Hey guys, so today's video is going to be my natural hair, routine. I'M gon na be sharing some of my favorite haircare products with you guys. Whenever I leave my hair natural like it is today, I have a ton of haircare products that I really really really like, but these are the ones that I've been using recently, especially whenever I leave my hair like curly or wavy. I actually used to have really really curly hair. When I was younger, it was like Shirley Temple curls. I had Carla curly hair, but from so many years of ironing my hair, I lost a lot of my curls. I have been straightening my hair since sixth grade. I used to hate how it was I just wanted straight hair, so from the age of like 11 and 12. To like I was 20. I had my hair straight at all times, but now I leave my hair natural all the time and I'm gon na be sharing with you, some of the products that I really love. I have a very simple haircare routine when it comes to my natural hair, and I keep saying when it comes to my natural hair, because there are products that I really really love that are not in this video, because I prefer them when I am straightening. My hair, there are certain things I like in my hair when it's straight but weigh my hair down or just don't look good when it's not straight so the first thing I want to talk about, actually don't have with me right now. How do I lose an entire tub of coconut oil? I don't know, but I did. I have no idea where my coconut oil is, but I would highly highly highly recommend you guys doing a coconut oil mask before you wash your hair. If you have curly hair wavy, hair straight hair, puffy or whatever, I noticed a huge difference in the texture of my hair, when I give it a good coconut oil mask, I don't do this every time I wash my hair, but I like to do it every Other time, I'm not someone who washes my hair on a daily basis. I do shower on a daily basis, but I do wash my hair like every 3 to 4 days. That may seem gross for a lot of people, but I have very dry hair and if I washed my hair every single day, it would just get extremely dry and you would just strip it of its natural oils. So I like to hold off on washing it. So, yes, I definitely recommend using coconut oil. The way that I like to use it. I will take like a scoop like a handful, and I will put it in the microwave for like 10 seconds. Nothing too long, coconut oil actually melts really fast. Even in the palm of your hands, coconut oil will melt and I will just run that from the roots all the way to the ends of my hair. I'Ll leave that in my hair for about three hours and then I will take a shower and wash my hair and whenever I do a coconut oil mask. I make sure to wash my hair twice, because sometimes I will find that the coconut oil will leave a little bit of a residue. If I only shampoo my hair once so, I make sure to shampoo twice and then the coconut oil is completely gone. But I still have a nice thick, healthy feeling to my hair. So then, after that I will just go ahead and wash my hair, my ultimate favorite shampoo. Whenever I know I'm gon na leave my hair, naturally wavy or curly like this is the we dad. I believe does how you say that brand, I'm not positive hooey death, hi, dad ultra nourishing cleansing oil replenish natural oils without greasiness. Like I said earlier, I do have very dry hair. My hair is chemically treated, so I need all the moisture I can get, and this shampoo does that for me: it cleanses my hair without stripping my hair. I will only use this shampoo if I'm not straightening my hair, because when I am gon na iron, my hair, there is a different shampoo that I use, because although this doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy, it does leave it very moisturized. So if I straighten my hair after using this shampoo, it will get just a little bit greasy at the roots quicker than when I use a different shampoo, but when I want to leave my hair naturally curly and wavy like this. This shampoo is amazing. I'M trying really hard to eliminate products that have silicone in them, not that silicone is necessarily bad for your hair, but it kind of just coats, your hair, and it doesn't really nourish it. I feel like that ingredient is thrown in products just to throw you off and make your hair feel nice, but not doing much to repair it, and this does have DeMatha cone in it, but I just love it so much with this shampoo. I make sure that I really get down in there and I scratch and scrub my fingers throughout my roots, so that I make sure it's cleaning my hair, like it's supposed to. I love this. If you guys have a recommendation for a really good hydrating shampoo that works really well with curly hair, but doesn't have silicone in it, leave it in the comments down below, and I will check it out so after I shampoo my hair, I will go in with A conditioner I'm someone who does not like actual conditioners, I guess, because my hair is so dry and the fact that I wait three to four days before I wash my hair, I always use a hair mask as a conditioner. My favorite hair mask ever whether I leave her natural aura straightness is the living proof, restore mask treatment for dry or damaged hair? I like a lot of hair masks, but what I like about this one is that I I can tell a difference in my hair. I feel like it is restoring my hair as it's conditioning it. Maybe that's just in my mind, but a lot of hair masks will just feel like they're silky or will just coat your hair. This, I feel, really really gets down and conditions' my hair, I love the feeling of my hair after I use this and I have gone through a couple of these. I will always go back to this. I'Ve been using it for a while. Now I like to focus this hair mask towards the end of my hair. Well, I actually do bring it up to like around my ears. I conditioned the majority of my hair, but I definitely 100 % keep it away from my roots and I'll do other things in the shower, while I'm letting the conditioner sit in my hair, so I'll wash my face wash the rest of my body I'll shave, my Legs shave other parts of my body, my fat toe I'll, take like a full-on shower, and then I will rinse my hair. I find this makes an incredible difference because if I just put on conditioner and then I just immediately rinse it away, I wouldn't really see results. I definitely recommend letting it sit in your hair for a couple of minutes before you wash it out and then that's all I will do in the shower. I do want to mention really quick cuz. I forgot to say this: a little while ago, when I leave my hair natural brushing, my hair gets my hair literally, this big brushing out your curls will just like destroy them, and I have very frizzy hair, so I rarely ever brush my hair throughout the day. I do every once in a while, and I explain that in a second, but what I like to do is I will brush my hair completely right before I hop into the shower so right before I'm about to wash my hair, I will take my wet brush I'Ll detangle, my hair, it gets about this big and then I will jump into the shower and wash my hair, because adding water to your curls kind of like reactivates them so brushing your hair right before you're about to wash. It is the way to go that way you get all of the tangles out and then you don't have to brush it right when you get out of the shower and then obviously, since I'm washing my hair, like every three to four days, I have to brush It at some point because my hair gets knotted so easily, like I fart and my hair gets super tangled. So I recommend something like this. This will be your best friend. If you have wavy or curly hair, this is only a dollar nine. I got this at the dollar store, I believe, but it's just basically one of those. You know Bello Guerra things I just fill mine up with water, and this is what I use whenever I want to like detangle, my hair, so I'll just kind of spray. This all over my hair from root to ends not too much. I just want to get it a little bit damp and then I'll go in with like a comb and get out the tangles without really disturbing the curls. This is not the comb I use, and this is also not the comb. I recommend I recommend a wide toothed comb, but of course I can't find mine anywhere. I don't know what I'm doing with my things, but that is what I recommend. I don't know why. I grab this one just to show I don't know okay, so once I get out of the shower, my routine is very, very simple. I don't like to put too many products into my hair because it will weigh my hair down and I don't love the feeling of hair products in my hair thanks, for example, let me know if you're the same or if I'm the only one. I love dry shampoo, but I use dry shampoo to soak up the oils in my hair. Oh maybe I should show you my favorite, but anyway, like I was saying I love using dry shampoo, but I go for the ones that really soak up the oils. Since I don't wash my hair everyday, I'm just trying to get the grease enos out of my hair, I'm not someone who loves dry shampoos for the texture and the grit and the volume. That'S not really my style, because I don't love that feeling. I feel, like everyone loves texturizers, but they drive me crazy and my favorite dry shampoo is actually pretty pricey, I'm totally going off course. I know I was getting out of the shower, but I kind of jumped a couple days after and I'm talking about my favorite dry shampoo, hope you don't mind. This is probably the most I've ever spent on a dry shampoo, but it's the one that I love. The most I really love this. This is the Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black dry, shampoo. I don't love the white one, because I don't love the scent of the white one. This dry, shampoo doesn't all for me, which is why I feel like it's worth the price. The steep price tag, but I feel like it's worth it because it makes my hair look so clean. It really does a great job of sucking up all the oils. The only thing I don't love is that it does leave a white cast. It sprays out white which, on somebody with my hair color, it really shows up, but with a lot of judging and shaking get that white powder eNOS out of your hair. So I mean it's not too bad, but I would love it if they came out with like a brunette one. I doubt it, but I would like that so I feel like it does what it's supposed to do. It really sucks up my hose and it smells amazing. It smells exactly like the Elizabeth and James Nirvana, black perfume, and it stays in my hair like I'll put this on, and if I see my mom or someone later on throughout the day, they will compliment how my hair smells. Okay back to what I was saying earlier, so once I get out of the shower my hair care routine after this is so simple. I don't like to tell will dry my hair with just a regular towel. I will go in with this towel right here. This is from the brand diva curl. I bought this on the Sephora website, because I had really good reviews and I love this. I feel like this really dries my hair really fast, without making it too frizzy. Sometimes I feel like regular towels will make my hair extra frizzy. This doesn't do that. So whenever I'm drying my hair, I will always dry it with this gray. Diva curl towel. I love it. So much definitely recommend you checking this out. If you have curly hair, I will always go in with this product right after a good, shampoo and conditioning this is the brioche yo. I don't know if you say it: Breo, Ryoji, o or brioche. Oh, this is their rose. Arkell milk, reparative leave-in conditioning spray for weak and damaged hair. It says repairs, hydrates and strengthens, has rosehip Argan and coconut oils. That'S why it's called rose Arkell. I just shake this up really good, make sure everything it's like combining in this bottle and then I will kind of put a generous amount of this all over my hair. I don't focus this product on the ends I put this everywhere. It doesn't leave a residue. It just really hydrates my hair and makes it feel nice and soft. I notice a difference when I don't use this product. My bangs are like this part of my hair right here. It'S so frizzy and dry. So I'll put a little bit of this like right. Here and I feel like it really does condition my hair so well, and then, after that, if my hair is feeling super dry like super super dry, I will go in with the diva curl. One condition delight: this is kind of a newer product. To me, I've been using it for about a month and a half now, but I just love how well it conditions the ends of my hair. I don't focus this on my entire, like I do with the resort go milk, I will focus this on my ends. Only if my hair feels like extra frizzy and dry I'll even mix this in with my hair, mask every once in a while. This is a hundred percent sulfate paraben and silicon free. Ok, so then that's pretty much all I do. I know a lot of people will use a diffuser with their blow-dryer to enhance their curls, but if I can't avoid heat, I rather do that. I mean I hate style, my hair, so much with all the straightening. I do so when I want to leave it natural. I really just like. Let it be natural, and usually I wash my hair like a couple of hours before bed and then I'll go to sleep and then the next morning. This is what my hair looks like and then I will just go in with a couple of more products once my hair is already dry the next day. I start off with this bad boy again, just to kind of make my hair a little bit damp. Just a tad bit, I will spray this all over my hair and then I will go in with one of these products. I didn't know which one to talk about today, so I kind of mixed them both for the demo, but I usually just used one or the other. This is the Rio Gio curl, charisma, rice amino and avocado leave-in defining cream. This is a finishing cream for curly to wavy hair and reduces frizz, enhances, shine, moisture and softness. It has avocado oil, quinoa rice amino acids, no parabens, no silicones or phthalates. I love this. I have been using this for a while now and it just does a really good job of making my curls look fresh even two to three days after I wash it. So I really love how this makes my curls look, but then sometimes I will go in with the pure ology color stylist, illuminating curl. This is a 24 hour shaping lotion for color-treated hair. This product is a little bit thicker, it's less milky. It has more of like a jelly consistency. I like this one simply for the fact that it kind of makes my curls look a little bit glossy err. They recommend using this on wet hair, but I find that when I spray it with water first and it's a little bit damp, it works just as well so yeah. I will typically go in with one of these products. I will say, though, this one goes bad. Pretty quickly, yes, because it has avocado in it or something it will start to smell, pretty rancid once it's going back like you'll know it's going bad by the scent and then that's pretty much it. That is my natural hair routine. That completes this video. I hope you guys found it helpful in some way. Hey leave me a comment down below, while your ultimate wavy hair, curly, hair, frizzy, hair product is down below and maybe I'll check it out, but yeah. Thank you guys so much for watching. Please subscribe. If you haven't already - and I will see you in my next video bye now I - how do I lose an entire tub of coconut water, I love this so much like I sell or sell this is the Elizabeth Elizabeth I'm like. Oh thank you. I washed it like a week, I'm like. Thank you. That'S my natural hair, I'm like really that's my in the bonnet, your hands, a shrine, moistures moistures and moistures and sulfur

Ree Mo: Her natural hair is STUNNING! Who else agrees?!??

dinkybo: SILICONE FREE CONDITIONERS: - tresemme naturals - suave naturals (super cheap ones) - VO5 - EO essentials - petal fresh - giovanni - natures gate - garnier fructis pure clean - gud - yes to carrots

Krystal Mahon: Who else absolutely loves when Kathleen adds her bloopers at the end!?

mari dia: I did the same thing when I was in middle school and high school. My hair would not curl for the loongeeest time. But now I finally grew it out again and it's curly but still frizzy! Thank you so much Kathleen for this video! I will definitely be trying out these products ❤❤❤

Vanessa Contreras: I have watched this video about a million times to try and follow this routine! I want my natural hair to look this good!!

keepingdistance: I think Kathleen's subscribers are one of the sweetest. Usually people whine when a youtuber posts a sponsored video, but when Kathleen posts a sponsored video, we would get excited because it means more Kathleen. I notice the comment section is full of positivity, not much hate comments.

spicy potato soft taco: Thank you for this video and the recommendations! I also get really tangled after not washing for a few days, ever since I got my hair dyed it likes to knot up more. I've been loving the SheaMoisture Styling Milk as a "dirty day" refresher with water, you can use it a million times before it gets built up.

Angela Fattore: Kathleen! My hair is exactly as you describe yours. Thank you for the video! I'm looking to start restoring my natural wave and take less time with heat tools since I have a baby and that shit ain't happening anymore! Also, SUGGESTION: try dry shampoo at night right before bed and just use fingertips to rub it into your scalp. This eliminates any white residue and let's it really sink in and in the morning it's amazing. Sometimes I will sleep in a high ponytail after this and that adds some volume too which is great because I hate texturizing products as well.

Heather K: New subscriber here and I also am trying to embracing my natural texture! I also straightened my hair daily from 6th grade to 21! Love this❤

Rachel Eisemann: OMG, thank you! I've been having this exact problem with my hair. It's dry and damaged from years of trying to get rid of the curls. I just tried this and I have actual non frizzy curls! All I really had was coconut oil and hydrating shampoo so I can't wait to try the rest.

georgia howarth: I LOVE YOU AND YOUR NATURAL HAIR KATHLEEN !! also my hair is like yours when it was younger

Amanda B.: You're hair is beautiful! I have very fine straight hair naturally, so when I do the coconut oil mask I have to wash at least twice when I wash it, but it really does help keep my hair nice. I also use organic jojoba oil too when I want to switch it up. Not sure if you've ever tried it but it works really well! Great video Kathleen! I love your tutorials and just watching anything you do and talk about :-)

Sara: I'm so happy you did this video! I have the same kind of hair and I'm hoping that these products work for me as well! Love you I would totally love to see your straight hair routine too!

Alaina: I really like this video Kathleen, your hair is so lovely and long and that really stretches out your curls. It's interesting to me as someone with naturally curly hair to see how you maintain yours since I never ever straighten mine and I keep mine short.

Stephanie Hancock: I had been using that same Pureology Illuminating Curl, but I switched when they put out their Curl Complete (conditioning/styling in one); it is wonderful! Works wonders with my curly hair!

Sarah Creech: Your curls are beautiful! Thanks for reminding me to put coconut oil on my curls today. They've been so dry lately!

julilks26: I've been using Deva Curl original no poo and one condition for a few weeks and really like it. You can use a little of the condition as a leave-in condition on the ends after the shower too. It's a cleansing conditioner so it doesn't lather if that bothers you but it's super gentle on my hair.

Felisha G: Thank you for a legit curly hair girl routine! I watch other ones and it want to scream because they do everything wrong!! Ps- if you can't afford the deva curl towel or forget it an old t shirt or pillow case works too I just wrap it up in the shirt and let it set for 10 mins

Maddy Sopeña: This was so helpful! I feel like we have very similar hair and I'm always trying to find products for it. I definitely want to try that finishing cream, my curls could use more gloss. I would recommend this Shea moisture coconut & hibiscus Hold & shine moisture mist. I spray this in my hair between washes when it starts to look dull and when its damp after a shower. Also, I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to wash their hair infrequently!

Jess: Yes!!!! Been waiting for this video for so long! I'm in desperate need of some new awesome products for my curly/wavy natural hair! Thank you so much for all the recommendations!

Abbie Louise: I would literally die for hair as long, thick and beautiful as yours ! I love that you embrace your curls because they really suit you! Such beautiful hair! #hairgoals xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sara: I'd love to see a straight hair routine video. I've got curly hair, and I'm a deva curl addict. I love almost everything they make. washing your hair every 4 days is not gross at all. I let mine go for about 1 week (sometimes longer if I'm extra busy/lazy...) I used to be a daily washer, but it's so bad for your hair, especially if it's, chemically treated! Have you tried storing the avocado hair cream in the fridge to keep it from spoiling? Just an idea

Ali222 dV: Hey, can you please do a tutorial on your eye look from this video? Definitely, do a video on your straight hair routine. Thanks for being you! You always bring a smile to my face and brighten up my day!

Tara Garcia: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!! like you, I had shirley temple curls and I HATED them. I straightened my hair every day for maybe 2 years and ruined it. but I was okay with it. I started doing keratin treatments and loved it because my hair turned into naturally wavy and it was sooo soft and manageable!! but since they are a biiiittttt pricey I want to start embracing my naturally curly, crazy, mind of it's own hair. and I'm so out of the loop with products to use!!!!

Teresa Faber: I love using the "it's a 10!" To help me with the frizz! I have CRAZY curly hair and I'm never sure what to do with my hair chaos. I'm going to try these products!

GenSyDiaries: Wow this is amazing. I have the same exact story and I felt you were just telling me my life. I hated my curly frizzy hair and all I did was straight my hair since 5th grade, and I am now 23 FINALLY feeling comfortable in my natural hair the past year. I learned what Tori Kelly uses in her hair and MAN it's amazing- NYM sea salt spray when hair is damp and then NYM curl cream after to decrease friziness. I barely touch my straightener nowadays and I feel so free. I'm writing this as I just started the video and now I'm just so excited to learn of more products from you Kathleen! Thank you for providing amazing content and just being in so sync with my life without even knowing hahaha! You're awesome!

Savannah Skutt: Batiste dry shampoo is absolutely amazing! I have tried extremely expensive and extremely cheap dry shampoos and the Batiste one is the best. They have a huge variety and it's is budget friendly. Also, for those who don't really like dry shampoo you can you straight up baby powder at your roots to absorb oil.

Marissa Fahs: As a leave-in and frizz tamer I use the Moroccan oil intense curl cream It works so well in my hair. It doesn't so much define my curls, but it does reduce frizz and moisturize!

Daisy Gibson: I'm with you on the texturizers girl! They always make my hair feel gross. I'm gonna splurge and get that dry shampoo though! Thank for posting!!!

Irma G.A: Peluquera things curly haired girls necessities! Loved this video, it's so useful bc I stopped ironing my hair about a year ago and I'm looking for good curly hair products that actually define and take care of my curls. Thanks!!❤

Lara Patricia: I don't have an interest in hair and don't curly hair either but because it's you , I Gotta watch it ❤️ you're hair is gorgeous btw !

Becky Shaknovich: I have the same kind of hair texture. I still always straighten, tho. Very impressive that your hair is so long and healthy looking! I know it's a struggle with the dry frizz and curls. I have highlights, too. Have you tried the living proof no frizz line? It's my favorite. I use the styling cream every time I wash. My routine is coconut oil on the lengths and jojoba oil on the roots pre-wash. Wash with ogx Brazilian keratin shampoo. Usually add some kind of blue toner product for my highlights. Ogx Brazilian keratin conditioner while I wash my body and shave my legs. Get out and wide tooth comb that hair after spraying with beauty protector leave-in conditioner/detangler. A ton of living proof no frizz styling cream all over, and a few pumps of healthy sexy hair soy renewal oil in the mid lengths and ends, then blow dry with a round brush. Wash twice a week only!

Ruby Daenna: It's often difficult for me to find really good YouTubers and I'm so glad I started watching you because all of your content is great. You're very informative yet also fun and I love that so much!

Brittany Lewis: When you don't even have curly hair but you love Kathleen

Syd Whitehouse: Kathleen! You should try Bumble and Bumbles Curl Line! They have an abundance of different products that are targeted towards all different types of curls - from wavy to afro curls! The shampoo and conditioner are really light weight but do a great job of cleaning and hydrating the hair, and the conditioner can even be used as a leave in. There's also a primer, which is a misting spray you use after you've towel dried your hair, it helps prevent frizz, hydrates and works super well in combination with their defining cream! It also reactivates your curls a few days into a wash. Bumble also has a great dry shampoo! I'm not 100% sure if there is silicone in the product, but if not, I think you might like it :)

Hyer0709: I just recently started using the devacurl hair products and they are amazing! I have super dry curly hair and they make my hair feel soft (soft for curly hair any way lol) and my curls look great.

Manuela Fornito: +KathleenLights for my curly hair I use the Mysalon eclectic fluid and it really brings out the curls, with damaged hair it makes the curl very defined,I hop out of the shower, brush my hair and then put this on and dry them with a diffuser. The only thing is that I don't know where you can find it online, but you HAVE to try it ❤️

Hazelnootpasta7: I have such frizzy hair T^T. These tips are so handy!! Thank you Kathleen. <3

Samantha Nicole: Hi Kathleen! You could always use a diffuser on your blow dryer on the cool setting so you don't do any heat damage on your hair!

C: Your hair is gorgeous, glad you shared these products

Lizard on the Rocks: I seriously have pin straight hair yet I still watched this entire video because I love everything Kathleen posts

Briana M: I love dove conditioner! My hair gets knotty and it feels so soft after I use it. I'm definitely gonna try brushing my hair before washing it, can't stand combing it when it's wet

Alisa Steinhilber: God bless you, and your quirks and bloopers. You always put a smile on my face when I watch your videos! And thank you for finally posting this because I struggle with finding products to use on my curly/wavy/hot mess of hair!

Lyndsay Williams: The living proof curl conditioning wash is amazing for curly hair. It's a no lather conditioning wash containing no silicones. The Sephora reviews aren't the best but a lot of people accidentally use this line backwards as it has "conditioner" in the title. there's also a cleansing conditioner. Also their night cap serum will hold your flat iron/blow out overnight it's an absolutely amazing line!

Angelique Marie Beauty: The Coconut and hibiscus and the African black castor oil line from Shea moisture ( anything from Shea moisture really) is the only thing I use in my curly hair. They're a natural line and cruelty free. I cannot use anything else because my hair will dry out and my curls are not defined. Used them for about three years now and my hair is so long-lasting strong and healthy

Anyeka Jamal: I'm so obsessed with you in a totally non creepy way! No other you tuber does it quite like you do. Absolutely love you, you make my day xoxo

YoursTruly: I recently got some of your colourpop colabs: Alyssa, Aquarius lippie stick and pencil, and Mr Bing liner and I LOVE everything! It was my first coulourpop purchase and it far surpassed my expectations. Great job on everything you do, love ya

• Marlinator •: Kathleen, hope you and your family stay safe from Harmine!! Love your videos as always!

Kali Lali: This is awesome. It's interesting to see what you use. My routine is similar but I usually use a serum of some sort to tame the frizz but I'm interested in trying other things. I'm allergic to dimethicone so I hope companies continue to remove this from their products.

Lizbethe Galva: I've been waiting for a video like this I love it so much! Your hair is beautiful! Love you girly

mianna todd: I was broken and crying over guy troubles and this video made me so so happy. I'm not sure why. I think maybe because I like how positive and loving your life has become and hope that mine will too? Or maybe I just love your energy and personality and admire you as a person. Helped me so much. You're such an inspiration to little 17 year old me ❤️

Jen Volensky: YAS!!! Thank you! Been waiting for this one! If you haven't tried the Macadamia Professional Weightless Line... Girl! From one frizzy, curly, beautiful mess head to another, you have got to try it! Das Esspensive but worth it. Sulfate, Paraben & Cruelty Free +Kathleenlights

Angie Rivera: I love the Devacurl No 'Poo shampoo. I've recently started changing the products I use in my hair and I'm loving the results. Cantu products are really good and inexpensive as well.

Saneela Haseeb: If you think coconut oil is moisturizing, try the mixture of olive oil and almond oil!! it turns the dryest hair silky!

Domi Matrix: I have mixed race curly hair and my absolute favorite product is the Palmer's Coconut Oil Leave-In Conditioner. It cuts my frizz down by like 50%. I've also been using Suave Professionals Coconut Oil Infusion Damage Repair Conditioner recently and I must like it because I just repurchased it.

Anna van de Lisdonk: I tried the Living Proof hairmask, because my hair is very dry, and you are so right! This is the best hairmask I tried so far! Thanks for sharing

Supergirl337: As a curly haired girl, love the video! Also, best bloopers yet!

Alyssa Bojko: The macadamia hair line gives my curly hair so much moisture with no residue or greasiness! I love the ultra rich moisture shampoo/conditioner and the nourishing oil and hair mask❤️

Julia Hildebrand: Thank you so much for this video! I'm the only one with curly hair in my family so even though my hair gets greasy kinda fast and isn't dry like yours this was very helpful!

Sophia Rogers: I have curly hair kind of like yours and I love the tresemmé curl mousse. I find that it makes my hair not as frizzy and it helps define my hairs. It also feels light weight.

SabrinaAria_: I loved this video! Great because there's a lot of products I have never heard of and I have extremely curly hair and am always on the hunt for new stuff. Holy grail product I recommend to you though is SheaMoisture Curl Smoothie. I use it on damp hair out of the shower it has three oils in it including coconut oil, smells incredible, and it's basically a mask, hydrator, and definer all in one. Not heavy at all either and it gives you still like amazing curls on day 4. It's about 12.99 so worth it really(: !

Rachel Balcourt: I LOVE the Briogeo Rosarco milk. I got it in Ipsy in the Summer of 2015 & I've been using it since. It is AMAZING. It makes me so happy when you or another big beauty YouTuber talks about a product that I love! It's like it is getting the attention it deserves! Lol You should try the Briogeo hair mask too! It's amazing! I'm not sure if it is silicone free though... I will have to look. I got it in Ipsy too! Really want to buy it. The founder's grand mother (who inspired her to do this line) is from West Virginia! I am from here too. So awesome to know something beauty related kinda came from here. Makes me love the products even more!!

Mable Pugh: will you do another video on your straight hair routine?(:

Mariah Trimble: You seriously crack me up Kathleen!! I love watching your vids, you're haliarious ❤

Megan Sheridan: Omg this is by far my favorite video of yours! My hair is curly/wavy (somewhere in between) and I struggle with it all the time! I love to wear it natural and I'm always looking for new products. My favorites are the Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus style milk, OGX Renewing + Argan Oil, and the OGX Moroccan curling perfection defining Creme. For shampoo and conditioner I the Tresemme Expert Botanique nourish and replenish line. It's made with coconut and aloe Vera. I also really like the OGX shampoo and conditioners.

Adriana Restrepo: Her bloopers get better every time I use Quenching Coconut Curls + Curl Styling Milk by ogx and run it through the roots and length of my hair. Then I use the Strictly Curls; Curl Enhancing Styling Foam by Marc Anthony mainly in my roots and then just scrunch with whatevers left

Sara T: I naturally do have the same curly, dry hair and always used hair masks instead of conditioners..but then I discovered the conditioners from Kiehl's and believe me they are awesome for hair like ours! You should give them a try!

Juni June: I literally wash my hair once a week! Ain't no shame in my dry hair game!

Brittany Gill: Nobody understands how much that water bottle comes in handy like us curly girls

Aye Thiri Tun Tun: Oh my god this video is so helpful! I have a curly and frizzy hair, didn't have any idea how to handle it. I've only been ironing my hair ever since I was in middle school! (Btw my parents are also hair stylists) But now I'm gonna keep your tips in mind and start styling my natural hair.

haleyceleste26: The BB Curl Shampoo and Conditioner are AMAZING for curly or wavy hair. And the conditioner doubles as a leave in conditioner :)

FashionKrazi: I have super curly hair and I LOVE my Morroccan curl cream! It smells amazing and really activates my curls. I also love the Yes to Carrots curl cream pump, that is so nice too! The Briogeo brand has great stuff too, I found out about them through Ipsy!

Hola Drea: I'm in love with your natural hair! I looks so healthy, thick and long!

Kristine Sandoval: My favorite shampoo to use is DevaCurl's no-poo (I'm sure there's a specific one for your wavy hair). It's really great for wavy/curly/natural hair. They are also a company that only focuses on those hair types. I have very curly hair and I love their products. Plus, this shampoo has peppermint in it which feels really nice in the scalp. I love your channel by the way. Please make a Vlog with Danny! You guys are so cute together.

Ismise Shann: I could listen to you all day! My friends and I had a conversation about the way you say things. You should try get a coconut shampoo and conditioner, it works for curly hair amazingly, it helps your hair stay smooth x

aída b: 1. I NEED a tutorial on this makeup 2. I love your natural hair 3. You are so funny you make every single video seem so short

McKenzie Ellis: I have the same exact hair as you this so so helpful!! One of my favorite products is by proganix ( I think, it might be organix) quench spray. You can get it at target or ulta and its soooo refreshing and helps with curl and de frizzing haha

Lindsey Quinn: Cracking up about shaving the "fat toe". Me too girl, me too. #hairytoeclub

Jessica: Hey Kathleen!! I love your hair & videos! Really quick on the coconut oil.. coconut oil has protein, so hair that is resistance to protein based products won't absorb the oil! I only use coconut oil to detangle my hair, however, olive oil & Jamaican castor oils are great for a deep conditioning for hair that don't work with coconut oil! Also, as a natural curly hair myself, I use to straighten my hair everyday in high school. I got my 3c curls back from going on a by going on a natural journey, using only natural brands (Shea Moisture, DevaCurl, Curls (At target), OYIN). www.naturallycurly.com has helped me out aloooot.

babydollsanta: Yes.. Straight hair one for us with that type of hair..I love your videos Kathleen

Vanessa B.: Thanks to you I've tried the Rosarco Milk and now it's one of my holy grails (the other hg is the bumble&bumble bb blow dry repair Leave in Cream - it's fabulous) - I'm already on my second bottle

kittje: You have such gorgeous hair, thank you for the informative video! I'm a cosmetologist and I have tried many many hair products. I have fine wavy hair that is mostly straight on top and my favorite two products are: Moroccan Oil Smoothing Lotion mixed with TGI Foxy Curls Contour Creme. the TGI product is almost like a gel and a cream mixed together it gives great hold without being crunchy, and the moroccan smoothes really well!

Elizabeth Martinez: Lol girl you just made my super shitty day so much better! Hahah when you said "the other parts of my body" love you . Sending love and blessings you way

Jay R-J: hey Kathleen! I have been using Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft Curls for two years now, it 's very hydrating and your curls will feel really hydrated and silky. it's sold at Target and Sally's Beauty. Love your videos!

Karla Espinosa: I used the living proof restore mask too! And I love it so much and I don't know if you have tried the living proof curl defining styling cream! Is awesome! And smells so so sooo good!

Lauren Oberlin: Yaaas girl I love that Living Proof mask!!! Makes my hair feel so nice and yet it is LIGHTER than any other regular conditioners I use?? Witchcraft.

Neesie L: I love the Healthy Sexy Hair leave in conditioner & Suave argan oil. I usually use Aussie Sprunch mousse & spritz hair spray when I style my hair w/ its natural curl, but have been wanting to try other products because I know mousse can be drying. Also the oil and letting my hair dry in braids gives it a nice curl for 2nd and 3rd day hair

Cait Salerno: I swear by the DevaCurl Decadence line. The no-poo, conditioner, and coconut styling cream. They are amazing and seriously have made my curls better. I have gotten so many more compliments after I started using these products. They have literally changed my HAIR LIFE. They are pricey products but I get mine off Amazon and couldn't recommend them more!

thrill102: Shea Moisture for curly hair with hibiscus all the way Kathleen. Since I started using it my hair looks and feels moisturized and healthy. It's paraben free, pthalate free, mineral oil free, and a whole bunch of other bad stuff free. It's exactly what I've been looking for. I wanted a natural non chemical shampoo and conditioner and this is definitely it. Hope you check it out
