase your vitamin intake ( supplement & within your food ) This mostly happens to women that are really lacking nutrients because our hair is the last thing our body cares about keeping together. Most mother's that breastfeed don't experience this shedding because they're still eating very nutritiously for their breast milk.

Tia Norris: My hair did the same thing. Except it was a little higher, more like the old man balding on the corners. And it happened about three months after each child. I wanted to cry. I missed wearing a ponytail during this process.

c sfashion: I thought I was going crazy after giving birth and breast-feeding but my hair came out like crazy in the shower around the four-month mark.

Atoysha Bassene: I was wondering if you were going to experience shedding. Apparently not everyone does. I'm the last of all my cousins on both sides to have a baby (at age 40 at that). I asked a couple of them and they didn't lose any. I unfortunately lost a lot of my edges. thankfully it's growing back out and I could not even wear my hair the way I normally do. I use a hair growth oil too.

lnb0058: I went through the same thing. Every time I would touch my hair, it would come out

Dorian Parpari: Post partum shedding snuck up on me and made me look like skeletor, smh But you style your hair very nice though so it's gonna be alright though. It's gonna be alright.

vinrosefruiter: Hi! thank you for the video! Did it grow back? I'm having the exact same issue right now and I am freaking out!

NightBlossom: Omg you gave me flashbacks my hair fell out by the handful and three years and two big chops later I'm still struggling to get my edges back. But it'll grow back hun and kids keep you so busy you just keep pressing and enjoy them instead.

Afrodeity: Trust me it will grow back. My hairline was just like yours after I had my kids and even though it took its time it did grow back. Do you think taking hair supplements and/or tea rinses will help?

Black Rose: I had cut my hair about three months into my pregnancy so I didn't shed much. Now that it's been three months postpartum ive noticed I have no edges. My shedding only happens when I detangle my hair

PR H: My daughter is about 3.5 months and I started noticing my edges are sparse. The last two times I washed and detangled my hair was matted from all the shed. I’m overdue for another wash day.
